FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN A LOCALLY CONVEX SPACE

Abstract

The notion of diminishing orbital diametral sum for a pair of commuting mappings has been introduced into a Hausdorff locally convex space whose topology is generated by a family of seminorms. Subsequently, this notion is utilized to prove common fixed point theorems which generalize certain theorems of Kirk and Tan.

THE CLASSIFICATION OF CONVEX ORDERS ON AFFINE ROOT SYSTEMS

We classify all total orders with a convex property on the positive root system of an arbitrary untwisted affine Lie algebra g. Such total orders are called convex orders and are used to construct convex bases of Poincaré-Birkhoff-Witt type of the upper triangular subalgebra U_q ⁺ of the quantized universal enveloping algebra U_q (g).

关于一般性的重合定理

得出了几个新一一般性的重合定理,它是许多已有论文中相应的单值和多值不动点定理的推广,同时也是著名的Ｆａｎ－Ｋａｋｕｔａｎｉ定理的推广。     

THE CONVEX VECTOR PROGRAMMING ON AN ORDER COMPLETE ORDERED TOPOLOGICAL VECTOR SPACE

This paper first gives several basic theorems,including some equivalent forms ofHahn-Banach Theorem on an order complete ordered vector space and an order completeordered topological vector space.Then,with these results,we can conveniently discuss theproblems of general convex vector programming.In special cases,we give thecorresponding results of Rockafellar Problem and Kuhn-Tucker's problem.     

HYPERSURFACES IN SPACE FORMS WITH SCALAR CURVATURE CONDITIONS

Let f : M^n→S^n 1真包含于R^n 2 be an n-dimensional complete oriented Riemannian manifold minimally immersed in an (n 1)-dimensional unit sphere S^n 1. Denote by S^n 1 the upper closed hemisphere. If f(M^n)包含于S ^n 1, then under some curvature conditions the authors can get that the isometric immersion is a totally embedding. They also generalize a theorem of Li Hai Zhong on hypersurface of space form with costant scalar curvature.     

REAL HYPERSURFACES IN A EUCLIDEAN COMPLEX SPACE FORM

Let M be an orientable connected and compact real hypersurfaceof the complex space form C^{(n + 1)/2}. If the mean curvature and the function f = g(A, ) of hypersurface M satisfy the inequalityn²² (n² – 1) + f², where is the characteristic vectorfield, A is the shape operator and (n – 1) is the infimumof the Ricci curvatures of hypersurface M, then it is shownthat is a constant and M is the sphere Sⁿ(²) in C^{(n + 1)/2}.

SOME RESULTS ON BEST APPROXIMATION IN SPACES WITH CONVEX STRUCTURE

Some generalizations of the result proved by S.P. Singh [J. Approx. Theory 25（1979）, 89-90] are presented in convex metric spaces. The results proved contain several known results on the subject.

CONFORMALLY FLAT AFFINE HYPERSURFACES WITH SEMI-PARALLEL CUBIC FORM

In this paper,we study locally strongly convex affine hypersurfaces with the vanishing Weyl curvature tensor and semi-parallel cubic form relative to the Levi-Civita connection of the affine metric.As a main result,we classify these hypersurfaces as not being of a flat affine metric.In particular,2 and 3-dimensional locally strongly convex affine hypersurfaces with semi-parallel cubic forms are completely determined.

双曲空间形式中具有常平均曲率的超曲面(英文)

本文研究了双曲空间形式H~(n+1)(—1)中具有常平均曲率及两个离散主曲率(其中一个主曲率是1-重)的完备连通可定向的n-维超曲面M~n.利用活动标架,得到如果M~n的基本形式的模长满足刚性条件(1.3),那么M~n同构双曲柱面.     

关于Banach空间上凸优化摄动问题的相容性与稳定性

本文给出了Ｂａｎａａｃｈ空间上凸优化摄动问题的相容性与稳定性的特征。并把所得到的结果应用到最佳凸逼近问题中,导出了几个较深刻的结果。     

凸函数的某些性质及其在凸损失下Bayes估计中的应用

本文从微分的角度给出了凸函数的充要条件及其某些性质.据此我们推广了1963年Degroot和Rao在凸损失下的Bayes估计的主要结果.
