合成了新型配合物{(n-Bu)2Sn[(η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4)COO]2}2,用元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱( 1H、13C、119Sn)进行了表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射分析法测定其晶体结构。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=11.753(4)?,b=21.133(7)?,c=23.374(9)?,β=101.62(3)°,V=5687(4)?3Z=4,Dc=1.614Mg·m-3,μ(MoKα)=1.912mm-1F(000)=2800,最终可靠因子R1=0.0827,wR2=0.2085。配合物分子呈中心对称,是具有Sn2O2中心内环的二聚体结构;每个锡原子与5个O原子和2个C原子形成扭曲的五角双锥几何构型,其中5个O原子为赤道配位原子,而C-Sn-C为配合物的轴。  相似文献

由侧链带有噻吩的环戊二烯基配体C5H5C6H10C4H3S与Fe(CO)5在二甲苯中加热回流,合成了1个新颖的四羰基二铁配合物[(η5-C5H4)C6H10(C4H3S)Fe(CO)2]2。通过元素分析、IR、1H NMR对其结构进行了表征,用X-射线单晶衍射确定了其结构。X-射线单晶衍射表明配合物中有2个桥羰基和2个端羰基,Fe-Fe的键长为0.25465(10)nm。  相似文献

Cobaltacarboranes (η1, η3-cyclooctenediyl)Co(Carb) (Carb = η-9-SMe2-7,8-C2B9H10, η-1-tBuHN-1,7,9-C3B8H10) were synthesized by the reaction of the carborane anions [Carb] with the acetonitrile complex [(η1, η3-cyclooctenediyl)Co(MeCN)3]+ generated in situ upon the dissolution of [(η1, η3-cyclooctenediyl)Co(η-1,4-C6H4Me2)]+ in MeCN. The structures of (η13-cyclooctenediyl)Co(η-9-SMe2-7,8-C2B9H10 and [(η22-cyclooctadiene)Co((η-1,2,4,5-C6H2Me4)]BF4 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the Os3(μ,η2-O=CC6H5)(η3-C3H5)(CO)9 cluster synthesized by the reaction of the (μ-H)Os3(μ-O=CC6H5)(CO)10 complex with allylamine in chloroform was determined by X-ray analysis. Prolonged storage of the reaction mixture led to N-C bond cleavage in allylamine and η3-addition of the allyl fragment at one of the Os atoms (Os-C 2.246 ?, 2.248 ?, and 2.273 ?). The unit cell parameters of the complex are a = 9.494(1) ?, b = 10.479(1) ?, c = 12.474(2) ?, α = 84.55(1)°, β = 70.08(1)°, γ = 70.72(1)°, V = 1255.8(4), ?3, space group P , Z = 2; C19H10O10Os3; d calc = 2.922 g/cm3, 3085 I hkl > 2σ I of 3611 collected reflections; R = 0.0252. The structure of Os3(μ,η2-O=CC6H5)(η3-C3H5)(CO)9 is molecular. The plane of the Os3 triangle and the OsCOOs plane are connected according to the “butterfly” principle with an angle of 103.4° between them. The Os-Os distances in the cluster core vary from 2.836(1) ? to 2.844(1) ?; the Os-Ccarb distances are 1.88(1)–1.97(1) ?; the distances to the atoms of the bridging ligands are Os-C 2.11(1) ?, Os-O 2.14(1) ?; the O-C bridging bond is 1.24(1) ?. of the Os3(μ,η2-O=CC6H5)(η3-C3H5)(CO)9 triosmium cluster were studied theoretically. The potential curve of the internal rotation of the allyl ligand relative to the Os(1)-C(9) bond was determined. The rotation barrier of the allyl ligand in crystal relative to the Os(1)-C(9) bond is 8.38 kJ/mol, and the rotation of the ligand is not hindered. Reaction of a preformed cluster [{(η5-C5Me5)WS3}3Cu7(MeCN)9](PF6)4 (1) in MeCN with LiCl and PPh3 gave rise to a tetranuclear cationic cluster [(η5-C5Me5)WS3{Cu(PPh3)}3Cl](PF6) (2). The title compound 2 was characterized by elementary analysis, IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. It belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.799 8(4) nm, b=2.083 6(4) nm, c=1.913 5(4) nm, β=113.63(3)°, V=6.574(3) nm3, Z=4. The cluster cation [(η5-C5Me5)WS3{Cu(PPh3)}3Cl]+ of 2 contains a strongly distorted, cubane-like structure [WS3Cu3Cl] in which one Cl weakly fills into the void of the nido-like [WS3Cu3] fragment with three relatively long Cu-Cl distances. Single crystal XRD is used to study the crystal structure of a new compound containing the dicarbollyl cluster anion Co(III) with the composition [CuPhen3][Co(C2B9H11)2]2·CH3CN, where Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline. The crystallographic data: C46H71B36N7Co2Cu, M = 1292.66, monoclinic system, P21/c space group, unit cell parameters a = 14.7178(2) ?, b = 19.5640(4) ?, c = 22.8663(5) ?, β = 106.6601(7)°, V = 6307.75(33) ?3, Z = 4, d x = 1.361 g/cm3, T = 100 K, μ = 0.90 mm−1. The structure is solved by the direct method and refined by the full-matrix LSM in an anisotropic-isotropic (for H atoms) approximation up to the final agreement factors R 1 = 0.0370, wR 2 = 0.0869 for 13,807 I hkl ≥ 2 σ I out of 18,295 measured I hkl . The structure consists of [CuPhen3] cations, Co(C2B9H11)2 anions, and acetonitrile molecules MeCN. The central Cu atom in the cation in the general position, and its coordination geometry is a distorted extended octahedron formed by six nitrogen atoms of the three bidentate Phen ligands. The coordination of Cu(II) in the cation is (2+2+2) with two long axial and four shorter equatorial Cu-N bonds, whose average lengths are 2.239(2) ? and 2.077(1) ? respectively. Each anion has its own position of the -C2-groups; for Co(1), it is a quasi-gauche-configuration; for Co(2), a quasi-trans-configuration.  相似文献

The structures of the metallacarborane cations [(-9-Me2S-7,8-C2B9H10)Ni(-Cp)Ni(-9-Me2S-7,8-C2B9H10)]+ (2) and [Cp*Ru(Me2S-C2B9H10)RuCp*]+ (4b) were established by X-ray diffraction analysis. These results confirmed the triple-decker structure proposed for complex 2 earlier, whereas complex 4b proved to be 13-vertex dimetallacarborane rather than the triple-decker complex, as has been suggested earlier.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The cyclopentadienylchromium carbonyl thiocarbonyls Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)n (n = 4, 3, 2, 1) have been studied by density functional theory using the B3LYP and BP86 functionals. The lowest energy Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)4 structure can be derived from the experimentally characterized unbridged Cp2Cr2(CO)6 structure by replacing the two terminal carbonyl groups furthest from the Cr-Cr bond with two terminal CS groups. The two lowest energy Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)3 structures have a single four-electron donor η2-μ-CS group and a formal Cr-Cr single bond of length ∼3.1 Å. In contrast to the carbonyl analogue Cp2Cr2(CO)5 these Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)3 structures are viable with respect to disproportionation into Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)4 and Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)2 and thus are promising synthetic targets. The lowest energy Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)2 structures have all two-electron donor CO and CS groups and short CrCr distances around ∼2.3 Å suggesting the formal triple bonds required to give the chromium atoms the favored 18-electron configurations. These Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)2 structures are closely related to the known structure for Cp2Cr2(CO)4. In addition, several doubly bridged structures with four-electron donor η2-μ-CS bridges are found for Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO)2 at higher energies. The global minimum Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO) structure is a triply bridged triplet with a CrCr triple bond (2.299 Å by BP86). A higher energy singlet Cp2Cr2(CS)2(CO) structure has a shorter Cr-Cr distance of 2.197 Å (BP86) suggesting the formal quadruple bond required to give each chromium atom the favored 18-electron configuration.  相似文献

It was determined by ESR spectroscopy that the UV irradiation of toluene solutions containing Hg[P(O)(OPri)2 and the complex (2-C60)Os(CO)(PPh3)2(CNBut) produces six stable regioisomeric adducts of phosphoryl radicals with complexes, which are not demetallated under UV irradiation and do not dimerize in the absence of UV irradiation. This is caused by the addition of the phosphoryl radicals to the carbon atoms of fullerene localized near the metal-containing moiety. The addition of the phosphoryl radicals to (2-C70)Os(CO)(PPh3)2(CNBut) gives rise to the formation of nine stable regioisomeric radical adducts. A comparison of the composition of regioisomers of the radical adducts of C70 with the phosphoryl radicals, which were formed directly from C70 and from the radical adducts of 2-C70)Os(CO)(PPh3)2(CNBut) by the demetallation of the latter, revealed an orienting effect of the osmium-containing moiety on the addition of the phosphoryl radicals to the fullerene complex.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The nickel-molybdenum complex [(η5-C5Me5)NiMo(CO)35-C5H4Me)] can be considered to contain a partially dative nickel-molybdenum double bond. This complex reacts with the bulky terminal alkyne HCCCPh2(OMe) (DPMP) to afford the alkyne-carbonyl coupled metallacyclic product (3c, R = CPh2(OMe), Ni-Mo) regioselectively and exclusively. No traces of a nickel-molybdenum μ-alkyne complex, analogous to similar complexes isolated with less bulky alkynes, were observed. The structure of complex 3c was established via a single crystal X-ray diffraction study. It exhibits the same connectivity as that observed with a related complex formed with the smaller but-2-yne, but some significant differences are observed between the two structures. Reactions of the nickel-molybdenum and -tungsten species [(η5-C5Me5)NiM(CO)35-C5H5)] (M = Mo, W) with DPMP proceeded analogously and afforded similar products.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C5Me4Et)3Rh33-Se)2](PF6)2 and [(C5Me4Et)2Rh22-Cl)3]PF6, obtained in the reaction of [(C5Me4Et)Rh(C6H6)](PF6)2 with ZnSe in 4M HCl under hydrothermal conditions, is determined. In agreement with the 18VE rule, the triangular cluster contains single metal-metal bonds (Rh-Rh 2.864(1) ?), whereas they are absent in the binuclear complex (Rh ...Rh 3,216(1) ?). The reaction of cationic complex [(5-C5Me5)Re(CO)3I]+ with aliphatic and aromatic primary amines unexpectedly produced the chelated carbamoyl species trans-(5:1-C5Me4CH2NRC(O))Re(CO)2(I) (1, R = Me; 2, R = Pr; 3, R = Ph; 4, R = p-tolyl). The 1-coordination of carbamoyl moiety linkages to a methylene group of tetramethylcyclopentadienyl ligand was confirmed by X-ray crystallography of complex 3. All the complexes were isolated as pure samples and fully characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis.  相似文献

In the presence of NH4PF6, reaction of [PPh4][(η5-C5Me5)WS3Cu3Br(dppm)] with excess pyridine afforded red prismatic crystals, [(η5-C5Me5)WS3Cu3Br(Py)3(dppm)](PF6) (1). It was characterized by elemental analy-sis, IR, UV-vis and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in an orthorhombic system with space group Pna21 and unit cell parameters a=2.1124(4)nm, b=1.8944(4)nm, c=1.3338(2)nm, V=5.3375(19)nm3Z=4, Dc=1.807g·cm-3Mr=1452.42, F(000)=2864, μ=4.342mm-1R1=0.0487, wR2=0.1027. The structure of the cluster cation contains an incomplete cubane-like WS3Cu3 core where Cu(1) and Cu(2) atoms are bridged by a dppm ligand. Each of the three Cu atoms adopts a distorted tetrahedral coordi-nation geometry. The W-Cu(1), W-Cu(2) and W-Cu(3) distances are 0.27698(17)nm, 0.2772(17)nm, and 0.27065(9)nm, respectively. Atom-transfer radical cyclization (ATRC) and addition (ATRA) catalyzed by a coordinatively unsaturated diruthenium amidinate complex 4, [(η5-C5Me5)Ru(μ2-i-PrNC(Me)Ni-Pr)Ru(η5-C5Me5)]+, are investigated, and their features are compared with those of atom-transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). As an example of ATRC, a cationic diruthenium amidinate 4 is found to exhibit excellent catalytic reactivity for the cyclization of N-allyl α-halogenated acetamides including an alkaloid skeleton at ambient temperature. A catalytic species generated in situ from a halide complex, (η5-C5Me5)Ru(μ2-i-PrNC(Me)Ni-Pr)Ru(η5-C5Me5)(X) [X=Cl, Br] and sodium salts of weakly coordinating anions such as NaPF6 and NaBPh4 also shows high catalytic activity; this actually provides a solution for a problematic instability of 4 as the practical catalyst. The in situ-generated catalyst species 4 is also active towards the intermolecular ATRA of α,α,γ-trichlorinated γ-lactam with alkenes at rt to afford the corresponding α-alkylated γ-lactams in moderate yields. Examination of ATRP of methyl methacrylate (MMA) showed that both the isolated 4 [Y=PF6] and in situ-generated 4 [Y=PF6] are effective for the polymerization of MMA in the presence of 2-bromoisobutylate as the initiator. Use of the isolated catalyst results in controlled polymerization at initial stage of the reaction; in contrast, the polymerization with in situ-generated catalyst produces poly(MMA) with wide molecular weight distribution. The isolated catalyst 4 is powerful for the activation of a C-Br bond of macromolecule initiators; BrCMe2CO2[O(CH2)4]n-n-Bu (Mn=3800; Mw/Mn=1.2) initiated ATRP of MMA even at 25 °C to afford the poly(THF)-poly(MMA) block copolymer of Mn=26,000 and Mw/Mn=1.2 with the aid of 4. The roles of the coordinatively unsaturated ruthenium species for these reactions are discussed.  相似文献

With copper(I) iodide as catalyst, σ-alkynyls, compounds (η5-C5H5)Cr(NO)2(CC-C6H5) (5), [(η5-C5H4)-COOCH3]Cr(NO)2(CC-C6H5) (10), and [(η5-C5H4)-COOCH3]W(CO)3(CC-C6H5) (13), were prepared from their corresponding metal chloride 1, 6 and 12. Structures of compound 3, 5 and 12 have been solved by X-ray diffraction studies. In the case of 5, there is an internal mirror plane passing through the phenylethynyl ligand and bisecting the Cp ring. The phenyl group is oriented perpendicularly to the Cp with an eclipsed conformation. The twist angle is 0° and 118.4° for -CC-Ph and two NO ligands, respectively. The orientation is rationalized in terms of orbital overlap between ψ3 of Cp, dπ of Cr atom, and π of alkynyl ligand, and complemented by molecular orbital calculation. The opposite correlation was observed on the chemical shift assignments of C(2)-C(5) on Cp ring in compounds 6 and 12, using HetCOR NMR spectroscopy. The electron density distribution in the cyclopentadienyl ring is discussed on the basis of 13C NMR data and compared with the calculations via density functional B3LYP correlation-exchange method.  相似文献

Photochemical reactions of the dinitrogen complex CpRe(CO)2N2 with tetrachloroethylene and trichloroethylene yield the coordination complexes CpRe(CO)22-tetrachloroethylene) (1) and CpRe(CO)22-trichloroethylene) (2), respectively. Complex 1 reacts thermally in polar organic solvents to produce the C-Cl bond activation product cis-CpRe(CO)2(C2Cl3)Cl (3). All complexes were isolated and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopies and mass spectrometry. Complex 3 was also characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The complex Ru44-S)(μ,η3-C3H5)2(CO)12 is prepared and examined by IR and NMR spectroscopy; its crystal structure is determined (an automatic Bruker-Nonius X8 Apex four-circle diffractometer equipped with a 2-D CCD-detector, 100 K, graphite-monochromated molybdenum source, λ = 0.71073 ?). The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system with unit cell parameters a = 19.3781(9) ?, b = 12.2898(7) ?, c = 10.1726(4) ?, V = 2422.6(2) ?3, space group Pnma, Z = 4, composition C18H10O12Ru4S, d x = 2.343 g/cm3. The molecule of point symmetry C 1 is situated on the mirror plane of the space group Pnma, two carbonyl groups at Ru2 and Ru3 atoms overlapping with the allylic ligand with a weight of 50% so that carbon atoms coincide. The fulvene complexes [(η6-C5Me4CH2)Re(CO)2(R)] (1a, RI; 1b, RC6F5) react at the exocyclic methylene carbon with a vinylmagnesium bromide solution to produce the anionic species [(η5-C5Me4CH2CHCH2)Re(CO)2(R)]. Protonation with HCl at 0 °C produces the hydride complexes [trans-5-C5Me4CH2CHCH2)Re(CO)2(R)(H)] (2a, RI; 2b, RC6F5). Thermolysis of an hexane solution of the iodo-hydride (2a) under a CO atmosphere yields the complex [(η5-C5Me4CH2CHCH2)Re(CO)3] (3) and [Re(CO)5I] as by-product. Thermolysis of 2b produced three new products, mainly the chelated complex [(η52-C5Me4CH2CHCH2)Re(CO)2] (4) and complex 3, with a non-coordinated olefin group, in moderated yield, and traces of [Re(CO)5(C6F5)]. Thermolysis of an hexane solution of 2 in presence of an excess of PMe3, afforded the phosphine derivative [(η5-C5Me4CH2CHCH2)Re(CO)2(PMe3)] (5). All the complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopies and mass spectrometry. The molecular structure of 4 has also been determined. The molecule exhibits a formal three-legged piano-stool structure, with two CO groups, and the third position corresponding to the η2-coordination of the propenyl side arm of the η5-C5Me4 ring.  相似文献

Two new double complex salts [Pd(NH3)4]3[Rh(NO2)6]2 (I) and [Pd(NH3)4]3[Rh(NO2)6]2·H2O (II) are synthesized and characterized. The techniques to produce one-phase residues of the salts are developed. The crystallographic data for I: a = 18.915(2) ?, V = 6767.4 ?3, F-43c space group, Z = 8, d x = 2.548 g/cm3; II: a = 21.160(6) ?, b = 8.085(7) ?, c = 21.363(4) ?, β = 91.71(4)°, V = 3661.1(6) ?3, P21/c space group, d x = 2.357 g/cm3. Thermal properties of the obtained compounds in the hydrogen and helium atmosphere are studied. It is shown that the final product of their decomposition both in the inert and reducing atmosphere is a powder consisting of bimetallic nanosized particles (nanoalloy) of Pd0.59Rh0.41 (Fm-3m space group, a = 3.856(2) ?, crystallite size of 8–11 nm).  相似文献
