通过水热法制备了金属有机框架材料(ZIF-8),采用ZIF-8和有序介孔碳(OMC)修饰玻碳电极(GCE),采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法对此修饰电极(ZIF-8/OMC/GCE)的电化学性能进行了研究。结果表明,经过修饰可增大裸玻碳电极的有效表面积、改善电极的电催化活性。利用差分脉冲伏安法研究了8-羟基脱氧鸟苷在ZIF-8/OMC/GCE上的电化学特性。结果表明,此修饰电极的电流响应值与8-羟基脱氧鸟苷的浓度在0.35~350μmol·L-1内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.22μmol·L-1。采用修饰电极测定人尿样中的8-羟基脱氧鸟苷,加标回收率在90.1%~108%之间。 相似文献

将新型炭材料乙炔黑(AB)分散制备成AB-壳聚糖(CTS)复合膜修饰玻碳电极(GCE)。运用循环伏安法(CV)和微分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究了着色剂日落黄在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。通过对支持电解质、修饰剂的用量、富集电位、富集时间进行优化,建立了一种快速、灵敏测定日落黄的电化学分析方法。方法的线性范围为5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L,检出限(S/N=3)为9.0×10-9 mol/L。该修饰电极制作简单,稳定性、重现性良好,已成功应用于实际样品的检测。 相似文献

通过静电纺丝技术合成碳纳米纤维,以循环伏安法在此碳纤维上电聚合乙酸锌制备复合纳米材料作为一种新型的电化学增敏剂,用于修饰玻碳电极,开发了一种基于碳纤维和氧化锌复合材料的新型电化学传感器(ZnO/CNF/GCE)。使用循环伏安法、差分脉冲伏安法等进行电化学催化性能的研究,并优化实验条件。结果表明,与裸电极相比,在pH 5.5磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,ZnO/CNF/GCE修饰电极能使氧氟沙星的峰电流明显提升,线性范围1~200μmol/L,检测限为0.33μmol/L。该ZnO/CNF/GCE修饰电极已用于氧氟沙星滴耳液中氧氟沙星的含量测定。 相似文献

采用滴涂法制备石墨烯(GR)修饰的玻碳电极(GCE),通过电化学富集Bi沉积在GR表面,得到GR/Bi-GCE修饰电极.用方波溶出伏安法研究了Cd2+和Pb2+在GR/Bi-GCE上的电化学行为.在0.1 mol/LpH 4.5的醋酸缓冲溶液中,在-1.1 V富集0.5 mg/L Bi(NO3)3溶液210 s后,溶出峰电流与Cd2+和Pb2+的浓度在0.01~85.0 μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限均为0.003 μmol/L.实验结果表明,此修饰电极对Cd2+和Pb2+均有较好的电化学活性,可对两种物质实现同时测定,具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性.将此电极用于板蓝根中Cd2+和Pb2+的含量测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe rapid electrochemical determination of Aceclofenac (ACF) has been employed by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) using developed OH-functionalised multiwalled carbon nanotube carbon paste electrode (OH-MWCNT/CPE). Modified electrode was characterised by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The ACF exhibits two oxidation peaks at +0.4 V, +0.66 V and one reduction peak at +0.3 V. The active surface area of the bare carbon paste electrode (BCPE) and modified electrode have been characterised by using K3[Fe(CN)6] solution containing 0.1 M KCl. In DPV mode, variation of ACF gave the limit of detection (LOD = 3s/m) 0.246 μM over the concentration range 1.0 to 190.0 μM (R2 = 0.9994). The developed electrode has good stability, reproducibility and could be successfully validated for the detection of ACF in pharmaceutical samples and biological fluids. 相似文献

An electrochemical sensor based on a polyfurfural-electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode has been developed for the sensitive and rapid determination of nitrofurazone. The morphologies and properties of the sensor were characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). In pH 7.0 Britton–Robinson buffer solution, the as-prepared polyfurfural-electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic performance for the electrochemical reduction of nitrofurazone, and the reduction peak current is about 9.45, 1.31, and 1.25 times higher than that of the bare glassy carbon electrode, polyfurfural modified glassy carbon electrode, and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode, respectively. The DPV determination of nitrofurazone indicates that the linear range and detection limit of nitrofurazone are 1–50 and 0.25?µmol/dm3, respectively. In addition, this sensor exhibits high selectivity, reproducibility, stability, and also was successfully used to directly determine nitrofurazone in the commercial antibacterial lotion with comparative sensitivity to high-performance liquid chromatography, showing its promising application prospects. 相似文献

Increasing attention has been paid to layered double hydroxide (LDH) film modified electrode attributing to its desirable properties for fabrication of electrochemical sensor. In this paper, the Zn‐Al LDH film modified glassy carbon electrode was characterized by electrochemical methods. The enhanced electrocatalytic currents and well‐separated potentials for epinephrine (EP) and uric acid (UA) were observed at the as‐prepared electrode. Under selected condition, the differential pulse voltammetry response of the modified electrode to EP (or UA) shows a linear concentration range of 0.5 μM to 0.3 mM (or 2 μM to 0.4 mM) in the presence of 10.0 μM UA (or 20.0 μM EP). At a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3, the calculated limits of detection are 0.13 μM and 0.66 μM, respectively. The proposed method has been performed to successfully detect EP and UA in analysis of real samples, such as in EP injection solution and human urine samples. 相似文献

制备了用于测定邻苯二酚(CAT)的石墨烯修饰电极,并应用循环伏安法研究了CAT在该修饰电极上的电化学行为;用差分脉冲伏安法研究了测试底液的pH值对该修饰电极性能的影响,结果表明,此修饰电极在含不同浓度CAT的PBS溶液(pH=7.0)中测定,响应电流与CAT浓度在5.0×10-8~5.6×10-4mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9919,检出限为6.68×10-9mol/L(S/N=3)。与其它几种修饰电极相比,石墨烯修饰电极制备简单、响应时间快、操作简便,稳定性和重现性良好,有应用价值。 相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode was modified with dsDNA and a nanocomposite composed of multi-walled carbon nanotubes and chitosan (MWNT-chit). The electrode was applied to the electrochemical detection of DNA damage as induced by in situ generated bisphenol A (BPA) radicals through electro-oxidation. The modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that MWNT-chit nanocomposite represents a viable platform for the immobilization of DNA that effectively promotes electron transfer between DNA and the electrode. The mode of interaction between DNA and BPA was investigated by differential pulse voltammetry and UV-vis spectrophotometry, indicating that the dominant interaction is intercalation. In order to explore the mechanism of damage caused by BPA radicals, the electro-oxidation of BPA at the modified glass electrode was investigated. Based on the signal for guanine without any other external indicator, DNA damage was investigated through the electro-oxidation of BPA. 相似文献
