铜-四(4-甲氧基-3-磺酸苯基)卟啉络合物在0.1mol/L KOH溶液中,在-1.25V(vs.SCE)有一灵敏的吸附还原峰,峰高与Cu~(2+)浓度在3.1×10~(-9)~1.5×10~(-7)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。检出限达8×10~(-10)mol/L(富集2min)。本文详细讨论了测定铜的最佳条件,并对试剂及其铜络合物在悬汞电极上的伏安特性和吸附行为作了探讨。此法用于工业硫酸锌盐中微量铜的测定,结果与光度法、原子吸收法一致。  相似文献

用循环伏安法制备了聚L-白氨酸修饰玻碳电极,研究了多巴胺在聚L-白氨酸修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立了循环伏安法测定痕量多巴胺的新方法。实验结果表明,在pH 6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在聚L-白氨酸修饰玻碳电极上产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Epa=0.281V,Epc=0.170 V(相对Ag/AgCl电极)。峰电流与多巴胺的浓度在5.0×10-8~5.0×10-4mol/L的范围内有线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-9mol/L。对1.0×10-5mol/L多巴胺溶液平行测定9次,其相对标准偏差为4.0%。已用于针剂中多巴胺的测定。  相似文献

在pH5的醋酸盐缓冲底液中,可获得灵敏的铟(Ⅲ)—檞皮素的络合吸附波。铟浓度由1.O×10~(-9)—1.0×10~(-6)mol/L与其二阶导数波峰高有正比关系,检出限为5.0×10~(-10)mol/L,用于测定了试剂硫酸锌中的痕量铟,测得电活性络合物的组成为:In(Ⅲ):檞皮素=1:2,还讨论了络合物在汞电极上的吸附行为。  相似文献

采用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究了盐酸阿霉素在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及电极反应机理,优化了测定盐酸阿霉素的各实验参数。结果表明,在0.01 mol/L的HCl溶液中,盐酸阿霉素在-0.40 V处出现(vs.SCE)一灵敏的还原峰,峰电流与其溶液浓度在5.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L(r=0.999)和1.0×10-6~1.0×10-5mol/L(r=0.998)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L。并用循环伏安法研究了盐酸阿霉素的峰电流性质,发现电极反应属于准可逆过程,出现一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,体系属准可逆吸附波。利用盐酸阿霉素在玻碳电极的电化学行为建立的分析方法可用于盐酸阿霉素的质量监控及药代动力学研究。  相似文献

本文采用氧化还原循环处理电极首次得到Ag/0.1mol L~(-1)NH_3+0.1mol L~(-1)NH_4Cl体系中吸附在银电极上氨分子的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应。按氨分子在电极表面上的吸附量为每平方厘米8×10~(15)计算,增加因子为1.2×10~5.谱峰强度及位置随电极电位改变。吸附氨分子的SERS谱与Ag(NH_3)_2~+的正常拉曼光谱类似。本文结果表明电极表面上存在Ag(δ+)络合物,它可能是SERS效应的活性中心,用这个概念可较好地解释本文实验结果。通过谱图分析给出了Ag(δ+)表面络合物的可能结构模式。  相似文献

在pH9.50的1.60 mol/L NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl缓冲液体系中,铜(Ⅱ)-2-氨基-4-苯基噻唑-3,5-二溴水杨醛络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上于-0.36 V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波,其2.5次微分吸附波灵敏度高,波形好.峰值e_(pp)与铜(Ⅱ)浓度在4.0×10~(-8)~6.5×10~(-6)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系;其检测限为1.0×10~(-8)mol/L Cu(Ⅱ).该法用于合金试样中微量铜测定,结果较好.本文对络合物的组成及波的性质进行了探讨.  相似文献

采用沉淀法合成了镁铝水滑石和纳米Fe_2O_3,进行了XRD和IR表征.将两者按一定比例混合,制备成修饰的玻碳电极.采用示差脉冲伏安法详细研究了Cd~(2+)在修饰玻碳电极上的电化学响应行为,并对各种实验影响因素进行了优化.结果表明,在0.2 mol/L且pH=6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,当MgAl-HT与Fe_2O_3质量比为2∶1,制膜的滴涂量为9μL时,1×10~(-6)mol/L的Cd~(2+)在-1.0 V富集1.5 min后,进行电化学扫描,Cd~(2+)在-0.82 V附近出现一灵敏尖锐的溶出峰,溶出峰电流与其浓度在2×10~(-10)~2×10~(-8)mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.0×10~(-10)mol/L,表明复合膜修饰玻碳电极检测镉离子效果很好.  相似文献

研究了氯霉素(CAP)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为.发现在pH=2.0的0.1 mol/LKCl-HCl底液中,CAP在该修饰电极上有一灵敏的还原峰(Ep=-0.36 V vs.Ag/AgCl),峰电流与CAP浓度成正比,线性范围为6.0×10-6~2.7×10-4mol/L,检测限达3.0×10-6mol/L.该方法灵敏、准确,用于模拟样品和实际样品的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

以水合肼为还原剂,采用均相还原法制备还原氧化石墨烯-多壁碳纳米管复合材料(rGO-MWCNTs),通过滴涂法将其修饰到玻碳电极(GCE)表面.以此复合材料为载体,采用电化学方法制备了金纳米粒子-还原氧化石墨烯-多壁碳纳米管复合膜修饰电极(AuNPs-rGO-MWCNTs/GCE).通过扫描电镜(SEM)、EDS能谱技术和电化学方法对此电极进行了表征.研究了双酚A在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,此电极对双酚A的电极过程具有良好的电化学活性,在0.10 mol/L PBS溶液(pH 7.0)中,微分脉冲伏安法测定双酚A的线性范围为5.0 × 10-9~1.0 × 10-7 mol/L和1.0 × 10-7~2.0 × 10-5 mol/L,检出限为1.0 ×10-9 mol/L(S/N=3). 将此电极用于模拟水样和超市购物小票样品中双酚A含量的测定,加标回收率分别为97%~110%和98%~104%.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献

Scope of the copper catalyzed/mediated selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been studied for the synthesis of isoselenazolones. It is noticed that the 2-chloro, 2-bromo-, and 2-iodo-aryl amides substrates can be exploited in the selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction by employing 25-100 mol % of CuI/1,10-phenanthroline (L) and potassium carbonate as a base in DMF. Furthermore, electron rich 2-chloro-arylamides also underwent selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction to give biologically important selenium-nitrogen heterocycles. Also, copper-catalyzed selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been meticulously applied for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides having methoxy, amine, and amide functionality from respective aryl iodides in the presence of stoichiometric amount of succinimide as an external Se-N coupling partner.  相似文献
