理论推导了电磁波在半无限长直波导和均匀慢波结构交界面上的反射系数表达式,得到反射系数模值和相位随电磁波的纵向相移常数和慢波结构末端相位的变化关系。运用传输线理论以及反射系数的理论计算结果,得到了有限长慢波结构的纵向谐振条件,可以分析各种情况下有限长慢波结构的纵向谐振特性。计算了一种有限长慢波结构的纵向谐振频率,理论预测与数值仿真结果基本一致。对于一种非均匀慢波结构的数值计算结果表明,其纵向谐振模式对应的频率、场分布与相应的均匀慢波结构接近,因此仍可根据提出的纵向谐振条件对非均匀慢波结构进行分析。  相似文献

The Sinus-6, a high-power relativistic repetitively-pulsed electron beam accelerator, is used to drive various slow wave structures in a BWO configuration in vacuum. Peak output power of about 550 MW at 9.45 GHz was radiated in an 8-ns pulse. We describe experiments which study the relative efficiencies of microwave generation from a two-stage nonuniform amplitude slow wave structure and its variations without an initial stage. Experimental results are compared with 2.5 D particle-in-cell computer simulations. Our results suggest that prebunching the electron beam in the initial section of the nonuniform BWO results in increased microwave generation efficiency, Furthermore, simulations reveal that, in addition to the backward propagating surface harmonic of the TM01 mode, backward and forward propagating volume harmonics with phase velocity twice that of the surface harmonic play an important role in high-power microwave generation and radiation  相似文献

The possibility of the determination of the position of an atom incorporated in the crystal unit cell by measuring the yield of characteristic radiation of this atom, excited by an X-ray wave nonuniform over the cell cross section, is shown. 本文提出一种半径和周期双重扰动的非均匀圆波导TE0n模式变换器. 通过耦合波理论(CWT)和数值优化方法对该模式变换器进行研究, 计算结果与电磁仿真软件基本一致. 与传统的均匀结构半径微扰模式变换器比较, 非均匀扰动结构TE0n模式变换器可以在更少的波纹周期内实现高于均匀结构的模式转换效率, 95%功率转换绝对带宽增加150%, 器件长度减小接近一半. 本文的研究工作为设计轴向尺寸短、工作带宽大、 转换效率高的高功率回旋管外接模式变换器提供了重要参考.  相似文献

在Ma=6低噪声风洞中开展了半锥角7?的直圆锥边界层转捩相关实验研究.利用响应频率达到MHz量级的高频压力传感器对圆锥壁面脉动压力进行了测量,研究了高超声速圆锥边界层中扰动波的发展过程.结果表明:高超声速圆锥边界层中第二模态扰动波产生的位置以及扰动波特征频率和波长等参数受雷诺数影响较大,当单位雷诺数从2×106m~(-1)增加到8×106m~(-1)时,第二模态波的特征频率从55 k Hz增加到226 k Hz;随着单位雷诺数增加,边界层中扰动增长速度加快,第二模态波出现在圆锥表面更靠近上游的位置;相同单位雷诺数条件下,随着第二模态波的向下游传播,其特征频率逐渐减小.通过对比发现自由来流湍流度对边界层中扰动波的发展同样有较大影响,自由来流湍流度降低,边界层中的第二模态波的特征频率明显减小.利用互相关分析得出第二模态扰动波在边界层中的传播速度大约为当地主流速度的0.8—0.9倍.在1?小攻角条件下,圆锥迎风面和背风面边界层发展呈现出明显的差异,背风面边界层中扰动发展提前,第二模态波出现在更靠近上游的位置,而迎风面中扰动发展受到抑制,第二模态波特征频率更大.  相似文献

The initiation and propagation of detonation waves in combustible high speed flows were studied experimentally. A planar detonation wave traveling in an initiation tube was transmitted into a test section where a combustible high speed flow was induced by an incident shock wave generated in a shock tube. In this study, the flow Mach numbers were obtained as 0.9 and 1.2. The experimental results show that depending on the flow velocity, the apparent propagation velocity of a detonation wave is higher in the upstream and lower in the downstream direction than the CJ velocity. Smoked plate records reveal cellular patterns deformed in the flow direction, and the calculated aspect ratios of the cell were found to agree well with the experimental ones on the basis of the assumption that the velocity of the transverse wave is not affected by the flowing mixture. By analyzing the shock-wave diffraction at the position where there is an abrupt change in the area, on the basis of Whitham’s theory, it was deduced that in the present experimental set-up, the detonation was initiated by the reflection of the diffracted shock waves on the sidewalls of the test section. The agreement between the experimental and calculated results regarding the position of the cellular patterns on the smoked plate record indicated that the position of detonation initiation in high speed flows is shifted downstream due to the flow velocity.  相似文献

采用8只IXLF19N250A绝缘栅双极型晶体管串联研制成功了10kV固体开关。试验表明:该固体开关最高输出电压为14kV,最高输出脉冲电流为20A、输出脉冲宽度可在2~112μs之间以1μs步长变化,脉冲重复频率范围为1Hz~4kHz,短时间可以工作到8.6kHz。  相似文献

It is well known that axial magnetic fields (AMFs) can keep vacuum arc in diffuse mode at high current. According to our recent research and other published papers, it has been found that vacuum arc can be maintained in high-current diffuse mode at much higher current if nonuniform AMF is applied, that the axial magnetic field is higher at contact periphery than at center. The influence of spatial distribution of AMF on vacuum arc is mainly studied in this paper. Furthermore, two types of AMF contacts with new structures to generate nonuniform AMF are presented.  相似文献

非线性波导是一种重要的光量子器件。采用马卡梯里近似,可以近似描述波导的模场分布特征。针对ee-e准相位匹配的周期极化铌酸锂波导,分析波长为1 064 nm的基波和532 nm的二次谐波的基模模场分布。结果表明:如果波导为嵌入型正方形波导,基波和二次谐波的光斑基本为圆形,基波场分布范围较大;在截面正方形边长为5 μm并且芯区比包层折射率略高0.02时,波导就能将两种光波场基本约束在芯区中,但是这种波导边长为0.5 μm时约束能力就变得很差;如果采用芯区与包层折射率差别较大的波导,芯区边长为0.5 μm就可以将两种场分布基本约束在芯区中。结果对分析其他类型的非线性波导的模场分布具有指导意义。  相似文献

The dispersion properties of three-dimensional electrostatic waves in a nonuniform electron–positron (EP) magnetoplasma are analyzed. A new dispersion relation is derived by use of the electron and positron density responses arising from the electron and positron continuity and Poisson equations. In the local approximation, the dispersion relation admits two wave modes with different velocities. The growth rates of various modes are illustrated both analytically and numerically. Considering the temperature gradients produces a linearly stable transverse mode. The growth rate of the slow mode instability due to the density inhomogeneity only is the highest one, though it appears at higher thermal energy. The angle of the wave propagation affects drastically on the instability features in each case. The applications of the present analysis are briefly discussed.  相似文献

We study the field structure and dispersion properties of a hybrid eigenmode guided by a nonuniform magnetized plasma waveguide. It is shown that the rotational and quasi-potential waves contribute to the formation of such a mode in the whistler frequency range. Depending on the plasma density, the rotational component of the hybrid mode is determined by either waves with complex transverse wave numbers or whistler waves, or by true surface waves. In the presence of an axial nonuniformity of the plasma in a channel, the transverse field structure of the propagating mode changes, which is stipulated by changes in both the values of transverse wave numbers and their dependence on the radial coordinate. It is found that the spectrum of axial wave numbers of eigenmodes of a plasma waveguide undergoes a pronounced condensation when smoothing the waveguide walls. The damping of the hybrid mode of a nonuniform waveguide due to electron collisions is found and it is shown that collisional losses determine the damping of waves trapped in the waveguide in the experiments on ionization self-channeling of whistler waves. 在实验基础上,利用非均匀耦合波理论得出了介质折射率调制度和空频变化的非均匀模型,利用此模型分析了窄带宽和高光学密度滤光片所应具有的非均匀分布特性,指出了实验工艺上应努力的方向,实验上用重铬酸明胶(DCG)实现了性能优良的高光学密度窄带宽的全息带阻滤光片,峰值波长光学密度为4-5,半宽度小于20nm.  相似文献

The tunability of nonuniform reflection holographic filter is investigated theoretically and experimentally. It is shown that the reflection holographic filter has not only high optical density and narrow bandwidth, but also good tunability. The coupled wave theoretical model for uniform medium is compared with the model for nonuniform medium. It is identified that the coincidence of the theoretical results of the nonuniform model with the experimental results are better than that of the uniform model.  相似文献

The volume dependence of the current oscillations has been examined in the current carrying charge density wave (CDW) state of (TaSe4)2I. The spectral width of the oscillations broadens as the specimen cross section is increased, indicating a nonuniform distribution of CDW velocity in the spicemens. The observed behavior is contrasted with that found in the more isotropic compound NbSe3.  相似文献

The interaction between an incident shock wave and a transverse jet flow for mixing and combustion in a supersonic airstream was investigated experimentally and numerically. NO planar laser induced fluorescence (NO-PLIF) and particle imaging velocimetry (PIV) for non-reactive flows and three-dimensional reactive/non-reactive numerical simulations were conducted to examine the effect of the incident shock wave on the three-dimensional flow structure and mixing mechanism between the airstream and the injected gas downstream of the injection slot. Results of NO-PLIF measurement and numerical simulation showed that, in the case without the incident shock wave, injected gas is seldom seen in the recirculation zone just downstream of the injection slot, while the injected gas with higher concentration is almost uniformly distributed in the recirculation zone when the incident shock wave is introduced downstream of the injection slot. Moreover, it was shown by the numerical simulations that the profiles of the local equivalence ratio is in the combustible range due to the enhanced entrainment of the airstream when the incident shock wave is introduced downstream of the injection slot. A large-scale recirculation in the direction parallel to the wall is generated by the three-dimensional flow effects, which enhances the mixing and extends the residence time in the recirculation zone in the case with incident shock wave downstream of the injection slot, the recirculation flow being confirmed successfully by PIV measurements as well. The results of three-dimensional reactive numerical simulations were in good agreement with the experimental flame-holding characteristics at a lower total temperature, which showed that flame-holding can be attained only when the incident shock wave was introduced downstream of the injection slot, confirming that the formation of three-dimensional and large-scale recirculation flow downstream of the injection slot enlarges the recirculation zone and enhances the mixing to produce the conditions for robust flame-holding.  相似文献

An oscillator using high order Lamb wave modes is presented. Due to the multimode property of Lamb waves, high frequency oscillators using high order mode Lamb waves can be fabricated. To select the operating mode of the Lamb wave oscillator, a high order mode selector is inserted into the feedback loop. An oscillator using the 13th antisymmetric mode (a13) in Lamb wave is achieved in experiments and the oscillating frequency is 5.30 times higher than that of the a0 mode excited by the interdigital transducer.  相似文献

A megawatt-level subterahertz surface wave oscillator(SWO) is proposed to obtain high conversion efficiency by using separated overmoded slow wave structures(SWSs). Aiming at the repetitive operation and practical applications, the device driven by electron beam with modest energy and current is theoretically analyzed and verified. Then,the functions of the two SWS sections and the effect of the drift tube are investigated by using a particle-in-cell code to reveal how the proposed device achieves high efficiency. The mode analysis of the beam-wave interaction region in the device is also carried out, and the results indicate that multi-modes participate in the premodulation of the electron beam in the first SWS section, while the TM01 mode surface wave is successfully and dominantly excited and amplified in the second SWS section. Finally, a typical simulation result demonstrates that at a beam energy of 313 ke V, beam current of 1.13 k A, and guiding magnetic field of above 3.5 T, a high-power subterahertz wave is obtained with an output power of about 70 MW at frequency 146.3 GHz, corresponding to the conversion efficiency of 20%. Compared with the results of the previous subterahertz overmoded SWOs with integral SWS and similar beam parameters, the efficiency increases almost 50% in the proposed device.  相似文献

The output power levels of Gyrotron II are very much higher than those predicted when one assumes that a single waveguide mode exists throughout the cavity and output section. In this paper we demonstrate the importance of mode conversion at the point where the uniform waveguide meets the first down-taper.The method of calculating the mode conversion used here is superior to many that appear in the literature. It uses the correct boundary conditions, it treats the wave magnetic field fully and, especially important in relation to cavities, it is applicable to waveguide modes near cutoff.  相似文献
