A fluorescence enhancement phenomenon in the europium (Eu)–Ofloxacin (OF)–Sodium Dodecyl Benzene Sulfonate (SDBS) fluorescence system was observed when Gd3+ was added. The fluorescence intensity of the systems was measured (λ ex/λ em = 280/612 nm) at pH 7.8. Under optimum conditions, a linear relationship between the enhanced fluorescence intensity and the Eu3+ concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10−10 ∼ 2.0 × 10−7 mol·L−1 was observed. The detection limit of Eu3+ was 1.46 × 10−10 mol·L−1 (S/N = 3). This method was used for the determination of trace amounts of europium in synthetic rare earth samples with satisfactory results. In addition, the interaction mechanism is also studied.  相似文献

Complexation of aluminum (III) with cyanidin, a natural anthocyanidin molecule, has been investigated in methanol and buffered solutions of pH 3.0 and 4.0. Electronic absorption spectroscopy was performed to characterize the stoichiometry and stability of the complexes formed. In investigated solvents, aluminum bonded moderately to cyanidin requiring large mole ratios of the components (up to 200) for the access of complexation. Molar ratio plots showed the formation of only one complex with stoichiometry aluminum (III):cyanidin of 1∶1 in both investigated media. Semiempirical calculations, performed in the Austin Model 1 parameterization, enabled the determination of the structural features of free compounds as well as complex structural modifications caused by chelation of Al(III).  相似文献

Effects of substituents and dopants on the structure–property relationships of poly(aniline) (PANI)-type homopolymers are analyzed. The gravimetric method was used for the estimation of rate of polymerization (Rp). FTIR spectroscopy was used for the calculation of relative intensities (RI) of benzenoid (RI[B/CH]), quinonoid (RI[Q/CH]), and their internal conversion (RI[B/Q]). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) characterized the thermal stability of PANIs. A standard four probe method was employed for the conductivity measurements. Lanthanide doped sol–gel glasses are an attractive type of luminescent material which can be processed at ambient temperatures. However, it is very difficult to obtain a uniform distribution of the complexes in glass materials because of their strong tendency to cluster formation. This problem can be solved by covalently linking of lanthanide complexes to silica matrix. In our work such materials were obtained by the sol–gel method of hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetramethoxysilane with europium complexes containing trimethoxysilyl groups. For this purpose we synthesized a novel ligand — (N-3-trimethoxysilylpropyl)-N′-1,10-phenanthroline-5-yl-thiocarbamide — and corresponding complexes [Eu(tta)3phen′]Cl3 and [Eu(pta)3phen′]Cl3. Our approach enabled us to simplify the synthetic procedure. A number of uniform samples showing intense luminescence have been obtained and the concentration dependence of their luminescence has been studied.  相似文献

The results of the spectroscopic NMR (1H, 13C, and 195Pt), infrared, optical, and voltammetric characteristics of the mixed-ligand complexes of Pt(II) and Ir(III) with metalated 2-phenylbenzothiazole and tert-butylisocyanide (tBuNC), acetonitrile (AN), ethylenediamine (En), O-ethyldithiocarbamate (Exn), and diethyldithiocarbamate (Dtc–) ions are presented. It is demonstrated that the change in donor–acceptor interaction of ligands tBuNC, AN, En, Exn, and Dtc with metal leads to an increase in the energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital of the complexes and is accompanied by a shift of the cathode potential of the metal-centered oxidation, a bathochromic shift of the spin-allowed and spin-forbidden metal-tocyclometalated ligand optical charge transfer transitions, and an increase the degree of mixing of the 1MLCT and triplet intraligand states, responsible for the phosphorescence of the complexes.  相似文献

The supramolecular interaction of ofloxacin (Oflo) and methyl β-cyclodextrin (Mβ-CD) has been examined by UV–vis, IR and fluorescence spectroscopy. The formation of inclusion complex has been confirmed based on the changes of the spectral properties. The results showed that Mβ-CD reacted with Oflo to form an inclusion complex. The Oflo and Mβ-CD complex formed a host-guest complex in 1:1 stoichiometry and inclusion constant (K?=?7.8?×?10?3 L mol?1) was ascertained by the typical double reciprocal plots. Furthermore, the thermodynamic parameters (?H°, ?S° and ?G°) associated with the inclusion process were also determined. In addition, solid inclusion complex was synthesized. Based on the significant enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of Oflo produced through complex formation, a simple, accurate, rapid and highly sensitive spectrofluorometric method for the determination of Oflo in pharmaceutical formulation was developed. The measurement of relative fluorescence intensity was carried out at 497 nm with excitation at 296 nm. The factors affecting the inclusion complex formation were studied and optimized. Under the optimum reaction conditions, linear relationships with good correlation coefficients (0.9995) were in the concentration range of 50–350 ng/mL for spectrofluorimetry. The limit of detection (LOD) was 11.5 ng/mL. The proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of Oflo in pharmaceutical preparation.  相似文献

When 1.00 mol l−1 I is used as ion perturber, rhodamine 6G (Rh 6G) can emit strong and stable room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) on filter paper substrate in KHC8H4O4–HCl buffer solution (pH = 3.50), heated at 70 °C for 10 min. NaIO4 can oxidize Rh 6G, which makes the RTP signal quench. Terbutaline sulfate (TBS) can inhibit NaIO4 from oxidizing Rh 6G, which makes the RTP signal of Rh 6G enhance sharply. The content of TBS is linear correlation to ΔIp of the system. Based on the facts above, a new inhibition solid substrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) for the determination of trace TBS has been established. The linear range of this method is 0.0104–2.08 pg spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 0.026–5.2 ng ml−1, with a sample volume of 0.4 μl) with a detection limit (L.D.) of 2.6 fg spot−1 (corresponding concentration: 6.5 × 10−12 g ml−1), and the regression equation of working curve is ΔIp = 2.040 + 54.54 mTBS (pg spot−1), n = 6, correlation coefficient is 0.9994. For the samples containing 0.0104 pg spot−1 and 2.08 pg spot−1 TBS, the relative standard deviation (RSD) are 3.8% and 2.3% (n = 8), respectively, indicating good precision. This method has been applied to determination of trace TBS in the practical samples with satisfactory results. The reaction mechanism of NaIO4 oxidizing Rh 6G to inhibit SS-RTP for the determination of trace TBS is also discussed.  相似文献

4′-O-(α-L-Oleandrosyl)daunorubicin (ODNR) is a disaccharide analogue of daunorubicin with potent antitumor activity against leukemia cell line K562 cells and colon cancer cell line SW620 cells. In this paper, the binding interaction of ODNR with human serum albumin (HSA) was investigated under simulative physiological conditions by fluorescence spectroscopy in combination with UV absorption spectroscopy and molecular modeling method. A strong fluorescence quenching reaction of ODNR to HSA was observed and the quenching mechanism was suggested as static quenching according to the Stern-Volmer equation. The binding constants (K) at different temperatures as well as thermodynamic parameters, enthalpy change (ΔH) and entropy change (ΔS), were calculated according to relevant fluorescent data and Van’t Hoff equation. The hydrophobic interaction was a predominant intermolecular force in order to stabilize the complex, which was in agreement with the results of molecular modeling study. In addition, the effects of other ions on the binding constants were also studied. Moreover, the synchronous fluorescence technique was successfully employed to determine the total proteins in serum, urine and saliva samples at room temperature under the optimum conditions with a wide linear range and satisfactory results.  相似文献

The output intensity variations of the laser used in a prism coupling system are observed and found to be induced by the external optical feedback, which comes from the reflection on the prism. The intensity variations are explained with laser theory. The trough in the intensity variation corresponds to the position of the prism when the output light beam propagates perpendicularly to the prism. Based on the trough a new method for rotating the prism and reading out the step numbers is proposed, by which the angle 0° in the system need not to be calibrated. It is proven by experiment that the new method would improve the accuracy of the refractive index up to ±0.00001 and thickness to ±1 nm.  相似文献

It is found that silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) can further enhance the fluorescence intensity of curcumin (CU) - cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) – nucleic acids and improve its anti-photobleaching activity. Under optimum conditions, the enhanced fluorescence intensity is proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 2.0 × 10−8–1.0 × 10−6 g mL−1 for fish sperm DNA (fsDNA), 2.0 × 10−8–1.0 × 10−6 g mL−1 for calf thymus DNA (ctDNA), 1.0 × 10−8–1.0 × 10−6 g mL−1 for yeast RNA (yRNA), and their detection limits (S/N = 3) are 8.0 ng mL−1, 10.5 ng mL−1 and 5.8 ng mL−1, respectively. This method is used for determining the concentration of DNA in actual sample with satisfactory results. The interaction mechanism is also studied.  相似文献

Chemiluminescence of the system containing Tb(III) ions, histidine and bromate ions in acid solution was studied. The kinetic curves and CL emission spectra of the system were discussed. The emission spectrum of the histidine–Tb(III)–KBrO3–H2SO4 system revealed two emission maxima at ∼490 and 550 nm, characteristic of Tb(III) ions. Values of lifetimes of the Eu(III) excited states in Eu(III)–histidine system have shown that the histidine formed ML and ML2 complexes in neutral solution and did not make them in acidic environment. On the basis of the results, a possible mechanism of reaction system: histidine–Tb(III)–KBrO3–H2SO4 is presented.  相似文献

Chemiluminescence (CL) of the reaction system tetracycline–H2O2–Fe(II)/(III)–Eu(III) was used for the determination of tetracycline hydrochloride in water, pharmaceutical preparations, and honey. The CL spectrum registered for this system shows emission bands typical of Eu(III) ions, with a maximum at λ ∼ 600 nm, corresponding to the electronic transitions of 5D07F1 and 5D07F2. A strong chemiluminescence intensity characteristic of europium(III) ions in the system tetracycline–H2O2–Fe(II)/(III)–Eu(III), as contrasted to the emission of the system tetracycline–H2O2–Fe(II)/(III) without Eu(III), proves that the Eu(III) ion plays the role of a chemiluminescence sensitizer, accompanying tetracycline oxidation in the Fenton system (H2O2–Fe(II)/(III)). A linear dependence was observed for the integrated CL light intensity on the tetracycline concentration in the range of 2 × 10−7 to 3 × 10−5 mol l−1 with the detection limit of 5 × 10−8 mol l−1 in aqueous solution.  相似文献

In this report, the properties of triglycine sulfate (TGS) crystals doped with urea and L--alanine were studied. Urea and L--alanine have successfully entered into TGS crystal, demonstrated by infrared transmission spectrum and pyroelectric study. Figures of merit and Curie temperature are increased due to these two additions. UrLATGS is more suitable for infrared detectors than pure TGS crystals.  相似文献

The effect of copper alloying up to 25 at % on the structure–phase transformations and the physicomechanical properties of ternary alloys from the quasi-binary TiNi–TiCu section is studied by measuring the physicomechanical properties, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron diffraction, and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The data of temperature measurements of the electrical resistivity and the magnetic susceptibility and XRD data are used to plot a general diagram for the thermoelastic B2 ? B19', B2 ? B19 ? B19', and B2 ? B19 martensitic transformations, which occur in the alloys upon cooling as the copper content increases in the ranges 0–8, 8–15, and 15–25 at % Cu, respectively. The experimental results are compared to the well-known data, including differential scanning calorimetry data, obtained for these alloys. The changes in the mechanical properties and the microstructure of the alloys in the state of B19 or B19' martensite are discussed.  相似文献
