p-tert-Butylcalix[4]arene, [CalixBut(OH)4], reacts with Mo(PMe3)6 and W(PMe3)4(eta2-CH2PMe2)H to yield compounds of composition {[CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]M(PMe3)3H2} which exhibit unprecedented use of a C-H bond of a calixarene methylene group as a binding functionality in the form of agostic and alkyl hydride derivatives. Thus, X-ray diffraction studies demonstrate that, in the solid state, the molybdenum complex [CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]Mo(PMe3)3H2 exists as an agostic derivative with a Mo...H-C interaction, whereas the tungsten complex exists as a metallated trihydride [Calix-HBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H3. Solution 1H NMR spectroscopic studies, however, provide evidence that [Calix-HBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H3 is in equilibrium with its agostic isomer [CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H2. Dynamic NMR spectroscopy also indicates that the [M(PMe3)3H2] fragments of both the molybdenum and tungsten complexes [CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]M(PMe3)3H2 migrate rapidly around the phenolic rim of the calixarene on the NMR time scale, an observation that is in accord with incorporation of deuterium into the methylene endo positions upon treatment of the isomeric mixture of [CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H2 and [Calix-HBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H3 with D2. Treatment of {[CalixBut(OH)2(O)2]W(PMe3)3H2} with Ph2C2 gives the alkylidene complex [CalixBut(O)4]W=C(Ph)Ar [Ar = PhCC(Ph)CH2Ph].  相似文献

Eight new compounds based on [O3PCH2PO3]4- ligands and {MoV2O4} dimeric units have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Octanuclear wheels encapsulating various guests have been isolated with different counterions. With NH4+, a single wheel was obtained, as expected, with the planar CO32- guest, (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(CO3)2].24H2O (1a), while with the pyramidal SO32- guest, only the syn isomer (NH4)12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].26H2O (2a) was characterized. The corresponding anti isomer was obtained with Na+ as counterions, Na12[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]39H2O (2b), and with mixed Na+ and NH4(+) counterions, Na+(NH4)11[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2].13H2O (2d). With [O3PCH2PO3]4- extra ligands, the octanuclear wheel Li12(NH4)2[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].31H2O (4a) was isolated with Li+ and NH4+ counterions and Li14[(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(HO3PCH2PO3)2].34H2O (4c) as a pure Li+ salt. A new rectangular anion, formed by connecting two MoV dimers and two MoVI octahedra via methylenediphosphonato ligands with NH4+ as counterions, (NH4)10[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2(HO3PCH2PO3)2].15H2)O (3a), and Li9(NH4)2Cl[(MoV2O4)2(MoVIO3)2(O3PCH2PO3)2]. 22H2O (3d) as a mixed NH4+ and Li+ salt have also been synthesized. The structural characterization of the compounds, combined with a study of their behavior in solution, investigated by 31P NMR, has allowed a discussion on the influence of the counterions on the structure of the anions and their stability. Density functional theory calculations carried out on both isomers of the [(MoV2O4)4(O3PCH2PO3)4(SO3)2]12- anion (2), either assumed isolated or embedded in a continuum solvent model, suggest that the anti form is favored by approximately 2 kcal mol(-1). Explicit insertion of two solvated counterions in the molecular cavity reverses this energy difference and reduces it to less than 1 kcal mol(-1), therefore accounting for the observed structural versatility.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of several sterically encumbered monoterphenyl derivatives of aluminum halides and aluminum hydrides are described. These compounds are [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(3)LiOEt(2)](n)() (1), (Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)-), 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)OEt(2) (2), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)](2) (3), 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)OEt(2) (4), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(3)LiOEt(2)](n)() (5), [2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)](2) (6), TriphAlBr(2)OEt(2) (7), (Triph = 2,4,6-Ph(3)C(6)H(2)-), [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(3)LiOEt(2)](2) (8) (Trip = 2,4,6-i-Pr(3)C(6)H(2)-), 2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)OEt(2) (9), [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlH(2)](2) (10), 2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)AlCl(2)OEt(2) (11), and the partially hydrolyzed derivative [2,6-Trip(2)C(6)H(3)Al(Cl)(0.68)(H)(0.32)(&mgr;-OH)](2).2C(6)H(6) (12). The structures of 2, 3a, 4, 6, 7, 9a, 10a, 10b, 11, and 12 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of 3a, 9a, 10a, and 10b, are related to 3, 9, and 10, respectively, by partial occupation of chloride or hydride by hydroxide. The compounds were also characterized by (1)H, (13)C, (7)Li, and (27)Al NMR and IR spectroscopy. The major conclusions from the experimental data are that a single ortho terphenyl substituent of the kind reported here are not as effective as the ligand Mes (Mes = 2,4,6-t-Bu(3)C(6)H(2)-) in preventing further coordination and/or aggregation involving the aluminum centers. In effect, one terphenyl ligand is not as successful as a Mes substituent in masking the metal through agostic and/or steric effects.  相似文献

An equilibrium mixture of alkyl alkylidyne W(CH2SiMe3)3(CSiMe3)(PMe3) (1a) and its bis(alkylidene) tautomer W(CH2SiMe3)2(=CHSiMe3)2(PMe3) (1b) has been found to undergo an alpha-hydrogen abstraction reaction in the presence of PMe3 to form alkyl alkylidene alkylidyne W(CH2SiMe3)(=CHSiMe3)(CSiMe3)(PMe3)2 (2). In the presence of PMe3, the formation of 2 follows first-order kinetics, and the observed rate constant was found to be independent of the concentration of PMe3. The activation parameters for the formation of 2 are Delta H = 28.3(1.7) kcal/mol and Delta S = 3(5) eu. In the presence of PMe2Ph, an equilibrium mixture of W(CH2SiMe3)3(CSiMe3)(PMe2Ph) (3a) and its bis(alkylidene) tautomer W(CH2SiMe3)2(=CHSiMe3)2(PMe2Ph) (3b) was similarly converted to W(CH2SiMe3)(=CHSiMe3)(CSiMe3)(PMe2Ph)2 (4). The observed rate of this reaction was also independent of the concentration of PMe2Ph. These observations suggest a pathway in which the tautomeric mixtures 1a,b and 3a,b undergo rate-determining, alpha-hydrogen abstraction, followed by phosphine coordination, resulting in the formation of the alkyl alkylidene alkylidyne complexes 2 and 4.  相似文献

Hydride complexes IrHCl(2)(PiPr(3))P(2) (1) and IrHCl(2)P(3) (2) [P = P(OEt)(3) and PPh(OEt)(2)] were prepared by allowing IrHCl(2)(PiPr(3))(2) to react with phosphite in refluxing benzene or toluene. Treatment of IrHCl(2)P(3), first with HBF(4).Et(2)O and then with an excess of ArCH(2)N(3), afforded benzyl azide complexes [IrCl(2)(eta(1)-N(3)CH(2)Ar)P(3)]BPh(4) (3, 4) [Ar = C(6)H(5), 4-CH(3)C(6)H(4); P = P(OEt)(3), PPh(OEt)(2)]. Azide complexes reacted in CH(2)Cl(2) solution, leading to the imine derivative [IrCl(2){eta(1)-NH=C(H)C(6)H(5)}P(3)]BPh(4) (5). The complexes were characterized by spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure determination of [IrCl(2)(eta(1)-N(3)CH(2)C(6)H(5)){P(OEt)(3)}(3)]BPh(4) (3a) and [IrCl(2){eta(1)-NH=C(H)C(6)H(5)}{P(OEt)(3)}(3)]BPh(4) (5a). Both solid-state structure and (15)N NMR data indicate that the azide is coordinated through the substituted Ngamma [Ir]-Ngamma(CH(2)Ar)NNalpha nitrogen atom.  相似文献

Analogues of the ligand 2,2'-(2-hydroxy-5-methyl-1,3-phenylene)bis(methylene)bis((pyridin-2-ylmethyl)azanediyl)diethanol (CH(3)H(3)L1) are described. Complexation of these analogues, 2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)-4-methylphenol (CH(3)HL2), 4-bromo-2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)phenol (BrHL2), 2,6-bis(((2-methoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)-4-nitrophenol (NO(2)HL2) and 4-methyl-2,6-bis(((2-phenoxyethyl)(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)amino)methyl)phenol (CH(3)HL3) with zinc(II) acetate afforded [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), [Zn(2)(NO(2)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), [Zn(2)(BrL2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)) and [Zn(2)(CH(3)L3)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), in addition to [Zn(4)(CH(3)L2)(2)(NO(2)C(6)H(5)OPO(3))(2)(H(2)O)(2)](PF(6))(2) and [Zn(4)(BrL2)(2)(PO(3)F)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](PF(6))(2). The complexes were characterized using (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, microanalysis, and X-ray crystallography. The complexes contain either a coordinated methyl- (L2 ligands) or phenyl- (L3 ligand) ether, replacing the potentially nucleophilic coordinated alcohol in the previously reported complex [Zn(2)(CH(3)HL1)(CH(3)COO)(H(2)O)](PF(6)). Functional studies of the zinc complexes with the substrate bis(2,4-dinitrophenyl) phosphate (BDNPP) showed them to be competent catalysts with, for example, [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)](+), k(cat) = 5.70 ± 0.04 × 10(-3) s(-1) (K(m) = 20.8 ± 5.0 mM) and [Zn(2)(CH(3)L3)](+), k(cat) = 3.60 ± 0.04 × 10(-3) s(-1) (K(m) = 18.9 ± 3.5 mM). Catalytically relevant pK(a)s of 6.7 and 7.7 were observed for the zinc(II) complexes of CH(3)L2(-) and CH(3)L3(-), respectively. Electron donating para-substituents enhance the rate of hydrolysis of BDNPP such that k(cat)p-CH(3) > p-Br > p-NO(2). Use of a solvent mixture containing H(2)O(18)/H(2)O(16) in the reaction with BDNPP showed that for [Zn(2)(CH(3)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)) and [Zn(2)(NO(2)L2)(CH(3)COO)(2)](PF(6)), as well as [Zn(2)(CH(3)HL1)(CH(3)COO)(H(2)O)](PF(6)), the (18)O label was incorporated in the product of the hydrolysis suggesting that the nucleophile involved in the hydrolysis reaction was a Zn-OH moiety. The results are discussed with respect to the potential nucleophilic species (coordinated deprotonated alcohol versus coordinated hydroxide).  相似文献

The reactions of [N(3)P(3)Cl(6)] with one, two, or three equivalents of the difunctional 1,2-closo-carborane C(2)B(10)H(10)[CH(2)OH](2) and K(2)CO(3) in acetone have been investigated. These reactions led to the new spiro-closo-carboranylphosphazenes gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(6-2n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (1), 2 (2)) and the first fully carborane-substituted phosphazene gem-[N(3)P(3)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](3)] (3). A bridged product, non-gem-[N(3)P(3)Cl(4)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (4), was also detected. The reaction of the well-known spiro derivatives [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)] and [N(3)P(3)Cl(4)(O(2)C(12)H(8))] with the same carborane-diol and K(2)CO(3) in acetone gave the new compounds gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(3-n)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)](n)] (n=1 (5) or 2 (6), respectively), without signs of intra- or intermolecularly bridged species. Upon treatment with NEt(3) in acetone, compound 5 was converted into the corresponding nido-carboranylphosphazene. However, the reaction of gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5) with NEt(3) in ethanol instead of acetone proceeded in a different manner to give the new compound (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7). For compounds with two 2,2'-dioxybiphenyl units, gem-[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)]] (5), (NHEt(3))[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)[(OCH(2))(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)]] (8), and (NHEt(3))(2)[N(3)P(3)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)(O)[OCH(2)C(2)B(9)H(10)CH(2)OCH(2)CH(3)]] (7), a mixture of different stereoisomers may be expected. However, for 5 and 7 only the meso compounds seem to be formed, with the same (R,S)-configuration as in the precursor [N(3)P(3)Cl(2)(O(2)C(12)H(8))(2)]. The reaction of 5 to give 8 seems to proceed with a change of configuration at one phosphorus center, giving a racemic mixture. The crystal structures of the nido-carboranylphosphazenes 7 and 8 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Using either an ammoniacal route, the reaction between DyCl3, Na0, and HOR in liquid ammonia, or preferentially reacting Dy(N(SiMe3)2)3 with HOR in a solvent, we isolated a family of dysprosium alkoxides as [Dy(mu-ONep)2(ONep)]4 (1), (ONep)2Dy[(mu3-ONep)(mu-ONep)Dy(ONep)(THF)]2(mu-ONep) (2), (ONep)2Dy[(mu3-ONep)(mu-ONep)Dy(ONep)(py)]2(mu-ONep) (3), [Dy3(mu3-OBut)2(mu-OBut3(OBut)4(HOBut)2] (4), [Dy3(mu3-OBut)2(mu-OBut)3(OBut)4(THF)2] (5), [Dy3(mu3-OBut)2(mu-OBut)3(OBut)4(py)2] (6), (DMP)Dy(mu-DMP)4[Dy(DMP)2(NH3)]2 (7), [Dy(eta6-DMP)(DMP)2]2 (8), Dy(DMP)3(THF)3 (9), Dy(DMP)3(py)3 (10), Dy(DIP)3(NH3)2 (11), [Dy(eta6-DIP)(DIP)2]2 (12), Dy(DIP)3(THF)2 (13), Dy(DIP)3(py)3 (14), Dy(DBP)3(NH3) (15), Dy(DBP)3 (16), Dy(DBP)3(THF) (17), Dy(DBP)3(py)2 (18), [Dy(mu-TPS)(TPS2]2 (19), Dy(TPS)3(THF)3 (20), and Dy(TPS)3(py)3 (21), where ONep = OCH2CMe3, OBut) = OCMe3, DMP = OC6H3(Me)(2)-2,6, DIP = OC6H3(CHMe2)(2)-2,6, DBP = OC6H3(CMe3)(2)-2,6, TPS = OSi(C6H5)3, tol = toluene, THF = tetrahydrofuran, and py = pyridine. We were not able to obtain X-ray quality crystals of compounds 2, 8, and 9. The structures observed and data collected for the Dy compounds are consistent with those reported for its other congeners. A number of these precursors were used as Dy dopants in Pb(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 (PZT 30/70) thin films, with compound 12 yielding the highest-quality films. The resulting Pb0.94Dy0.04(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 [PDyZT (4/30/70)] had similar properties to PZT (30/70), but showed substantial resistance to polarization reversal fatigue.  相似文献

A study of the reversible CO2 fixation by a series of macrocyclic dicopper complexes is described. The dicopper macrocyclic complexes [Cu2(OH)2(Me2p)](CF3SO3)2, 1(CF3SO3)2, and [Cu2(mu-OH)2(Me2m)](CF3SO3)2, 2(CF3SO3)2, (Scheme 1) containing terminally bound and bridging hydroxide ligands, respectively, promote reversible inter- and intramolecular CO2 fixation that results in the formation of the carbonate complexes [{Cu2(Me2p)}2(mu-CO3)2](CF3SO3)4, 4(CF3SO3)4, and [Cu2(mu-CO3)(Me2m)](CF3SO3)2, 5(CF3SO3)2. Under a N2 atmosphere the complexes evolve CO2 and revert to the starting hydroxo complexes 1(CF3SO3)2 and 2(CF3SO3)2, a reaction the rate of which linearly depends on [H2O]. In the presence of water, attempts to crystallize 5(CF3SO3)2 afford [{Cu2(Me2m)(H2O)}2(mu-CO3)2](CF3SO3)4, 6(CF3SO3)4, which appears to rapidly convert to 5(CF3SO3)2 in acetonitrile solution. [Cu2(OH)2(H3m)]2+, 7, which contains a larger macrocyclic ligand, irreversibly reacts with atmospheric CO2 to generate cagelike [{Cu2(H3m)}2(mu-CO3)2](ClO4)4, 8(ClO4)4. However, addition of 1 equiv of HClO4 per Cu generates [Cu2(H3m)(CH3CN)4]4+ (3), and subsequent addition of Et3N under air reassembles 8. The carbonate complexes 4(CF3SO3)4, 5(CF3SO3)2, 6(CF3SO3)4, and 8(ClO4)4 have been characterized in the solid state by X-ray crystallography. This analysis reveals that 4(CF3SO3)4, 6(CF3SO3)4, and 8(ClO4)4 consist of self-assembled molecular boxes containing two macrocyclic dicopper complexes, bridged by CO32- ligands. The bridging mode of the carbonate ligand is anti-anti-mu-eta1:eta1 in 4(CF3SO3)4, anti-anti-mu-eta2:eta1 in 6(CF3SO3)4 and anti-anti-mu-eta2:eta2 in 5(CF3SO3)2 and 8(ClO4)4. Magnetic susceptibility measurements on 4(CF3SO3)4, 6(CF3SO3)4, and 8(ClO4)4 indicate that the carbonate ligands mediate antiferromagnetic coupling between each pair of bridged CuII ions (J = -23.1, -108.3, and -163.4 cm-1, respectively, H = -JS1S2). Detailed kinetic analyses of the reaction between carbon dioxide and the macrocyclic complexes 1(CF3SO3)2 and 2(CF3SO3)2 suggest that it is actually hydrogen carbonate formed in aqueous solution on dissolving CO2 that is responsible for the observed formation of the different carbonate complexes controlled by the binding mode of the hydroxy ligands. This study shows that CO2 fixation can be used as an on/off switch for the reversible self-assembly of supramolecular structures based on macrocyclic dicopper complexes.  相似文献

Reaction of the m-terphenyldichlorophosphanes 2,6-(2-MeC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3)PCl(2) (1), 2,6-(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3)PCl(2) (2), or 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)PCl(2) (3) with excess NaN(3) in acetonitrile at room temperature afforded the corresponding bisazidophosphanes 2,6-(2-MeC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3)P(N(3))(2), 2,6-(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(2)C(6)H(3)P(N(3))(2) (5), or 2,6-Mes(2)C(6)H(3)P(N(3))(2) (6) (Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)), respectively. These compounds are thermally labile and decompose into a number of azidophosphazenes. The azidocyclophosphazenes [NP(N(3))(C(6)H(3)(4-t-BuC(6)H(4))(2)-2,6)](3) (4) and [NP(N(3))C(6)H(3)Mes(2)-2,6](2) (8) have been isolated from these mixtures. All compounds were characterized by (1)H, (13)C, (31)P NMR and IR spectroscopy. Crystal structures of 2, 4, and 8 were determined.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,1-difluoroallene and tetrafluoroallene with a series of transition metal complex fragments yields the mononuclear allene complexes [CpMn(CO)(2)(allene)] (1), [(CO)(4)Fe(allene)] (2), [(Ph(3)P)(2)Pt(C(3)H(2)F(2))] (4), [Ir(PPh(3))(2)(C(3)H(2)F(2))(2)Cl] (5), and the dinuclear complexes [mu-eta(1)-eta(3)-C(3)H(2)F(2))Fe(2)(CO)(7)] (3), [Ir(PPh(3))(C(3)H(2)F(2))(2)Cl](2) (6), and [mu-eta(2)-eta(2)-C(3)H(2)F(2))(CpMo(CO)(2))(2)] (9), respectively. In attempts to synthesize cationic complexes of fluorinated allenes [CpFe(CO)(2)(C(CF(3))=CH(2))] (7a), [CpFe(CO)(2)(C(CF(3))=CF(2))] (7b) and [mu-I-(CpFe(CO)(2))(2)][B(C(6)H(3)-3,5-(CF(3))(2))(4)] were isolated. The spectroscopic and structural data of these complexes revealed that the 1,1-difluoroallene ligand is coordinated exclusively with the double bond containing the hydrogen-substituted carbon atom. 1,1-Difluoroallene and tetrafluoroallene proved to be powerful pi acceptor ligands.  相似文献

Pyridine-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazones [C5H4N1-C(H)N2-N3H-C(S)-N4HR, R = H, L1H2; CH3, L2H2-Me; CH2CH3, L3H2-Et] with Ru(PPh3)3Cl2 have formed mononuclear RuII precursors for the generation of trinuclear complexes. The reaction of 2 mol each of L1H2, L2H2-Me, or L3H2-Et with Ru(PPh3)3Cl2 in the presence of Et3N has yielded mononuclear complexes [Ru(N3,S-L1H)2(PPh3)2] (1), [Ru(N3,S-L2H-Me)2(PPh3)2] (2), and [Ru(N3,S-L3H)2(PPh3)2] (3). The addition of 2 equiv of copperI chloride solution to complex 1 in acetonitrile has formed a novel trinuclear complex, (Ph3P)2RuII(L1)2CuII2Cl2 (4), in which the pendant amino group (-N4H2) loses one hydrogen along with the oxidation of CuI to CuII. In this complex, RuII is bonded to two P, two S, and two N3 atoms, while each CuII is coordinated to N1, N2, N4, and Cl atoms. Reaction with copper(I) bromide yielded a similar trinuclear complex, (Ph3P)2Ru(L1)2CuII2Br2 (5). From precursors 2 and 3, analogous complexes (Ph3P)2RuII(L2-Me)2CuII2Cl2 (6), (Ph3P)2RuII(L2-Me)2CuII2Br2 (7), (Ph3P)2RuII(L3-Et)2CuII2Cl2 (8), and (Ph3P)2RuII(L3-Et)2CuII2Br2 (9) have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized using analytical, spectroscopic, and electrochemical techniques. Single-crystal X-ray crystallography has been carried out for precursor 2 and all of the trinuclear complexes, 4-9. X-band electron spin resonance and UV-vis spectra have confirmed the presence of CuII. The cyclic voltammetry studies support the RuII/RuIII redox behavior of this metal in trinuclear complexes.  相似文献

Metal complexation studies were performed with AgSO(3)CF(3) and AgBF(4) and the ditopic pyrimidine-hydrazone ligand 6-(hydroxymethyl)pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde (2-methylpyrimidine-4,6-diyl)bis(1-methylhydrazone) (1) in both CH(3)CN and CH(3)NO(2) in a variety of metal-to-ligand ratios. The resulting complexes were studied in solution by NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by X-ray crystallography. Reacting either AgSO(3)CF(3) or AgBF(4) with 1 in either CH(3)CN or CH(3)NO(2) in a 1:1 metal-to-ligand ratio produced a double helicate in solution. This double helicate could be converted into a linear complex by increasing the metal-to-ligand ratio; however, the degree of conversion depended on the solvent and counteranion used. Attempts to crystallize the linear AgSO(3)CF(3) complex resulted in crystals with the dimeric structure [Ag(2)1(CH(3)CN)(2)](2)(SO(3)CF(3))(4) (2), while attempts to crystallize the AgSO(3)CF(3) double helicate from CH(3)CN resulted in crystals of another dimeric complex, [Ag(2)1(SO(3)CF(3))(CH(3)CN)(2)](2)(SO(3)CF(3))(2)·H(2)O (3). The AgSO(3)CF(3) double helicate was successfully crystallized from a mixture of CH(3)CN and CH(3)NO(2) and had the structure [Ag(2)1(2)](SO(3)CF(3))(2)·3CH(3)NO(2) (4). The linear AgBF(4) complex could not be isolated from the double helicate in solution; however, crystals grown from a solution containing both the AgBF(4) double helicate and linear complexes in CH(3)CN had the structure [Ag(2)1(CH(3)CN)(2)](BF(4))(2) (5). The AgBF(4) double helicate could only be crystallized from CH(3)NO(2) and had the structure [Ag(2)1(2)](BF(4))(2)·2CH(3)NO(2) (6).  相似文献

Treatment of the allyl-containing compounds Me2Si(CH2CHCH2)2 and MeSi(CH2CHCH2)3 with thioacetic acid in the presence of AIBN gave Me2Si[(CH2)3SC(O)CH3]2 and MeSi[(CH2)3SC(O)CH3]3, respectively, which were reduced with LiAlH4 to the dithiols Me2Si[(CH2)3SH]2(3) and MeSi[(CH2)3SH]3(4). This protocol was applied to the first and second generations of the doubly and triply-branched carbosilane allyl dendrimers, Si[(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CHCH2)2]4(G(1)allyl-8), Si[(CH2)3SiMe{(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CHCH2)2}2]4(G(2)allyl-16), Si[(CH2)3Si(CH2CHCH2)3]4(G(1)allyl-12), and Si[(CH2)3Si{(CH2)3Si(CH2CHCH2)3}3]4(G(2)allyl-36) to give the corresponding SH functionalised surface dendrimers Si[(CH2)3SiMe(CH2CH2CH2SH)2]4(G(1)SH-8), G(2)SH-16, G(1)SH-12, and G(2)SH-36. Reactions of 3 with [M(acac)(diolefin)](M = Rh, Ir; diolefin = 1,5-cyclooctadiene, 2,5-norbornadiene) gave the compounds of the type [M2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(diolefin)2]n. These diolefin complexes are octanuclear (n= 4) in solution while the complex [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(cod)2]n(5) is tetranuclear in the solid state. The structure of 5, solved by X-ray diffraction methods, consists of a 20-membered metallomacrocycle formed by two dimethylbis(propylthiolate)silane moieties bridging four fragments Rh(cod) in a mu2 fashion through the sulfur atoms. Treatment of [Rh(acac)(CO)2] with 3 gave [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(CO)4]n, which is a mixture of tetra (n= 2) and octanuclear (n= 4) complexes in a 2 : 1 ratio in solution, while the related complex [Rh2(mu-Me2Si[(CH2)3S]2)(CO)2(PPh3)2]2 is tetranuclear. Reactions of [Rh(acac)(L-L)](L-L = cod, (CO)2, (CO)(PPh3)) with 4 and the dendrimers G(1)SH-8, G(2)SH-16, and G(1)SH-12, gave microcrystalline solids of formulae [Rh3(MeSi[(CH2)3S]3)(L-L)3]n, [Si[(CH2)3SiMe{(CH2)3SRh(cod)}2]4]n([G(1)Rh(cod)-8]n), [Si[(CH2)3Si{(CH2)3SRh(cod)}3]4]n([G(1)Rh(cod)-12]n), etc., which presumably are tridimensional coordination polymers.  相似文献

The reaction of cis-[PtCl(2)(dmso)2] with ligands 4-ClC(6)H(4)CHNCH(2)C(6)H(5) (1a) and 4-ClC(6)H(4)CHNCH(2)(4-ClC(6)H(4)) (1b) in the presence of sodium acetate and using either methanol or toluene as solvent produced the corresponding five-membered endo-metallacycles [PtCl{(4-ClC(6)H(3))CHNCH(2)C(6)H(5)}{SOMe(2)}] (2a) and [PtCl{(4-ClC(6)H(3))CHNCH(2)(4'-ClC(6)H(4))}{SOMe(2)}] (2b). An analogous reaction for ligands 2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3)CHNCH(2)C(6)H(5) (1c) and 2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3)CHNCH(2)(4-ClC(6)H(4)) (1d) produced five-membered exo-metallacycles [PtCl{(2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3))CHNCH(2)C(6)H(4)}{SOMe(2)}] (2c) and [PtCl{(2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3))CHNCH(2)(4'-ClC(6)H(3))}{SOMe(2)}] (2d) when the reaction was carried out in methanol and seven-membered endo-platinacycles [PtCl{(MeC(6)H(3))ClC(6)H(3)CHNCH(2)C(6)H(4)}{SOMe(2)}] (3c) and [PtCl{(MeC(6)H(3))ClC(6)H(3)CHNCH(2)(4'-ClC(6)H(3))}{SOMe(2)}] (3d) when toluene was used as a solvent. The reaction of 2,4,6-(CH(3))(3)C(6)H(2)CHNCH(2)(4-ClC(6)H(4)) (1e) produced in both solvents an exo-platinacycle [PtCl{(2,4,6-(CH(3))(3)C(6)H(2))CHNCH(2)(4'-ClC(6)H(3))}{SO(CH(3))(2)}] (2e). Cyclometallation of 4-chlorobenzylamine was also achieved to produce compound [PtCl{(4-ClC(6)H(3))CH(2)NH(2)}{SOMe(2)}] (2g). The reactions of endo- and exo-metallacycles with phosphines evidenced the higher lability of the Pt-N bond in exo-metallacycles while a comparative analysis of the crystal structures points out a certain degree of aromaticity in the endo-metallacycle.  相似文献

Treatment of [CpRu(PPh(3))(2)Cl] 1 with the stoichiometric amount of H(3)PO(2) or H(3)PO(3) in the presence of chloride scavengers (AgCF(3)SO(3) or TlPF(6)) yields compounds of formula [CpRu(PPh(3))(2)(HP(OH)(2))]Y (Y = CF(3)SO(3) 2a or PF(6) 2b) and [CpRu(PPh(3))(2)(P(OH)(3))]Y (Y = CF(3)SO(3) 3aor PF(6) 3b) which contain, respectively, the HP(OH)(2) and P(OH)(3) tautomers of hypophosphorous and phosphorous acids bound to ruthenium through the phosphorus atom. The triflate derivatives 2a and 3a react further with hypophosphorous or phosphorous acids to yield, respectively, the complexes [CpRu(PPh(3))(HP(OH)(2))(2)]CF(3)SO(3) 4 and [CpRu(PPh(3))(P(OH)(3))(2)]CF(3)SO(3) 5 which are formed by substitution of one molecule of the acid for a coordinated triphenylphosphine molecule. The compounds 2 and 3 are quite stable in the solid state and in solutions of common organic solvents, but the hexafluorophosphate derivatives undergo easy transformations in CH(2)Cl(2): the hypophosphorous acid complex 2b yields the compound [CpRu(PPh(3))(2)(HP(OH)(2))]PF(2)O(2) 6, whose difluorophosphate anion originates from hydrolysis of PF(6)(-); the phosphorous acid complex 3b yields the compound [CpRu(PPh(3))(2)(PF(OH)(2))]PF(2)O(2) 7, which is produced by hydrolysis of hexafluorophosphate and substitution of a fluorine for an OH group of the coordinated acid molecule. All the compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and NMR measurements. The crystal structures of 2a, 3a and 7 have been determined by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

The N-imidoylamidine ligand i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2 2 was prepared. Direct reactions with AlI3 or AlMe3 afforded [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlI2][AlI4] 3 and [i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlMe2][AlMe4].AlMe3, 4 respectively. Thermolysis of 4 gave (i-Pr2C6H3NC(=CH2)(NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe2 6. Subsequent reaction with B(C6F5)3 gave the zwitterionic species [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlMe(mu-MeB(C6F5)3)] 7. In a related reactions of 2, [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4] and AlMe3, AlH3.NEtMe2 or AlD3.NMe3, the complexes [(i-Pr2C6H3N(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)2)AlR2][B(C6F5)4] (R = Me 5, H 8, D 9) and [(i-Pr2C6H3)N(C(=CH2)NC6H3i-Pr2)(C(Me)NC6H3i-Pr2)AlH][B(C6F5)4] 10 are formed. Single-crystal X-ray data for 2, 3, 5 and 10 are reported.  相似文献

The synthesis of a range of alkyl/chloro-gallium alkoxide and amido/alkoxide compounds was achieved via a series of protonolysis and alcoholysis steps. The initial reaction involved the synthesis of [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) (1) via methyl group transfer from the reaction of GaCl(3) with two equivalents of LiN(SiMe(3))(2). Reaction of 1 with varying amounts of ROH resulted in the formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2) (2, R = CH(2)CH(2)OMe; 3, CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)), [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(μ(2)-OR)Ga(Cl)Me] (4, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), or [MeGa(OR)(2)] (5, R = CH(CH(3))CH(2)NMe(2)). Compound 4 represents an intermediate in the formation of dimeric complexes, of the type [Me(Cl)Ga(OR)](2), when formed from compound [Me(Cl)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2). A methylgallium amido/alkoxide complex [MeGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OCH(2)CH(2)OMe)](2) (6) was isolated when 2 was further reacted with LiN(SiMe(3))(2). In addition, reaction of 2 with HO(t)Bu resulted in a simple alcohol/alkoxide exchange and formation of [Me(Cl)Ga(O(t)Bu)](2) (7). In contrast to the formation of 1, the in situ reaction of GaCl(3) with one equivalent of LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) in low yield, where no methyl group transfer has occurred. Reaction of alcohol with [Cl(2)Ga{N(SiMe(3))(2)}](2) was then found to yield [Cl(2)Ga(OR)](2) (8, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), and further reaction of 8 with LiN(SiMe(3))(2) yielded the gallium amido alkoxide complex, [ClGa{N(SiMe(3))(2)}(OR)](2) (9, R = CH(2)CH(2)NMe(2)), similar to 6. The structures of compounds 4, 5, 7, and 8 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reactivity of [MoS(4)](2-) (1) toward PMe(3) was explored in the presence and absence of proton donors. Whereas MeCN solutions of (Et(4)N)(2)[MoS(4)] and PMe(3) are stable, in the presence of H(2)S such solutions catalyze formation of H(2) and SPMe(3). Addition of NH(4+) to such solutions afforded MoS(2)(PMe(3))(4) (2), which can be prepared directly from (NH(4))(2)[1]. Compound 2 is reactive toward thiols via a process proposed to involve the initial dissociation of one PMe(3) ligand, a hypothesis supported by the relative inertness of trans-MoS(2)(dmpe)(2). Benzene solutions of 2 react with EtSH to give Mo(2)(mu-S)(mu-SH)(PMe(3))(4)(SEt)(3) (3Et). Analogous reactions with thiocresol (MeC(6)H(4)SH) and H(2)S gave Mo(2)(mu-S)(mu-SH)(PMe(3))(4)(SR)(3) (R = tol, H). Crystallographic analyses of 3Et, 3H, and 3tol indicate dinuclear species with seven terminal ligands and a Mo(2)(mu-SR)(mu-S) core (r(Mo)(-)(Mo) = 2.748(1) A). From reaction mixtures leading to 3Et from 2, we obtained the intermediate Mo(IV)(2)(mu-S)(2)(SEt)(4)(PMe(3))(2) (4), an edge-shared bis(trigonal pyramidal) structure. Compounds 3H and 3Et react further with H(2)S to give Mo(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SH)(2) (5H) and Mo(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SEt)(2) (5Et), respectively. Analogously, W(4)(mu(2)-S)(4)(mu(3)-S)(2)(PMe(3))(6)(SH)(2) was synthesized from a methanol solution of (NH(4))(2)WS(4) with H(2)S and PMe(3). A highly accurate crystallographic analysis of (NH(4))(2)MoS(4) (R(1) = 0.0193) indicates several weak NH.S interactions.  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) and palladium(II) aryl complexes substituted in the ortho position of the aromatic ring by a (pinacolato)boronic ester group, [MBr[o-C(6)H(4)B(pin)]L(2)] (M = Ni, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (2a), 2PCy(3) (2b), 2PEt(3) (2c), dcpe (2d), dppe (2e), and dppb (2f); M = Pd, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (3a), 2PCy(3) (3b), and dcpe (3d)), has been prepared. Many of these complexes react readily with KO(t)Bu to form the corresponding benzyne complexes [M(eta(2)-C(6)H(4))L(2)] (M = Ni, L(2) = 2PPh(3) (4a), 2PCy(3) (4b), 2PEt(3) (4c), dcpe (4d); M = Pd, L(2) = 2PCy(3) (5b)). This reaction can be regarded as an intramolecular version of a Suzuki cross-coupling reaction, the driving force for which may be the steric interaction between the boronic ester group and the phosphine ligands present in the precursors 2 and 3. Complex 3d also reacts with KO(t)Bu, but in this case disproportionation of the initially formed eta(2)-C(6)H(4) complex (5d) leads to a 1:1 mixture of a novel dinuclear palladium(I) complex, [(dcpe)Pd(mu(2)-C(6)H(4))Pd(dcpe)] (6), and a 2,2'-biphenyldiyl complex, [Pd(2,2'-C(6)H(4)C(6)H(4))(dcpe)] (7d). Complexes 2a, 3b, 3d, 4b, 5b, 6, and 7d have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction; complex 5b is the first example of an isolated benzyne-palladium(0) species.  相似文献
