Asymptotic Bounds for the Solutions of Functional and Functional-Differential Equations with Constant and Linear Delays

Ukrainian Mathematical Journal - We establish asymptotic bounds for the solutions of functional and functional-differential equations with linearly transformed arguments and constant delays.     

On Equivalence of Linear Functional-Differential Equations

For linear functional-differential equations of the first order there are derived canonical forms and an effective criterion of equivalence with respect to the pointwise transformations.     

Asymptotic Stability of Nonlinear Stochastic Evolution Equations

Some results on the pathwise asymptotic stability of solutions to stochastic partial differential equations are proved. Special attention is paid in proving sufficient conditions ensuring almost sure asymptotic stability with a non-exponential decay rate. The situation containing some hereditary characteristics is also treated. The results are illustrated with several examples.     

Asymptotic Stability of Some Nonlinear Boltzmann-Type Equations

A generalized version of the Tjon-Wu equation is considered. It describes the evolution of the energy distribution in a model of gas in which simultaneous collisions of many particles are permitted. Using the technique of Zolotarev metrics we show that the stationary solution is exponentially stable.

考虑具有正负系数的中立型时滞微分方程ｄｄ狋［狓（狋）－犘（狋）狓（狋－τ）］＋犙（狋）狓（狋－δ）－犚（狋）狓（狋－σ）＝０，　狋≥狋０， 其中Ｐ（ｔ）∈Ｃ（［ｔ０，∞），Ｒ），Ｑ（ｔ），Ｒ（ｔ）∈Ｃ（［ｔ０，∞），Ｒ＋ ），τ，δ，σ∈（０，∞）．获得了该方程零解 一致稳定及渐近稳定的充分条件，它推广并改进了现有文献中的结论．     

Stability of Solutions of Stochastic Functional-Differential Equations with Locally Lipschitz Coefficients in Hilbert Spaces

We obtain sufficient conditions for the stability of weak solutions of nonlinear stochastic functional-differential equations in Hilbert spaces with random coefficients satisfying the nonlocal Lipschitz condition.     

脉冲泛函微分方程的渐近稳定性

讨论了一类脉冲泛函微分方程的渐近稳定性.通过改进 Liapunov泛函的上界,利用Liapunov泛函第二方法和Jensen不等式,得到了一个一致稳定性定理和一个一致渐近稳定性定理,给出的例子说明了所得结果的优越性.     

On Asymptotic Stability and Sweeping of Collisionless Kinetic Equations

We study a collisionless kinetic equation describing density distribution function of the position and velocity of particles moving in a slab with finite thickness and with a partly diffusive boundary reflection. In particular, we deal with existence of an invariant density and with the convergence to the equilibrium. We also study the long time behavior of densities when the equilibrium does not exists.     

Stabilization and Practical Asymptotic Stability of Abstract Differential Equations

This article studies the problem of stabilization of the infinite-dimension time-varying control systems in Hilbert spaces. We consider the problem of practical asymptotic stability with respect to a continuous functional for a class of abstract nonlinear infinite-dimensional processes with multivalued solutions on a metric space when the origin is not an equilibrium point. In the case of the existence of a differentiable Lyapunov functional, we obtain sufficient conditions for the practical stability of continuous semigroups in a Banach space.
