<正>Mononuclear complex {[Cu(N-men)2(cda)2]·[Cu(N-men)2]-(ClO4)2} was synthesized by sodium carbamyldicyanomethanide Na(cda), N-methylethylenediamine and hydrate copper perchlorate. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P 1 with a = 7.229(2), b = 8.114(2), c = 15.936(4) A, α = 80.511(4), β = 78.993(4), r= 72.118(4)°, V = 867.6(3) A3, Z = 1, C20H44Cl2Cu2N14O10, Mr = 838.68, Dc = 1.605 g/cm3, F(000) = 434 and μ = 1.449 mm-1. The structure was refined to R = 0.0480 and wR = 0.1289 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the complex there exist two kinds of coordination models for Cu (II) ions. One is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by four nitrogen atoms which are from two N-men molecules, and a slightly distorted square planar coordinate environment is formed around the Cu (II) ion; the other is that the Cu (II) ion is coordinated by six nitrogen atoms, of which four are from two N-men molecules and the left from nitrile groups, resulting in a distorted octahedron around the  相似文献

A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [MnⅡMnⅢL](ClO4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P21/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N3O3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The sodium ion locates nearly at the center of the polyanion, and is coordinated by two water molecules, five oxygen atoms of the anion and one phosphorous atom with Na-P = 3. 053(3) (?). A new complex[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2 O)4]·8 H2 O(1,3,4-HAPT=4-(5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4 H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoic acid)has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrum analysis.Theoretical calculation based on density functional theory(DFT)is also employed to explicate frontier orbitals of 3,4-HAPT.X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=7.5123(3),b=8.6745(3),c=15.2074(6)?,α=78.469(1),β=87.387(1),γ=65.448(1)°,V=882.42(6)?,Z=1,Dc=1.528 g·cm–3,μ=0.780 mm–1,Mr=812.09,F(000)=424,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1136.Zn(II)ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 3,4-HAPT as well as four O atoms from four coordinated water molecules,forming a 0D motif with distorted octahedral coordinated geometry.The adjacent 0 D units are linked into a 3 D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonding interaction.In addition,complex 1 exhibits better antifungal activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz than the ligand and metal salt by MIC,MBC tests and Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method which exhibit potential application in the antifungal fields.  相似文献

A new 4-chlorobenzoic acid bridge Co(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ- H2O)] (HL = 4-chlorobenzoic acid) has been obtained by hydrothermal synthesis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that it crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.537(5), b = 16.212(3),c = 15.306(3)(A), β= 124.37(3)°, V = 4616.1(16) (A)3, Mr = 1070.45, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, Z = 4, μ = 1.012 mm-1, F(000) = 2176, the final R = 0.0338 and Wr = 0.0810. The title complex is composed of dinuclear [Co2(2,2(')-bpy)2(μ-L)2(L)2(μ-H2O)] molecules. Each Co(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine ligand, three oxygen atoms from three 4-chlorobenzoic ions and another oxygen atom from one water molecule. The two Co(Ⅱ) atoms are connected by two 4-chlorobenzoic ions and one bridged water molecule. The dinuclear molecules are interlinked by hydrogen bond and π-π stacking interactions into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A new Bismuth(Ⅲ)-Lanthanum(Ⅲ) heterobimetallic polymer complex,{[(H_2O)_5La(μ_4-edta)Bi(NO_3)_2]·3H_2O}_n(edta=diaminetetraacecarboxylate),has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,with space group P2(1)/n,a=1.27395(5)nm,b=0.82608(4) nm,c=2.38819(11) nm,β=104.9000(10)°,V=2.42879(19) nm~3,Z=4,Dc=2.438 g·cm- 3,μ=9.077mm~(-1),F(000)=1678,R_1=0.0343,wR_2=0.0906.In this complex,Bi atom is coordinated by four carboxyl O atoms from a single edta~(4-) anion.La atom is bonded to four O atoms from four bridging carboxyl O atoms belonging to four different edta~(4-) anions and five O atoms from five H_2O molecules.Bi atoms and La atoms are linked by bridged edta~(4-) anions,resulting into a novel infinite 3D network structure.TG-DSC and IR indicate that thermal decomposition proceeds in several stages,dehydration,pyrolysis of ligand,and finally decomposition of salt,and the residue is composite oxide based on δ-Bi_2O_3 at the temperature of 600℃.  相似文献

A new Schiff base Dibenzoyl-bissemicarbazone C15H16N6O2(L) and its complex with neodymium(Ⅲ ) perchlorate [NdL2(H2O)2](ClO4)3 were synthesized. The crystal and molecular structure of the title complex were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic and conforms to space group P. with cell constants a=10. 893(2) A, b= 12. 118(3) A , c=22. 494(5) A , β=89. 86(3)% V = 2969.19A3. The final standard deviation R=0. 0919. In the complex Nd is coordinated by four nitrogen and six oxygen atoms, of which four nitrogen and four oxygen atoms are provided by two neutral ligands L, and the other two oxygen atoms are provided by two water molecules, forming a ten-coordinated complex cation, which the perchlorate groups exist in the outer sphere. The coordination polyhedron takes a bicapped anti-square prism arrangement. That the average bond length of Nd-N is 2. 735 A indicates that the coordination of N in groups to Nd( Ⅲ ) is very weak.  相似文献

In compound (1),two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bonded together by the phenolic oxygen atoms of two tridentate chelating ligands and each of them is separately coordinated by the carboxyl oxygen,amino nitrogen of each chelate ligand and by the fifth oxygen atom as well (from aqua or the carbonyl group in adjacent molecule). Thus the coordination of each Cu(Ⅱ) is a square pyramid with distances of 1. 93- 1. 97A to the four corner atoms and 2. 30 and 2. 32 A to the apex atoms. The Zn atom showed a distorted trigonal bipyramid coordination, being bonded to three nitrogen atoms of dien and two of imidazole. Each imidazole anion bridged one Zn atom and one Rh atom. The Rh atom was coordinated by six nitrogen atoms,one of which is from imidazole and the five others from NH3 forming a regular octahedral coordination.  相似文献
