Quantum steering is an important quantum resource, which is intermediate between entanglement and Bell nonlocality. In this paper, we study steering witnesses for Gaussian states in continuous-variable systems. We give a definition of steering witnesses by covariance matrices of Gaussian states, and then obtain a steering criterion by steering witnesses to detect steerability of any (m+n)-mode Gaussian states. In addition, the conditions for two steering witnesses to be comparable and the optimality of steering witnesses are also discussed.  相似文献

利用Bell-CHSH(Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt)不等式研究了两种纠缠的光学薛定猫态的量子非定域性及其在真空热库中的演化。计算表明,最大纠缠的薛定谔猫态具有最大非定域性。在真空热库中随着时间的演化,两种纠缠态的量子非定域性逐渐减弱直至消失。  相似文献

在非线性克尔介质和光场的相互作用基础之上,提出了一个纠缠相干态(包括多模和高模纠缠)的光学实现方案。发现通过适当选择场的初态,相互作用时间和广义贝尔测量,能产生多模和高维纠缠相干态。同时发现当输入模的态为相干态和叠加数态的情况下,非线性克尔相互作用可产生纠缠。  相似文献

The interaction of $N$ two-level atoms with both a two-mode cavity field and an external classical pumping field, and with the fields being degenerate in frequency, is studied in the regime where the atoms and fields are highly detuned. This dispersive interaction can be used to generate a large number of important entangled coherent states conditional on the initial atomic states and state-selective measurements. A dynamical relation is established between the results for the case with continuous pumping and the case without external driving where the coherent field is put in as the initial condition.  相似文献

In this paper, by using the parity operator as well as the nonlinear displacement-type operator, we define new operators which by the action of them on the vacuum state of the radiation field, superposition of two nonlinear coherent states and two-mode entangled nonlinear coherent states are generated. Also, we show that via the generalization of the presented method, the superposition of more than two nonlinear coherent states and n-mode entangled nonlinear coherent states can be generated.  相似文献

We study the entanglement of the para-Bose entangled coherent states by adopting the entanglement of formation and propose a scheme of probabilistic teleportation via para-Bose entangled coherent states. It is found that the mean fidelity of the scheme increases with the decrease of the para-Bose parameter ho in the case of non-maximally entangled para-Bose entangled coherent states.  相似文献

Our primary purpose of this work is to explicitly construct the general multiparite Einstein-Podolsky- Rosen (EPR) entangled state in multi-mode Fock space for a system with different masses of particles, which makes up a new quantum mechanical representation owing to completeness relation and orthogonal property. Its entanglement can be seen more clearly by analyzing its standard Schmidt decomposition. In addition, some applications of the multipartite entanglement are proposed including deriving the generalized Wigner operator and squeezing operator.  相似文献

Using the new concept of "stochastic gauge system", we describe a novel loophole to circumvent the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) paradox. We derive a "realistic" (i.e., classical) model, free from any paradox, which exactly emulates the spin EPR experiment. We conclude that Bell's inequalities are violated in classical physics as well, or, conversely that quantum mechanical theory is logically consistent with relativity.  相似文献

The phenomenon of superactivation of quantum steering, that is, the fact that by combining several copies of the unsteerable quantum state one can get a steerable quantum state, has recently attracted much attention. This property is currently only known for isotropic states, and whether there exists an example other than isotropic states is so far an open question. It is of great importance to learn the activation property of non‐isotropic states. In this paper, it is shown that the violation of the local uncertainty relations (LUR) steering inequality can be activated for two‐qubit X type entangled mixed states. Although the activation phenomenon proven in this paper cannot guarantee the superactivation of steering for two‐qubit X states, it does provide clues for this goal. In addition, previous results indicate that two copies are enough for the superactivation of steering, while the price to pay is a high local dimension, and it is unclear whether superactivation is possible with few copies in low‐dimensional systems such as two‐qubit systems. By providing examples of activation of LUR steering inequality with two copies in a two‐qubit system, the work may open a potential way to the solution of this question.  相似文献

We propose a scheme to generate entangled coherent states for the vibrational modes of N trapped ions. In the scheme the first ion is sequentially excited by two travelling wave laser fields tuned to the ion transition. In this paper, we study quantum teleportation of atomic states via a hybrid entangled state (HES) involving an atom and a cavity field. And we investigate how to implement controlled phase (CP) gates between atomic internal states and coherent states of cavity field. Regarding the necessary and sufficient condition violating Bell-CHSH's inequality as criterion for non-locality of entangled states, we present a perturbative calculation determining non-locality of evolving entangled states. Furthermore, by means of the perturbative calculation, the non-locality and its evolution of two kinds of entangled coherent states in a thermal reservoir are discussed.  相似文献
