In this research, thermal buckling of circular plates compose of functionally graded material (FGM) is considered. Equilibrium and stability equations of a FGM circular plate under thermal loads are derived, based on the higher order shear deformation plate theory (3rd order plate theory). Assuming that the material properties vary as a power form of the thickness coordinate variable z and using the variational method, the system of fundamental partial differential equations is established. A buckling analysis of a functionally graded circular plate (FGCP) under various types of thermal loads is carried out and the result are given in closed-form solutions. The results are compared with the critical buckling temperature obtained for FGCP based on first order (1st order plate theory) and classical plate theory (0 order plate theory) given in the literature. The study concludes that higher order shear deformation theory accurately predicts the behavior of FGCP, whereas the first order and classical plate theory overestimates buckling temperature.  相似文献

Based on the mathematical similarity of the axisymmetric eigenvalue problems of a circular plate between the classical plate theory(CPT), the first-order shear deformation plate theory(FPT) and the Reddy's third-order shear deformation plate theory (RPT), analytical relations between the eigenvalues of circular plate based on various plate theories are investigated. In the present paper, the eigenvalue problem is transformed to solve an algebra equation. Analytical relationships that are expressed explicitly between various theories are presented. Therefore, from these relationships one can easily obtain the exact RPT and FPT solutions of critical buckling load and natural frequency for a circular plate with CPT solutions. The relationships are useful for engineering application, and can be used to check the validity, convergence and accuracy of numerical results for the eigenvalue problem of plates.  相似文献

基于新的各向异性修正偶应力理论提出一个Mindlin复合材料层合板稳定性模型。该理论包含纤维和基体两个不同的材料长度尺度参数。不同于忽略横向剪切应力的修正偶应力Kirchhoff薄板理论,Mindlin层合板考虑横向剪切变形引入两个转角变量。进一步建立了只含一个材料细观参数的偶应力Mindlin层合板工程理论的稳定性模型。计算了正交铺设简支方板Mindlin层合板的临界载荷。计算结果表明该模型可以用于分析细观尺度层合板稳定性的尺寸效应。  相似文献

The size-dependent nonlinear buckling and postbuckling characteristics of circular cylindrical nanoshells subjected to the axial compressive load are investigated with an analytical approach. The surface energy effects are taken into account according to the surface elasticity theory of Gurtin and Murdoch. The developed geometrically nonlinear shell model is based on the classical Donnell shell theory and the von K′arm′an's hypothesis. With the numerical results, the effect of the surface stress on the nonlinear buckling and postbuckling behaviors of nanoshells made of Si and Al is studied. Moreover, the influence of the surface residual tension and the radius-to-thickness ratio is illustrated.The results indicate that the surface stress has an important effect on prebuckling and postbuckling characteristics of nanoshells with small sizes.  相似文献

基于一种板的修正变分泛函,将杂交边界点法与双互易法结合,用于薄板弯曲问题的分析。该方法将问题的解分为齐次方程的通解和非齐次的特解两部分,特解采用径向基函数插值得到,而通解则使用杂交边界点法求解。在杂交边界点法用于求解通解的列式过程中,边界变量采用移动最小二乘近似,域内变量则采用基本解插值。与有限元法相比,该方法仅需要边界上离散点的信息,无论插值还是积分都不需要网格,域内点仅用来插值非齐次项,因而仍是一种纯边界类型的无网格方法。数值算例表明,本文方法能以很少的计算自由度获得与其它方法同样的计算精度,且具有前后处理简单、收敛速度快等优点,适合于求解工程中各种薄板的弯曲问题。  相似文献

Summary The bending of a thick rectangular plate with all the edges completely clamped is analyzed by the three-dimensional theory of elasticity. A partially distributed uniform load over the top face is dealt within the analysis. The boundary conditions of the completely clamped edges are prescribed by three-dimensional, exact conditions that three displacement components vanish at the faces. The stress distributions at the edges are minutely examined by making the best use of advantages of the exact analysis. The stress distributions for the case of a fully distributed uniform load are compared with those obtained by Reissner's theory. 对具有可控约束阻尼层的板进行了振动控制实验研究. 以压电片作为作动器,根据测量的结构振动信号,反馈控制约束层的变形,抑制板的振动. 对试验件进行了试验模态分析,讨论了压电片的附加位置;采用比例反馈对试验件进行了控制试验;试验给出了控制效果和压电片面积的关系. 研究结果证明,这种利用粘弹性阻尼抑制结构的高频振动,利用压电材料的逆压电效应控制结构的低频振动的主被动杂交控制方式对薄壁结构的振动抑制效果显著,控制频率范围宽,可靠性高.  相似文献

本文基于三维弹性理论,结合状态空间理论和离散奇异卷积算法分析了压电压磁圆柱壳的自由振动问题.圆柱壳的厚度方向被作为状态空间理论的传递方向,同时应用离散奇异卷积算法对面内域进行离散.因此,初始的偏微分运动方程被转化为由一阶常微分方程构成的状态方程.离散奇异卷积算法的引入使得本方法可以处理不同边界条件,从而扩展了常规状态空间方法的应用范围.本文对数值算例的计算验证了此方法的有效性和精确度.  相似文献

本文研究中心带有刚体质量外部固定铰支或活动铰支的环形薄板的非线性强迫振动。考虑板的弯曲变形、面内位移和几何非线性,用哈米尔顿原理建立板的运动方程,用Kantorovich平均法消去时间变量,然后用数值积分求得非线性振动的振幅随激振力的大小及激振力的频率而变化的关系。求解过程中用打靶法逐步改进未知参量,以保证边界条件的满足。最后讨论薄膜力、激振力的分布、板的内外半径比等因素对响应的影响  相似文献

This paper concerns in the active and passive hybrid control of vibration of the thin plate with Local Active Constrained damping Layer (LACL). The governing equations of system are formulated based on the constitutive equations of elastic, viscoelastic, piezoelectric materials. Galerkin method and GHM method are employed to transform partial differential equations into ordinary ones with a lower dimension. LQR method of classical control theory is used in simulating calculation. Numeral results show that the active and passive hybrid control manner obtained in this paper is a better one for vibration control of the plate. 本文对周边为广义刚性滑动和广义简支两种边界条件下的功能梯度压电材料圆板自由振动问题进行分析。根据轴对称横观各向同性压电材料基本方程,并利用有限Hankel变换得到了功能梯度压电材料圆板的状态空间方程。假设材料的机械和电学性质均沿板厚方向按统一的指数函数形式梯度分布,从而获得了周边为广义刚性滑动和广义弹性简支两种边界条件下功能梯度压电圆板自由振动问题的三维精确频率方程,该方程是一个关于自由振动频率的超越方程,通过求解该超越方程可得到在不同板厚以及不同的材料性质梯度变化情况下的圆板自由振动频率值,结果表明在相同的材料性质梯度变化情况下频率均随着板厚增加而增大,而在相同的板厚情况下频率则随材料性质梯度变化指数的增大而减小的结论。  相似文献

Two sets of trial functions with different variables are constructed for the admissible space of the finite element analysis. The trial functions satisfy the equilibrium differential equation inside elements, while the deflections and rotations on the edges of the elements are approximated by the Peano hierarchical interpolation functions. Then, a generalized variational principle is applied to set up the p-version hybrid analytical finite element method for plate bending problems. The accuracy of finite element computation can be improved by increasing the order of the interpolation polynomials with fixed mesh. In the finite element formulation, to obtain the stiffness matrices and the load vectors, it is only necessary to perform quadrature over the edges of the elements. These matrices and vectors possess an embedding structure. The nonlinear vibration fundamental equation of circular sandwich plate under uniformed load and circumjacent load and the loosely clamped boundary condi- tion were established by von Karman plate theory,and then accordingly exact solution of static load and its numerical results were given.Based on time mode hypothesis and the variational method,the control equation of the space mode was derived,and then the amplitude frequency-load character relation of circular sandwich plate was obtained by the modified iteration method.Consequently the rule of the effect of the two kinds of load on the vibration character of the circular sandwich plate was investigated.When circumjacent load makes the lowest natural frequency zero,critical load is obtained.  相似文献
