Diazonium salts, precisely arenediazonium o-benzenedisulfonimides, have been used for the first time as efficient electrophilic partners in Negishi coupling reactions. The synthetic protocol was general, easy and gave biaryls in satisfactory yields (34 examples, average yield 69%). o-Benzenedisulfonimide was recovered at the end of the reactions and reused to prepare the starting salts once again.  相似文献

A Highly efficient route for the synthesis of 1,2-disubstituted acetylene derivatives has been developed by palladium catalyzed cross-couplings of alkynyl halides with (hetero)aryl aluminium reagents under mild conditions. This has given corresponding cross-coupling products good to excellent isolated yields of up to 99%. The aryls bearing electron-donating or electron-withdrawing groups in either alkynylhalides or arylaluminum substrates gave cross-coupling products good yields. This process was simple and easily performed, which provides an efficient method for the synthesis of 1,2-disubstituted acetylenes derivatives. On the basis of the experimental results, a possible catalytic cycle has been proposed.  相似文献

The Pd-catalyzed reaction of [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(Bpin))] (1, Bpin = 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaboronate) with 1-iodonaphthalene or 2-bromothiophene gave the cross-coupling product [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(Ar))] (Ar = 1-Np (4) or 2-Th (5)), although an early paper described the reaction of 1 with 3-bromopyridine or 9-bromoanthracene (Ar = 3-Py (2) or 9-Anth (3)). The boronation of the brominated precursor [CpCo(S2C2(p-C6H4Br)(H))] (7) with Bpin-H in the presence of Pd catalyst gave the expected boronated product [CpCo(S2C2(p-C6H4Bpin)(H))] (8) but also underwent an unexpected direct boronation on the dithiolene carbon to form [CpCo(S2C2(p-C6H4Br)(Bpin))] (9). The brominated complex 7 or [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(p-C6H4Br))] (10) was synthesized by thermal reaction and the microwave-enhanced reaction relatively gave better yield with shorter reaction time than that of the conventional heating reaction. The cross-coupling reactions of the boronated or [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(p-C6H4Bpin))] (11) with aryl halides successfully produced the corresponding cross-coupling products such as [CpCo(S2C2(p-C6H4Py)(H))] (12) or [CpCo(S2C2(p-C6H4Anth)(H))] (13) from 8 and [CpCo(S2C2(Ph)(p-C6H4Py))] (14) from 11. The structures of 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 were determined by X-ray diffraction studies. Electronic absorption maxima (λmax) due to dithiolene LMCT in dichloromethane solution can be modified in the range of 574-602 nm by a substituent effect on the dithiolene ring. Redox potentials obtained from CV measurement were also reported.  相似文献

A small library of meta- and para-biphenylamines substituted by various alkyl, alkoxy, phenoxy, or halogeno groups on their aromatic rings was synthesized via Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling between bromoanilines and arylboronic acids using palladium catalysts. The experimental conditions were carefully adjusted to accommodate a wide range of substituents, in terms of electron-withdrawing or -donating ability and steric bulk. In some cases, protection and deprotection of the amine function via its trifluoroacetamide were added to the reaction sequence in order to facilitate the cross-coupling step.  相似文献

An efficient procedure for the Pd-catalyzed arylation of diethyl α-diazomethylphosphonate with aryl iodides is described. It can serve as a pathway for the generation of arylated diazophosphonates, which are typically difficult to access. On following the kinetics of the Sonogashira alkynylation reaction of halogenated 2-pyrone 1 with phenylacetylene we have found that turnover continues to occur in sample vials even after quenching by commonly employed silica adsorption methods and product elution with small quantities of CH2Cl2. Trace quantities of Pd are carried through the silica plug. Addition of a CH2Cl2 solution of 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) to the quenched sample inhibits the reaction and represents a more reliable method for determining yields and reaction kinetics.  相似文献

Vinyl nosylates, readily obtained from β-dicarbonyl derivatives, could be efficiently engaged in Sonogashira cross-coupling reactions, either cocatalyzed by copper or silver salts. The para-nitrobenzenesulfonate (nosylate) group allows this coupling to be performed under very mild conditions (room temperature). These new leaving group and mild conditions could be applied to the synthesis of acetylenic coumarinyl derivatives and to the total synthesis of an acetylenic monoterpene natural product, named cleviolide.  相似文献

The Sonogashira couplings of 4-bromo-6-methyl-2-pyrone (5) with phenylacetylene, mediated by Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 in the presence of a CuI co-catalyst, have been investigated in detail. The concentration of Pd dramatically influences the product yield, with lower Pd-loadings favouring higher conversions and purer cross-coupled product. A post reaction time-dependence in product conversion is seen in samples quenched solely on silica-gel (eluted with CH2Cl2). The effect is mirrored in reactions employing 4-nitro-bromobenzene (14) and to a lesser extent (E) and (Z)-ethyl 3-iodo-2-propenonate (16) under similar conditions. A more efficient quenching system (using excess dppe) has been developed to enable accurate determinations in product conversions. Alternatively, solvent and base (Et3N) removal in vacuo, or quench with saturated aqueous ammonium chloride, prevents further turnover in Sonogashira coupling. An ESI-MS study on samples eluted through silica was undertaken to probe the nature of the soluble Pd/Cu species. The Sonogashira cross-coupling of 4-chloro- and 6-chloro-2-pyrone (18 and 20, respectively) has further been investigated. The former undergoes successful coupling, however the latter decomposes in polar aprotic and protic solvents under standard conditions, through a chlorine substitution process, making Pd-mediated reactions problematic.  相似文献

4-Bromo-2,3,5-trichloro-6-iodopyridine was studied as a new substrate in chemoselective Sonogashira reactions. This approach provides an efficient access to non-symmetrical mono-, di-, tri- and pentaalkynylated pyridines in good yields. Selected pentaalkynylated pyridines were studied with regard to their UV/Vis- and emission properties showing moderate to high fluorescence quantum yields.  相似文献

Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of various arenediazonium salts with ArSi(OR)3 and KArBF3 have been achieved in good to excellent yields under simple aerobic conditions in water at room temperature. The functional group tolerance makes these transformations as attractive alternatives to the traditional cross-coupling approaches. Furthermore, the sequence can also be performed in a one-pot domino process, omitting the isolation of the intermediate arenediazonium salt.  相似文献
