活性碳纤维的结构修饰及其吸附氙性能的研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
活性炭纤维对氙的吸附容量与其孔结构密切相关,为了提高活性炭纤维对氙气的吸附容量,本文分别用亚甲基蓝、对硝基苯酚等有机物,或氯化钠、碘等无机化合物填充的方法修饰活性炭纤维的孔结构;以及利用高锰酸钾或硝酸等氧化处理修饰活性炭纤维的表面化学性质,同时,利用低温氮等温吸附表征了这些改性活性炭纤维的孔结构,以及通过光电子能谱表征了改性活性炭纤维的表面化学结构,上述化合物充填或氧化改性活性炭纤维对氙的吸附性能的研究结果表明,适量化合物填充,或合适浓度硝酸对活性炭纤维的表面处理,可以有效地修饰活性炭纤维的孔结构或改变活性炭纤维表面对氙的亲和力。因而可有效地提高改性活性炭纤维对氙的吸附容量。 相似文献

将聚乙撑亚胺固化在玻璃纤维上,制得胺基吸附纤维.系统考察了不同原料比例下该吸附纤维的化学结构性能、热稳定性能及交换容量,测定了该吸附纤维的吸水率,在饱和水蒸汽和干燥条件下对CO2的吸附性能,以及作为CO2气体吸附材料的重复使用及再生性能.研究表明,适当的交联剂用量可使该吸附纤维250℃左右仍保持热稳定.该吸附纤维具有较高的交换容量,最高可达到3mmol/g以上;在饱和水蒸汽环境中,该吸附纤维对二氧化碳的吸附量可达20wt%以上,但吸附量随着交联程度的提高而减低.该吸附纤维具有良好的重复使用及再生性能,经再生使用后,吸附纤维对湿态CO2的吸附量变化不大. 相似文献

合成了一种具有较大孔径的氨基改性介孔二氧化硅材料(m-MCF)。通过XRD、TEM、低温氮吸附、TGA、FTIR以及原子吸收光谱(AAS)等表征方法对产物的结构和性能进行的分析表明:利用三甲基苯为扩孔剂制备得到的介孔材料具有较大的孔径,有利于功能基团对孔内表面的改性。当氨基改性介孔材料后,该材料仍然保留较大的孔径(22 nm)和较高的比表面积(444 m2·g-1)。研究发现:与改性而未扩孔的介孔二氧化硅SBA-15相比,该材料对铜离子的吸附能力提高了2倍。 相似文献

用对羟基苯甲醛、水杨醛和香草醛对壳聚糖进行了修饰.探讨了产物对微量Hg2+,Pb2+,Au3+,Cu2+,Ag+,Cr3+,Cd2+,Ni2+和Zn2+的吸附性能.结果表明,改性后的壳聚糖具有不易流失、易再生的特点,并且对离子的去除率较高,尤其对Hg2+,Pb2+和Au3+,去除率更高. 相似文献

In the development of a new hybrid adsorption–catalytic method it was shown that the selective adsorption isolation of components can be combined with their catalytic determination directly on the adsorbent. To provide theoretical grounds and find fields of the application of the new method, the effect of the support matrix on the rate of catalytic (enzymatic and indicator) reactions was studied. The changes in the performance characteristics of procedures for determining inorganic and organic substances directly on the adsorbent with respect to those of procedures for determining in solutions were analyzed. It was proved that the development of catalytic test procedures with the visual detection of the analytical signal is expedient. 相似文献

Abstract Sorption of ions may lead to variations in interparticle forces and, thus, changes in the stability of colloidal particles. Chemical interactions between metal ions and colloidal particles modify the molecular structure of the surface, the surface charge, and the electrical potential between colloidal particles. These modifications to the surface and to the electrical double layer due to metal ion sorption are reflected in the interaction force between a particle and another surface, which is measured in this study by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Specifically, AFM is used to investigate the sorption of copper ions from aqueous solutions by silica particles. The influence of metal ion concentration and solution ionic strength on surface forces is studied under transient conditions. Results show that as the metal ion concentration is decreased, charge reversal occurs and a longer period of time is required for the system to reach equilibrium. The ionic strength has no significant effect on sorption kinetics. Furthermore, neither metal concentration nor ionic strength exhibits any effect on sorption equilibria, indicating that for the experimental conditions used in this study, the surface sites of the silica particle are fully occupied by copper ions. 相似文献

采用漆酶对木质素磺酸钠(木钠)进行改性, 通过凝胶渗透色谱、 电位滴定、 红外光谱和核磁共振等测试方法研究了漆酶改性木钠的结构特征, 结果表明, 漆酶改性对木钠的磺酸基及表面电荷含量影响很小; 在漆酶对木钠的改性过程中既有解聚作用, 又有聚合作用, 反应初期, 漆酶使木钠发生脱甲基反应及部分链接键的断裂, 使酚羟基含量增大和分子量降低, 随着改性时间的延长, 酚羟基含量减少, 分子量变大, 聚合作用占主导地位. 采用静电逐层自组装技术研究了漆酶改性对木钠吸附特征的影响, 紫外光谱以及原子力显微镜的研究结果表明, 当漆酶改性时间为2 h时, 在平板上的吸附量及吸附膜的表面粗糙度最大, 木钠分子呈扁长的椭球形, 而改性时间为36 h时, 木钠聚合为近似球形的大分子结构, 空间位阻增大, 吸附量及吸附膜的表面粗糙度降低. 相似文献

研究了改性对活性炭的物理化学性质及其对四环素吸附性能的影响。结果发现,硝酸氧化改性可增加活性炭表面的酸性基团,提高比表面亲水性,降低pHPZC值,同时也改变了活性炭的表面微观形貌。低温、低浓度硝酸氧化改性,增加了活性炭的比表面积,对四环素的吸附以物理吸附为主。高温氧化改性使得比表面积降低,酸性基团增加,且吸附容量与活性炭比表面积、表面总酸度呈一定的线性关系。 相似文献

The adsorption of phenols of different natures on silver colloidal particles is studied here by surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). The studied compounds can be classified in three groups: (a) cinnamic acic derivatives: caffeic and isoferulic acids; (b) catechol; and (c) the phenols derived from benzoic acid: m- and p-hydroxybenzoic acids and salicylic, vanillic, and gallic acids. The interest of these compounds lies in the fact that they are naturally occurring molecules with significant importance in relation to plant metabolism, soil chemistry, and vegetal food stability. In addition, many of these compounds have antioxidant properties derived from their high affinity toward atmospheric oxygen. They exhibit high reactivity that may be enhanced in the presence of a metal surface such as those employed for SERS spectroscopy. From the SERS results it can be deduced that a clear chemical change of caffeic and gallic acid and catechol occurred. The chemical modification consists mainly of polymerization connected to existence in the molecule of o-diphenol moieties. In the case of m-hydroxybenzoic acid the chemical change may occur at low pH at which a reorientation of the molecule on the surface takes place, while in the o-hydroxybenzoic acid the only chemical change seems to be the internal H bond breakdown induced by the complexation with the metal. Finally, isoferulic and p-hydroxybenzoic acids do not show any chemical modification upon adsorption on the metal, which takes place through the carboxylate group adopting the molecule a standing up orientation. The case of vanillic acid is not so clear, although possible chemical modification is also possible for this adsorbate. From the results found in this work it can be inferred that the factors influencing possible chemical modification are the chemical structure of the adsorbate and its orientation and interaction with the surface. 以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维为基质, 以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体, 通过辐照接枝聚合制备了PTFE-g-GMA纤维, 用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与PTFE-g-GMA纤维进行开环反应制得新型吸附剂PTFE-g-GMA-PEI. 考察了PTFE-g-GMA-PEI吸附剂对溶液中胆红素的吸附动力学、吸附量及pH、离子强度及温度等因素对胆红素吸附的影响. 实验结果表明, 该吸附剂对胆红素有较高的吸附容量及良好的选择吸附性能, 其吸附行为遵循Langmuir吸附模式. 相似文献

采用特殊的化学镀方法对已制备的空心微米镍球进行表面组装, 成功地在该镍球表面包覆了一层蜂窝状包覆钴层. 通过FESEM, TEM, XRD衍射表征了该包覆镍球, 观察到均匀包覆钴层的网眼构造和密集孔隙结构. 用BET气体吸附法、同轴线法对该镍球比表面积和微波性能进行了研究. 研究表明, 蜂窝状包覆钴层提高了粒子的比表面积, 同时表面镀钴提高了镍球的复介电常数值, 从而能增加粒子对电磁波的电介质损耗, 提高粒子在微波频率范围内对电磁波的反射吸收. 相似文献
