The synthesis and structural analysis of a quintuple [6]helicene with a corannulene core is reported. The compound was synthesized from corannulene in three steps including a five‐fold intramolecular direct arylation. X‐ray crystallographic analysis revealed a C5‐symmetric propeller‐shaped structure and one‐dimensional alignment in the solid state. The enantiomers of the quintuple [6]helicene were successfully separated by HPLC, and the chirality of the two fractions was identified by CD spectroscopy. A kinetic study yielded a racemization barrier of 34.2 kcal mol?1, which is slightly lower than that of pristine [6]helicene. DFT calculations indicate a rapid bowl‐to‐bowl inversion of the corannulene moiety and a step‐by‐step chiral inversion pathway for the five [6]helicene moieties.  相似文献

The Zn atom in dichloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]zinc(II), [ZnCl2(C11H16N4)], (I), is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand and two terminal Cl atoms. The molecule has no crystallographic symmetry. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to yield intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby forming a one‐dimensional zigzag chain extending along the b axis. On the other hand, in di‐μ‐chloro‐bis{chloro[(3,5‐dimethyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane]cadmium(II)}, [Cd2Cl4(C11H16N4)2], (II), each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cd atoms is pentacoordinated by two N atoms from one bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand, and by one terminal and two bridging Cl anions. The molecule has a crystallographic centre of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cd⋯Cd line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazolyl)methane ligand interacts with a Cl atom of an adjacent molecule to produce pairwise intermolecular C—H⋯Cl contacts, thereby affording chains of molecules running along the c axis.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd3(C8H10O4)3(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n or [Cd3(chdc)3(4‐PyBIm)2(H2O)2]n, was synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O with 2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (4‐PyBIm) and cyclohexane‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐chdcH2). The asymmetric unit consists of one and a half CdII cations, one 4‐PyBIm ligand, one and a half 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The central CdII cation, located on an inversion centre, is coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms from six 1,4‐chdc2− ligands to complete an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. The two terminal rotationally symmetric CdII cations each exhibits a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by one N atom from 4‐PyBIm, five O atoms from three 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one O atom from an aqua ligand. The 1,4‐chdc2− ligands possess two conformations, i.e.e,etrans‐chdc2− and e,acis‐chdc2−. The cis‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands bridge the CdII cations to form a trinuclear {Cd3}‐based chain along the b axis, while the trans‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands further link adjacent one‐dimensional chains to construct an interesting two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(C8H7N4O2)2]n, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group P with an asymmetric unit consisting of a bivalent CdII atom and two 2‐(2,2′‐bi‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)acetate (BDAC) anions. Two inversion‐related BDAC ligands are oppositely arranged and bind two CdII ions to form a [Cd2(BDAC)2] rhomboid subunit which is bridged by another BDAC ligand to form an infinite ladder along the a direction containing parallelogram grids. The three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture is formed by hydrogen bonds and C—H...π and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd(C3H6NO5P)(H2O)2]n, is a three‐dimensional polymeric complex. The asymmetric unit contains one Cd atom, one N‐(phosphonomethyl)glycine zwitterion [(O)2OPCH2NH2+CH2COO] and two water molecules. The coordination geometry is a distorted CdO6 octahedron. Each N‐(phosphonomethyl)glycine ligand bridges four adjacent water‐coordinated Cd cations through three phosphonate O atoms and one carboxylate O atom, like a regular PO43− group in zeolite‐type frameworks. One‐dimensional zigzag (–O—P—C—N—C—C—O—Cd–)n chains along the [101] direction are linked to one another via Cd—O—P bridges and form a three‐dimensional network motif with three types of channel systems. The variety of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds is likely to be responsible for stabilizing the three‐dimensional network structure and preventing guest molecules from entering into the channels.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, fac‐[ReBr(C14H12N2O)(CO)3]·CH4O, consists of neutral mononuclear molecular units of distorted octahedral geometry, with the three carbonyl donors in a facial orientation. The remaining coordination sites are occupied by the Br atom, the pyridine N atom and the ketone O‐atom donor of the ligand. The molecules pack in stacks of antiparallel tapes, with a network of classical (O—H⋯Br) and non‐classical (C—H⋯O) hydrogen bonds between the methanol solvent molecule and the complex molecule.  相似文献

In the title compound, [RuCl2(C2H3N)(C27H31N3)]·CH2Cl2, the RuII ion is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral arrangement, with the two Cl atoms located in the apical positions, and the pyridine (py) N atom, the two imino N atoms and the acetonitrile N atom located in the basal plane. The two equatorial Ru—Nimino distances are almost equal (mean 2.087 Å) and are substantially longer than the equatorial Ru—Npy bond [1.921 (4) Å]. It is observed that the NiminoM—Npy angle for the five‐membered chelate rings of pyridine‐2,6‐diimine complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—Npy bond. The title structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, as well as by van der Waals interactions.  相似文献

The title compund, [Fe(C5H6N)(C7H7O2)], features one strong intermolecular hydrogen bond of the type N—H...O=C [N...O = 3.028 (2) Å] between the amine group and the carbonyl group of a neighbouring molecule, and vice versa, to form a centrosymmetric dimer. Furthermore, the carbonyl group acts as a double H‐atom acceptor in the formation of a second, weaker, hydrogen bond of the type C—H...O=C [C...O = 3.283 (2) Å] with the methyl group of the ester group of a second neighbouring molecule at (x, −y − , z − ). The methyl group also acts as a weak hydrogen‐bond donor, symmetry‐related to the latter described C—H...O=C interaction, to a third molecule at (x, −y − , z + ) to form a two‐dimensional network. The cyclopentadienyl rings of the ferrocene unit are parallel to each other within 0.33 (3)° and show an almost eclipsed 1,1′‐conformation, with a relative twist angle of 9.32 (12)°. The ester group is twisted slightly [11.33 (8)°] relative to the cylopentadienyl plane due to the above‐mentioned intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the carbonyl group. The N atom shows pyramidal coordination geometry, with the sum of the X—N—Y angles being 340 (3)°.  相似文献

Chiral 1,3,2‐Oxazaborolidines from the Reaction of Chiral 2,3‐Dihydro‐1H‐1,3,2‐diazaboroles and Diphenylketene Reaction of equimolar amounts of diphenylketene with 1,3‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2‐isobutyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐1,3,2‐diazaborole ( 1 ) regioselectively afforded 1,3,2‐oxazaborolidine ( 2 ). The employment of a series of chiral diazaboroles ( 3a : X = nBu; b: iBu; c: CH2SiMe3; d: NHtBu) led to the formation of the diastereoisomeric oxazaborolidines ( 4a – d ) with diastereomeric excesses de, which increase with the steric demand of X from de = 55 % (X = nBu) to de ≥ 95 % (X = NHtBu). Under comparable conditions the treatment of the enantiomerically pure diazaborole ( 6 ) with the ketene yielded oxazaborolidine ( 7 ) with a de‐value of only 52 %. The new compounds, with exception of 2 and 4d , are thermolabile solids, which were characterized mainly by spectroscopy (1H‐, 11B{1H}‐, 13C{1H}‐NMR, MS). The X‐ray structure analysis of 2 revealed a slightly puckered five‐membered heterocycle with a long B–O bond.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H2N2O4)(C12H9N3)2]·H2O, the MnII centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 6‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate (or uracil‐5‐carboxylate, Huca2−) ligand [Mn—O = 2.136 (2) and 2.156 (3) Å] and two 2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (Hpybim) ligands [Mn—N = 2.213 (3)–2.331 (3) Å], and it displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 73.05 (10) to 105.77 (10)°. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds both between the Hpybim and the Huca2− ligands and between the Huca2− ligands link the molecules into infinite chains. The lattice water molecule acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to form double O...H—O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the Huca2− O atoms, crosslinking the chains to afford an infinite two‐dimensional sheet; a third hydrogen bond (N—H...O) formed by the water molecule as a hydrogen‐bond acceptor and a Hpybim N atom further links these sheets to yield a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. Possible partial π–π stacking interactions involving the Hpybim rings are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The 2‐aminobenzothiazole sulfonation intermediate 2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐iminium monohydrogen sulfate, C7H7N2S+·HSO4, (I), and the final product 2‐iminio‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐6‐sulfonate, C7H6N2O3S2, (II), both have the endocyclic N atom protonated; compound (I) exists as an ion pair and (II) forms a zwitterion. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds are seen in both structures, with bonding energy (calculated on the basis of density functional theory) ranging from 1.06 to 14.15 kcal mol−1. Hydrogen bonding in (I) and (II) creates DDDD and C(8)C(9)C(9) first‐level graph sets, respectively. Face‐to‐face stacking interactions are observed in both (I) and (II), but they are extremely weak.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, tetrachloro[μ‐1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane]dimanganese(II) methanol pentasolvate tetrahydrate, [Mn2Cl4(C44H43N13)]·5CH4O·4H2O, contains an asymmetric dinuclear MnII–DTPB [DTPB is 1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane] complex with an intra‐ligand bridging group (–NCH2CH2N–), as well as several solvate molecules (methanol and water). Both MnII cations have similar distorted octahedral coordination geometries. One MnII cation is coordinated by a Cl anion and five N atoms from the ligand, and the other is coordinated by three Cl anions and three N atoms of the same ligand. The Mn⋯Mn distance is 7.94 Å. A Cl⋯H—O⋯H—O⋯H—N hydrogen‐bond chain is also observed, connecting the two parts of the complex.  相似文献

The GROMOS96 molecular‐dynamics (MD) program and force field was used to calculate the conformations at 298 K in CHCl3 solution of two hexakis(3‐hydroxyalkanoic acids). One consists of (R)‐3‐hydroxybutanoate (HB) residues only: H−(OCH(Me)−CH2−CO)6−OH ( 1 ). The other one carries the side chains of valine, alanine, and leucine: H−(OCH(CHMe2)CH2−CO−O−CH(Me)−CH2−CO−O−CH(CH2 CHMe2)−CH2−CO)2−OH ( 2 ), with homochiral 3‐hydroxyalkanoate (HA) moieties. In both cases, the conformational equilibria were sampled 2500 times for 25 ns. Other than clusters of arrangements with inter‐residual hydrogen bonding (between the O‐ and C‐terminal OH and COOH groups, and with chain‐bound ester carbonyl O‐atoms; Fig. 6), there are no preferred backbone conformations in which the molecules 1 and 2 spend more than 5% of the time. Specifically, neither the 21‐ nor the 31‐helical conformation of the oligoester backbone (found in stretched fibers, in lamellar crystallites, and in single crystals of polymers PHB and of oligomers OHB) is sampled to any significant extent (Fig. 8 and 9), in spite of the high population, in both oligomers, of the (−)‐synclinal conformation around the C(2)−C(3) bond (angle ϕ2 in Fig. 2). In contrast to β‐oligopeptides, for which strongly preferred secondary structures are found after a few ns, and for which the number of conformations levels off with time, the number of conformational clusters of the corresponding oligoesters found by our force‐field MD calculations increases steadily over the observation time of 25 ns (Fig. 5). Thus, the conclusion from biological and physical‐chemical studies, according to which the PHB chain is extremely flexible, is confirmed by our computational investigation: in CHCl3 solution, the hexakis(3‐hydroxyalkanoate) chain samples its conformational space randomly!  相似文献

The design and synthesis of new organic lgands is important to the rapid development of coordination polymers (CPs). However, CPs based on asymmetric ligands are still rare, mainly because such ligands are usually expensive and more difficult to synthesize. The new asymmetric ligand 4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]pyridine (IPP) has been used to construct the title one‐dimensional coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[[aqua{4‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl‐κN3)phenyl]pyridine}cadmium(II)]‐μ‐5‐hydroxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3] monohydrate], {[Cd(C8H4O5)(C14H11N3)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, under hydrothermal reaction of IPP with CdII in the presence of 5‐hydroxyisophthalic acid (5‐OH‐H2bdc). The CdII cation is coordinated by two N atoms from two distinct IPP ligands, three carboxylate O atoms from two different 5‐OH‐bdc2− dianionic ligands and one water O atom in a distorted octahedral geometry. The cationic [Cd(IPP)2]2+ nodes are linked by 5‐OH‐bdc2− ligands to generate a one‐dimensional chain. These chains are extended into a two‐dimensional layer structure via O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure (at 100 K) of the title compound, Cs[Fe(C11H13N3O2S2)2]·CH3OH, is reported. The asymmetric unit consists of an octahedral [FeIII(L)2] fragment, where L2− is 3‐ethoxysalicylaldehyde 4‐methylthiosemicarbazonate(2−) {systematic name: [2‐(3‐ethoxy‐2‐oxidobenzylidene)hydrazin‐1‐ylidene](methylamino)methanethiolate}, a caesium cation and a methanol solvent molecule. Each L2− ligand binds through the thiolate S, the imine N and the phenolate O atoms as donors, resulting in an FeIIIS2N2O2 chromophore. The O,N,S‐coordinating ligands are orientated in two perpendicular planes, with the O and S atoms in cis positions and the N atoms in trans positions. The FeIII cation is in the low‐spin state at 100 K.  相似文献

N‐alkenyl maleimides are found to exhibit spin state‐specific chemoselectivities for [2 + 2] and [5 + 2] photocycloadditions; but, reaction mechanism is still unclear. In this work, we have used high‐level electronic structure methods (DFT, CASSCF, and CASPT2) to explore [2 + 2] and [5 + 2] photocycloaddition reaction paths of an N‐alkenyl maleimide in the S1 and T1 states as well as relevant photophysical processes. It is found that in the S1 state [5 + 2] photocycloaddition reaction is barrierless and thus overwhelmingly dominant; [2 + 2] photocycloaddition reaction is unimportant because of its large barrier. On the contrary, in the T1 state [2 + 2] photocycloaddition reaction is much more favorable than [5 + 2] photocyclo‐addition reaction. Mechanistically, both S1 [5 + 2] and T1 [2 + 2] photocycloaddition reactions occur in a stepwise, nonadiabatic means. In the S1 [5 + 2] reaction, the secondary C atom of the ethenyl moiety first attacks the N atom of the maleimide moiety forming an S1 intermediate, which then decays to the S0 state as a result of an S1 → S0 internal conversion. In the T1 [2 + 2] reaction, the terminal C atom of the ethenyl moiety first attacks the C atom of the maleimide moiety, followed by a T1 → S0 intersystem crossing process to the S0 state. In the S0 state, the second C C bond is formed. Our present computational results not only rationalize available experiments but also provide new mechanistic insights. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

In the tridentate ligand 2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine, C23H19N7, both sets of triazole N atoms are anti with respect to the pyridine N atom, while in the copper complex aqua[2,6‐bis(1‐benzyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)pyridine](pyridine)(tetrafluoroborato)copper(II) tetrafluoroborate, [Cu(BF4)(C5H5N)(C23H19N7)(H2O)]BF4, the triazole N atoms are in the synsyn conformation. The coordination of the CuII atom is distorted octahedral. The ligand structure is stabilized through intermolecular C—H...N interactions, while the crystal structure of the Cu complex is stabilized through water‐ and BF4‐mediated hydrogen bonds. Photoluminiscence studies of the ligand and complex show that the ligand is fluorescent due to triazole–pyridine conjugation, but that the fluorescence is quenched on complexation.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The PbII cation in the title compound, [Pb2(C14H4N2O8)]n, is seven‐coordinated by one N atom and six O atoms from four 4,4′‐bipyridine‐2,2′,6,6′‐tetracarboxylate (BPTCA4−) ligands. The geometric centre of the BPTCA4− anion lies on an inversion centre. Each pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate moiety of the BPTCA4− ligand links four PbII cations via its pyridyl N atom and two carboxylate groups to form two‐dimensional sheets. The centrosymmetric BPTCA4− ligand then acts as a linker between the sheets, which results in a three‐dimensional metal–organic framework.  相似文献

The title isomers, namely 3‐chloro‐N‐[1‐(1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene]aniline, (I), and 4‐chloro‐N‐[1‐(1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)ethylidene]aniline, (II), both C12H11ClN2, differ in the position of the chlorine substitution. Both compounds have the basic iminopyrrole structure, which shows a planar backbone with similar features. The dihedral angle formed by the planes of the pyrrole and benzene rings is 75.65 (7)° for (I) and 86.56 (8)° for (II). The H atom bound to the pyrrole N atom is positionally disordered and partial protonation occurs at the imino N atom in (I), while this phenomenon is absent from the structure of (II). Packing interactions for both compounds include intermolecular N—H...N hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions, forming centrosymmetric dimers for both (I) and (II).  相似文献
