The Coupling Constants for.an Electroweak Model with an SU（4）PS ×SU（4）EW Unification Symmetry

We introduce the sequence of spontaneous symmetry breaking of a coupling between Pati-Salam and electroweak symmetries SU（ 4 ）PS × SU（ 4 ）EW in order to establish a mathematically consistent relation among the coupling constants at grand unification energy scale. With the values of baryon minus lepton quantum numbers of known quarks and leptons, by including right-handed neutrinos, we can lind the mixing angle relations at different energy levels up to the electromagnetic U（1）EM scale.     

Theoretical Calculations of g Factors and Hyperfine Structure Constants for Co^2＋ in Cd^2＋（I） and Cd^2＋（Ⅱ） Sites of CsCdCl3 Crystal

The g factors g||,g⊥ and hyperfine structure constants A||,A⊥ for two trigonal Co^2 centers (i.e.,Co^2 in Cd^2 (I) and Cd^2 (Ⅱ) sites) in CsCdCl3:Co^2 crystals are calculated from the high-order perturbation formulas based on the cluster approach.In the calculation,the contributions from covalency effect and configuration interaction effect are considered and the parameters related to both effects are obtained from the optical spectrum and the structure data of the studied system.The results are in good agreement with the observed values.     

Energy Level Statistics of SO（5） Limit of Super-symmetry U（6/4） in Interacting Boson-Fermion Model

We study the energy level statistics of the SO（5） limit of super-symmetry U（6/4） in odd-A nucleus using the interacting boson-fermion model. The nearest neighbor spacing distribution （NSD） and the spectral rigidity （Δ3） are investigated, and the factors that affect the properties of level statistics are also discussed. The results show that the boson number N is a dominant factor. If N is small, both the interaction strengths of subgroups SO^B（5） and SO^BF （5） and the spin play important roles in the energy level statistics, however, along with the increase of N, the statistics distribution would tend to be in Poisson form.     

su（1,2） Algebraic Structure of XYZ Antiferromagnetic Model in Linear Spin-Wave Frame

The XYZ antiferromagnetic model in linear spin-wave frame is shown explicitly to have an su（1,2） algebraic structure： the Hamiltonian can be written as a linear function of the su（1,2） algebra generators. Based on it, the energy eigenvalues are obta/ned by making use of the similar transformations, and the algebraic diagonalization method is investigated. Some numerical solutions are given, and the results indicate that only one group solution could be accepted in physics.     

Rotation Driven Shape-Phase Transition of the Yrast Nuclear States with O（6） Symmetry in the Interacting Boson Model

In a framework of the interacting boson model (usually referred to as IBM-1) with angular momentum projection on the coherent state, we obtain the energy surface functional of nuclei in terms of angular momentum and shape parameters. Analysing the rotation driven effect on the equilibrium shape shows that the yrast states of the nuclei with 0(6) symmetry will experience a shape-phase transition from γ-soft deformed to triaxially deformed and then to spherical shape along the yrast line as the angular momentum increases.     

Single electron capture in collisions of N^q＋ （q = 5, 6, 7） ions with helium

Close-coupling calculations are carried out for cross sections of the single electron capture in collisions of N^q+ (q = 5, 6, 7) ions with helium atoms in the collision velocity range from 0.3 a.u. to 1.8 a.u. The relative importances of the single ionization (SI) to the single capture (SC) are investigated for the N^q+ (q = 5, 6, 7) projectiles, respectively. The SI/SC cross section ratio for the N⁷⁺ projectile obtained from our calculations is in excellent agreement with the experimental data. The ratio curves also show us distinct behaviours when the charge of the projectile is different. The partial electron capture cross sections for different projectiles indicate that the electron on the target He atom tends to be captured by the projectile into its lower orbital of the outer shell with the decreasing projectile charge.
