A novel I2-catalyzed one-pot multicomponent protocol for the synthesis of a variety of elusive furo[2,3-b]pyrrole and thieno[2,3-b]pyrrole libraries has been established. To date, cyclization among alkanone, hydrazine and 2-bromobenzofuran or 2-bromobenzo[b]thiophene has not been explored in one-pot. Thus, the proposed single step protocol provides a versatile alternative to existing routes for accessing useful furo[2,3-b]pyrrole and thieno[2,3-b]pyrrole libraries.  相似文献

Asymmetric Michael addition reactions of aldehydes to nitroolefins have been successfully initiated by a series of primary amine thiourea bifunctional catalysts, with high enantioselectivities (90-98% ee) and excellent yields (80-96%). The privileged quinine scaffold was found to be essential to the reaction efficiency and enantioselectivity.  相似文献

An efficient and environmentally friendly protocol has been demonstrated for water-soluble (salicyladimine)2Cu complex-catalyzed Michael addition of indoles to nitroolefins in water at 30?°C. A variety of substituted indoles and β-nitrostyrenes could be worked well to provide the title products in 81–97% yields. Moreover, the catalyst can be reused directly at least for four times without significantly decreasing activity.  相似文献

The novel ((S)-pyrrolidin-2-yl)methyl phenylcarbamate was synthesized and used as an efficient organocatalyst for the asymmetric Michael addition of cyclic/acyclic ketones to nitroolefins. Interestingly, the resulting Michael adducts were obtained in good to high yields (up to 96%) with excellent stereoselectivity (ee up to >99%, dr up to >99:1) without using any additive.  相似文献

A type of secondary-secondary-tertiary triamine bifunctional organocatalysts have been properly designed and synthesized. In our study, the designed catalyst (S)-N-(pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl)pyridin-2-amine 5 has been shown to be highly efficient to promote the asymmetric Michael addition of ketones to nitroolefins at room temperature, which afforded the corresponding adducts in excellent diastereoselectivities (up to 99:1 dr) and enantioselectivities (up to >99% ee).  相似文献

(S)-2-((Naphthalen-2-ylsulfonyl)methyl)pyrrolidine, prepared in three steps from (S)-N-Boc-2-[((4-toluenesulfonyl)oxy)methyl]pyrrolidine in 62% overall yield, was used as a new type of organocatalyst bearing a pyrrolidine and a sulfone moiety. It shows very high catalytic activity toward the direct asymmetric Michael reaction of cyclohexanone and nitroolefins. All the corresponding adducts can be furnished in 90-99% yields and with up to 98% ee and over 99:1 dr on water in the presence of this catalyst (15 mol %) without any additive.  相似文献

A simple and convenient strategy was developed to synthesize a new class of pyrrolidinyl-camphor based bifunctional organocatalysts possessing varying functional linkers. Catalytic screening of these camphor-pyrrolidine linked derivatives for asymmetric Michael reaction of cyclohexanone with β-nitrostyrene was carried out. Various aryl- and heteroaryl-nitroolefins, ketones as well as aldehydes gave the corresponding Michael adducts in high chemical yields (up to 95%) and exceptionally high diastereo-(syn/anti up to 99:1) and enantioselectivity (up to 95%) using catalyst 6 under solvent-free conditions.  相似文献

The uncatalyzed reaction of N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxypyrrole 3 with 1,4-quinones bearing an electron withdrawing group at C-2 has been studied. Use of 1,4-quinones 4, 5 bearing an ester group at C-2 provided an efficient synthesis of the respective pyrrolidinobenzofuran adduct 9 or pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adduct 10 whereas use of 1,4-quinones 6, 7 and 8 bearing an acetyl group at C-2 afforded silyloxypyrroles 11, 12 and 13 resulting from direct electrophilic substitution of the silyloxypyrrole by the electrophilic quinone. Addition of Eu(fod)3 to the reaction of 2-acetyl-1,4-naphthoquinone 7 and 3-acetyl-5-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone 8 with N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxypyrrole 3 provided a method for obtaining the pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adducts 14 and 15 together with silyloxypyrroles 12 and 13. Oxidative rearrangement of pyrrolidinonaphthofuran adduct 15 to pyrrolidino pyranonaphthoquinone 16 using ceric ammonium nitrate in acetonitrile provided a novel approach for the synthesis of an aza-analogue of the pyranonaphthoquinone antibiotic kalafungin.  相似文献

Polystyrene-immobilized pyrrolidine 4 has been developed as a highly efficient, reusable, and stereoselective organocatalyst for the asymmetric Michael addition of cyclohexanone to nitroolefins. In the presence of trifluoroacetic acid, 4 catalyzed the reaction of cyclohexanone to a variety of nitroolefins with high yields (up to >99%) and excellent diastereoselectivities (up to >99:1 dr), and enantioselectivities (up to >99% ee). Furthermore, 4 could be recovered and recycled by a simple filtration of the reaction solution and used for more than 10 consecutive trials without significant loss of its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A highly enantioselective (49–99% ee) Michael addition/lactonization cascade process has been developed to construct 3,4-dihydropyran-2-one in the presence of a bifunctional squaramide. Various α,β-unsaturated N-acyl heterocycles were well tolerated and afforded 3,4-dihydropyran-2-ones in moderate to excellent isolated yields (50–99%). Both cyclic and acyclic β-diketones functioned as appropriate donors. The resulting 3,4-dihydropyran-2-ones could be readily converted into oxadecalinones.  相似文献

In this paper,a novel solid state Michael-type addition reaction of N-heterocyclic compounds containing the active-CH group was investigated.3-Methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) and indole (In) reacted with 4-arylmethylene-3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (1) hi the solid state at room temperature to give the corresponding adducts,aryl-4,4'-bis(5-hydroxy-3-methyl-l-phenyl-pyrazolyl) methane (2a-n) and l-aryl-l-(5'-hydroxy-3'-methyl-1'-phenyl-4'-pyrazolyl)-l-(3"-indolyl) methane (3a-n),respectively.This is a feasible method for preparing the compound which contains two heterocyclic groups on the same carbon.  相似文献
