An anion‐coordination‐based A4L6 (“A” denotes anion and “L” is ligand) tetrahedral cage was constructed by a C2‐symmetric bis‐bis(urea) ligand and phosphate anion, which showed reversible interconversion with the A2L3 triple helicate as a response to the template, concentration, or solvent. Notably, an unusual “peripheral” templation was found to be critical to stabilize the tetrahedral structure. This peripheral effect was utilized to assemble an “empty” A4L6 cage that allows the multi‐stimuli‐controlled capture/release of biologically important species such as choline and acetylcholine.  相似文献

本文对乙二胺溶液中裸露金属原子簇用119Sn及207Pb核磁共振作了研究。对每个峰做了标识。根据谱线强度进行分析,得知溶液中锡与铅的比例大于固体中的比例。从自由能的角度看,Pb2Sn74-是最不稳定的一种原子簇,本文还对谱线中各条线都进行了理论拟合,结果与实验相吻合。  相似文献

Two new colorimetric anion sensors have been synthesised where both a benzophenone group and a nitrophenyl group were used as signalling units and urea/thiourea moieties as binding sites. The receptors, effectively and selectively, recognised fluoride and carboxylate anions from other anions such as chloride, bromide, iodide, perchlorate, hydrogen sulphate and nitrate in DMSO.  相似文献

By tuning the length and rigidity of the spacer of bis(biurea) ligands L, three structural motifs of the A2L3 complexes (A represents anion, here orthophosphate PO43?), namely helicate, mesocate, and mono‐bridged motif, have been assembled by coordination of the ligand to phosphate anion. Crystal structure analysis indicated that in the three complexes, each of the phosphate ions is coordinated by twelve hydrogen bonds from six surrounding urea groups. The anion coordination properties in solution have also been studied. The results further demonstrate the coordination behavior of phosphate ion, which shows strong tendency for coordination saturation and geometrical preference, thus allowing for the assembly of novel anion coordination‐based structures as in transition‐metal complexes.  相似文献

By optimizing chromatographic conditions of an ion chromatographic system, we identified and measured the major inorganic and organic anions (chloride, nitrate, malate, sulfate, phosphate and citrate) in the xylem saps of two contrasting tolerant oilseed rape (Brassica juncea L.) varieties (the high Cd-accumulating genotype Xikou Huazi and the low Cd-accumulating genotype Liangting Huazi). Cadmium concentrations in xylem saps were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. By analyzing the relationship between anion and cadmium concentrations, we considered that the relatively low phosphate concentrations in Xikou Huazi xylem saps might relate to the relatively high xylem transport of Cd for this genotype, and malate in oilseed rape xylem saps seemed to participate in the long-distance Cd translocation process. Our work might not only be very useful for understanding the mechanisms of Cd hyperaccumulation for Xikou Huazi, but also very beneficial for future application of Xikou Huazi in phytoremediation.  相似文献

A series of N-alkyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium (RMPyr+, where R = E: ethyl, B: butyl, and H: hexyl) and N-butylpyridinium (BPy+) salts based on the fluorocomplex anions, BF4, PF6, SbF6, NbF6, TaF6, and WF7, have been synthesized and their thermal behavior has been investigated. The melting points of the RMPyr+ salts are above room temperature with the trend; BMPyrAF6 < HMPyrAF6 < EMPyrAF6 for the hexafluorocomplex salts. Some of the salts containing BMPyr+ and HMPyr+ exhibit phase transitions in the solid states. Similar melting points of BPy+ salts of PF6, SbF6, NbF6, TaF6, and WF7 are observed at around 350 K. Ionic conductivity and viscosity for BMPyrNbF6 (3.0 mS cm−1 and 164 cP at 328 K) are similar to those for BMPyrTaF6 (3.0 mS cm−1 and 165 cP at 328 K), resulting from the similarity of the anions in size. The activation energies of ionic conductivity for the NbF6 and TaF6 salts are 18 and 20 kJ mol−1, and those for viscosity are 23 and 25 kJ mol−1, respectively calculated by Arrhenius equation in the temperature range between 328 and 348 K. Electrochemical windows of BMPyrNbF6, BMPyrTaF6, and BMPyrWF7 are about 4.0, 5.0 and 3.1 V, respectively.  相似文献

The geometrical structures of the C3H3 anion are surveyed at the coupled-cluster doubles (CCD) level of theory with the aug-cc-pVDZ basis set. To clarify the CCD geometries, the stable two isomers -- propynl-l-yl 1 and allenyl 2 anions -- are further optimized at the coupled-cluster singles, doubles (triples) (CCSD(T)) level of theory both with the aug-cc-pVDZ and aug-cc-pVTZ basis sets. The final energies are calculated at the CCSD(T) and the complete active space self-consistent field (CASSCF) multi-reference internally contracted CI (MRCI) levels of theory with the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set. At the MRCI level of theory including both the corrections due to the cluster energies (MRCI+Q) and the zero-point vibrational energies, the allenyl anion 2 is about 1.3 kcal mol−1 lower in energy than the propynl-l-yl anion 1. These results contrast with the previous theoretical estimates, where the propynl-l-yl anion 1 is 2-3 kcal mol−1 lower in energy than the allenyl anion 2. The activation energies of the intramolecular hydrogen transfer in the 1 → 2 conversion reactions are 63.5 kcal mol−1 at the MRCI+Q level of theory with the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set including the zero-point energy corrections. The adiabatic electron affinity of the planer propargyl (H2CCCH) radical, which is the global minimum of the C3H3 radical, is calculated to be 0.976 eV (after correction for the zero-point energy changes) at the CCSD(T) level of theory with the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set. The present electron affinity is in fairly good agreement with the experimental one (0.893 eV) observed by Oakes and Ellison.  相似文献

Regioselectivity of the reactions of lithium vinyl- and isopropenylcyclopentadienides C5H4C(R)=CH2 -Li+(R = H, Me) and lithium tetramethylvinylcyclopentadienide C5Me4CH=CH2 -Li+ with various electrophilic agents (Me3SiCl, Me3SnCl, Et2PCl, 2-chloro-1, 3-dioxaphospholane, and MeI) was studied. Two new monocyclopentadienyl zirconium complexes, [C5H4C(Me) = CH2]ZrCl3 · 2THF and [C5Me4CH=CH2]ZrCl3 · 2THF, were synthesized. Their crystal structures were established by X-ray diffraction. The results of quantum chemical calculations for the C5H4C(R) = CH2 - (R = H, Me) and C5Me4CH=CH2 - anions by the DFT method (RMPW1PW91) with the 6-311+G(d, p) split valence basis set are in good agreement with experimental data on the regioselectivity of their reactions with electrophilic agents.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The compound (NH4)7[ VvO4W 10 VI V 2 VI O36]·ca.22H2O (1) has been synthesized from an aqueous ammonium acetate buffer (pH 4) containing sodium vanadate, sodium rungstate_and sodium dithionite. Compound (1) crystallizes in a cubic space groupFm — 3, witha = 22.2001(6) ? and Z = 8. The anion [VvO4W 10 VI V 2 IV O36]7- is a typical Keggin type structure with VVO4 as the central tetrahedron. (1) has further been characterized by elemental analyses, redox titration, IR, EPR, and electronic spectroscopy and room temperature magnetic moment measurement.  相似文献

The intramolecular trapping of allenyl/propargyl anions, generated from sulfonylallenes with the proper base, by a haloalkyl group or an aldehyde functionality was investigated. The treatment of 1-(ω-iodoalkyl)-1-(phenylsulfonyl)allenes with TBAF or NaH in DMF efficiently produced the 1-alkynyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-substituted three- to seven-membered carbocycles. The allenyl/propargyl anions could also be intramolecularly trapped using a terminal aldehyde to stereoselectively afford the 2-alkynyl-2-(phenylsulfonyl)-substituted five- and six-membered cycloalkanols. The latter reaction could be performed using a catalytic amount of TBAF or DBU.  相似文献

A new highly oxidized ent-norabietane diterpenoid named lathyrisol A (1) was isolated from roots of Euphorbia lathyris L. The structure and absolute configuration of 1 were elucidated on the basis of data obtained by HRESIMS, NMR, and the Cu-Kα radiation X-ray diffraction analysis. This compound is the first example of naturally occurring norabietane diterpenoid with an exocyclic olefin at the C-4 position.  相似文献
