本文提出了一种新颖的L型阶跃阻抗谐振器,该谐振器具有结构紧凑、抑制二次谐波能力强及易于实现电耦合及磁耦合等特点。使用该谐振器设计并制作了一款具有小型化、高选择性及宽阻带特性的6阶自均衡高温超导滤波器。测试结果表明,在70 K温度下滤波器的中心频率为1 601 MHz,3 dB带宽为24 MHz,带内回波损耗<14.87 dB,带内最大插入损耗约为0.22 dB,60%带宽范围内群时延起伏<3.13 ns,通带两侧具有一对深度的传输零点,实现了1 632~5 511 MHz范围内衰减>60 dB的宽平坦阻带。 相似文献

高温超导滤波器已在移动通信、射电天文、雷达探测等多个领域获得了重要应用.当前高温超导滤波器的研究和应用主要集中于10GHz以下的频段,针对超高频段(>10GHz)高温超导滤波器的研究很少.本文设计优化了具有无载Q值高、耦合强、尺寸短等特点的H型阶跃阻抗谐振器,并讨论了超高频段滤波器端口激发源的电容效应对滤波器响应的影响,最后采用优化的H型谐振器,应用去嵌入(De-Embed)设计方法消除端口效应,设计了中心频率为16GHz,相对带宽12.5%的6节高温超导滤波器.研制的超导滤波器在未经调谐的情况下,测试结果与仿真结果符合得很好,插入损耗小于0.3dB,反射损耗优于-14dB,带外抑制达到了-70dB. 相似文献

由于弱耦合要求和基片尺寸限制,相对带宽小于0.5%的UHF低频段(~500 MHz)窄带高温超导滤波器一直是滤波器设计制作中的难点.本文应用双螺旋弱耦合谐振器设计制作了中心频率为500 MHz,相对带宽为0.4%的窄带高温超导滤波器.通过采用80 m微带线宽工艺,六节滤波器尺寸仅为28ram 8mm.测量结果表明,未经调谐,通带内最小和最大插损分别为0.12 dB、0.46 dB,反射损耗小于-13.9 dB;带边陡峭度为34 dB/MHz,带外抑制为70dB.设计及测试结果表明,双螺旋谐振器比较适用于低频窄带滤波器的设计. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel microstrip feedline structure to introduce an extra and controllable transmission zero(TZ)with high rejection for a narrowband filter. This structure loads a reconfigurable capacitor at the end of the input feedline without changing the main structure of the filter. The capacitor is recognized by a 2-bit inter-digital capacitor array. The asymmetrical microstrip feedline structure is suitable for multiple-pole filter designs. A low-loss six-pole high-temperature superconducting bandpass filter with a reconfigurable TZ is designed and fabricated. The center frequency of the filter is 5.22 GHz with TZ at the lower stopband. The TZ can be tuned among four different states. The out-of-band rejection at the TZ frequency is higher than 90 d B, and the insertion loss is lower than 0.92 d B. 提出了一种具有可重构带阻特性的超宽带超导滤波器,可有效抑制通带内的干扰信号。该超宽带滤波器基本结构是由改进后的多模谐振器和平行耦合微带馈线构成。2-bit叉指电容(interdigital capacitor,IDC)阵列被加载在平行耦合馈线外端,实现阻带的"开/关"及阻带中心频率的控制。该滤波器是在尺寸为20.0mm×6.0mm的MgO介质基片上实现的。未经调谐的测试结果显示了优异特性,并且和仿真结果吻合得很好。超宽带通带内的阻带可自由"开/关",中心频率调节范围从7.15到7.49GHz。此外,阻带在所有"开"的状态下显示了高的选择性(10dB带宽小于3%)和高的抑制性(高于38dB)。 相似文献

We have developed a high-Tc superconducting band-pass filter, whose center frequency and bandwidth can be tuned independently, with steep attenuation at both lower and higher band edges. This tunable filter is composed of two different types of band-pass filters, one with steep attenuation at the lower band edge and the other with steep attenuation at the higher band edge. Two filters are connected in series and each filter is covered with additional dielectric plates, respectively. The tuning characteristics of the entire filter can be controlled by adjusting the distances between the dielectric plates and the substrate. The entire filter was fabricated monolithically on a 30-mm-wide and 60-mm-long LaAlO3 substrate. A center frequency of 1.93 GHz, a 3 dB bandwidth of 20 MHz, and an attenuation of 30 dB, 1.0 MHz apart from both band edges, were obtained for the entire filter. Then, a sapphire plate was set above each of two filters, and a center frequency tuning of 10 MHz and a bandwidth tuning of 5 MHz were obtained by adjusting the distances between the substrate and the sapphire plates. 相似文献
