The synthesis of two series of β-amino ketones containing a p-aminobenzoic acid moiety (TM-1 and TM-2) using a modified protocol of the Mannich reaction is reported. The molecular structures of a total of tweenty three new target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS and HR-MS. Subsequently, their antidiabetic activities were screened in vitro. The α-glucodase inhibition (α-GI) activity of compound 1e reached a remarkable level of 66.50%. The peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor (PPAR) relative activation activities of six compounds are above 80%, and in particular 2i displays an unprecedentedly high PPAR of 130.91%. The structure-activity relationships of the compounds were established. 2i is also subject to further in-depth investigation.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation of two new optically active aliphatic β-amino alcohols (R)-5,5-dimethyl-2-(dimethy-lamino)-1,1-diphenyl-1-hexanol (1a) and (S)-8,8-dimethyl-2-(dimethylamino)-1, 1-diphenyl-1-nonanol (1b). They were synthesized by methylation of the corresponding β-amino alcohols 2a and 2b. Compounds la and 1b catalyze the addition of diethylzinc to various aldehydes enantioselectively. Using methanol-water mixtures as the mobile phase,the chro-matographic retention parameters k' and Rf were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)and reversed-phase high-performance thin-layer chromatography(RP-HPTLC)for N-(benzothiazol-2-yl)-o) amino alkyl phosphonic diesters and the correlation with lipophilicity parameter(ClogP)was established.Logkw values obtained from RP-HPLC and R values obtained from RP-HPTLC can be used to evaluate the lipophilicity of this kind of compounds.Chromatographic method is a good alternative for lipophilicity measurement.  相似文献

A coordination polymer formulated as[Mn(5-pncH2)2H2O](1,5-pncH3=5-phosphono-1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid),was hydrothermally synthesized and magnetically characterized.Compound 1 features a three-dimensional structure in which the inorganic chains of[Mn(O-P-O)]n are cross-linked by the organic groups of phosphonate ligands.Magnetic measurements of 1 indicate that dominant antiferromagnetic interactions are mediated between the Mn centers.  相似文献

Mesoporous silicas have a very attractive ability of sorption and enrichment of metal ions due to their huge surface area and facile functionalization by organic ligands.In this work,phosphonate-amino bifunctionalized mesoporous silica SBA-15(PA-SBA-15) as U(VI) sorbent was fabricated through post-grafting method.The obtained mesoporous silica was characterized by SEM,XRD,NMR and nitrogen sorption/desorption experiments,which revealed the existence of ordered mesoporous structure with uniform pore diameter and large surface area.The adsorptivity of PA-SBA-15 for U(VI) from aqueous solution was investigated using batch sorption technique under different experimental conditions.The preliminary results show that the U(VI) sorption by PA-SBA-15 is very quick with equilibrium time of less than 1 h,and the U(VI) uptake is as large as 373 mg/g at pH 5.5 under 95 ℃.The sorption isotherm has been successfully modeled by the Langmuir isotherm,suggesting a monolayer homogeneous sorption of U(VI) in PA-SBA-15.The sorption is pH-dependent due to the pH-dependent charge of sorbent in the aqueous solution.The thermodynamics research shows that the sorption is a feasible and endothermic process.Based on these results,PA-SBA-15 could be a promising solid phase sorbent for highly-efficient removal of U(VI) ions from waste water and enrichment of U(VI) from a solution at a very low level.  相似文献

2-Amino substituted benzothiazole 4a—4l and p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl chloride 2 were used to prepare 2-(p-aminophenylsulfonamido) substituted benzothiazole 6a—6l using mixture of pyridine and acetic anhydride which formed an electrophilic complex (N-acetyl pyridinium) to facilitate condensation to give desired product by removal of HCl. 2-{p-[(3-Carboxypyrid-2-yl)amino]phenylsulfonamido}benzothiazoles 8a—8l were synthesized from 2-chloropyridine-3-carboxylic acid 7 and 6a—6l in 2-ethoxy ethanol using Cu-powder and K2CO3. Acid chlorides 9a—9l were condensed with 2-hydroxyethyl piperazine 10 and 2,3-dichloropiperazine 11 for amide derivatives 2-(p-((3-(4-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazin-1-ylcarbonyl)pyrid-2-yl)amino)phenylsulfonamido)benzothiazoles 12a—12l and 2-{p-[3-(2,3-dichloropiperazin-1-ylcarbonyl)pyrid-2-ylamino]phenylsulfonamido}benzothiazoles 13a—13l respectively. The structures of the new compounds have been established on the basis of their chemical analysis and spectral data (IR, 1H NMR and mass). All the compounds have been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

烯丙醇类化合物是非常重要的有机合成砌块.近年来,自由基或阳离子对烯丙醇类化合物的加成引发的1,2-碳迁移反应迅速发展,被认为是合成含α-季碳中心的β-羰基化合物最有效的策略之一.目前,烯丙醇的官能团化/1,2-碳迁移反应取得了很好的成果,各种官能团化反应,比如卤化、三氟甲基化、硫化、膦化和芳基化等,已经顺利实现.但是,烯丙醇类化合物的胺化/1,2-碳迁移串联反应研究较少.这可能是由于竞争的亲核胺化反应存在导致的.因此,发展烯丙醇类化合物的胺化串联反应值得期待.我们及其他课题组以N-氟代双苯磺酰亚胺(NFSI)作为有效的自由基氮源,实现了烯烃或炔烃的自由基胺化官能团化反应.研究表明,在铜催化温和条件下即可生成金属稳定的氮中心自由基物种.据此,我们认为,在温和条件下有效产生氮中心自由基是实现烯丙醇自由基胺化/1,2-碳迁移串联反应的关键.在前期工作基础上,本文利用NFSI及其衍生物作为有效的自由基胺化试剂,实现了铜催化烯丙醇类化合物的自由基胺化/1,2-碳迁移串联反应,直接构建重要的含α-季碳中心的β-胺基酮骨架.本文合成了24个不同官能团取代的β-胺基酮衍生物.反应中芳环上取代基的电子效应和空间效应表现并不明显.当芳基对位连有卤素、烷氧基、芳基、烷基时,或者邻位和间位甲基取代的1-(1-芳基烯基)环丁醇均可以与NFSI顺利反应,以中等至较高的产率得到相应的含α-季碳中心的β-胺基酮.氧杂环丁醇、取代的环丁醇类化合物,5元、6元及非环状的苯基烯丙醇类化合物均适用于该反应,生成相应的目标化合物.同时,我们也扩展了胺化试剂的范围,除NFSI衍生物外,单取代的NFHSO2Ph类型氮源也可以有效发生自由基胺化/1,2-碳迁移串联反应,生成目标产物.另外,扩大反应物的量至5 mmol,反应不受影响,仍能以90%的产率生成β-胺基酮衍生物.最后,通过控制实验捕捉到反应中生成的苄基自由基中间体,表明该反应经历氮中心自由基对烯丙醇烯烃双键的区域选择性加成引发的1,2-碳迁移串联反应.总之,本文以N-F试剂作为自由基胺化试剂,利用铜催化体系发展了烯丙醇类化合物的自由基胺化/1,2-碳迁移串联反应,一步合成了重要的β-胺基酮类化合物.该反应条件温和,底物适用范围宽泛,官能团兼容性较好,合成了一系列链状、环状及螺环的含有α-季碳中心的β-胺基酮衍生物.据我们所知,这是首例将NHFSO_2Ph类型N-F试剂作为自由基氮源的反应.  相似文献

室温下,稀土甲基磺酸盐催化苯乙酮、芳香醛和芳香胺的Mannich反应,三组分"一锅法"合成了23种β-氨基酮衍生物(其中4种为新化合物),其结构经~1H NMR,IR和元素分析确证.比较了甲基磺酸镧、亚铈、镨、钕、镱的催化活性,结果表明其催化活性接近;催化剂可重复使用.  相似文献
