The skyrmion Hall effect is theoretically studied in the chiral ferromagnetic film with spatially modulated Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction. Three cases including linear, sinusoidal, and periodic rectangular modulations have been considered, where the increase, decrease, and the periodic modification of the size and velocity of the skyrmion have been observed in the microscopic simulations. These phenomena are well explained by the Thiele equation, where an effective force on the skyrmion is induced by the inhomogeneous Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction. The results here suggest that the skyrmion Hall effect can be manipulated by artificially tuning the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction in chiral ferromagnetic film with material engineering methods, which will be useful to design skyrmion-based spintronics devices.  相似文献

二维磁性材料是近几年新兴的研究领域,该材料在开发自旋电子器件等领域具备良好的应用潜能.为了了解二维磁性材料的磁性质,明确体系内各近邻磁性原子间的磁相互作用非常重要.第一性原理为各近邻磁交换参数的计算奠定了基础.目前各近邻参数的第一性原理计算常用的是能量映射法,但这种方法存在一定的缺陷.本文通过广义布洛赫条件推导了3种常见二维磁性结构的海森伯作用与Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya (DM)相互作用的自旋螺旋色散关系,这3种结构为四方结构,元胞包含一个磁性原子的六角结构,元胞包含两个磁性原子的六角结构.为了将本文推导的自旋螺旋色散关系应用于实际,我们通过第一性原理计算了一些材料的海森伯和DM作用的交换参数,这些材料分别是MnB,VSe2,MnSTe,Cr2I3Cl3.其中,MnSTe和Cr2I3Cl3都属于二维Janus材料,磁性原子层的上下层对称性破缺,整个体系存在DM相互作用.  相似文献

Pyrochlore magnets can be a unique platform to demonstrate numerous important concepts and applications of frustrated magnetic physics in modern condensed matter physics. Most works on pyrochlore magnets deal with the interacting spin-1/2 local moments, while much less works have studied the spin-1 systems. We here review the physics with interacting spin-1 local moments on the pyrochlore lattice to illustrate the potentially interesting physics associated with spin-1 magnets. The generic pyrochlore spin-1 model includes the antiferromagnetic Heisenberg interaction, the Dzyaloshinskii– Moriya interaction and the single-ion spin anisotropy. The global phase diagram of this generic spin model is reviewed, and the relation between different quantum phases in the phase diagram is clarified. The critical properties of the transition from the parent quantum paramagnet to the proximate orders are discussed. The presence of quantum order by disorder in the parts of the ordered phases is analyzed. The elementary excitations with respect to the ground states are further reviewed, and the topological natures of these excitations are carefully addressed. The materials’ relevance of the spin-1 pyrochlore magnets are finally reviewed. This review may provide insights about the interesting spin-1 local moments on frustrated systems.  相似文献

利用微磁学有限元法,模拟计算了单相和复相各向同性纳米晶磁体的起始磁化曲线、退磁曲线和回复曲线.验证了用δm(H)曲线的正峰值来衡量纳米晶磁体晶间交换耦合作用的有效性.计算 结果表明,纳米晶单相和复相磁体的晶间交换耦合作用都随晶粒尺寸的增加而降低,当晶粒尺寸过大时 复相磁体表现出两相行为,其δm(H)曲线出现了两个正峰值.分析表明,外场较小的正峰值是软磁相与硬磁相晶粒之间交换耦合作用的结果,而外场较大的正峰值是硬磁相晶粒之间交换耦合作用的结果. 关键词: 纳米晶永磁 晶间交换耦合 δm(H)曲线  相似文献

The effects of DM interaction on the density-of-states, the dimerization and the phase diagram in the antiferromagnetic Heisenberg chain coupled with quantum phonons have been studied by a nonadiabatic analytical approach. The results show that the effect of the DM interaction is to increase the staggered antisymmetric spin exchange interaction order but to decrease the spin dimerization and their competitions result in the lattice dimerization ordering parameter to increase for large staggered DM interaction parameter β and decrease for small β. A crossover of β exists in which the dimerization ordering parameter changes non-monotonously. As the DM interaction parameter D increases, depending on the appropriate values of spin-phonon coupling, phonon frequency and β, the system undergoes phase transition from spin gapless state to gapped state or reversely and can even reenter between the two states. The relation between the phonon-staggered ordering parameter, the spin-dimer order parameter and the staggered DM interaction order parameter gives clearly their contributing weights to the lattice dimerization.  相似文献

采用磁控溅射技术制备了具有永磁特征的Nd-Ce-Fe-B多层纳米复合薄膜,并对其进行了退火处理.通过改变退火温度,研究其对薄膜磁性能和晶体结构的影响.结果表明,随着退火温度的提高薄膜磁性能逐渐增大,但当温度达到695℃以上时,薄膜的磁性能急剧下降.当退火温度为675℃时,薄膜的矫顽力Hci=10.1 kOe(1Oe=79.5775 A/m),垂直于薄膜表面方向的剩余磁化强度4πM_(r⊥)=5.91 kG(1 G=10~3/(4π)A/m).薄膜的X射线衍射结果表明,磁性薄膜具有较好的c轴取向.通过对薄膜磁化反转过程的研究,发现随着外加磁场的增大,M_(rev)的极小值向M_(irr)减小的方向移动,这与畴壁弯曲模型类似,表明在薄膜中存在较强烈的局部钉扎作用,而剩余磁化强度曲线表明这种钉扎作用在薄膜矫顽力机制中并不占支配作用.此外,薄膜的Henkel曲线结果表明在薄膜中存在较强的交换耦合作用,在经过685℃退火的薄膜中磁相互作用更加显著.  相似文献

We theoretically study the influence of the spin–orbit coupling(SOC) on the in-plane optical anisotropy(IPOA) induced by in-plane uniaxial strain and interface asymmetry in(001) GaAs/AlGaAs quantum wells(QWs) with different well width. It is found that the SOC has more significant impact on the IPOA for the transition of the first valence subband of heavy hole to the first conduction band(1H1E) than that of 1L1E. The reason has been discussed. The IPOA of(001) InGaAs/InP QWs has been measured by reflectance difference spectroscopy, whose amplitude is about one order larger than that of GaAs/AlGaAs QWs. The anisotropic interface potential parameters of InGaAs/InP QWs are also determined. The influence of the SOC effect on the IPOA of InGaAs/InP QWs when the QWs are under tensile, compressive or zero biaxial strain are also investigated in theory. Our results demonstrate that the SOC has significant effect on the IPOA especially for semiconductor QWs with small well width, and therefore cannot be ignored.  相似文献

A Monte Carlo simulated-annealing algorithm was used to study the magnetic state in an in-plane helimagnet layer on triangular lattice that exchange couples to an underlayer with strong out-of-plane anisotropy. In the single helimagnet layer with in-plane anisotropy (K), the formation of labyrinthlike domains with local spin spirals, instead of parallel stripes, is favored, and these domains rapidly transform into dense skyrmion crystals with increasing interfacial exchange coupling (J′), equivalent to a virtual magnetic field, and finally evolve to an out-of-plane uniform state at large enough J′. Moreover, with increasing K, the skyrmion crystal state can vary from regular 6-nearest-neighboring circular skyrmion arrangement to irregular squeezed skyrmions with less than 6 nearest neighbors when the in-plane anisotropy energy is higher than the interfacial exchange energy as the skyrmion number is maximized. Finally, we demonstrated that the antiferromagnetic underlayer cannot induce skyrmions while the chirality inversion can be achieved on top of an out-of-plane magnetization underlayer with 180◦ domain walls, supporting the experimental findings in FeGe thin film. This compelling advantage offers a fertile playground for exploring emergent phenomena that arise from interfacing magnetic skyrmions with additional functionalities.  相似文献

Three types of vortex-pair are identified in two-component Bose–Einstein condensates (BEC) of different kinds of spin-orbit coupling. One type holds the two vortices in one component of the twocomponent condensates. Both the other two types hold a vortex in each component of the twocomponent condensates, and exhibit meron-pair textures that have either null or unit topological charge, respectively. The cores of the two vortices are connected by a string of the relative phase jump. These vortex pairs can be generated from a vortex-free wave packet by incorporating different non- Abelian gauge field into the BEC. When a Rabi coupling is introduced, the distance between the two cores is effectively controlled by the Rabi coupling strength and a transition of vortex configurations is observed.  相似文献

In this paper, the effects of random variables on the dynamics of the s=1/2 XY model with the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction are studied. By means of the recurrence relation method in the high-temperature limit, we calculate the spin autocorrelation functions as well as the corresponding spectral densities for the cases that the exchange couplings between spins or external magnetic fields satisfy the double-Gaussian distribution. It is found that when the standard deviation of random exchange coupling δj (or the standard deviation of random external field δB) is small, the dynamics of the system undergoes a crossover from a collective-mode behavior to a central-peak one. However, when δJ (or δB) is large, the crossover vanishes, and the system shows a central-peak behavior or the most disordered one. We also analyze the cases in which the exchange couplings or the external fields satisfy the bimodal and the Gaussian distributions. Our results show that for all the cases considered, the dynamics of the above system is similar to that of the one-dimensional random XY model.  相似文献

By investigating the antiferromagnetic spin configuration, the exchange anisotropy and the interfacial spin-flop coupling in ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic (FM/AF) bilayers have been discussed in detail. The results show that there are four possible cases for the AF spins, namely the reversible recovering case, irreversible half-rotating case, irreversible reversing and irreversible half-reversing cases. Moreover, the realization of the cases strongly depends on interface quadratic coupling, interface spin-flop (biquadratic) coupling and AF thickness. The magnetic phase diagram in terms of the AF thickness tAF, the interfacial bilinear coupling J1 and the spin-flop coupling J2 has been constructed. The corresponding critical parameters in which the exchange bias will occur or approach saturation have been also presented. Specially, the small spin-flop exchange coupling may result in an exchange bias without the interfacial bilinear exchange coupling. However, in general, the spin-flop exchange coupling can weaken or eliminate the exchange bias, but always enhances the coercivity greatly.  相似文献

We study the dynamics of correlations for a hybrid qubit-qutrit system in an XY spin-chain environment with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya interaction. Our discussion involves a comparative analysis of negativity, quantum discord, and measurement-induced disturbance. It is found that the quantum discord is optimal of the three quantum correlations to de- tect the critical point of quantum phase transition. Only when the qubit interacts with the environment, is the phenomenon of sudden transition between the classical correlation and the quantum discord observed. Moreover, the Dzyaloshinsky- Moriya interaction enhances the decay of quantum correlations.  相似文献

Among the layered two-dimensional ferromagnetic materials(2 D FMs),due to a relatively high T_C,the van der Waals(vdW) Fe_3 GeTe_2(FGT) crystal is of great importance for investigating its distinct magnetic properties.Here,we have carried out static and dynamic magnetization measurements of the FGT crystal with a Curie temperature TC ≈ 204 K.The M-H hysteresis loops with in-plane and out-of-plane orientations show that FGT has a strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy with the easy axis along its c-axis.Moreover,we have calculated the uniaxial magnetic anisotropy constant(K_1)from the SQUID measurements.The dynamic magnetic properties of FGT have been probed by utilizing the high sensitivity electron-spin-resonance(ESR) spectrometer at cryogenic temperatures.Based on an approximation of single magnetic domain mode,the K_1 and the effective damping constant(α_(eff)) have also been determined from the out-of-plane angular dependence of ferromagnetic resonance(FMR) spectra obtained at the temperature range of 185 K to T_C.We have found large magnetic damping with the effective damping constant α_(eff) ~ 0.58 along with a broad linewidth(ΔH_(pp) 1000 Oe at 9.48 GHz,H ‖ c-axis).Our results provide useful dynamics information for the development of FGT-based spintronic devices.  相似文献

Transition-metal oxyhalides $MOX$ ($M = {\rm Fe}$, Cr, V; $O ={\rm oxygen}$, $X= {\rm F}$, Cl, Br, I), an emerging type of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals materials, have been both theoretically and experimentally demonstrated to possess unique electronic and magnetic properties. However, the intrinsic in-plane anisotropic properties of 2D VOCl still lacks in-depth research, especially optical anisotropy. Herein, a systematic Raman spectroscopic study is performed on VOCl single-crystal with different incident laser polarization at various temperatures. The polarized-dependent Raman scattering spectra reveal that the ${{ A}}_{{\rm g}}$ mode of VOCl show a 2-lobed shape in parallel polarization configuration while a 4-lobed shape in vertical configuration. In addition, the temperature-dependent and thickness-dependent Raman scattering spectra confirm a relatively weak van der Waals interaction between each layers among VOCl single crystal. These findings might provide better understanding on the in-plane anisotropic phenomenon in VOCl layers, thus will accelate further application of 2D single crystals for nanoscale angle-dependent optoelectronics.  相似文献

研究了交换偏置双层膜中界面存在二次以及双二次交换耦合下反铁磁磁矩转动及其交换各向异性.结果表明,其反铁磁膜中的磁矩转动存在可逆“恢复行为”、不可逆“半转动行为”、不可逆“倒转行为”以及不可逆“半倒转行为”四种情形,四种情形的出现强烈地依赖于界面二次、双二次耦合以及反铁磁膜厚度.其中可逆恢复行为情况下,系统出现交换偏置,而不可逆的半转、半倒转以及倒转情形,系统不出现交换偏置.特别地,在界面处仅存在双二次耦合的情形下,其界面双二次耦合常数J2≤0.1 σ关键词: 反铁磁自旋结构 交换各向异性 界面双二次耦合 交换偏置  相似文献

This paper theoretically investigates the effects of crystal field and exchange interaction field on magnetic properties in dysprosium gallium garnet under extreme conditions (low temperatures and high magnetic fields) based on quantum theory. Here, five sets of crystal field parameters are discussed and compared. It demonstrates that, only considering the crystal field effect, the experiments can not be successfully explained. Thus, referring to the molecular field theory, an effective exchange field associated with the Dy--Dy exchange interaction is further taken into account. Under special consideration of crystal field and the exchange interaction field, it obtains an excellent agreement between the theoretical results and experiments, and further confirms that the exchange interaction field between rare-earth ions has great importance to magnetic properties in paramagnetic rare-earth gallium garnets.  相似文献

We consider a qubit symmetrically and transversely coupled to an XY spin chain with Dzyaloshinsky-Moriya (DM) interaction in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. An analytical expression for the geometric phase of the qubit is obtained in the weak coupling limit. We find that the modification of the geometrical phase induced by the spin chain environment is greatly enhanced by the DM interaction in the weak coupling limit around the quantum phase transition point of the spin chain.  相似文献

磁铁矿是分布广泛且非常重要的亚铁磁材料,也广泛分布在生物体中。生物体中的磁铁矿具有完美的晶体结构,大多为超顺磁颗粒或单畴颗粒,且大多呈链状分布,具有明显的磁各向异性。生物体中存在“磁接收器”,生物磁铁矿是“磁接收器”的生物物理基础。本文中,从超顺磁磁铁矿颗粒和单畴磁铁矿颗粒的物理特性出发,主要是从它们的磁各向异性特性的基础上描述了生物磁铁矿和“磁接收器”的工作机制, 即在某些条件下,在外界地磁场强度量级的磁场作用下,超顺磁颗粒或单畴颗粒可以诱导产生足够强的磁场,使邻近的晶体可以相互吸引或排斥, 这些粒子间的相互作用可以改变晶体颗粒束所在的外围机体形状,而神经系统可以探测到单独的粒子束或一列粒子束的扩张或收缩,因此生物体就可以探测到磁场的方向以及强度等磁场参量。  相似文献
