近年来,食品安全问题频发,对人们的健康和社会发展造成了严重的危害,食品安全已成为人们关注的焦点问题之一。食品成分的复杂性、多样性对食品分析技术和方法提出了很高的要求。毛细管电泳(CE)由于分离模式多、分离效率高、分析速度快、试剂和样品用量少、对环境污染小等优点,在食品安全分析方面的应用日趋广泛。本综述对2009年以来CE在食品中非食用添加剂、农药残留、兽药残留、重金属离子污染、食品毒素以及食品包装材料中双酚A和塑化剂的检测方面的应用进行了总结,并对毛细管电泳在食品安全检测领域的主要发展方向进行了展望。共收录文献63篇。  相似文献

CE with MS detection is a hyphenated technique which greatly improves the ability of CE to deal with real samples, especially with those coming from biology and medicine, where the target analytes are present as trace amounts in very complex matrices. CE-MS is now almost a routine technique performed on commercially available instruments. It faces currently a tremendous development of the technique itself as well as of its wide application area. Great interest in CE-MS is reflected in the scientific literature by many original research articles and also by numerous reviews. The review presented here has a general scope and belongs to a series of regularly published reviews on the topic. It covers the literature from the last 2 years, since January 2008 till June 2010. It brings a critical selection of related literature sorted into groups reflecting the main topics of actual scientific interest: (i) innovations in CE-ESI-MS, (ii) use of alternative interfaces, and (iii) ways to enhance sensitivity. Special attention is paid to novel electrolyte systems amenable to CE-MS including nonvolatile BGEs, to advanced CE separation principles such as MEKC, MEEKC, chiral CE, and to the use of preconcentration techniques.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) continues its invasion into the domain of inorganic analysis. This review summarizes the progress and significant developments of CE of inorganic ions over the first two years of the new century. As manifested by the substantial number of published articles, this field is still witnessing a growing activity of many separation scientists. To provide an in-depth treatment of fundamental and methodological aspects of inorganic ion analysis by CE, an extensive fraction of the relevant literature is covered whereas only most innovative application reports are briefly considered. Most of the recent advancements have focused on CE system modernization designed to improve a limited detection sensitivity, which still remains a major obstacle to overcome in order to ensure the method's wider practical acceptance. Attention is also given to how and in which directions the future research could be performed to implement CE in routine inorganic analysis.  相似文献

药物分析是毛细管电泳(CE)的重要应用领域,所有CE分离模式与检测方法都在各种药物及其不同形式样品的分离分析中显示出特色和应用能力。该文从药品分析领域中的小分子药物(包括手性药物)及其有关物质、中药与天然产物、体内药物分析、生物制品药物分析等几个方面,综述了近几年CE在这些传统药物分析领域应用的研究进展。限于篇幅,未包括现代药物分析研究比较活跃的理化常数测定、亲和毛细管电泳与结合常数研究(药物与受体间的相互作用等)、临床生物标志物分析、代谢组学和微流控芯片CE分析等方面的内容。根据目前传统药物分析领域的发展,该文关注到近期CE在顺应药物分析的法规需求、电容耦合非接触电导检测(CE-C4 D)、改进检测灵敏度与精密度、CE-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)毛细管电泳、全柱成像毛细管等电聚焦(icIEF)、抗体分析等方面的新进展。该文结合文献,讨论了目前传统药物分析领域的需求,以及CE在其中的地位、挑战和机遇。对目前CE主要作为互补分析方法在化学药和中药分析中的应用研究提出了一些针对性的建议,期待CE在生物制品分析中的特色和能力得到进一步的发挥,同时提出CE-MS和对CE分析重复性改进等新进展可能对未来CE应用领域的大幅度扩展。该综述主要涉及近3年(2017年1月到2020年2月)及部分2016年的相关文献。  相似文献

Many researchers have invested considerable efforts toward improving capillary electrophoresis (CE)-mass spectrometry (MS) systems so they can be applied better to standard analyses. This review highlights the developments in CE-MS of proteins and peptides over the last five years. It includes the developments in interfaces, sample-enrichment techniques, microfabricated devices, and some applications, largely in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) and capillary isotachophoresis formats.  相似文献

The status of capillary electrophoresis (CE) in the analysis of small molecules is reviewed and summarised with the illustrative use of recent literature references. Examples are cited in this review which demonstrate that CE is now a recognised and established technique in many industries, law courts and government regulatory agencies. Each of the principal areas of CE application in small molecule analysis are covered in sections which highlight the recent developments and possibilities within that area. Application areas include the analysis of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, chiral separations, and forensics is covered. This is an update to a previous review article [J. Chromatogr. A 856 (1999) 443] and covers papers published between 1999 and 2002. Technical developments and improvements, such as the advent of capillary array instrumentation for increased sample throughput, and improved detection options are described. Overall it is concluded that CE has become a recognised and established technique in many areas and is still within a period of development of both instrumentation and application which will continue to expand usage.  相似文献

This review article focuses on recent advances of CE in determination of inorganic species in biological fluids and covers the years of dedicated research in the field since 2001 when a previous similar review was published. The most productive area, in which CE has distinctively progressed over the review period, encompasses assaying major inorganic anions and cations in blood serum and urine. Other applications include assessing less abundant analytes, e. g., heavy metals or seleno-compounds, and less abundant body fluids (saliva, sweat, etc.). Special emphasis is placed on developments in CE methodology that comprised modifications of separation and detection hardware and using specific electrolyte modifiers to enhance the resolution of a CE system. Significant progress in the application of in-line preconcentration methods in order to move CE ahead closer to trace analyte levels is also brought into focus. A series of tables detailing highly developed CE procedures and the analytical figures of merit accomplished are included. Finally discussed are further strategies for the method's expansion in the practice of biomedical and clinical laboratories where CE could likely acquire the status of a benchmark analytical technique.  相似文献

The versatility of CE is beneficial for the study of many types of molecular interactions, because different experimental designs can be made to suit the characteristics of a particular interaction. A very versatile starting point is the preequilibration type of affinity CE that has been used extensively for characterizing biomolecular interactions in the last 15 years. We review this field here and include a comprehensive overview of the existing preincubation ACE modes including their advantages and limitations as well as the methodological developments and applications within the bioanalytical field.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) offers fast and high‐resolution separation of charged analytes from small injection volumes. Coupled to mass spectrometry (MS), it represents a powerful analytical technique providing (exact) mass information and enables molecular characterization based on fragmentation. Although hyphenation of CE and MS is not straightforward, much emphasis has been placed on enabling efficient ionization and user‐friendly coupling. Though several interfaces are now commercially available, research on more efficient and robust interfacing with nano‐electrospray ionization (ESI), matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP) continues with considerable results. At the same time, CE‐MS has been used in many fields, predominantly for the analysis of proteins, peptides and metabolites. This review belongs to a series of regularly published articles, summarizing 248 articles covering the time between June 2016 and May 2018. Latest developments on hyphenation of CE with MS as well as instrumental developments such as two‐dimensional separation systems with MS detection are mentioned. Furthermore, applications of various CE‐modes including capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), nonaqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE), capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) and capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) coupled to MS in biological, pharmaceutical and environmental research are summarized.  相似文献

The major methodological developments in CE related to inorganic analysis are overviewed. This is an update to a previous review article by the author (Timerbaev, A. R., Electrophoresis 2004, 25, 4008-4031) and it covers the review work and innovative research papers published between January 2004 and the first part of 2006. As was underlined in that review, a growing interest of analytical community in providing elemental speciation information found a sound response of the CE method developers. Presently, almost every second research paper in the field of interest deals with element species analysis, the use of inductively coupled plasma MS detection and biochemical applications being the topics of utmost research efforts. On the other hand, advances in general methodology traditionally centered on a CE system modernization for improvements in sensitivity and separation selectivity have attracted less attention over the review period. While there is no indication that inorganic ion applications would surpass by the developmental rate the more matured analysis of organic analytes, CE can now be seen as an analytical technique to be before long customary in a number of inorganic analysis arenas.  相似文献

This article is the seventh in a series examining biannually the methodological developments in the field of CE analysis of inorganic species and covers relevant documents published between January 2009 and December 2010. Following an analysis of the significant accomplishments that have impacted the field in two recent years, a survey of advances in general CE methodology is presented. Subsequently, several notable trends that can be perceived in this well-established field are discussed: the continuing rise of ME and consequent development of suitable detection techniques, most notably contactless conductivity detection, the constant pace of advances in speciation analysis, and an increase in non-analytical CE applications to study complexation and (bio)transformation reactions of metal analytes. A range of recently emerged multi-detection designs, ICP-MS interface devices, and separation systems, for which outpacing work has been conducted, are also brought into focus.  相似文献

Open source paradigm is becoming widely accepted in scientific communities and open source hardware is finding its steady place in chemistry research. In this review article, we provide the reader with the most up‐to‐date information on open source hardware and software resources enabling the construction and utilization of an “open source capillary electrophoresis instrument”. While CE is still underused as a separation technique, it offers unique flexibility, low‐cost, and high efficiency and is particularly suitable for open source instrumental development. We overview the major parts of CE instruments, such as high voltage power supplies, detectors, data acquisition systems, and CE software resources with emphasis on availability of the open source information on the web and in the scientific literature. This review is the first of its kind, revealing accessible blueprints of most parts from which a fully functional open source CE system can be built. By collecting the extensive information on open source capillary electrophoresis in this review article, the authors aim at facilitating the dissemination of knowledge on CE within and outside the scientific community, fosters innovation and inspire other researchers to improve the shared CE blueprints.  相似文献

Significant progress in the development of miniaturized microfluidic systems has occurred since their inception over a decade ago. This is primarily due to the numerous advantages of microchip analysis, including the ability to analyze minute samples, speed of analysis, reduced cost and waste, and portability. This review focuses on recent developments in integrating electrochemical (EC) detection with microchip capillary electrophoresis (CE). These detection modes include amperometry, conductimetry, and potentiometry. EC detection is ideal for use with microchip CE systems because it can be easily miniaturized with no diminution in analytical performance. Advances in microchip format, electrode material and design, decoupling of the detector from the separation field, and integration of sample preparation, separation, and detection on-chip are discussed. Microchip CEEC applications for enzyme/immunoassays, clinical and environmental assays, as well as the detection of neurotransmitters are also described.  相似文献

The presence of selenium in the form of different species in environmental and biological samples receives an increasing attention due to better understanding of its bioavailability, toxicity and transport mechanism. For many years, gas and liquid chromatography have been extensively explored in speciation analysis of this element. Recently, capillary electrophoresis (CE) has made much progress in this field. This review presents the developments in the application of CE for simultaneous separation and determination of different selenium compounds. Various separation approaches and detection methods as well as pre-concentration techniques are discussed.
