研究了虎皮楠中的抗氧化活性成分.应用D101大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20及制备型高效液相色谱进行分离,应用波谱学(UV,ESI-MS,1H NMR,13C NMR,1H-1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC等)方法进行结构鉴定.分离得到1个二氢黄酮苷类化合物和1个黄酮苷类化合物,确定了1H NMR,13C NMR信号的全归属,化合物1鉴定为5,4′-二羟基二氢黄酮-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷,化合物2鉴定为7,4′-二羟基异黄酮-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖碳苷.  相似文献

从南海采集的海泥中分离得到的海洋真菌Penicillium sp.中分离得到3种环二肽类化合物。通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定了3种化合物的结构。它们分别是3-异丁基-6-异丙基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(1)、3-另丁基-6-异丁基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(2)、3-另丁基-6-异丙基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(3)。  相似文献

在构建多环芳烃类化合物分子的邻接矩阵主对角元时,结合烷基极化效应指数考虑分子图顶点的性质,以分子碎片C、CH、CH2、CH3等的相对能量作主元,用分子拓扑学方法构建了多环芳香烃类化合物新的邻接矩阵.研究结果发现,新的邻接矩阵特征根与多环芳香烃类化合物的电离能有良好的相关性Ipi=4.756+2.870OMOi,R=0.9853,s=0.1765,n=446.用这种新方法估算多环芳香烃类化合物的电离能,所用参数少且为分子结构性参数,稳定可靠,计算简便,结果较满意.  相似文献

本文采用紫外可见吸收光谱和核磁共振波谱等方法研究了pH、溶剂及温度对卷柏属植物中selaginellin类化合物互变异构的影响.实验结果表明:酸性、碱性及质子化溶剂可以催化selaginellin类化合物的互变异构;变温核磁共振技术证实温度低于233K时,selaginellin类化合物的互变异构几乎被阻断.  相似文献

本文利用三维燃烧模型对CNG发动机的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,研究过量空气系数的循环变动对CNG发动机火核形成和发展及燃烧各阶段的影响。研究结果显示,过量空气系数的变动对初始火核参数的影响非常小,对燃烧过程三个阶段的影响程度也不同。主燃烧阶段受过量空气系数的变动的影响最大,火核形成和发展阶段受过量空气系数的变动的影响很小。过量空气系数的变动不是火核形成和发展产生变动的主要原因。  相似文献

This paper highlights a novel technique to delineate the fatigue response of different regions within thin microstructurally graded platinum nickel aluminide bond coats. Notched clamped beam structures fabricated from distinct microstructural zones of these coatings are subjected to programmed cyclic bending using the nano-indentation system. A methodical approach is established herein to quantify the cyclic damage preceding crack pop-in by using the cyclic stiffness of the beam as an indicator to mark failure. Preliminary results from these tests show that there is a characteristic change in the stiffness of the beam before a crack pop-in event occurs and different regions within the coating show different stiffening characteristics. Factors affecting the measured stiffness such as offsets in the loading position and blunting of the notch tip have been estimated using the finite element method. A graded flow stress model has been proposed and implemented in FEM to quantify the local flow stress changes accompanying the measured rise in stiffness. Electron transparent foils lifted off from the notched region of the beam post-testing suggests that the cyclic stiffening of the beams occurs due to dislocation hardening in the plastically deformed region close to the notch tip. Toughening mechanisms active in the crack wake have thus been investigated and correlated to the measured cyclic stiffness.  相似文献

An oscillator-amplifier high-power Nd:YAG laser system was used for transmission of a single 50-ps-long pulse or a train of pulses through a cyclic olefin polymer-coated silver hollow-glass waveguide. The maximum energy that was transmitted was 150 mJ for the train of pulses and 40 mJ for the single pulse, from which followed a delivered power of 100 GW/cm(2) . The characteristics that were obtained make these waveguides promising for the delivery of high-power laser pulses in medical as well as other applications.  相似文献

为研究循环爆炸对地下洞室的影响,基于相似模型试验,采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS对比研究了洞室拱顶高水平单次爆炸和低水平10次循环爆炸作用下地下洞室围岩的应力波衰减规律、损伤累积规律及洞壁位移和环向应变分布特征。结果表明:循环爆炸中,洞室围岩的应力波衰减速度随着爆炸次数的增加先减小后增大。单次爆炸中,洞壁环向峰值应变从拱顶至直墙脚由拉应变转为压应变;循环爆炸中,随着爆炸次数的增加,拱顶环向峰值应变由压应变转为拉应变。爆炸荷载总水平相同时,低水平循环爆炸中洞室围岩的损伤面积和程度比高水平单次爆炸大。循环爆炸中,围岩的损伤累积呈现不可逆的逐级增加趋势,且累积损伤和爆炸次数之间呈明显的非线性关系。  相似文献

Dynamic magnetic hysteresis in a single-domain uniaxial particle was studied on the basis of the kinetic approach for the base of an arbitrary angle between the easy magnetization axis and an applied field. Hysteresis loops and absorbed power were calculated, and the dependences of the cyclic magnetization process on the temperature, particle characteristics, and the frequency and amplitude of the magnetizing field were analyzed.  相似文献

通过实际检测获得了环己烷、四氢呋喃、1,4-二氧己环(二恶烷)几种环状分子的拉曼光谱。并应用密度泛函理论对几种环状分子的拉曼振动峰进行了详细的分析。研究结果表明:几种环状分子最强拉曼振动峰均由环呼吸运动引起,但它们的波数值差异较大,可以作为鉴定此类分子的判断依据。应用拉曼光谱检测技术可以对此类有毒物质进行快速的鉴定与分析。  相似文献

In this study, lead sulphide (PbS) was prepared by the chemical bath deposition technique. The sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-rays (EDAX) and cyclic voltammetry. EDAX spectrum shows peaks attributable to lead and sulphur. The EDAX analysis also shows that the prepared sample is stoichiometric. Cyclic voltammetry experiments were recorded at 100 mV·s−1 and 400 mV·s−1 scan rates. Results show that the rate controlling electrochemical reaction is electron transfer. The presence of redox waves shows that the lithium intercalation and deintercalation can occur as a result of lattice expansion in PbS. There were no differences in the PbS XRD data before and after the cyclic voltammetry experiments indicating that the PbS structure is not modified upon lithium ion intercalation and deintercalation in PbS. The discharge characteristics for 35 cycles of the cell using the LiCoO2/PbS couple is presented indicating the possible development of such materials as anode in lithium ion cells.  相似文献
