The cheap and simple (i)Pr-bisoxazoline-Cu(OTf)(2) proves to be an efficient catalyst in the asymmetric Friedel-Crafts reaction of indole with arylidene malonates. In (i)BuOH, the S-enantiomer was obtained in up to 97% ee, while the opposite enantiomer was obtained in up to 78% ee in CH(2)Cl(2) or TTCE.  相似文献

The C2-symmetric bis(oxazoline) copper(II) complex proves to be an excellent catalyst in the Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with alpha'-phosphoric enones. The enantioselectivities of this reaction are obtained in up to 98% ee.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A novel asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with nitroalkenes catalyzed by Zn(II)-bisoxazoline complexes has been developed. The nitroalkylated indoles are synthesized in excellent yields and high enantioselectivities (up to 90% ee). The effects of ligand structure, metal salt, and solvent on the reaction are discussed. The substrates of the reaction can be aromatic, heteroaromatic, and even aliphatic nitroalkenes. The high reactivity and selectivity of the reaction are presumptively attributed to the activation and asymmetric induction of chiral Lewis acids coordinated by nitroalkene substrates through a 1,3-metal bonding model.  相似文献

[Structure: see text] Highly enantioselective Friedel-Crafts alkylation of simple and aromatic ethers (4a-l) with 3,3,3-trifluoropyruvate (3) was accomplished by using chiral (4R,5S)-DiPh-BOX(1b)-Cu(OTf)2 complex (1 mol %) as a catalyst under solvent-free conditions. Excellent yields and enantioselectivities (90-93% ee, after recrystallization up to 99% ee) of the Friedel-Crafts alkylation products were obtained.  相似文献

The catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction promoted by chiral palladium complexes is described. The treatment of indoles with γ,δ-unsaturated β-keto phosphonates under the mild reaction conditions afforded the corresponding Friedel-Crafts alkylation adducts with excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99% ee).  相似文献

A cost-effective and environmentally compliance FeCl3·6H2O catalyzed Friedel-Crafts alkylation of cyclic ketene dithioacetals with alcohols was developed. The reaction was efficient in the presence of catalyst loading as low as 5%(molar fraction) in CH2Cl2 solvent at room temperature or under reflux conditions. A wide range of alkylated ketene dithioacetals were synthesized in excellent yields.  相似文献

An efficient diastereo- and enantioselective Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with 3-nitro-2H-chromenes catalyzed by diphenylamine-linked bis(oxazoline) and bis(thiazoline) Zn(II) complexes has been developed. This asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation led to medicinally privileged indolyl(nitro)chromans in good yields with high enantioselectivities (up to 95% ee) and diastereoselectivities under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Lewis acid-catalyzed highly diastereoselective asymmetric Friedel-Crafts alkylation of arenes with a chiral N-tert-butanesulfinylimino ester is described. The reaction can be accomplished with ease in the presence of a catalytic amount of In(OTf)(3) at room temperature, providing a series of enantiomerically enriched α-arylglycines in good yields and with excellent diastereoselectivities (up to 99% de). A new catalytic enantioselective synthetic method for the formation of optically active aromatic and heteroaromatic hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters is presented. This catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction of trifluoromethyl pyruvate with aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds is catalyzed by a chiral bisoxazoline copper(II) complex and proceeds in good yield and with high enantiomeric excess. For a series of substituted indoles, the corresponding 3-substituted hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters are formed in up to 93% yield and 94% ee. Pyrrole and 2-substituted pyrroles also react with trifluoromethyl pyruvate in a highly enantioselective aromatic electrophilic reaction and up to 93% ee and good yields are obtained. Furanes and thiophenes give the corresponding 2-hydroxy-trifluoromethyl ethyl esters in high enantiomeric excess; however, the yields of the products are only moderate. Various types of aromatic compounds react in this catalytic reaction with trifluoromethyl pyruvate to give the aromatic electrophilic addition product in good yield. To obtain high enantiomeric excess (> 80% ee) it is necessary that aromatic amines are protected with sterically demanding protecting groups such as benzyl or allyl. This prevents coordination of the amine nitrogen atom to the catalyst, as aromatic amines having a N,N-dimethyl group probably coordinate to the catalyst, leading to a significant reduction of the enantioselective properties of the catalyst. On the basis of the experimental results and the absolute configuration of the formed chiral center, the mechanism for the catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts reaction is discussed.  相似文献

The first catalytic enantioselective Friedel-Crafts alkylation of indoles with α,β-unsaturated trifluoromethyl ketones has been accomplished. The reaction was achieved in the presence of the Dy(OTf)3/Pybox complex, producing the desired products in high yields (up to 99%) with good enantioselectivities (up to 86% ee).
