It is shown that the spin gauge fields with non-zero mass mediate the Yukawa-type interactions besides the short-range spin-spin interactions in the Poincaré gauge theory of gravitation. The interaction range of spin gauge fields is determined from the coupling constants. The coupling constant in front of the R(W) term is bounded by the requirement of a non-oscillating solution.  相似文献

We study the d-dimensional Schrdinger equation for Eckart plus modified deformed Hylleraas potentials using the generalized parametric form of Nikiforov-Uvarov method.We obtain energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function expressed in terms of a Jacobi polynomial.We also discuss two special cases of this potential comprised of the Hulthen potential and the Rosen-Morse potential in three dimensions.Numerical results are also computed for the energy spectrum and the potentials.  相似文献

We study the interaction potential of two nonidentical ground-state atoms coupled to a scalar field in a vacuum by separately calculating the contributions of vacuum fluctuations and those of the radiation reaction of the atoms. The Weber potential energy U for charges q and q' separated by the distance R is U = (qq'/R)[1 – (dR/dt)2/2c2]. If this potential arises from a finite velocity c of energy transfer Q', where the retarded rate of transfer from q' to q is dQ(t-R/c)/dt = Q'[1 – (dR/dt)/c] and where the advanced rate from q to q' is dQ(t+R/c)/dt = Q'[1 + (dR/dt)/c], then the resultant time-average root-mean-square action is given by . Identifying Q' with the Coulomb potential energy qq'/R, the Weber potential is obtained. The equations of motion of point vortices embedded in incompressible flow go back to Kirchhoff. They are a paradigm of reduction of an infinite-dimensional dynamical system, namely the incompressible Euler equation, to a finite-dimensional system, and have been called a “classical applied mathematical playground”. The equation of motion for a point vortex can be viewed as the statement that the translational velocity of the point vortex is obtained by removing the leading-order singularity due to the point vortex when computing its velocity. The approaches used to obtain this result are reviewed, along with their history and limitations. A formulation that can be extended to study the motion of higher singularities (e.g. dipoles) is then presented. Extensions to more complex physical situations are also discussed.  相似文献

Recently,the quantitative rescattering model(QRS)for nonsequential double ionization(NSDI)is modified by taking into account the potential change(PC)due to the presence of electric field at the time of recollision.Using the improved QRS model,we simulate the longitudinal momentum distributions of doubly charged ions He2+by projecting the correlated two-electron momentum distributions for NSDI of He onto the main diagonal.The obtained results are compared directly with the experimental data at different intensities.It is found that when the PC is considered,the width of momentum distributions reduces and the agreement between theory and experiment is improved.  相似文献

We discuss Schrödinger's approach to gravitational interactions and Weber's electrodynamics. Then we make use of this model to calculate the energy of a charge moving inside and outside an ideal capacitor. We investigate the effect of the restoration of chiral symmetry on the quark potential in a quark–meson plasma by considering meson exchanges in the two flavor Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model at finite temperature and density. There are two possible oscillations in the chiral restoration phase; one is the Friedel oscillation due to the sharp quark Fermi surface at high density, and the other is the Yukawa oscillation driven by the complex meson poles at high temperature. The quark–meson plasma is strongly coupled in the temperature region 1≤T/T c≤3, with T c being the critical temperature of the chiral phase transition. The maximum coupling in this region is located at the phase transition point.  相似文献

Without the non-relativistic approximation in one-loop function, the dominating one-loop contribution to the quark-antiquark potential is studied numerically in terms of perturbative Quantum Chromo Dynamics (QCD). For Coulomb-like potential, the ratio of the one-loop correction to the tree diagram contribution is presented, whose absolute value is about 20%. For a physical system, regardless of time reversal symmetry, a potential function serves also as a Lyapunov function, providing convergence and stability information. In this paper, the converse is constructively proved that any dynamics with a Lyapunov function has a corresponding physical realization: a friction force, a Lorentz force, and a potential function. Such construction establishes a set of equations with physical meaning for Lyapunov function and suggests new approaches on the significant unsolved problem namely to construct Lyapunov functions for general nonlinear systems. In addition, a connection is found that the Lyapunov equation is a reduced form of a generalized Einstein relation for linear systems, revealing further insights of the construction.  相似文献
