A new method for the simultaneous determination of fluorine and iodine in urine by ion chromatography(IC) with electrochemical pretreatment has been developed.The pretreatment was performed in a novel electrochemical oxidation-neutralization device(EOND),in which iodide of the sample was oxidized to iodate and the alkaline digestion sample solution was neutralized.Under the optimized conditions,the limits of detection(LOD,S/N = 3) were 2.5μg/L for fluoride and 20μg/L for iodate,respectively.The recoverie...  相似文献

采用离子色谱-直接电导检测法同时测定了离子液体中的三氟乙酸根(CF3COO~)、氟硼酸根(BF4~)及卤素离子(F~、Cl~、Br~)。实验采用Shim-pack IC-A3阴离子交换色谱柱,分别选用邻苯二甲酸氢钾、邻苯二甲酸+三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷、对羟基苯甲酸+三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷+硼酸为淋洗液,考察了淋洗液种类和浓度、乙腈浓度、色谱柱温度对分离测定三氟乙酸根、氟硼酸根及卤素离子的影响。确定的最佳色谱条件为: 以1.2 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾为淋洗液,柱温45 ℃,流速1.0 mL/min。在此条件下,可同时分离上述5种阴离子,且色谱峰形对称。所测阴离子的检出限(以信噪比为3计)为0.01~0.50 mg/L,保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=5)分别不大于0.2%和1.2%。将方法应用于测定离子液体中的三氟乙酸根、氟硼酸根及卤素离子,加标回收率为98.0%~103.2%。该方法简单、准确、可靠,具有较好的实用性。  相似文献

Single crystals of [Cu(men)2(BF4)2] (men = N-methyl-1,2-diaminoethane) (1) were isolated from an aqueous-ethanolic system Cu2+-men-BF4. The crystal structure of 1 consists of [Cu(men)2(BF4)2] molecules. Copper ion exhibits usual distorted octahedral coordination; there are two coordinated men ligands in the equatorial plane with Cu-N bonds of 2.0451(12) and 2.0035(12) Å, while the axial positions are occupied by fluorine atoms from BF4 anions with Cu-F bond of 2.5091(11) Å. The packing of the [Cu(men)2(BF4)2] molecules is governed by N-H?F type hydrogen bonds. The measured ESR spectrum corroborated the presence of Jahn-Teller anisotropy of Cu(II) with g|| = 2.20 and g = 2.06. The magnetic studies in the temperature range 300-2 K reveal that 1 follows the Curie-Weiss law with parameters = 2.1612(1) and θ = −0.233(1) K suggesting the presence of weak antiferomagnetic interactions.  相似文献

The compounds, Cd(BF4)(TaF6) and Cd(BF4)(BiF6), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. Both isostructural compounds crystallize in the monoclinic P21/c space group with a = 8.2700(6) Å, b = 9.3691(6) Å, c = 8.8896(7) Å, β = 94.196(3)°, V = 686.94(9) Å3 for Cd(BF4)(TaF6) and a = 8.3412(8) Å, b = 9.4062(8) Å, c = 8.9570(7) Å, β = 93.320(5)°, V = 701.58(11) Å3 for Cd(BF4)(BiF6). Eight fluorine atoms (4 BF4 + 4 AF6) form a surrounding around the cadmium atom in the shape of distorted square antiprism. These compounds are not isostructural with mixed-anion analogues of Ca, Sr, Ba and Pb studied earlier.  相似文献

Monolithic silica capillary columns dynamically modified with quaternary ammonium ions were evaluated for the determination of bromide in seawater samples. A quaternary ammonium ion such as cetyltrimethylammonium ion was dynamically introduced onto monolithic silica surfaces. The first layer of the modifier was introduced by electrostatic interaction, whereas the second layer was introduced by hydrophobic interaction. The latter layer worked as the anion-exchange sites. The modified monolithic silica capillary columns could be used for rapid separation of inorganic anions. Separation of authentic mixture of five anions was achieved within a few minutes. The addition of small amount of the modifier in the eluent improved the repeatability of the retention time. Seawater samples could be directly injected onto the prepared capillary columns, and bromide could be determined to be 63 mg/L.  相似文献

In the system BaF2/BF3/PF5/anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF) a compound Ba(BF4)(PF6) was isolated and characterized by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction on the single crystal. Ba(BF4)(PF6) crystallizes in a hexagonal space group with a=10.2251(4) Å, c=6.1535(4) Å, V=557.17(5) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=3. Both crystallographically independent Ba atoms possess coordination polyhedra in the shape of tri-capped trigonal prisms, which include F atoms from BF4 and PF6 anions. In the analogous system with AsF5 instead of PF5 the compound Ba(BF4)(AsF6) was isolated and characterized. It crystallizes in an orthorhombic Pnma space group with a=10.415(2) Å, b=6.325(3) Å, c=11.8297(17) Å, V=779.3(4) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=4. The coordination around Ba atom is in the shape of slightly distorted tri-capped trigonal prism which includes five F atoms from AsF6 and four F atoms from BF4 anions. When the system BaF2/BF3/AsF5/aHF is made basic with an extra addition of BaF2, the compound Ba2(BF4)2(AsF6)(H3F4) was obtained. It crystallizes in a hexagonal P63/mmc space group with a=6.8709(9) Å, c=17.327(8) Å, V=708.4(4) Å3 at 200 K, and Z=2. The barium environment in the shape of tetra-capped distorted trigonal prism involves 10 F atoms from four BF4, three AsF6 and three H3F4 anions. All F atoms, except the central atom in H3F4 moiety, act as μ2-bridges yielding a complex 3-D structural network.  相似文献

The paper presents a new method for a simultaneous determination of inorganic nitrogen species in the oxidized (NO2, NO3) and reduced (NH4+) form in rain water samples. The method is based on a system of nitrogen species separation employing ion exchange and diode-array detection. The ions are separated in a strong ion-exchanger, nitrites and nitrates are determined directly at 208 and 205 nm, respectively, while the ammonium ions are determined in the column hold-up time after a post-column derivatization by the Nessler reagent, at 425 nm. The use of a diode-array detector permits a simultaneous identification of the inorganic nitrogen species in 8 min. The detection limits obtained are: NO2, 0.1 mg L−1; NO3, 0.05 mg L−1; NH4+, 1 mg L−1. The method proposed has been successfully used for speciation analysis of inorganic nitrogen in precipitation.  相似文献

The determination of perchlorate in complex matrices by ion chromatography (IC) with an online preconcentration and preelution technique is discussed. The method was applied to different sample types containing large concentrations of matrix anions that would otherwise interfere with analysis via conventional IC. The present approach was highly effective in removing most of the matrix anions and was thus resistant to the interferences commonly encountered in a high ionic strength background. Method performance was evaluated by analyzing for low-level perchlorate in synthetic high ionic strength solutions, tissue extracts, and hydroponic nitrate fertilizer samples. Not only is it easier to practice the present method compared to USEPA Method 314.0, but for most of these samples the present approach provided equal to or better recovery of perchlorate than Method 314.0. With a sample of specific conductance 12,650 μS cm−1, for example, the present method provided a perchlorate recovery of 101% at the 25 μg L−1 level versus 89% by EPA Method 314.0. Method detection limits of perchlorate in hydroponic fertilizer samples with this method (130-190 μg kg−1) are the lowest thus far reported.  相似文献

利用甲基丙烯酸甘油酯制备了强阳离子交换毛细管离子色谱有机聚合整体柱(内径0.32mm,长10cm)。利用该阳离子交换柱测定了自来水中钙和镁的质量浓度,以考察水质的硬度,相对标准偏差在0.4%~1,0%范围内,加标回收率在98.2%-103%之间。该色谱柱具有节省溶剂消耗,制备简单,造价低廉等优点。  相似文献

Crystal and molecular structures of the title compound have been determined from a three-dimensional X-ray analysis using diffractometer data. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c, with Z = 4 in a unit cell of dimensions a = 10.5876(9), b = 31.518(10), c = 16.2164(5) Å, β = 92.521(1)°. The observed and calculated densities are 1.38 and 1.374 g cm-1 respectively. The crystals decompose under X-rays, and three crystals were required to complete data collection. The structure was solved and refined by convetional methods to final residuals R and Rw of 0.087 and 0.107 respectively.The crystals contain monomeric cations, and BF4 anions. The iridium atom is in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment consisting of the two sulphur atoms (one axial, one equatorial) of a bidentate triphenylphosphoniodi-thiocarboxylate ligand, two triphenylphosphine groups (equatorial) and the carbonyl ligand (axial). The non-equivalent Ir-s distances are 2.377 and 2.307(5) Å, the Ir-P distances are 2.334, 2.331(5) Å. Within the zwitterion, the C-S distances are 1.66 and 1.70(2) Å, while P-C is 1.78(2) Å. The condensation of PPh3 and CS2 to form the PH3P+-CS2 zwitterion is in contrast to that predicted previously.It is probable that the other complexes of iridium and rhodium prepared in a similar manner [2] should now be reformulated as containing Ph3P+-CS2- ligands.  相似文献

Ion-exclusion/anion-exchange chromatography(IEC/AEC) on a combination of a strongly basic anion-exchange resin in the OH——form with basic eluent has been developed.The separation mechanism is based on the ion-exclusion/penetration effect for cations and the anion-exchange effect for anions to anion-exchange resin phase.This system is useful for simultaneous separation and determination of ammonium ion(NH+4),nitrite ion(NO-2),and nitrate ion(NO-3) in water samples.The resolution of analyte ions can be manipulated by changing the concentration of base in eluent on a polystyrene-divinylbenzene based strongly basic anion-exchange resin column.In this study,several separation columns,which consisted of different particle sizes,different functional groups and different anion-exchange capacities,were compared.As the results,the separation column with the smaller anion-exchange capacity(TSKgel Super IC-Anion) showed well-resolved separation of cations and anions.In the optimization of the basic eluent,lithium hydroxide(LiOH) was used as the eluent and the optimal concentration was concluded to be 2 mmol/L,considering the resolution of analyte ions and the whole retention times.In the optimal conditions,the relative standard deviations of the peak areas and the retention times of NH+4,NO-2,and NO-3 ranged 1.28%-3.57% and 0.54%-1.55%,respectively.The limits of detection at signal-to-noise of 3 were 4.10 μmol/L for NH+4,1.87 μmol/L for NO-2 and 2.83 μmol/L for NO-3.  相似文献

A simple method for the study of the pharmacokinetics of salbutamol using ion chromatography with direct conductivity detection without chemical suppression is presented in this paper. Baseline separation of salbutamol from plasma components was achieved by using diluted HNO3 (2 mmol l−1) as mobile phase with acetonitrile (6%, v/v) as modifier. Atenolol was utilized as internal standard. Under the optimal conditions, the linear regression coefficients of the calibration curves are 0.996 within the concentration range of 1000-3 ng ml−1 salbutamol. The detection limit (signal-to-noise ratio = 3) was 1 ng ml−1 salbutamol. The noncompartmental pharmacokinetic parameters for salbutamol following administration of 8 mg salbutamol to 18 subjects were tested. The results coincided most satisfactorily with the results obtained by using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection.  相似文献

Boron reacted with ball milled boron oxide under pressures between 1 and 5 GPa and at temperatures between 1300 and 1700 °C to afford boron suboxide (B6O). Icosahedral B6O grains with diameters ranging from 100 nm to 1.3 μm were prepared. The factors that affect the synthesis of B6O are investigated. The best sample with crystal size up to 1.3 μm is obtained at 2 GPa and 1400 °C for 6 h. The indentation experiment gave an average Vickers hardness of 32.3 GPa for bulk B6O sample, which is consistent with previous reports. Bulk B6O sample exhibits oxidation resistance in air up to 1000 °C and mild oxidation in the temperatures of 1000-1200 °C, which is more oxidation resistant than diamond. It is possible that B6O could be used as a substitute for diamond in industry because of its relatively mild synthesis conditions, high thermal stability and high hardness.  相似文献

研究了离子色谱非梯度洗脱法同时测定7种稀土元素的方法,用草酸一元淋洗液,采用非梯度洗脱方式,以PAR为显色荆,在520nm处对7种稀土元素同时进行检测。考察了淋洗液的组成、浓度、pH及流量等因素对被测组分分离和测定的影响,选择了显色剂的浓度、流量和检测波长,并进行了干扰实验,在选定的最佳分离测定条件下,测定了7种稀土元素的线性回归方程、检出限0.04~0.20mg/L,回收率在94.3%~101.5%之间。本方法已用于稀土氧化物的高温氯化产物中稀土元素的测定。  相似文献

采用离子色谱建立了合成气制烯烃(SGTO)水相产物和油相产物中C1~C6有机酸的测定方法。对分离条件进行了优化,使用标准样品测定了线性范围和工作曲线,考察了方法的精密度和准确度,确定了SGTO油相产物样品的碱洗条件,并对SGTO水相产物和油相产物样品进行了测定。结果表明:C1~C6有机酸的质量浓度在各自配制的质量浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。标准溶液的回收率测定表明回收率在95.6%~104.3%之间,5次重复测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.4%~3.6%之间,表明该方法具有良好的准确性和精密度。SGTO油相产物中的加标回收率在91.1%~96.8%之间,5次重复测定的RSD为0.7%~2.3%,准确性可以满足实际分析的需要。实际SGTO水相产物和油相产物中C1~C6有机酸的分析结果表明,SGTO水相产物中C2~C4有机酸含量较高,而SGTO油相产物中C4~C6有机酸含量较高。本研究对SGTO反应研究、催化剂制备、工艺优化以及设备材料的选择具有重要意义。  相似文献

Ion interaction chromatography has been successfully used for the simultaneous determination of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) in waste water. A C-18 column which had been dynamically coated with octylamine was used for the separation of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) based on anionic interaction. Cr(III) was chelated with potassium hydrogen phthalate (KHP) before injecting into the column since the Cr(III) did not exist in an anionic form like the Cr(VI) (Cr2O72−) presented at the optimum condition. The analytes were detected at 200 nm and linear relationship between absorption with the concentration of Cr(III) or Cr(VI) was 0.1-50 mg/L. Most of the interested interferences including alkali metals, heavy metals and organic materials have no significant effect on Cr(III)-KHP complexation and Cr(VI) stability, only NH4+ and ascorbic acid yielded the serious effect on the Cr(VI) stability. The relative standard deviations calculated from both of peak area and retention time were 0.75-2.20%. The sensitivity of the method at the level concentration of sub mg/L enabled the simultaneous determination of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) contents in waste water samples without any special sample preparation step.  相似文献

An improved method for the simultaneous determination of 20 amino acids and 7 carbohydrates using one-valve switching after injection, ion chromatography, and integrated pulsed amperometric detection is proposed. The resolution of the amino acids and carbohydrates in the cation trap column was investigated. In addition, parameters including flow liquid type, flow rate, concentration, and valve-switch timing were optimized. The method is time-saving, effective, and accurate for the simultaneous separation of amino acids and carbohydrates, with a mean correlation coefficient of >0.99 and repeatability of 0.5–4.6% for eight replicates. The method was successfully applied in the analysis of amino acids and carbohydrates in aseptic media and in extracellular culture media of three phenotypes of Clostridium thermocellum.  相似文献
