We have developed a practical crossed Claisen condensation between ketene silyl acetals and methyl esters using catalytic NaOH to obtain alpha-monoalkylated beta-keto esters and inaccessible alpha,alpha-dialkylated beta-keto esters.  相似文献

[Structure: see text] A powerful Ti-crossed Claisen condensation between ketene silyl acetals (KSAs) and acid chlorides was successfully performed to give alpha-monoalkylated esters and thermodynamically unfavorable (less accessible) alpha,alpha-dialkylated beta-keto esters in good yield (46 examples; 41-98% yield). A closely related reaction between ketene silyl thioacetals (KSTAs) and acid chlorides also proceeded smoothly to give alpha-monoalkylated and alpha,alpha-dialkylated beta-keto thioesters (21 examples; 61-97% yield). The present protocol was extended to the direct condensation of KSAs with carboxylic acids (14 examples; 71-97% yield).  相似文献

N-Allylideneamines 1a, b were prepared from acrolein and diphenylethyl or trityl amine in the presence of Ti(OEt)4. Double nucleophilic addition of various ketene silyl (thio)acetals and trimethylsilyl cyanide to these imines proceeded efficiently to give, after workup with TFA, homoglutamic acid derivatives 3 and valerolactam 5.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel trifluoromethyl ketene silyl acetal (4) of methyl trifluoropyruvate (1) was prepared in 82% yield by metal Mg reduction in a (TMS)Cl/THF system. Subsequent carbon-carbon bond formation such as Mukaiyama aldol, Michael addition, and other nucleophilic reactions of 4 at the trifluoromethylated carbon with various electrophiles gave various coupling products in high yields.  相似文献

Total synthesis of (±)-sesbanine (1) was carried out using γ-addition of ketene silyl acetal of methyl 3-cyclopentenecarboxylate to quaternized methyl nicotinate. The resulting 1,4-dihydropyridine (7) was oxidized with DDQ to give 4-substituted nicotinate (2) and 2 was converted to alcohol (8) by stereoselective oxymercuration followed by treatment with ammonia to give 1.  相似文献

The products and kinetics for the reactions of ketone silyl acetals with a series of p-methoxy-substituted trityl cations have been examined, and they are compared with those of outer-sphere electron transfer reactions from 10,10'-dimethyl-9,9', 10, 10'- tetrahydro-9,9'-biacridine [(AcrH)2] to the same series of trityl cations as well as other electron acceptors. The C-C bond formation in the reaction of beta,beta-dimethyl-substituted ketene silyl acetal (1: (Me2C=C(OMe)OSiMe3) with trityl cation salt (Ph3C+ClO4-) takes place between 1 and the carbon of para-positon of phenyl group of Ph3C+, whereas a much less sterically hindered ketene silyl acetal (3: H2C=C(OEt)OSiEt3) reacts with Ph3C+ at the central carbon of Ph3C+. The kinetic comparison indicates that the nucleophilic reactivities of ketene silyl acetals are well correlated with the electron transfer reactivities provided that the steric demand at the reaction center for the C-C bond formation remains constant.  相似文献

A pentafluorophenylammonium triflate (PFPAT) catalyst (5 mol %) successfully promoted C-acylation of enol silyl ethers with acid chloride to produce various beta-diketones (12 examples; 62-92% yield). Similarly, C-acylation of ketene silyl acetals or ketene silyl thioacetals (i.e., crossed Claisen condensation) proceeded smoothly to provide not only alpha-monoalkylated beta-keto (thio)esters but also thermodynamically unfavorable (less accessible) alpha,alpha-dialkylated beta-keto (thio)esters in good to excellent yield (38 examples; 60-92% yield).  相似文献

Titanium tetrachloride promoted reaction of silyl ketene acetals with epoxides, followed by acidic work-up, affords butanolides in moderate/good yields. With epihalohydrins the reaction is regioselective and occurs at the less substituted end of the epoxide; the γ-haloalkyl-γ-butanolides thus obtained can be further transformed into various products.  相似文献

We developed an efficient, practical, robust method for the regio- and stereoselective preparation of (E)-ketene trimethylsilyl acetals (KSAs) derived from tert-butyl esters 1. The reaction was performed under convenient reaction conditions; LDA-TMSCl, 0-5 degrees C, and cyclopentyl methyl ether (CPME) solvent. Two kinds of (Z)- and (E)-KSAs derived from alpha-oxygen and alpha-nitrogen-substituted tert-butyl esters, respectively, were also obtained in good yield. The present protocol was successfully applied to a stereocontrolled preparation of useful, but highly reactive (less accessible) beta-ketoester-derived tert-butyl (1Z,3E)-1,3-bis(TMS)dienol ethers 2.  相似文献

Copolymerization of the cyclic ketene acetal 5,6‐benzo‐2‐methylene‐1,3‐dioxepane (BMDO) with methyl methacrylate (MMA) is studied with respect to its copolymerization parameters and the suitability to control BMDO/MMA copolymerizations via the reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) technique to obtain linear and 4‐arm star polymers. BMDO shows disparate copolymerization behavior with MMA and r1 = 0.33 ± 0.06 and r2 = 6.0 ± 0.8 have been determined for polymerization at 110 °C in anisole from fitting copolymer composition vs. comonomer feed data to the Lewis–Mayo equation. Copolymerization of the two monomers is successful in RAFT polymerization employing a trithiocarbonate control agent. As desired, polymers contain only little amount of polyester units stemming from BMDO units and preliminary degradation experiment show that the polymer degrades slowly, but steadily in aqueous 1 M NaOH dispersion. Within ten days, the polymers are broken down to low molecular weight segments from an initial molecular weight of Mn = 6000 g mol?1. Star (co)polymerization with an erythritol‐based tetra‐functional RAFT agent following the Z‐group approach proceeds efficiently and polymers with a number‐average molecular weight of 10,000 g mol?1 are readily obtained that degrade in similar manner as the linear copolymer counterparts. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The reaction of an α-arylcarboxylic acid with TBSCl and LiHMDS in THF yielded bis-silyl ketene acetal, which was directly fluorinated with inexpensive Selectfluor® to produce the corresponding α-fluoro-α-arylcarboxylic acid in high yield. Application of the methodology to the synthesis of α-fluorocarboxylic ester from the corresponding carboxylic ester is also described.  相似文献

The hydroalumination of silylacetylenes with DIBAL-H followed by the addition of n-butyllithium generated in situ the (Z)-β-vinylorganosilane alanates intermediates, which were trapped with butyltellurenyl bromide (C4H9TeBr), furnishing exclusively the (E)-1-butyltelluro-1-tri(organyl)silyl-2-organyl-1-alkenes in 45-70% yields. These telluro(silyl)ketene acetals were utilized as substrates in Sonogashira cross-coupling Pd-catalyzed reactions, furnishing the (Z)-1,4-diorganyl-2-tri(organyl)silyl-1-buten-3-ynes with total control of regio- and stereochemistry in 62-80% yield.  相似文献

Sulfated zirconia (SO4/ZrO2) catalyzed Mannich-type reactions of ketene silyl acetals and aldimines proceeded smoothly at room temperature to afford β-amino esters in good to high yields. In addition, the heterogeneous solid acid catalyst SO4/ZrO2 was easily recovered from the reaction mixture and then reused without significant loss of effectiveness.  相似文献
