A chemiluminescent method using flow injection is described for the determination of cefadroxil monohydrate. The method is based on the chemiluminescence reaction of cefadroxil with potassium permanganate in sulphuric acid, sensitized by quinine. The proposed procedure allows the determination of cefadroxil over the concentration range 0.1-30 mug ml(-1) with a detection limit of 0.05 mug ml(-1) and a sample measurement frequency of 150 samples h(-1). The method was successfully applied to the determination of cefadroxil in pharmaceutical preparations and biological fluids.  相似文献

A new flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) method is proposed for the determination of thiamine, based upon its enhancing effect on the CL reaction of luminol with hydrogen peroxide in alkaline solution. The method allows the determination of thiamine within 0.05-8 mug ml(-1) range with a detection limit (3sigma) of 0.01 mug ml(-1). The relative standard deviation is 1.4% (n=11, 0.5 mug ml(-1) thiamine) and the sample throughput is about 90 samples h(-1). The method was successfully applied to the determination of thiamine in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A novel chemiluminescence (CL) flow system for the determination of quinine is described. It is based on the direct chemiluminescence reaction of quinine and cobalt(III) in sulfuric acid medium. The unstable Co(III) was on-line electrogenerated by constant-current electrolysis. The chemiluminescence intensity was linear with a quinine concentration in the range of 0.1-100 mug ml(-1). The determination limit was 3.3x10(-8) g ml(-1). The whole process could be completed in 1 min. The proposed method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and has been applied successfully to the analysis of quinine in pharmaceutical preparation.  相似文献

A new procedure for the determination of clenbuterol is proposed using flow-injection and fluorimetric detection. The method is based on the derivatization reaction of the primary amine group with o-phthalaldehyde in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol. The calibration graph based on peak area was linear in the range 0.2-5 mug ml(-1) and the detection limit was 0.06 mug ml(-1). The method was validated using a reference spectrophotometric procedure and was applied to the determination of the drug in commercial pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A new chemiluminescence (CL) method using flow injection has been described for the rapid and sensitive determination of three fluoroquinolone derivatives, namely ofloxacin, norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride. The method is based on the CL reaction of the studied fluoroquinolones with tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium(II) [Ru(bipy)(3)(2+)] and Ce(IV) in sulfuric acid medium. Under the optimum conditions, the CL intensity is proportional to the concentration of the drugs in solution over the range 0.05-7.0 mug ml(-1) for norfloxacin, 0.05-6.0 mug ml(-1) for ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and 0.003-0.7 mug ml(-1) for ofloxacin. The limits of detection (s/n=3) were 3.1x10(-8) M norfloxacin, 2.6x10(-8) M ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and 5.5x10(-9) M ofloxacin. The method was applied successfully to the determination of these compounds in dosage forms and biological fluids.  相似文献

A flowthrough spectrophotometric sensor for the determination of cobalt at the nanogram per millilitre level using pyridoxal 4-phenylthiosemicarbazone as reagent and integrated preconcentration and detection in the flow cell is proposed. The method is highly selective for cobalt(II); it features detection and determination limits of 0.02 and 0.06 mug ml(-1) respectively, and a linear range of at least 0.04-18 mug ml(-1). The method is subject to very few interferences because the strongly acidic medium used prevents the formation of most complexes of the reagent with other metal ions. The method was applied to the determination of cobalt in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

A simple, highly sensitive chemiluminescent method using flow injection is described for the determination of three substituted benzamides, namely: sulpiride, sultopride and tiapride. The method is based on the sensitizing effect of these drugs on the chemiluminometric oxidation of sulphite by cerium(IV). The different experimental parameters affecting the chemiluminescence intensity were carefully studied and incorporated into the procedure. The method permits the determination of 0.05-2.5 mug ml(-1) sulpiride, 0.01-2.5 mug ml(-1) sultopride hydrochloride and 0.01-1.5 mug ml(-1) tiapride hydrochloride with minimum detectability of 0.01 mug ml(-1). The method was applied to the determination of these benzamides in pharmaceutical preparations and biological fluids.  相似文献

Two simple and sensitive extractive spectrophotometric methods for the determination of sildenafil citrate (SC) are proposed. The methods are based on the formation of ion-association complexes of sildenafil citrate with bromocresol green (BCG, method A) and with chromoxane cyanine R (CCR, method B) in aqueous acidic buffer. The complex species, extractable to chloroform phase, were quantitatively measured at 415 and 460 nm for methods A and B, respectively. Beer's law was obeyed in the SC concentration range 1.25-25 mug ml(-1) with a limit of detection 0.16 mug ml(-1) and 1.5-60 mug ml(-1) with a limit of detection 0.18 mug ml(-1), respectively, for methods A and B. The methods have been successfully applied to the analysis of bulk drug and its tablets. No interference was observed from common pharmaceutical adjuvants.  相似文献

Effects of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and/or nonylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol (OP) on the absorption spectra of the complexes of molybdenum and tungsten with bromopyrogallol red (BPR) were studied. Based on these effects, a mixture of CTAB and OP was thus selected as a medium for the selective and sensitive determination of Mo in Mo/W binary mixtures. Under the optimum conditions, Beer's law was obeyed over the range 0.06-0.8 mug ml(-1) Mo with molar absorptivity being 1.3x10(5) l mol(-1) cm(-1) and detection limit 0.025 mug ml(-1). For 1.0 mug Mo, at least 20 mug W did not interfere in the determination of Mo with average recovery and relative standard deviation being 99.5% and <2%, respectively. The method developed maintained the features of simplicity and rapidity and, moreover, its selectivity and sensitivity enhanced greatly due to the use of CTAB/OP mixed micellar medium. When coupled with a compatible concentration method, the proposed method could be used for the determination of trace Mo in natural waters.  相似文献

A simple continuous-flow chemiluminometric method for the determination of 0.0540-5.40 mug/ml of ammonium ion is described. The method is based on the chemiluminescence generated during the oxidation of ammonium ion by N-bromosuccinimide in alkaline medium. The emission intensity is greatly enhanced if dichlorofluorescein is also present in the reaction solution. The analysis is automated, requires no sample pre-treatment and solutions can be analysed at a rate of 106 solutions/hr with a relative error of about 2.5%. The method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of ammonium ion in solid and liquid fertilizers.  相似文献

A sensitive, selective and rapid method has been developed for the determination mug l(-1) level of cobalt based on the rapid reaction of cobalt(II) with 2-(2-quinolylazo)-5-diethylaminobenzoic acid (QADEAB) and the solid phase extraction (SPE) of the colored chelate with Waters Porapak(R) Sep-Park C(18) disk. The QADEAB can react with Co(II) in the presence of pH 3.8 acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) medium to form a violet chelate of a molar ratio 1:2 (cobalt to QADEAB). This chelate can retained on Waters Porapak(R) Sep-Park C(18) disk quantitatively when they passed the disk as aqueous solution. After the enrichment finished, the retained chelate can be eluted from disk by 2.5 ml of ethanol (contain 5% acetic acid). In the measured solution, the molar absorptivity of the chelate is 1.58x10(5) l mol(-1) cm(-1)at 635 nm, and Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.4 mug ml(-1). The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate sample of 0.01 mug ml(-1) level is 2.23%. The detection limit is 0.01 mug l(-1) (in original samples). This method can be applied to the determination of mug l(-1) level of cobalt in drinking water with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective method has been introduced for the determination of ultra trace amounts of Ru(III) based on its catalytic effects on the oxidation of Brilliant green (BG) by sodium bromate. A flow injection method has been used with spectrophotometric detection. The method is based on measuring the decrease in absorbance of BG at lambda(max)=615 nm. The decrease in absorbance of BG is linear with the concentration range of 0.005-0.500 mug ml(-1) Ru(III). The limit of detection is 0.002 mug ml(-1). The influence of reagent concentration, manifold parameter and potential interference species has been investigated. The method was used for the determination of ruthenium in synthetic samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new chromogenic reagent, 2-(2-quinolylazo)-5-diethylaminoaniline (QADEAA) was synthesized. A highly sensitive, selective and rapid method for the determination of silver based on the rapid reaction of silver (I) with QADEAA has been developed. In the presence of sodium citrate-sodium hydroxide buffer solution (pH 6.5) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) medium, QADEAA reacts with silver to form a violet complex of molar ratio 1:2 (silver to QADEAA). The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.39x10(5) l mol(-1) cm(-1) at 580 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.6 mug ml(-1). The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate samples of 0.2 mug ml(-1) is 1.67%. This method can be applied to the determination of silver in water with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A novel flow sensor based on chemiluminescence (CL) for the determination of ascorbic acid has been proposed. The analytical reagents, luminol and ferricyanide, were both immobilized on an anion-exchange resin column. The CL signal produced by the reaction between luminol and ferricyanide, which were eluted from the column through sodium phosphate injection, was decreased in the presence of ascorbic acid. The CL emission intensity was linear with ascorbic acid concentration in the range 0.01-0.8 mug ml(-1); the detection limit was 5.5 x 10(-3) mug ml(-1). The whole process, including sampling and washing, could be completed in 1 min with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%. The sensor could be reused more than 100 times and has been applied successfully to the analysis of ascorbic acid in pills and vegetables.  相似文献

In the present paper, N,N'-dinaphthyl-N,N'-diphenyl-3,6-dioxaoctanediamide acts as a specific reagent for enhancing the fluorescence intensity of Eu(III) complex with thenoyl trifluoroacetone (TTA), the spectrofluorimetric determination of trace amounts of Eu(III) based on the above system was carried out and its luminescence mechanism was studied. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 343.6 and 613.3 nm, respectively. The fluorescence intensities vary linearly with the concentration of europium(III) in the range 3.647x10(-3)-3.039 mug ml(-1) for the original fluorescence with a detection limit down to 2.279x10(-4) mug ml(-1) and the standard deviation is 0.063 mug ml(-1) for 10 times measurements, and in the range 7.598x10(-4)-0.0243 mug ml(-1) (SD=0.035 for 15 times measurements), 0.06078-0.6100 mug ml(-1) (SD=0.52 for 10 times measurements) for the first derivative fluorescence signal with a detection limit down to 8.566x10(-5) mug ml(-1). The interferences of other rare earths and some of inorganic ions are described. This method is a direct, rapid, selective and sensitive analytical method for the determination of trivalent europium in rare earth ore samples and high purity of rare earth oxides.  相似文献

A very simple, selective and sensitive method was developed for the spectrophotometric determination of Mo in the presence of W. The method was based on the formation of color charge transfer complex, molybdotungstophosphate-3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbezidine anion, which was solubilized and stabilized in PVA medium. Following the recommended procedure, molybdenum could be determined in the linear range of 0.04-2.5 mug ml(-1) and the molar absorptivity was 1.47x10(4) l mol(-1) cm(-1) at 660 nm. The proposed method had been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in tungsten ore with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new chemiluminescence (CL) method is proposed for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride, a drug often used to treat the psychiatric patients suffering from clinical depression. The method is based on the reaction between studied drug and Ce(IV) in a nitric acid medium and measurement of the CL intensity produced by rhodamine 6G used as a sensitizer. In the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of the studied drug over the range 0-1x10(-5) g ml(-1) with a detection limit of 6.5x10(-9) g ml(-1). The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) is 4.1% for 1.5x10(-6) g ml(-1) chlorpromazine hydrochloride (n=11). The method has been applied to the determination of studied drug in tablets and biological fluids with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A simple, rapid and sensitive flow injection spectrophotometric method for determination of selenium (0.005-1.5 mug ml(-1)) is described. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Se(IV) on the reduction reaction of thionine (TN) with sulphide ion, monitored spectrophotometrically at 598 nm. The detection limit is 5 ng ml(-1) the relative standard deviation for eight replicate measurements is 1.1% for 1 mug ml(-1) of selenium. The sampling rate is 25-30 samples h(-1). A highly selective and sensitive second-derivative spectrophotometric determination of iron is based on the extraction of the ferroin-perchlorate ion-association complex into mesityl oxide. A linear calibration graph is obtained for iron in the range 0.5-50 mug in 100 ml of original aqueous phase, with a detection limit of 2 ng/ml. The method is precise and reliable and has been applied to the determination of iron in high-purity rare-earth oxides.  相似文献

A new method of determination of genetically predetermined type of biotransformation by acetylation rate using reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was described. The method is based on determination of isonicotinic hydrazide (INH) which is excreted with the patient's urine during 24 h period after oral administration of 0.4 g of the drug. INH is used as pharmacogenetic marker. Precolumn derivatization of 4-chloro-5,7-dinitrobenzofurazan is used at RP-HPLC determination of INH and a new drug phosphabenzide (diphenylphosphinylacetic hydrazide, DPPAH) with specrtophotometric detection in urine. The limit of INH detection was 0.27 mug ml(-1) and the one of DPPAH was 0.82 mug ml(-1). As a result of pharmacokinetic investigation it was discovered that bimodal distribution by acetylation rate for DPPAH is less apparent than in the case of INH. It is shown, that immunomodulator xymedone (N-(beta-oxyethyl)-4,6-dimethyldihydropirimidon-2) is the acetylation inductor of xenobiotics.  相似文献
