5-Methyl- and 6-methyl-2-phenyl-2H-indazole-4,7-diones were condensed with 2-aminobenzenethiol or 6-substituted-3-aminopyridine-2(1H)thiones 4 to produce a new type of 5-methyl-2-phenyl-4H-pyrazolophenothiazin-4-ones or 8-substituted-7-aza-5-methyl-2-phenyl-4H-pyrazolophenothiazin-4-one derivatives. From 6-bromo-2,5-dimethyl-1,3-diphenyl-2H-isoindole-4,7-dione and 4 8-substituted-7-aza-2,5-dimethyl-1,3-diphenyl-4H-pyrrolophenothiazin-4-one derivatives were also prepared.  相似文献

The high resolution laser-atomic-beam technique was used to investigate the hyperfine structure in Nd I 4f 46s 2 5 I,5 F,5 S and 4f 45d6s 7 L,7 K,7 I,7 H. The metastable states were populated by an arc discharge burning in the atomic beam. The measured hyperfine constantsA andB of the levels of 4f 46s 2 and 4f 45d6s allow a parametric analysis to be performed using the effective tensor operator formalism. The experimental radial integrals of the 4f and 5d electrons fit with those of the other lanthanides. The 4f radial integrals are in agreement with values of optimized Hartree-Fock-Slater calculations. The spectroscopic quadrupole moments of143Nd and145Nd are deduced from the 4f parameters:Q I =?0.610(21) b and ?0.314(12) b, respectively. TheQ I resulting from the 5d parameter are in satisfactory agreement with these values. The hyperfine anomaly due to thes electron in 4f 45d 6s amounts to about 1%.  相似文献

The crystal structure of LaIr4B4 has been refined from single crystal counter data. LaIr4B4 is tetragonal,P42/n,Z=2, isotypic with NdCo4B4, |F|/|F o|=0.039 for 312 independent reflections [|F o|>2 (F o)]. ThIr4B4 and ThOs4B4 also belong to the NdCo4B4-type structure. URu4B4 and UOs4B4 were found to crystallize with LuRu4B4-type structure. The crystal chemistry of (RE)T 4B4-phases is discussed and simple geometric relations are shown to exist between them.Dedicated to Prof.B. T. Matthias in celebration of his 60th birthday.  相似文献

Formation of Methyl 5,6-Dihydro-l, 3(4H)-thiazine-4-carboxyiates from 4-Allyl-l, 3-thiazol-5(4H)-ones . The reaction of N-[1-(N, N-dimethylthiocarbamoyl)-1-methyl-3-butenyl]benzamid ( 1 ) with HCl or TsOH in MeCN or toluene yields a mixture of 4-allyl-4-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-5(4H)-one ( 5a ) and allyl 4-methyl-2-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl sulfide ( 11 ; Scheme 3). Most probably, the corresponding 1,3-oxazol-5(4H)-thiones B are intermediates in this reaction. With HCl in MeOH, 1 is transformed into methyl 5,6-dihydro-4,6-dimethyl-2-phenyl-1,3(4H)-thiazine-4-carboxylate ( 12a ). The same product 12a is formed on treatment of the 1,3-thiazol-5(4H)-one 5a with HCl in MeOH (Scheme 4). It is shown that the latter reaction type is common for 4-allyl-substituted 1,3-thiazol-5(4H)-ones.  相似文献

4-Cyano-1-(2,3,5-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-5-methylimidazole ( 4 ) and its corresponding 5-cyano-4-methyl substituted isomer ( 5 ) have been obtained by ribosylation of 4(5)-cyano-5(4)-methylimidazole ( 3 ) via the mercuric cyanide method or by ribosylation of the trimethylsilyl derivative of 3 . Treatment of 4 with methanolic ammonia, ammonium chloride in liquid ammonia and potassium hydrosulfide provided 4-cyano-1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole ( 6 ), 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-carboxamide ( 2 ) and 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-thiocarboxamide ( 11 ) respectively. Reaction of 6 with hydroxylamine afforded the corresponding 4-carboxamidoxime substituted nucleoside ( 13 ) which on catalytic reduction in the presence of ammonium chloride, was transformed into 1-β-D-ribofuranosyl-5-methylimidazole-4-carboxamidine ( 14 ) as hydrochloride salt.  相似文献

Broadband dielectric spectroscopy (up to 109 Hz) is employed to study the molecular dynamics of the liquid crystal 4-n-pentyl-4'-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) in the free bulk phase and confined in cylindrical channels of Anopore membranes having a diameter of 0.2 μm and length of about 60 μm. The bulk samples of 5CB orient almost homeotropically between the untreated metal electrodes of the measurement set-up, and two relaxation processes are observed: the slower δ-relaxation is assigned to hindered rotation (180° flips) of the molecules around their molecular short axis, and a faster second process is attributed to the tumbling of the molecules about this axis. In the confined 5CB samples, the membrane pores align the nematic director axially or radially depending upon their surface preparation. Planar (axial) alignment is always found in untreated membranes, whereas radial alignment was achieved by treatment with decanoic acid. Consequently the director field is fixed perpendicular or parallel to the electric field and we are able to study each of the two relaxation processes separately by appropriate surface treatment of the pores. The frequencies of both processes are found to be unchanged with respect to the bulk phase. We extract the frequency dependence of the dielectric anisotropy δε from the dispersion curves of ε∥ and ε⊥. Two changes of sign of δε = (ε∥-ε⊥) are detected as predicted in the literature.  相似文献

Subsolidus phase formation in the Ag3VO4-ScVO4 quasi-binary system was studied using X-ray powder diffraction and DTA in air under atmospheric pressure over the entire range of component concentrations in 5 mol % steps between 20 and 800°C. Two compounds were found to form: Ag3Sc(VO4)2 and Ag3Sc2(VO4)3, both melting incongruently at 750 ± 5 and 960 ± 5°C, respectively. A T-x diagram of the Ag3VO4-ScVO4 quasi-binary system was constructed. A eutectic (T m = 450 ± 5°C) is between the compounds Ag3VO4 and Ag3Sc(VO4)2; Ag3VO4 concentration is ~5 mol %.  相似文献

2-Trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromene-4-thione obtained from 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-one and P2S5 reacts with aromatic amines, hydrazine hydrate, phenylhydrazine, and hydroxylamine at the C(4) atom of the chromene ring to give the corresponding anils, azine, hydrazones, and oxime of thiochromone. 2-Trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-one is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in AcOH into 4-oxo-2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromene 1,1-dioxide and reduced by NaBH4 to 2-trifluoromethyl-4H-thiochromen-4-ol or cis-2-(trifluoromethyl)thiochroman-4-ol. When treated with hydrazine hydrate, thiochromen-4-one gives 3(5)-(2-mercaptophenyl)-5(3)-trifluoromethylpyrazole. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. High selectivity has been discovered for the C-alkylation of ambident anions of 5-oxo-1H-4,5-dihydroindeno[1,2-b]pyridines with ethyl bromoacetate, allyl, propargyl, and phenacyl bromides, which leads to the formation of the corresponding 4a-substituted 5-oxo-4H-4a,5-dihydroindeno[1,2-b]pyridines in high yield.  相似文献

Photolysis of 2,6-dimethyl-4-pyrone ( 1 ) in trifluoroethanol gave, in addition to the previously observed dimer 2 , three volatile primary photoproducts 3, 4 , and 5. Continued irradiation led to the disappearance of the three volatile products with formation of 6. This secondary photo-product was shown to arise from 3 and 4 while 5 was converted to non-volatile products. The formation of 3, 4 , and 5 can be viewed as arising from an oxybicyclohexenyl zwitterion formed by electrocyclic ring closure of 1. This zwitterion can thus be trapped by solvent to yield 3 and 4 or rearrange to 5 via and epoxycyclopentenone intermediate. The conversion of 3 and 4 to 6 is explained in terms of a Norrish type II process.  相似文献

The reaction of 5(4)-aminoimidazole-4(5)-carboxhydrazide with nitrous acid was investigated. The metastable states were populated by an arc discharge burning in the atomic beam, and 31 transitions to higher odd levels have been studied. Knowledge of the hyperfine constants of 34 levels of 4f 4 5d6s allowed a comprehensive parametric analysis to be performed, using the effective tensor operator formalism. Compared to earlier analyses, a significant reduction of errors has been achieved for all the parameters. The contact parameter a 4f 10 has been fitted freely, thus providing an experimental value for the core-polarization effects. They are about six times larger than the relativistic effects.  相似文献

The energy states of tetrameric iron clusters with d6-d6-d6-d5 and d5-d5-d5-d6 electronic configurations, which form the metal frameworks of the [Fe4S4]+ and [Fe4S4]3+ iron-sulfur proteins, are calculated using a general approach. It was established that 4-acetamido-5-hydroxyindole derivatives are formed in the reduction of 4-phenylazo-5-hydroxyindole derivatives with zinc dust in acetic acid in the presence of acetic anhydride and sodium acetate. However, p-semidine rearrangement of the intermediate hydrazo derivatives is observed in the analogous reduction of 4-arylazo-5-methoxyindoles, and 4-acetamido-5-methoxy-7-arylaminoindoles are formed. Some comments on the syntheses of 5-amino-m-xylene-2-sulfonic acid and 5-amino-m-xylene-4-sulfonic acid Treatment of 5-amino-m-xylene ( 1 ) with oleum led to a 55:45 mixture of 5-amino-m-xylene-2-sulfonic acid ( 2 ) and 5-amino-m-xylene-4-sulfonic acid ( 3 ). The structure of both isomers was proven by reaction of sulfur dioxide with the diazonium chlorides derived from 2-amino-5-nitro-m-xylene ( 5 ) and 4-amino-5-nitro-m-xylene ( 8 ) giving 5-nitro-m-xylene-2-sulfonyl chloride ( 6 ) and 5-nitro-m-xylene-4-sulfonyl chloride ( 9 ) respectively, followed by hydrolyses to the corresponding sulfonic acids 7 and 10 , and final Béchamp reductions. The sulfonic acid 2 was also prepared by sulfonation of 5-acetylamino-m-xylene ( 4 ) to 5-acetylamino-m-xylene-2-sulfonic acid ( 11 ) and subsequent hydrolysis. A further procedure for the synthesis of 3 was sulfonation of 5-amino-2-chloro-m-xylene ( 12 ) – prepared by Béchamp reduction of 2-chloro-5-nitro-m-xylene ( 13 ) – or of 5-amino-2-bromo-m-xylene ( 15 ) – prepared by bromination of 4 and subsequent hydrolysis – to 5-amino-2-chloro-m-xylene-4-sulfonic acid ( 16 ) and 5-amino-2-bromo-m-xylene-4-sulfonic acid ( 17 ) respectively, followed by hydrogenolysis.  相似文献
