S-[N-取代氨基甲酰甲基]-O,O-二烷基二硫代磷酸酯类化合物的合成及其对植物的抑制活性

用O,O-二烷基二硫代磷酸酯与α-卤代乙酰胺在丙酮或氯仿/水体系中反应,合成了40余种标题化合物,确定其结构;研究了酰胺分子中不同取代基对反应的影响.测定它们对植物的抑制活性发现,引入磷酰基可保持原来卤代酰胺的生物活性,但选择性却有明显提高,初步讨论了这类化合物结构与活性的规律。     

1-取代氨基甲酰基-2-硝基亚氨基咪唑烷的合成

为了寻求开发新的烟碱类杀虫剂,设计、合成了中间体α_氰基异氰酸酯,然后同2_硝基亚氨基咪唑烷缩合制得6个新咪唑烷衍生化合物。同时从硫脲开始,合成了含α_异丙基对氯苯基的双取代硝基胍。经过初步生物活性测定,所有新化合物具有一定的除草杀虫活性,其中化合物6对马唐的苗后抑制达到61%。

N，N－二取代脲和取代三氯乙酰胺反应合成了10种未见文献报道的标题化合物，产物结构经元素分析、IR和^1H NMR确证。初步生物活性测定表明多数化合物具有明显的除草活性。     

有机磷化合物的研究 XXV: 由N,N''-取代亚烷基双酰胺合成α-氨基膦酸

报导了亚磷酸三苯酯与对称的N,N'-烷撑二碳酰胺或N-羟在碳酰胺的反应后经水解合成α-氨基膦酸的新方法, 反应机理包括有二碳酰胺对三价磷的亲电进攻.     

N′-5-四唑基-N-芳甲酰基硫脲的合成及其生物活性研究(I)

为寻找新的高活性农药 ,根据生物等排原理 ,设计合成了 10种未见文献报道的N′ 5 ( 1H 1,2 ,3 ,4 四唑基 ) N 芳甲酰基硫脲类化合物 .它们的结构经IR ,1HNMR和元素分析确证 .初步的生物活性测定结果表明 ,部分化合物具有优良的除草活性或植物生长调节活性 .     

8-烷基小檗碱的合成

对比研究了乙醚、二氧六环和四氢呋喃(THF)三种溶剂对8位长链烷基取代小檗碱衍生物中间体合成产率的影响. 以四氢呋喃(THF)为反应溶剂, 8-癸基和8-月桂基盐酸小檗碱的产率是以乙醚为溶剂的4倍以上.     

N-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基)-N′-芳甲酰基脲的合成与生物活性

以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸与酰基异氰酸酯反应,合成了15个新的N-5-(1H-1,2,4-三唑基)-N′-芳甲酰基脲,用核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱和元素分析确证了其结构,并进行了室内生物活性测试.生测试验证明部分酰基脲类化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性,其中N-5-(3-羧基-1,2,4-三唑基)-N′-o-氯苯甲酰基脲、N-5-(3-羧基-1,2,4-三唑基)-N′-o-溴苯甲酰基脲和N-5-(3-羧基-1,2,4-三唑基)-N′-P(或m)-甲基苯甲酰基脲具有优良的生长素活性.

Synthesis and crystal structure of a new zinc diphosphonate

A new zinc diphosphonate [NH₃CH(CH₃)CH₂NH₃]₂Zn₂(edbbp)₂(HNO₃)₂·4H₂O [eddbp?= O₃PCH(Ph)NH(CH₂)₂NHCH(Ph)PO₃] was hydrothermally synthesized with Zn(NO₃)₂·6H₂O, ethane-1,2-diamino-N,N′-bis(benzylphosphonic acid) (H₄edbbp) and 1,2-propyldiamine. It consists of a centro-symmetric dimeric unit [Zn₂(edbbp)₂], in which each zinc ion adopts a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Hydrogen bonds formed between phosphonate groups and protonated 1,2-propyldiamine molecules link the dimeric units into one-dimensional chains. The doubly protonated 1,2-propyldiamine molecules serve not only as charge compensating counter ions, but also as bridging groups. Hydrogen-bonding interactions among the phosphonate oxygen atoms, water molecules, nitric acid molecules and protonated 1,2-propyldiamine result in the formation of a three-dimensional supramolecular network.     

长链烷基氨基苯并冠醚的合成

采用４′－氨基苯并－１５－冠－５与长链卤代烷反应，合成了一系列Ｎ－单长链烷基取代及Ｎ，Ｎ－双长链烷基取代的氨基苯并－１５－冠－５。通过１ＨＮＭＲ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＵＶ和元素分析证明了产物的结构     

Synthesis, crystal structure, hydrogen bonding and spectroscopy of transition-metal complexes with the ligand (N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3-propanediamine)

Six mononuclear complexes are reported with the tetradentate ligand N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3-propanediamine, (abbreviated as pypn) i.e. [Cu(pypn)(ClO₄)₂](H₂O)_1/2 (1), [Fe(pypn)Cl₂](NO₃) (2), [Zn(pypn)Cl](ClO₄) (3), [Co(pypn)(NCS)₂](ClO₄) (4), [Co(pypn)(N₃)₂](ClO₄) (5), [Zn(pypn)(NCS)₂] (6). The synthesis and X-ray crystal structures of all six compounds and their spectroscopic properties are presented.The geometry of the Cu²⁺, Co³⁺, Zn²⁺, Fe³⁺ ions is essentially octahedrally based, with the mm conformation (for Cu) and m_sf conformations for the other 3 metal ions; in compound 3 the geometry around the Zn²⁺ is distorted trigonal bipyramidal. The stabilisation of the crystal lattices is maintained by interesting, relative strong hydrogen bonds.     

Synthesis, reactivity and structural characterization of ytterbium complexes bearing a tridentate [O,N,N] Schiff base ligand

The synthesis, characterization and reactivity of ytterbium monochloride supported by tridentate Schiff base ligands are described. The metathesis reaction of anhydrous YbCl₃ with 1 equivalent of the sodium salt of a Schiff base, [{LNa(THF)}₂] (1) [LH = 3,5-Bu^t₂-2-(OH)-C₆H₂CHN-8-C₉H₆N], gave the ytterbium Schiff base monochloride complex L₂YbCl (2). Complex 2 reacted with NaOAr (OAr = OC₆H₃Bu^t-2-Me-4) in a 1:1 molar ratio to form the desired aryloxo derivative L₂Yb(OAr) (3). Complex 3 can also be prepared by the one-pot reaction of the Schiff base HL, n-BuLi, YbCl₃ and NaOAr in a 2:2:1:1 molar ratio. However, an unprecedented ytterbium aryloxide LL′Yb(OAr) (4) (L′ = 3,5-Bu^t₂-2-(O)C₆H₂CH(C₄H₉)-NH-8-C₉H₆N) can be isolated in low yield as a byproduct in the later case. Reaction of complex 2 with 1 equivalent of (CH₂CH-CH₂)MgBr in THF afforded the unexpected complex [Mg(H₂N-8-C₉H₆N)Cl(THF)₃]Br (5). Complexes 2-5 were fully characterized by elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.     

N,N’-二苯基-N,N’-二(9,9-二甲基芴-2-基)-9-己基-(4,4’-二胺基苯基)咔唑的合成方法及表征

以2,7-二溴咔唑为原料经过N-烷基化、Suzuki偶联反应、Buchwald-Hartwig偶联反应合成了有机发光二极管(OLED)空穴传输材料N,N’-二苯基-N,N’-二(9,9-二甲基芴-2-基)-9-己基-(4,4’-二胺基苯基)咔唑,利用NMR、IR和熔点等分析方法对产物结构进行了表征,并通过TG、UV-Vis及荧光光谱研究了物质的热稳定性和光学性能。     

Crystal Structure and Fluorescence Properties of Europium Complex with 2,2′-(2,3-Naphthylenebisoxy)-bis(N,N-diisopropylacetamide)

Summary. Solid complex of europium nitrate with 2,2′-(2,3-naphthylenebisoxy)bis(N,N-diisopropylacetamide) (L) has been prepared and characterized. The X-ray crystal structure and the solvent dependent fluorescence properties of the Eu(III) complex were investigated.     

Synthesis of N-Substituted phosphoramidic acid esters as “reverse” fosmidomycin analogues

An efficient synthetic pathway to a series of novel “reverse” fosmidomycin analogues has been developed, commencing from substituted benzylamines. In these analogues, the fosmidomycin hydroxamate moiety is reversed and the tetrahedral methylene carbon adjacent to the phosphonate moiety is replaced by a nitrogen atom bearing different benzyl groups. The resulting phosphonate esters were designed as potential antimalarial “pro-drugs”.     

4,5-二氧-(2-硫)-1,3,2,4-二氮二磷杂环戊烷衍生物的合成

本文报道了22个新的4,5-二氧-(2-硫)-1,3,2,4-二氮二磷杂环戊烷化合物。对合成路线和条件作了初步探讨。产物的结构经IR、¹H和³¹PNMR及元素分析得到证实,测定了部分产物的MS。在³¹PNMR谱中产物的顺式和反式异构体均得到了指认。部分产物的生物活性初步测定结果表明,它们具有一定的除草和抑菌活性。     

N,N-烃基-2-甲胺烃基酰胺的合成

以羧酸和环状仲胺为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,1-羟基-苯并-三氮唑（HOBT）和1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳化二亚胺盐酸盐(EDCI)为缩合剂,合成了一系列含咪唑环和吡嗪环的N-烷基酰胺衍生物,收率56%~73%,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和MS(ESI)确证。
