Two model peptides, des-Arg1-bradykinin (DAB) and bradykinin (B), were cationized by Ag+ after their separation by reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) prior to mass spectrometry (MS). Silver nitrate solution was used as a post-column reagent. The RPLC and MS experimental conditions were optimized using flow injection in order to obtain sufficiently abundant silver adducts to permit MS/MS experiments. The use of water-methanol with 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase allowed a good chromatographic separation of the two peptides with a polymeric stationary phase and sufficiently abundant silver-containing adducts, [M + Ag + H]2+ and [M + 2Ag]2+. The gas-phase dissociation of [DAB + Ag + H]2+ and [DAB + 2Ag]2+ led to interpretable mass spectra during the on-line cationization experiment. Most of the ions obtained by dissociating [DAB + Ag + H]2+ and [DAB + 2Ag]2+ species are silver-containing ions but the ions produced depend on the parent. The ions coming from the dissociation of the doubly charged silver adducts [DAB + Ag + H]2+ or [DAB + 2Ag]2+ are of interest compared with those coming from the singly charged silver species or doubly charged protonated species. The fragmentation of the doubly charged silver adducts provides ions over the entire mass range. Although the presence of several prolines in des-Arg1-bradykinin prevents the formation of some expected ions, the observation of triplets [an-H + Ag]+, [bn-H + Ag]+ and [bn + OH + Ag]+ produced by the dissociation of on-line Ag(+)-cationized peptides could contribute to greater success of automatic sequencing of peptides.  相似文献

The solvothermal reactions of silver(I) salts with mono-organophosphonic acids, i.e. 3-thienylphosphonic acid (3-TPA), phenylphosphonic acid (PPA), α-naphthylphosphonic acid (α-NPA) and cyclohexylphosphonic acid (CPA), yield four new silver(I) pyrophosphonates, namely: [Ag(2)(ptp)] (1), [Ag(2)(ppp)] (2), [Ag(3)(CH(3)CN)(pnp)(pnpH)] (3), and [Ag(3)(pcp)(pcpH)] (4) [ptp(2-) = pyro-3-thienylphosphonate, ppp(2-) = pyrophenylphosphonate, pnp(2-) = pyro-α-naphthylphosphonate, pcp(2-) = pyrocyclohexylphosphoante]. In all cases, the pyrophosphonate ligands are generated in situ from their relative mono-organophosphonic acids, mediated by silver(I) ions. Single crystal structural determinations reveal that compounds 1 and 2 display two-dimensional layer architectures, while 3 and 4 show one-dimensional chain structures. Structure 1 can be best described as a layer made up of Ag(4)O(P)(6) clusters linked by O-P-O units and AgAg contacts, with the organic groups grafted on the two sides of the inorganic layer. A similar layer structure is found in 2 except that the AgAg interactions are absent. Compound 3 shows a chain structure where the silver ions are bridged by the phosphonate oxygen atoms forming an infinite Ag-O(P) chain which is decorated by the pyrophosphonate ligand and CH(3)CN. Compound 4 has another type of chain structure made up of Ag-O(P) with extensive Ag···Ag argentophilic interactions. Solid state photoluminescent properties and thermal expansion behaviors are also investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of an S-bridged Co2(III)Ag3(I) pentanuclear complex, [Ag3[Co(aet)3]2][BF4]3 (aet = NH2CH2CH2S-), with paraformaldehyde in basic acetonitrile, followed by adding aqueous ammonia, produced an aza-capped Co2(III)-Ag3(I) complex, [Ag3[Co(L)]2]3+ ([1]3+) (L = N(CH2NHCH2CH2S-)3). The crystal structure of [1]3+ was determined by X-ray crystallography. [1][PF6]3 x H2O, empirical formula C18H44Ag3Co2F18N8OP3S6, crystallizes in the tetragonal space group 142m with a = 13.012(1) A, c = 24.707(2) A, and Z = 4. In [1]3+ the two aza-capped [Co(L)] units are linked by three Ag(I) atoms, such that the two Co(III) atoms are encapsulated in a macrobicyclic metallocage, [Ag3(I)(L)2]3-. [1]3+ was converted to an aza-capped Co4(III)Zn4(II) octanuclear complex, [Zn4O[Co(L)]4]6+ ([2]6+), by reaction with I- in the presence of Zn2+ and ZnO in water. The crystal structure of [2]6+ was also determined by X-ray crystallography. [2][PF6]6 x 8H2O, empirical formula C36H100Co4F36N16O9P6S12Zn4, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1/n) with a = 14.33(7) A, b = 25.67(10) A, c = 24.83(6) A, beta = 101.3(3) degrees , and Z = 4. In [2]6+ each of four [Co(L)] units is bound to each trigonal Zn3(II) face of the tetrahedral [Zn4(II)O]6+ core, such that each Co(III) atom is encapsulated in a macrobicyclic [Zn4(II)O(L)] fragment. Treatment of [2]6+ with a basic aqueous solution resulted in a cleavage of the Zn-S bonds to produce an aza-capped Co(III) mononuclear complex, [Co(L)] ([3]), from which [1]3+ is readily reproduced by the reaction with Ag+ in water. All the reactions were found to proceed with retention of the absolute configuration (delta or lambda) of the Co(III) chiral centers; deltadelta-[1]3+, deltadeltadeltadelta-[2]6+, and A-[3] were derived from deltadelta-[Ag3[Co(aet)3]2]3+. The contributions to circular dichroism (CD) from the triple helicity in [1]3+, besides from the asymmetric N and S donor atoms and the Co(III) chiral centers in [1]3+ and [2]6+, were estimated by comparing the CD spectra of deltadelta-[1]3+, deltadeltadeltadelta-[2]6+, and delta-[3].  相似文献

A series of new heterometallic coordination polymers has been prepared from the reaction of metal-ligand cations and KAg(CN)(2) units. Many of these contain silver-silver (argentophilic) interactions, analogous to gold-gold interactions, which serve to increase supramolecular structural dimensionality. Compared to [Au(CN)(2)](-) analogues, these polymers display new trends specific to [Ag(CN)(2)](-), including the formation of [Ag(2)(CN)(3)](-) and the presence of Ag...N interactions. [Cu(en)(2)][Ag(2)(CN)(3)][Ag(CN)(2)] (1, en = ethylenediamine) forms 1-D chains of alternating [Ag(CN)(2)](-) and [Ag(2)(CN)(3)](-) units via argentophilic interactions of 3.102(1) A. These chains are connected into a 2-D array by strong cyano(N)-Ag interactions of 2.572(3) A. [Cu(dien)Ag(CN)(2)](2)[Ag(2)(CN)(3)][Ag(CN)(2)] (2, dien = diethylenetriamine) forms a 1-D chain of alternating [Cu(dien)](2+) and [Ag(CN)(2)](-) ions with the Cu(II) atoms connected in an apical/equatorial fashion. These chains are cross-linked by [Ag(2)(CN)(3)](-) units via argentophilic interactions of 3.1718(8) A and held weakly in a 3-D array by argentophilic interactions of 3.2889(5) A between the [Ag(CN)(2)](-) in the 2-D array and the remaining free [Ag(CN)(2)](-). [Ni(en)][Ni(CN)(4)].2.5H(2)O (4) was identified as a byproduct in the reaction to prepare the previously reported [Ni(en)(2)Ag(2)(CN)(3)][Ag(CN)(2)] (3). In [Ni(tren)Ag(CN)(2)][Ag(CN)(2)] (5, tren = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine), [Ni(tren)](2+) cations are linked in a cis fashion by [Ag(CN)(2)](-) anions to form a 1-D chain similar to the [Au(CN)(2)](-) analogue. [Cu(en)Cu(CN)(2)Ag(CN)(2)] (6) is a trimetallic polymer consisting of interpenetrating (6,3) nets stabilized by d(10)-d(10) interactions between Cu(I)-Ag(I) (3.1000(4) A). Weak antiferromagnetic coupling has been observed in 2, and a slightly stronger exchange has been observed in 6. The Ni(II) complexes, 4 and 5, display weak antiferromagnetic interactions as indicated by their relatively larger D values compared to that of 3. Magnetic measurements on isostructural [Ni(tren)M(CN)(2)][M(CN)(2)] (M = Ag, Au) show that Ag(I) is a more efficient mediator of magnetic exchange as compared to Au(I). The formation of [Ni(CN)(4)](2)(-), [Ag(2)(CN)(3)](-), and [Cu(CN)(2)](-) are all attributed to secondary reactions of the dissociation products of the labile KAg(CN)(2).  相似文献

Treatment of [Ni(L)][L =((-)SCH(2)CH(2)NH[double bond, length as m-dash]C(CH(3))-)(2)] with Ag(+) in water gave a pinwheel-like S-bridged Ni(II)(3)Ag(I)(2) structure in [Ag(2)[Ni(L)](3)](2+), which further reacted with [Ni(L)] to produce a Ni(II)(4)Ag(I)(2) structure in [Ag(2)[Ni(L)](4)](2+) and a Ni(II)(7)Ag(I)(4) structure in [Ag(4)[Ni(L)](7)](4+).  相似文献

The reactions of 1,2,3,4-benzenetetracarboxylic acid (H(4)mpda) and different silver(I) salts under hydrothermal or solvent evaporation conditions yielded four unusual coordination complexes with interesting frameworks: [Ag(4)(mpda)](n) (1), {[Ag(2.5)(mpda)(bpy)(2)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·(NO(3))(0.5)·(H(2)O)(9)}(n) (2), {[Ag(5)(mpda)(2)(bpy)(4)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·[Ag(bpy)(H(2)O)]·(H(2)O)(16)}(n) (3), {[Ag(2)(mpda)(H(2)O)]·[Ag(bpy)]·[Ag(bpy)]}(n) (4) (bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine). Complex 1 displays a novel (3,4,7)-connected {4.6(2)}{4.6(5)}{4(2).6(13).8(5).10} topology, in which the carboxylic groups of the mpda(4-) ligand adopt variable coordination modes. In 1, besides Ag-O coordination bonding, AgAg and Agaromatic intermolecular interactions also make their appearance. In complexes 2-4, rare architectures comprising three or four isolated coordination polymers within the same crystalline structure have been obtained, respectively. In 2 and 3, neighboring layers are linked together through water tapes into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture, which is also consolidated by π···π stacking, while independent infinite rod-like polymer chains fill the void space between layers. Interestingly, an anionic (H(2)O-NO(3)(-))(n) layer, built from water tapes and nitrate anions as well as consolidated by the mpda(4-) ligands, has been structurally identified in compound 2. A new water tape constructed from alternating tetramers and decamers has been obtained in compound 3. In compound 4, a right-handed helical chain and two rod-like polymeric chains are interconnected through host-guest molecular recognition to generate a three-dimensional chiral supramolecular architecture. Bulk materials for 1 and 4 have second-harmonic generation activity, being approximately 0.6 and 0.4 times that of urea. The IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis and luminescent properties of all compounds were also investigated.  相似文献

Self-assembly of silver(I) salts and three ortho-hydroxyl and carboxyl groups decorated arenesulfonic acids affords the formation of nine silver(I)-sulfonates, (NH(4))·[Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)] (1), {(NH(4))·[Ag(3)(HL1)(2)(NH(3))(H(2)O)]}(n) (2), [Ag(2)(HL1)(H(2)O)(2)](n) (3), [Ag(2)(HL2)(NH(3))(2)]·H(2)O (4), [Ag(H(2)L2)(H(2)O)](n) (5), [Ag(2)(HL2)](n) (6), [Ag(3)(L3)(NH(3))(3)](n) (7), [Ag(2)(HL3)](n) (8), and [Ag(6)(L3)(2)(H(2)O)(3)](n) (9) (H(3)L1 = 2-hydroxyl-3-carboxyl-5-bromobenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L2 = 2-hydroxyl-4-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid, H(3)L3 = 2-hydroxyl-5-carboxylbenzenesulfonic acid), which are characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA, PL, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is 3-D supramolecular network extended by [Ag(HL1)(NH(3))(H(2)O)](-) anions and NH(4)(+) cations. Complex 2 exhibits 3-D host-guest framework which encapsulates ammonium cations as guests. Complex 3 presents 2-D layer structure constructed from 1-D tape of sulfonate-bridged Ag1 dimers linked by [(Ag2)(2)(COO)(2)] binuclear units. Complex 4 exhibits 3-D hydrogen-bonding host-guest network which encapsulates water molecules as guests. Complex 5 shows 3-D hybrid framework constructed from organic linker bridged 1-D Ag-O-S chains while complex 6 is 3-D pillared layered framework with the inorganic substructure constructing from the Ag2 polyhedral chains interlinked by Ag1 dimers and sulfonate tetrahedra. The hybrid 3-D framework of complex 7 is formed by L3(-) trianions bridging short trisilver(I) sticks and silver(I) chains. Complex 8 also presents 3-D pillared layered framework, and the inorganic layer substructure is formed by the sulfonate tetrahedrons bridging [(Ag1O(4))(2)(Ag2O(5))(2)](∞) motifs. Complex 9 represents the first silver-based metal-polyhedral framework containing four kinds of coordination spheres with low coordination numbers. The structural diversities and evolutions can be attributed to the synthetic methods, different ligands and coordination modes of the three functional groups, that is, sulfonate, hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. The luminescent properties of the nine complexes have also been investigated at room temperature, especially, complex 1 presents excellent blue luminescence and can sensitize Tb(III) ion to exhibit characteristic green emission.  相似文献

The use of a ligand directed strategy in the assembly of discrete clusters, 1D chains, 2D layers, and 3D networks using aliphatic N-donor ligands has been investigated. The ligands are a family of amines with rigid backbones [cis,cis-1,3,5-triaminocyclohexane (cis-tach), cis,trans-1,3,5-triaminocyclohexane (trans-tach), cis-1,3-diaminocyclohexane (cis-dach), and cis-3,5-diaminopiperidine (cis-dapi)], and their complexation with Ag(I) salts results in a diverse set of architectures with the following compositions: [Ag3(cis-tach)2]F3.4CH(3)OH.0.5H2O (1), [Ag3(cis-tach)2]F3.6H2O (2), ([Ag(cis-dach)]ClO4)n (3), ([Ag(cis-tach)]NO3)n (4), ([Ag(trans-tach)]PF6)n(5), and ([Ag(cis-dapi)]CF3SO3)n (6). Structural analysis shows that compounds 1 and 2 are discrete M(3)L(2) cage-type clusters with varying solvent molecule content. Short Ag...Ag contacts (3.021(8) A) are observed to dimerize discrete units in compound 2. Compound 3 is a 1D zigzag chain formed by coordination to the two primary amines of cis-dach, whereas the tridentate ligands in compounds 4 and 5 (cis-tach and trans-tach, respectively) are able to form tubular architectures by virtue of their ability to "wrap" round the channel walls. An infinite 2D coordination network is demonstrated by compound 6, in which the three coplanar amino donors of cis-dapi coordinate to the trigonal planar Ag(I) ions to form a layered structure of 6(3) topology. These are compared with a previously reported 3D structure, ([Ag(trans-tach)]NO3)n (7), that belongs to this family of architectures.  相似文献

Resorcinarene tetraphosphinite ligands, P4, react with silver(I) trifluoroacetate or silver(I) triflate, AgX, to give the corresponding [Ag4X4(P4)] complexes. The resorcinarene skeleton in these complexes adopts a boat conformation with the silver(I) phosphinite units on the horizontal, rather than the upright, arene units of the resorcinarene. The [Ag4X4(P4)] complexes react with free P4 ligand to yield the [Ag2X2(P4)] or [AgX(P4)] complexes, which are characterized in solution by NMR spectroscopy to have a conformation opposite to that of the [Ag4X4(P4)] complexes; the silver(I) phosphinite groups are on the upright arene rings of the resorcinarene "boat" instead of the horizontal arene units. There is an easy equilibrium between these complexes. When X = triflate, the [Ag4X4(P4)] complexes disproportionate and add aqua ligands during slow crystallization to give "capsule complexes", which are characterized crystallographically as [Ag10(O3SCF3)10(OH2)6(P4)2], [Ag10(O3SCF3)6(OH2)8(P4)2][O3SCF3]4, or [Ag13(O3SCF3)13(OH2)7(P4)2] depending on the resorcinarene tetraphosphinite ligand P4 used. These unusual capsule complexes are formed by the tail-to-tail self-assembly of pairs of [Ag4(P4)]4+ units linked by additional silver ions that bind to the phenyl substituents of one resorcinarene through {Ag(eta2-C6H5)}+ binding and to the bridging triflate ligands, aqua ligands, or both of the other resorcinarene unit.  相似文献

The crystalline products are the mixed-metal species Au(carb)Ag2(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)2 and Au2(carb)2Ag(mu-3,5-Ph2pz)CCH2Cl2.  相似文献

Four new potentially polytopic nitrogen donor ligands based on the 1,3,5-triazine fragment, L(1)-L(4) (L(1) = 2-chloro-4,6-di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine, L(2) = N,N'-bis(4,6-di(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diamine, L(3) = 2,4,6-tris(tri(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-1,3,5-triazine, and L(4) = 2,4,6-tris(2,2,2-tri(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethoxy)-1,3,5-triazine) have been synthesized and characterized. The X-ray crystal structure of L(3) confirms that its molecular nature consists of a 1,3,5-triazine ring bearing three tripodal tris(pyrazolyl) arms. L(1), L(2), and L(4) react with Cu(I), Cu(II), Pd(II) and Ag(I) salts yielding mono-, di-, and oligonuclear derivatives: [Cu(L(1))(Cy(3)P)]ClO(4), [{Ag(2)(L(2))}(CF(3)SO(3))(2)]·H(2)O, [Cu(2)(L(2))(NO(3))(2)](NO(3))(2)·H(2)O, [Cu(2)(L(2))(CH(3)COO)(2)](CH(3)COO)(2)·3H(2)O, [Pd(2)(L(2))(Cl)(4)]·2H(2)O, [Ru(L(2))(Cl)(OH)]·CH(3)OH, [Ag(3)(L(4))(2)](CF(3)SO(3))(3) and [Ag(3)(L(4))(2)](BF(4))(3). The interaction of L(3) with Ag(I), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Ru(II) complexes unexpectedly produced the hydrolysis of the ligand with formation, in all cases, of tris(pyrazolyl)methane (TPM) derivatives. In detail, the already known [Ag(TPM)(2)](CF(3)SO(3)) and [Cu(TPM)(2)](NO(3))(2), as well as the new [Zn(TPM)(2)](CF(3)SO(3))(2) and [Ru(TMP)(p-cymene)]Cl(OH)·2H(2)O complexes have been isolated. Single-crystal XRD determinations on the latter derivatives confirm their formulation, evidencing, for the Ru(II) complex, an interesting supramolecular arrangement of the anions and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

Addition of the carbene 1,3-dimesitylimidazol-2-ylidene (IMes) to a toluene solution of Ag[closo-CB(11)H(12)] results in the formation of the complex [(IMes)(2)Ag](2)[Ag(2)[closo-CB(11)H(12)](4)], the anionic component of which contains two silver(I) centers bridged by two carboranes in addition to one terminally bound carborane on each metal, in the solid-state. Comparison of the observed (11)B[(1)H] NMR chemical shifts of [(IMes)(2)Ag](2)[Ag(2)[closo-CB(11)H(12)](4)] or Ag[closo-CB(11)H(12)] with [NBu(4)][closo-CB(11)H(12)] in CD(2)Cl(2) demonstrates that the silver ion interacts significantly with the cage in solution. Theoretical investigations using the ab initio/GIAO/NMR method of [closo-CB(11)H(12)](-) and Na[closo-CB(11)H(12)] as model geometries for the silver salts support experimental evidence for these Ag...[BH] interactions in solution.  相似文献

Linear gold(I) and silver(I) complexes with the ferrocenyl phosphine FcCH2PPh2 [Fc = (eta5-C5H5)Fe(eta5-C5H4)] of the types [AuR(PPh2CH2Fc)], [M(PPh3)(PPh2CH2Fc)]OTf, and [M(PPh2CH2Fc)2]OTf (M = Au, Ag) have been obtained. Three-coordinate gold(I) and silver(I) derivatives of the types [AuCl(PPh2CH2Fc)2] and [M(PPh2CH2Fc)3]X (M = Au, X = ClO4; M = Ag, X = OTf) have been obtained from the corresponding gold and silver precursors in the appropriate molar ratio, although some of them are involved in equilibria in solution. The crystal structures of [AuR(PPh2CH2Fc)] (R = Cl, C6F5), [AuL(PPh2CH2Fc)]OTf (L = PPh3, FcCH2PPh2), [Au(C6F5)3(PPh2CH2Fc)], and [Ag(PPh2CH2Fc)3]OTf have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The reactions of phenylaminobis(phosphonite), PhN{P(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2 (1) (PNP), with [AuCl(SMe2)] in appropriate ratios, afford the bi- and mononuclear complexes, [(AuCl)2(micro-PNP)] (2) and [(AuCl)(PNP)]2 (3) in good yield. Treatment of 2 with 2 equiv of AgX (X = OTf or ClO4) followed by the addition of 1 or 2,2'-bipyridine affords [Au2(micro-PNP)2](OTf)2 (4) and [Au2(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)](ClO4)2 (5), respectively. Similarly, the macrocycles [Au4(C4H4N2)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)4 (6), [Au4(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)4 (7), and [Au6(C3H3N3)2(micro-PNP)3](ClO4)6 (8) are obtained by treating 2 with pyrazine, 4,4'-bipyridine, or 1,3,5-triazine in the presence of AgClO 4. The reaction of 1 with AgOTf in a 1:2 molar ratio produces [Ag2(micro-OTf)2(micro-PNP)] (9). The displacement of triflate ions in 9 by 1 leads to a disubstituted derivative, [Ag2(micro-PNP)3](OTf)2 (10). The equimolar reaction of 1 with AgClO4 in THF affords [Ag2(C4H8O)2(micro-PNP)2](ClO4)2 (11). Treatment of 1 with AgClO4 followed by the addition of 2,2'-bipyridine affords a discrete binuclear complex, [Ag2(C10H8N2)2(micro-PNP)](ClO4)2 (12), whereas similar reactions with 4,4'-bipyridine or pyrazine produce one-dimensional zigzag Ag (I) coordination polymers, [Ag2(C10H8N2)(micro-ClO4)(ClO4)(micro-PNP)]n (13) and [Ag2(C4H4N2)(micro-ClO4)(ClO4)(micro-PNP)]n (14) in good yield. The nature of metal-metal interactions in compounds 2, 4, 5, and 12 was analyzed theoretically by performing HF and CC calculations. The structures of the complexes 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 12, and 14 are confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The investigation of the new structures of Ag(I), Cu(II) and Au(III) complexes, [Ag(2)(Nor)(2)](NO(3))(2), [Cu(Nor)(2)(H(2)O)(2)]SO(4).5H(2)O and [Au(Nor)(2) (H(2)O)(2)]Cl(3) (where, Nor=norfloxacin) was done during the reaction of silver(I), copper(II) and gold(III) ions with norfloxacin drug ligand. Elemental analysis of CHN, infrared, electronic, (1)H NMR and mass spectra, as well as thermo gravimetric analysis (TG and DTG) and conductivity measurements have been used to characterize the isolated complexes. The powder XRD studies confirm the amorphous nature of the complexes. The norfloxacin ligand is coordinated to Ag(I) and Au(III) ions as a neutral monodentate chelating through the N atom of piperidyl ring, but the copper(II) complex is coordinated through the carbonyl oxygen atom (quinolone group) and the oxygen atom of the carboxylic group. The norfloxacin and their metal complexes have been biologically tested, which resulted in norfloxacin complexes showing moderate activity against the gram positive and gram negative bacteria as well as against fungi.  相似文献

[Ag(COD)(2)]PF(6) catalyzes the ring-opening of N-tosylaziridines and -azetidines with alcohols, amines, thiols, and related tethered 1,2-ethane dinucleophiles. Initial rate studies and DFT-based evaluation of stepwise energetics suggest an inverse relationship between the nucleophilic reactivity of a heteroatom donor and its binding affinity to cationic Ag(I).  相似文献

A new cadmium polymer [Cd(NBA)(μ3-OH)(4,4′-bipy)1/2]n 1 (NBA = m-nitrobenzoic acid and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4-bipyridine) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method, and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 15.6912(9), b = 25.9394(15), c = 6.7332(4) ′, β = 114.7700(10)°, V = 2488.4(3) 3, C12H9CdN2O5, Mr = 373.61, Z = 8, Dc = 1.995 g/cm3, μ = 1.776 mm-1, F(000) = 1464, R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.1128 for 2130 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the compound features a layered structure, in which 4,4′-bipy ligands bridge Z type of double chains [Cd(μ3-OH)]n and NBA ligands locate at the two sides of the layer. The π-π interactions between the benzene rings of NBA ligands of two adjacent layers lead to the 3D framework.  相似文献

A high yield synthesis of a new, extremely bulky anionic gallium(I) N-heterocyclic carbene analogue, [(DAB*)Ga:](-) (DAB* = {N(Ar*)C(H)}(2), Ar* = C(6)H(2){C(H)Ph(2)}(2)Me-2,6,4) has been developed and four monomeric sodium complexes of the heterocycle have been crystallographically characterised. The gallium(I) heterocycle has been utilised in the preparations of the heteroleptic zinc and cadmium gallyl complexes, [(DAB*)GaMX(tmeda)] (M = Zn or Cd, X = Br or I), which were crystallographically characterised. In addition, [(DAB*)Ga:](-) was oxidatively coupled to give the diamagnetic digallane(4), [(DAB*)GaGa(DAB*)]. The moderate yield synthesis of the six-membered gallium(I) heterocycle, [((But)MesNacnac)Ga:] ((But)MesNacnac = [(MesNCBu(t))(2)CH](-), Mes = mesityl), is described, and the compound found to be a monomer in the solid state by an X-ray crystallographic analysis. A low yield by-product from this synthesis, [Ga(5)I(4)((But)MesNacnac)(3)], was also isolated and shown by X-ray crystallography to be a rare example of a compound bearing a group 13 metal-metal bonded chain stabilised by β-diketiminate ligands. Silver(I) complex with 4,5-dicarboxyimidazole (H3dcbi) has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and proven to be a novel 2D coordination polymer [Ag(H2dcbi)]n (1), which crystallized in monoclinic crystal system and space group of P2(1)/c. Each Ag(I) ion is coordinated to three O atoms and one N atom, which completes the trigonal pyramidal geometry of Ag(I) ion. Solid-state fluorescent emission spectra of 1 were investigated.  相似文献
