多品种多批次冲压工序质量控制的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
单件小批生产方式条件下的工序质量控制问题,一直是生产过程质量控制的难点。如何在现有的统计质量控制方法基础上,结合单件少批生产方式的特点,系统地提出适用于此种生产组织方式的工序技师质量控制方法,是一种有益的尝试。本文以某企业冲压件(多种产品)的工序质量控制为例,对原始数据进行了转换处理,使多品种产品数据得以在统一口径下进行运算、处理。实践证明本文提出的方法符合冲压工序运行的实际,有较强的实用性。  相似文献

为解决多工序制造过程关键质量特性识别中存在的质量特性间具有多重相关性以及数据高维度, 小样本等问题,本文采用主成分回归改进Adaptive Lasso方法并融合状态空间思想和Bootstrap方法实现多工序过程关键质量特性识别。首先引入状态空间思想构建多工序过程关键质量特性识别模型,然后利用Bootstrap方法重构样本,扩大样本量;进而采用改进Adaptive Lasso方法识别关键质量特性,并通过仿真验证改进Adaptive Lasso方法与Lasso,Adaptive Lasso和岭回归方法在质量特性间不同相关度下识别的有效性;最后通过实例说明改进Adaptive Lasso的具体应用过程,仿真及实例结果显示,改进Adaptive Lasso方法对多工序过程有良好的关键质量特性识别能力,特别当质量特性间有较强相关性时显著优于其它两种方法。  相似文献

Summary The purpose of the present paper is to propose a simple but practically useful procedure for the analysis of multidimensional contingency tables of survey data. By the procedure we can determine the predictor on which a specific variable has the strongest dependence and also the optimal combination of predictors. The procedure is very simply realized by the search for the minimum of the statistic AIC within a set of models proposed in this paper. The practical utility of the procedure is demonstrated by the results of some successful applications to the analysis of the survey data of the Japanese national character. In this paper we describe computational experiments with an interactive procedure for solving a multiobjective linear-programming model. The point of departure for this paper is the work described in Gass and Dror [4] and Dror and Gass [1] in which an interactive solution procedure is outlined. In this paper, we deal with the problem of finding a proper relaxation procedure (in the sense that relaxed minimizers can be approximated with ordinary controls) for optimal control problems involving delays in the control variables. For systems involving commensurate delays it is well known that a ‘strong’ model provides a proper relaxation procedure. For the noncommensurate case, however, the question of how to properly relax delayed controls has remained open and a natural candidate has been a modified version of the strong model, which we call the ‘weak’ procedure, first introduced by Warga. In this paper, we show by means of two examples that this procedure may fail to be proper for systems with either commensurate or noncommensurate delays. It is expected that these examples will provide some insight into the problem of finding a proper relaxation procedure applicable to the general case.  相似文献

1引言 在第二次世界大战期间,珍珠港事件发生后,美国为了反击德国法西斯挑起的侵略战争,多次进行大规模的征兵活动.在征兵活动中,需要对大量报名入伍者进行健康检查,看其身体是否符合入伍的条件.其中一项健康检查的内容是血液抗体检测,通过血液抗体检测,查出梅毒的携带者.当时,由于被检测者数量巨大,部队又急需补充兵员,检测时间紧、任务重,这就需要找到一种科学的检测方法,用尽可能少的测试次数检测出所有病毒携带者,这一问题后来称为搜索坏硬币的最优化问题.在这个问题中,被检测者抽象为硬币,血液不带病毒者抽象为标准硬币,血液带病毒者抽象为伪硬币,检测的设备称为装置.如何用特定性能的若干台装置,以尽可能少的测试次数从由硬币组成的集合中检测出全部伪硬币,是一个有很强实际背景的最优化问题,正因为如此,近一段时间组合搜索中的伪硬币问题一直受到人们的广泛关注.  相似文献

This paper proposes a resampling procedure for estimating the control limits of any statistical control chart which is based on a statistic calculated from a random sample of data. This includes charts for the mean, range, standard deviation, median, proportion defective, number defective and so on. This procedure has advantages over conventional methods in its conceptual simplicity and transparency, flexibility, generality and robustness. In a recent paper, Ahrens and Finke present a procedure for resolving degeneracy in the fixed cost transportation problem by perturbing the supplies and demands. In this paper, we present an application of the Armijo procedure to an algorithm for solving a nonlinear system of equalities and inequalities. The stepsize procedure contained in a quadratically convergent algorithm is replaced by an Armijo procedure on a nondifferentiable function, without any substantial extra computational work and without losing the quadratic rate of convergence. The use of the Armijo procedure on a nondifferentiable function opens the possibility of using it on nondifferentiable and minimax functions.  相似文献
