本文报道,通过对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xMxO7-δ(M=Fe,Ni)体系样品的晶体结构、氧含量、正常态电阻率与温度的关系,以及超导转变温度等测量,并与YBa2Cu3-xMxO7-δ(M=Fe,Ni)体系进行比较,发现Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系的Tc显著地高于相应x值的YBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系,而Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xNixO7-δ体系则相反,Tc低于仅Ni替代的体系,表明Ca和Fe同时替代时两者引起的载流子浓度(nH)变化相互补偿,抑制了仅Fe替代时引起的nH和Tc急剧下降;而作Ca和Ni同时替代时主要的不是两者引起载流子浓度变化的相互补偿,Ca和Ni替代效应之间的关联较弱。作者认为,对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ体系属于CuO2平面外的元素替代,这时载流子浓度是决定Tc的主要因素;而对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xNixO7-δ体系,由于Ni2+离子主要占据Cu(Ⅱ)位,它导致磁拆对效应,Ni2+离子的拆对效应是引起Tc下降的直接原因。 关键词:  相似文献

The spin‐gap phenomenon is a key characteristic of high Tc superconducting cuprates, whose experimental results are summarized and discussed in the context of the slave‐boson mean field theory of the extended t–J model. It is seen that there exists satisfactory agreement between theory and experiments in bilayer cuprates. As regards the apparent absence of the spin‐gap in single layer La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO), the possible roles played by disorder have been pointed out in view of the recent neutron scattering experiment on other spin singlet systems, the spin‐Peierls CuGeO3 and two‐leg ladders. The Y0:4Pr0:6Ba2-xSrxCu3O7-δ (x = 0;1:0) samples were prepared and the structural properties were studied by X-ray Rietveld analysis. It has been found that the average Pr-O bond length increases from 2.435Å at x = 0 to 2.457Å at x = 1:0, the Cu(2)-O-Cu(2) angles within the CuO2 planes become larger, and there is no significant mutual substitution between Pr and Sr ions. The BVS calculation suggests that Sr doping brings about the increase of the hole concentration on CuO2 planes and the weakening of Pr-O covalent mixing. Our work supports that Pr-O covalent mixing effect is responsible for the superconductivity suppression by Pr.  相似文献

Muon‐spin‐rotation studies on a variety of polycrystalline cuprate high‐T_ c superconductors reveal a generic dependence of the superconducting transition temperature T_ c upon condensate density throughout the entire range of hole doping. Upon full oxygenation the CuO chains in YBa2Cu3O7-\delta become metallic and superconducting and the condensate density is dramatically enhanced. The very rapid suppression of the condensate density n_ s upon Zn substitution in YBa2(Cu1-xZnx)3O6+\delta is inconsistent with s‐wave pairing and magnetic scattering but points towards a d‐wave pairing state with non‐magnetic scattering in the unitarity limit. 采用高温高压合成方法,合成出了Pr1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(0.4≤x≤0.6) 系列块材超导体,在缺氧的Pr0.5Ca0.5Ba2Cu3O7-δ四方123结构样品中得到了Tc为98K.实验结果表明Pr在123结构中的价态为大于3+的混合价态,因而空穴填充和杂化导致的载流子局域化是Pr抑制123相超导电性的关键因素. 关键词:  相似文献

We introduce our μSR investigations of spin‐gap systems, such as, (1) a 2‐leg spin‐ladder material SrCu2O3, (2) a Haldane material (S=1 spin‐chain) Y2BaNiO5, (3) a spin‐Peierls material CuGeO3, (4) a spin‐chain# material Sr6Ca8Cu24O41. All of these antiferromagnetic spin systems are characterized by a spin‐gap between the singlet ground‐state and the triplet first excited states. In the above‐mentioned materials, we confirmed the absence of magnetic order down to milli‐Kelvin regime, supporting the non‐magnetic feature of the ground‐state. If a spin‐gap system is doped with charges and/or vacancies at the spin site, unpaired spins are induced out of the singlet ground‐state. In some materials, doping completely destroys the singlet ground‐state and induces a bulk magnetic order. We report μSR investigations of doped materials as well, which clarifies the existence/absence of a magnetic order upon doping. We present μSR experiments on La2-x Bax CuO4 and La1.6-x Nd0.4 Srx CuO4 for x=0.125. Both of these materials order magnetically with TN\approx30\ K, while a superconducting sample of La1.4 Nd0.4 Sr0.2 CuO4 showed no evidence for static copper moments. Our results support the conclusion that the so‐called “1/8” anomaly in La2-x Bax CuO4 is a result of static (pinned) charge segregation. Superconductivity around 90K is observed in mixed and single phase system of LnBaCuO (Ln = Y, Ho, Er). Resistivity, X-ray powder diffraction and AC susceptibility measurements were carried out on samples of the mixed phase systems Ln2−xBaxCuO4−y (Ln = Ho, Er), Y1.2Ba0.8Cu1+xO4+x−y(0<x<5) and single phase system Ba2LnCu3O7 (Ln = Y, Ho, Er). Ln2−xBaxCuO4−y consists of Ba2LnCu3O7, BaCuLn2O5, Cu2Ln2O5 and starting materials and shows a small diamagnetic signal below Tc in the temperature dependent AC susceptibility. Y1.2Ba0.8Cu1+xO4+x−y is a mixture of Ba2YCu3O7, BaCuY2O5 and CuO and also indicates a small diamagnetic signal at 92K. Interesting resistivity anomalies occur in the Y1.2Ba0.8Cu4O7−y and Ho0.8Ba1.2CuO4−y composites including large drops in the resistivity at ∼220 and ∼120K, respectively. The pure compounds, Ba2LnCu3O7 (Ln = Y, Ho, Er) show sharp resistive superconducting transitions and bulk Meissner effects of 90%.  相似文献

A new series of mixed oxide superconductors with the stoichiometric composition La2−x Dy x Ca y Ba2Cu4+y O z (x=0.0 − 0.5, y=2x) has been studied for structural and superconductiong properties. Our earlier studies on La2−x (Y/Er) x Ca y Ba2Cu4+y O z series, show a strong dependence of T c on hole concentration (p sh). In the present work, the results of the analysis of the neutron diffraction measurements at room temprerature on x=0.3 and 0.5 samples are reported. It is interesting to know that Ca substitutes for both La and Ba site with concomitant displacement of La onto Ba site. Superconductivity studies show that maximum T c is obtained for x=0.5, y=1.0 sample (T c ∼ 75 K), for La1.5Dy0.5Ca1Ba2Cu5O z (La-2125).  相似文献

Incidence of doped holes in the CuO2 plane on the AF state was studied by Cu(1) nuclear quadrupole resonance (NQR) in slightly doped YBa2(Cu1 − z Li z )3O6 + x compounds. Inhomogeneous distribution of doped holes in the plane was detected in the low temperature measurements of transverse (1/T 2) and longitudinal (1/T 1) relaxation rates. We establish that at lower T the holes motion slows down and we estimate that the holes localize finally in restricted regions (∼3 lattice constants) in the Coulomb potential of the Li+ ions. Also we compared the hole behavior in slightly doped YBa2(Cu1 − z Li z )3O6 + x samples with that in slightly doped Y1 − y Ca y Ba2Cu3O6. A stronger trapping potential of the in-plane Li+ impurities was concluded as compared to slightly doped Y1 − y Ca y Ba2Cu3O6 compound with out-of-plane Ca2+ impurities.  相似文献

研究了Gd1-xCaxBa2Cu37-y(0.0≤X≤0.20)高温超导体在常压和高压下的超导电性在1-300K温度范围内,利用Bridgman对顶砧获得压力达9.0GPa,测量了(X=0.10,0.15,0.20)样品的dTc/dp分别为7.68,7.8和4.46K/GPa。发现Tc的压力导数随着ca2+含量的增加而下降,分析了氧含量对Tc和dTc/dP的影响.利用常压下晶格参数精修值和阳离子与氧离子间距随压力的改变,说明CuO2面在超导电性上的作用,用CuO2面之间耦合解释Tc(P)曲线的非线性关系。 关键词:  相似文献

Anisotropy and Hall effect measurements have been performed in calcium-doped, i.e., overdoped YBa2Cu3Oy ((Y1−xCax)Ba2Cu3Oy) thin films witha andc axis orientations. In highly overdoped films (x=0.4), the anisotropy of the normal resistivity decreases and a drastic change in Hall conductivity in the mixed state is observed. The change in Hall conductivity in the overdoped region is consistent with recent experimental results for La2−xSrxCuO4 films and seems to be common in highT c superconductors.  相似文献

测量了温度范围为4.2—300K的Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7+δ(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.5,0.61.0)的红外反射谱,发现在低温下Ba模有双模行为,随着x值增大双模强度反转,在YBa2Cu3O7+δ中已被判定为Y模的位于194cm-1的反射峰的位置与Pr的含量无关,即用Pr部份或全部替代Y时此峰不发生频移。建议Pr在Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7+δ,中是正4价,Pr的替代使原来可移动的空穴被定域在Pr的周围,使超导电性受到压制。 关键词:  相似文献

基于中子散射实验结果,应用键价计算方法研究了Y1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7-δ(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)体系中离子的价键特性。对Cu(1),Cu(2)及Y(Pr)的键价和计算结果表明,Cu(2)的键价和与超导临界温度(Tc)之间存在着强烈的关朕。在氧含量基本保持不变的情况下,随Pr含量的增加,体系中电荷分布发生改变,Cu(1),Cu(2)的键价和下降,Y(Pr)的键价 关键词:  相似文献

We report results of a time resolved X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (XAS) experiment on the oxidation process of epitaxial Y1(Nd0.05Ba1.95)Cu3Ox superconducting thin films. For the first time Cu K-edge XAS technique has been used to explore local structural changes around the Cu ions during the oxidation process of a high critical temperature superconducting film. The results show that during the oxygenation of a tetragonal Y1(Nd0.05Ba1.95)Cu3Ox additional local transitions appear in the orthorhombic I phase, which are not linked to long range order transformations as shown by in situ X-ray diffraction experiment. New questions concerning the dynamic microscopic process leading to the oxygenation and eventually to superconductivity of the complex R1+xBa2-xCu3Ox (R = Y or rare earth) compounds arose from these results. Compounds of the form (M1−xM′x)2CuO4−δ and related compounds where M and M′ are Y, various rare earths from La to Lu, and the alkaline earths Sr and Ba, have been investigated in connection with high temperature superconductivity. High temperature superconductivity is confirmed for the system (La1−xBax)2CuO4−δ, (La1−xSrx)2CuO4−δ and (Y1−xBax)2CuO4−δ with superconducting transition temperature Tc onsets of 30 K, 38 K and 90 K, respectively. We have found that the related systems (Eu1−xBax)2CuO4−δ and (Sm1−xBax)2CuO4−δ also exhibit high temperature superconductivity with Tc onsets of 95 K and 65 K, respectively. The highest Tc onset observed in this investigation was 97 K for a sample with the nominal composition of the spinel structure Y0.33Ba0.67Cu2O4−δ. Measurements of the specific heat C as a function of temperature T on a La0.8Sr0.2CuO4−δ sample reveal a break in slope in the C/T vs T curve at the Tc midpoint, but no clearly discernable jump in C at Tc. A linear term ≈ λ′T in C was observed at low temperature in the superconducting state.  相似文献

We present here the results of our resistive investigations of a sample of the Y-Ba-Cu-O system which strongly suggest the possibility of superconductivity at 140K. The composition of this sample is Y0.7Ba0.3CuO2,3?δ which is different from that of the single phase system YBa2Cu3O6+x.  相似文献

The temperature dependences of the thermopower coefficient for two systems of doped yttrium high-temperature superconductors Y1 − x Pr x Ba2Cu3O y (x = 0.1−0.6) and Y1 − x Ca x Ba1.5La0.5Cu3O y (x = 0.05–0.30) have been analyzed using three models of electron transport, i.e., the Xin two-band model, the two-band model with an additional term linear in temperature, and the narrow-band model. For parameters of different models with a similar physical meaning, identical tendencies have been revealed in their variation with an increase in the dopant content. The mechanisms of influence of the dopants under investigation on the parameters of the band spectrum and the systems of charge carriers have been examined. It has been demonstrated that the revealed features of the dynamics of the Fermi level in the Y1 − x Ca x Ba1.5La0.5Cu3O y system are explained by the formation of an additional peak in the density of states upon doping with calcium, and the energy position of this peak is estimated.  相似文献

The results of the experimental study of the specific features of changes in the temperature and concentration dependences of the thermopower coefficient and the critical temperature in the Y0.85 − x Ca0.15Pr x Ba2Cu3O y system as the praseodymium content increases are presented. The results obtained have been analyzed based on the narrow band model, the energy spectrum and charge carrier system parameters have been determined, and their behavior with an increase in the doping level has been analyzed. It has been found that both superconducting properties and parameters of the normal state of Y0.85 − x Ca0.15Pr x Ba2Cu3O y vary differently in various doping ranges. Based on a comparison of the results obtained with the available data for the case of single doping of YBa2Cu3O y with praseodymium, conclusions have been drawn regarding the mechanism of the energy spectrum modification in the studied compound. The Fermi-level pinning effect has been revealed in the region of a local peak of the density-of-states function, and the energy position of this peak has been determined. It has been shown that the consideration of the Fermi level dynamics caused by the specific features of the structure and transformation of the Y0.85 − x Ca0.15Pr x Ba2Cu3O y energy spectrum upon doping makes it possible to explain the observed dependence of the critical temperature on the praseodymium content.  相似文献

Hydrostatic pressure studies on the tetragonal 123 superconductor (La1-xCax) (Ba1.75-xLa0.25+x)Cu3Oy for x =0.1 and variable oxygen content y show that increases rapidly under pressure (+5 K/GPa) for underdoped, optimally doped and overdoped samples. This points to a common cause for the pressure-induced changes in the superconductivity at all levels of doping, with negligible effects from charge transfer.
