An account of the experiments on preparing polystyrene(PS) nanocomposites through grafting the polymer onto organophilic montmorillonite is reported.Cloisite 20A was reacted with vinyltrichlorosilane to replace the edge hydroxyl groups of the clay with a vinyl moiety.Because the reaction may liberate HC1,it was performed in the presence of sodium hydrogencarbonate to prevent the exchange of quaternary alkylammonium cations with H~+ ions.Only the silanol groups on the edge of the clay react with vinyltrichlorosilane.The radical polymerization of the product with styrene as a vinyl monomer leads to chemical grafting of PS onto the montmorillonite surface.The homopolymer formed during polymerization was separated from the grafted organoclay by Soxhlet extraction.Chemical grafting of the polymer onto Cloisite 20A was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy.The prepared nanocomposite materials and the grafted nano-particles were studied by XRD.Exfoliated nanocomposites may be obtained for 0.5 wt%-l wt%clay content.The nanocomposites were studied by thermogravimertic analysis(TGA) dynamic thermal analysis(DTA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMTA).  相似文献

Fumed silica/bisphenol A dicyanate ester(BADCy)nanocomposites were prepared by introducing different contents of nano-sized fumed SiO2 into the BADCy matrix.Two different average primary particle diameters of 12 and 40 nm were chosen.Dibutyltindilaurate(DBTDL)catalyst was chosen to catalyze the cyanate ester group into triazine group via cyclotrimerization reaction.The SEM micrographs indicated that the fumed SiO2 particles were homogeneously dispersed in the poly(bisphenol A dicyanate)matrix by means of ultrasonic treatment and the addition of a coupling agent. The FTIR spectroscopy shows that,not only DBTDL catalyzes the polymerization reaction but also-OH groups of the SiO2 particles surface help the catalyst for the complete polymerization of BADCy monomer.The thermal stability of the cured BADCy can be improved by adequate addition of fumed SiO2.A slight increase in the dielectric constant and dielectric loss values were identified by testing the dielectric properties of the prepared nanocomposite samples.By increasing the SiO2 content,there was a slight increasing in the thermal conductivity values of the tested samples.The obtained results proved that the fumed silica/BADCy nanocomposites had good thermal and dielectrical properties and can be used in many applications such as in the thermal insulation field.  相似文献

The effective thermal conductivities of gas-saturated porous methane hydrates were measured by a single-sided transient plane source (TPS) technique and simulated by a generalized fractal model of porous media that based on self-similarity.The density of porous hydrate,measured by the volume of the sample in the experimental system,was used to evaluate the porosity of methane hydrate samples.The fractal model was based on Sierpinski carpet,a thermal-electrical analogy technique and one-dimensional heat flow assumption.Both the experimental and computational results show the effective thermal conductivity of methane hydrate decreases with the porosity increase.The porosity of 0.3 can reduce the thermal conductivity of the methane hydrate by 25%.By analysis of the experimental data and the simulative result,the optimized thermal conductivity of the zero-porosity methane hydrate is about 0.7 W m-1K-1.  相似文献

<正>Polypyrrole(PPy) shows a favorable application in the electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding due to its good electrical conductivity and outstanding air stability.Conducting PPy films with high conductivity and good adhesion were successfully polymerized on the surface of insulating epoxy resin substrates using chemical polymerization.The factors affecting the properties of PPy films,such as the surface morphology,adhesion between PPy film and substrate,electrical conductivity,EMI shielding effectiveness(SE),were investigated.The adhesion was improved significantly through a three-step surface pretreatment of epoxy resin substrates including removing impurities,roughening,and surface modification with silane coupling agent.An enhancement in the conductivity of PPy films of about one order of magnitude was achieved by adding dopant in FeCl_3 solution.The higher the conductivity,the better the shielding effectiveness.Taking sodium p-toluenesulfonate doped PPy film as example,EMI SE was in the practically useful range of about 30 dB over a wide frequency range from 30 MHz to 1500 MHz.The PPy film samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),infrared spectra(IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and the flange coaxial transmission device.The fourpoint probe method was used to measure conductivity of PPy films.  相似文献

Novel conducting oligocatecholborane (OCOB) with electrical conductivity of 3.73 × 10-2S cm-1 was successfully synthesized by low-potential electropolymerization of catecholborane (COB) in boron trifluoride diethyl etherate at 0.70 V versus Ag/AgCl. FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra, together with the computational results, proved that COB was polymerized through the coupling at C(4) and C(5) positions and the reactive B―H bond was stable during the electrochemical polymerization. The resulting product was mainly composed of oligomers with short chain lengths by GPC and mass spectral results. The as-formed OCOB film showed good electrochemistry in monomer-free electrolytes with the electrochromic property from opaque blue to sap green. Fluorescence studies indicated that soluble OCOB can emit bright blue light under excitation of 365 nm UV light with the maximum emission at 396 nm and a fluorescence quantum yield of 0.21. The deposited OCOB also exhibited favorable thermal stability and smooth and compact morphology even at high magnifications.  相似文献

The mesoscopic simulation technique was applied to describe the phase separation behavior of polyimide blends and used for design of immiscible polyimide/BN blend films with enhanced thermal conductivity. The simulation equilibrium morphologies of different poly(amic acid)(PAA) blend systems were investigated and compared with optical images of corresponding polyimide blend films obtained by experiment. The immiscible polyimide blend films containing nano-/micro-sized BN with vertical double percolation structure were prepared. The result indicated that the thermal conductivity of polyimide blend film with 25 wt% nano-sized BN reached1.16 W/(m·K), which was 236% increment compared with that of the homogenous film containing the same BN ratio. The significant enhancement in thermal conductivity was attributed to the good phase separation of polyimide matrix, which made the inorganic fillers selectively localized in one continuous phase with high packing density, consequently, forming the effective thermal conductive pathway.  相似文献

Organo-fly ash(OFA) was prepared with pretreated fly ash(FA) and hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (HDTMAB),and the composites composed of OFA and polyaniline were obtained by emulsion polymerization at different OFA weight ratios(2.0 wt%,5.0 wt%,10.0 wt%,15.0 wt%and 20.0 wt%) in the presence of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid as dopant and emulsifier.A polymerization procedure was supposed.The electrical conductivities of the composites were tested by the four-probe technique.The chemical structure and crystallinity of the composites were confirmed by FT-IR and X-ray diffraction,respectively.Morphologies of FA,OFA and the composites were observed by SEM.The element analysis was performed by energy dispersive spectrometry.The thermal stability of the composites was analyzed by TGA.The results showed that the electrical conductivity of the composites decreased with increasing the feed weight ratio of OFA,and the lowest value was 0.62 S/cm.HDTMAB and PAn were just adsorbed on the surface of FA and OFA,respectively according to the physical adsorption without destroying the crystalline structure of FA or OFA.The surface became smoother after organification of FA by using HDTMAB,and its content on FA surfaces was about 26.9 wt%.The core/shell structure of the composite was observed by SEM analysis.The composites showed a higher thermal stability than pure PAn by introduction of OFA into this polymerization system,the heat stability of PAn was increased by decreasing 31.8 wt%of weight loss after introducing 20 wt%of OFA.  相似文献

A two-stage process has been developed to generate the silica-based macromonomer through surface-modification of silica with polymerizable vinyl groups. The silica surfaces were treated with excess 2,4-toluene diisocynate (TDI), after which the residual isocyanate groups were converted into polymerizable vinyl groups by reaction with hydroxypropylacrylate (HPA). Thus, polystyrene/silica nanocomposites were prepared by conventional radical copolymerization of styrene with silica macromonomer. The main effecting factors, such as ratios of styrene to the macromonomer, together with polymerization time on the copolymerization were studied in detail. FTIR, DSC and TGA were utilized to characterize the nanocomposites. Experimental results revealed that the silica nanoparticles act as cross-linking points in the polystytene/silica nanocomposites, and the glass transition temperatures of the nanocomposites are higher than that of the corresponding pure polystyrene. The glass transition temperatures of nanocomposites increased with the increasing of silica contents, which were further ascertained by DSC.  相似文献

Redox graphene-MXene(rGO-MXene) nanocomposites were prepared by ion polymerization and used to construct a highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for baicalin(BA) detection. The synergistic effect of rGO and MXene increased the specific surface area and electron transport capacity of the electrode, and significantly enhanced the electrochemical response of BA. The cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of BA on the sensor. Under the optimal conditions, the peak current exhibited a good linear relationship with BA concentration in the range of 0. 05-10 μmol / L, and the limit of detection was as low as 28 nmol / L. The method was applied to analyze traditional Chinese medicine preparations containing baicalin, such as Qingkailing Capsule and Sanhuang Tablets with good accuracy and spiked recovery. The results were highly consistent with those of high performance liquid chromatography, providing a technical means for the rapid and sensitive detection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. Methyl Methacrylate(MMA) has been filled in the apertures of aligned carbon nanotubes(ACNTs). Then PMMA/ACNTs composites have been synthesized by in-situ polymerization. The SEM results show that carbon nanotubes are well dispersed and directionally arranged in the composites. The electrical conductivities of the parallel direction (parallel with ACNTs) and perpendicular direction (perpendicular with ACNTs) of composites were respectively tested to be 15 S·cm-1 and 4 S·cm-1, so the composites were conductivity anisotropic. Compared with PMMA, the thermal stable temperature of composites in air was improved by 100 ℃,and the thermal conductivity of composites was 13.64 times of PMMA.  相似文献

Three isomeric metal-organic frameworks,[Cd2(X)(btc)(DMA)3]n(X = Cl(1),Br(2),I(3),H3btc =1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and DMA = N,Nˊ-dimethylacetamide),have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra(IR),thermogravimetric(TG) analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that compounds 1–3 crystallize in the orthorhombic P212121 space group,and feature a three-dimensional(3D) extended framework containing dinuclear [Cd2(COO)3] units as the secondary building units(SBUs).Topological analysis reveals that compounds 1–3 can be simplified into a 3-connected srs topological network.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers,[Zn(bdc)(1,3-bimb)]n(1) and {[Mn2(ox)2(1,3,5tib)4/3]·4H2O}n(2)(H2ox = oxalic acid,H2bdc = terephthalic acid,1,3-bimb = 1,3-bis(imidazol-1ylmethyl)benzene,1,3,5-tib = 1,3,5-tri(imidazol-1-yl)benzene),were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD),and thermogravimetric(TG) analyses.X-ray diffracation analysis reveals that two kinds of zigzag chains [Zn(bdc)]n and [Zn(1,3-bimb)]n in compound 1 are interweaved to form a 3D 4-fold interpenetrated 66-dia framework.In compound 2,Mn(1) and Mn(2) are linked via 1,3,5-tib ligands to form two different nets of [Mn6(1,3,5-tib)6 ]n along the ab plane with inner-or outer-shape N–Mn–N angles,which are connected by 1D infinite [Mn2(ox)2 ]n chains via Mn–O bonds to result in a(3,3,3,4,4)-connected(4·8·10)3(4·82)3(4·83·102)6(82·104·3)3(83)4 topology.Moreover,the photoluminescence of 1 has been investigated.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Pna2 with a = 13.2267(6),b = 9.1717(4),c = 17.4492(8),V = 2116.79(16)3,Z = 4,C22 H18N4O4 Zn,Mr = 467.77,Dc = 1.468 g/cm3,F(000) = 960 and μ(MoKα) = 1.197 mm-1.The final R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0618 for 3695 observed reflections with I 2(I) and R = 0.0389 and wR = 0.0653 for all data.The crystal of 2 crystallizes in rhombohedral,space group R-3 with a = 22.080(8),c = 31.19(2),V = 13167(11) 3,Z = 18,C24 H25 Mn2 N8 O13,Mr = 743.40,Dc = 1.688 g/cm3,F(000) = 6822 and μ(MoKα) = 0.945 mm-1.The final R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.1035 for 5160 observed reflections with I 2(I) and R = 0.0824 and wR = 0.1244 for all data.  相似文献

The title compound 5,17-diformyl-11,23-di(tert-butyl)-25,26,27,28-tetrapropoxycalix[4]arene has been synthesized by selective formylation of 5,11,17,23-tetra(tert-butyl)25,26,27,28-tetrahydroxycalix[4]arene in three steps and characterized by1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.760(3),b = 10.9952(10),c = 18.630(2),β = 119.985(4)°,V = 4570.4(9)3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.106 g/cm3,Mr = 761.01,F(000) = 1648,μ = 0.071 mm-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073),R = 0.0710 and wR = 0.2411 for 3234 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound adopts a pinched cone conformation which leads to an open cavity.Intermolecular C–H O weak interactions link the molecules along the bc plane,which are effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure.  相似文献

Highly ordered mesoporous NiMoO4material was successfully synthesized using mesoporous silica KIT-6 as hard template via vacuum nanocasting method. The structure was characterized by means of XRD, TEM, N2adsorption-desorption, Raman and FT-IR. The mesoporous NiMoO4with the coexistence of α-NiMoO4and β-NiMoO4showed well-ordered mesoporous structure, a bimodal pore size distribution and crystalline framework. The catalytic performance of NiMoO4was investigated for oxidative dehydrogenation of propane. It is demonstrated that the mesoporous NiMoO4catalyst with more surface active oxygen species showed better catalytic performance in oxidative dehydrogenation of propane in comparison with bulk NiMoO4.  相似文献

We reported the environmental benign synthesis of chalcones,2-pyrazolines and cyclohexanones under microwave irradiation.Chalcones were obtained by the condensation of each of 2-hydroxyacetophenone derivatives with a-naphthaldehyde under microwave irradiation.The condensation reactions of each of synthesized chalcones with phenyl hydrazine under microwave irradiation in the presence of dry acetic acid as a cyclizing agent gave 2-pyrazolines.Also,the new cyclohexenone derivatives,valuable intermediates to synthesize fused heterocycles,have been prepared by the cyclocondensation of each of hydroxychalcones with ethyl acetoacetate.The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by infrared(IR) spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),mass spectrometry(MS) and elmental analysis.The results indicate that unlike classical heating,microwave irradiation results in higher yields with shorter and cleaner reactions.The synthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Candida Albicans and Aspergillus niger.We clarified the effects of different substituents in the tested compounds on the obtaind antibacterial activities and antifungal activities.  相似文献

ABSTRACT The antioxidant activity of ortho and meta substituted Enterolactone derivatives has been investigated in the gas phase and water.The reaction enthalpies of antioxidant activity of the studied derivatives have been calculated and compared with the corresponding values of Enterolactone.Results show that EWG substituents increase the BDE and IP,while the EDG ones rise in the PA.The Enterolactone derivatives with the lowest BDE,IP and PA values were identified as the compounds with high antioxidant activity.Results show that the substituents in the ortho position have high potential for the synthesis of novel Enterolactone derivatives.Results show that Enterolactone derivatives can processes their protective role via HAT and SPLET mechanism in gas phase and solvent,respectively.The calculated reaction enthalpies of the substituted Enterolactones have linear dependence with Hammett constants and EHOMO that can be utilized in the selection of suitable substituents for the synthesis of novel antioxidants based on Enterolactone.  相似文献

Nitrogen doped carbon catalyzing acetylene conversion to vinyl chloride   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Commercial production of vinyl chloride from acetylene relies on the use of HgCl2as the catalyst, which has caused severe environmental problem and threats to human health because of its toxicity. Therefore, it is vital to explore alternative catalysts without mercury. We report here that N-doped carbon can catalyze directly transformation of acetylene to vinyl chloride. Particularly, N-doped high surface area mesoporous carbon exhibits a rather high activity with the acetylene conversion reaching 77% and vinyl chloride selectivity above 98% at a space velocity of 1.0 mL min-1 g-1and 200 ℃. It delivers a stable performance within a test period of 100 h and no obvious deactivation is observed,demonstrating potentials to substitute the notoriously toxic mercuric chloride catalyst.  相似文献

An enhanced active and selective catalyst consisting of ruthenium supported on dealuminated HY zeolite has been prepared by a wet impregnation method. It was found that BET surface area of Ru/HY catalysts significantly increases after HCl treatment. This treatment also increases the concentration of strong acid sites in the catalyst. The hydrogenolysis of glycerol over 5 wt% Ru/HY catalyst was investigated at 190-220 ℃, an initial H2pressure of 3-6 MPa, and in 20 wt% glycerol aqueous solution. The results indicate that HCl treated Ru/HY catalyst shows higher activity compared with the untreated Ru/HY catalyst, and that the glycerol hydrogenolysis efficiency is influenced by the porosity and acidity of the support. A selectivity to 1,2-PDO of 81.3% at a glycerol conversion of 60.1% under 3 MPa H2pressure and 220 ℃ for 10 h was achieved over the modified Ru/HY catalyst with a 1.0 mol/L HCl treatment. It has also been shown that a longer reaction time, a higher temperature and a higher H2pressure have the positive effects on the glycerol hydrogenolysis efficiency of the enhanced Ru/HY.  相似文献

A cocrystal based on 1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane and 3-((4′-carboxybenzyl)oxy)benzoic acid,C13H14N2·C15H12O5,has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The compound crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21 /c with a = 11.639(4),b = 9.808(3),c = 20.854(6),β = 91.242(7)°,V = 2380.0(13)3,C28H26N2O5,Mr = 470.51,Dc = 1.313 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.091 mm-1,F(000) = 992,Z = 4,the final R = 0.0677 and wR = 0.1477 for 4175 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).Intermolecular N H···O hydrogen bonds link two kinds of components into a one-dimensional chain in [10-1] direction and adjacent chains are further arranged into a two-dimensional network by π···π and C H···π interactions.Investigation of intermolecular interactions and crystal packing via Hirshfeld surface analysis reveals that the close contacts are mainly focused on weak interactions.The theoretical investigations with HF/6-31G(d) method were performed,and its stability,frontier molecular orbital composition and Mulliken charge distribution were also discussed.  相似文献
