Cascade charge transfer was realized by a H‐bond linked zinc phthalocyanine/BiVO4 nanosheet (ZnPc/BVNS) composite, which subsequently works as an efficient wide‐visible‐light‐driven photocatalyst for converting CO2 into CO and CH4, as shown by product analysis and 13C isotopic measurement. The optimized ZnPc/BVNS nanocomposite exhibits a ca. 16‐fold enhancement in the quantum efficiency compared with the reported BiVO4 nanoparticles at the excitation of 520 nm with an assistance of 660 nm photons. Experimental and theoretical results show the exceptional activities are attributed to the rapid charge separation by a cascade Z‐scheme charge transfer mechanism formed by the dimension‐matched ultrathin (ca. 8 nm) heterojunction nanostructure. The central Zn2+ in ZnPc could accept the excited electrons from the ligand and then provide a catalytic function for CO2 reduction. This Z‐scheme is also feasible for other MPc, such as FePc and CoPc, together with BVNS.  相似文献

We report the rational design of metal–organic layers (MOLs) that are built from [Hf6O4(OH)4(HCO2)6] secondary building units (SBUs) and Ir[bpy(ppy)2]+‐ or [Ru(bpy)3]2+‐derived tricarboxylate ligands (Hf‐BPY‐Ir or Hf‐BPY‐Ru; bpy=2,2′‐bipyridine, ppy=2‐phenylpyridine) and their applications in X‐ray‐induced photodynamic therapy (X‐PDT) of colon cancer. Heavy Hf atoms in the SBUs efficiently absorb X‐rays and transfer energy to Ir[bpy(ppy)2]+ or [Ru(bpy)3]2+ moieties to induce PDT by generating reactive oxygen species (ROS). The ability of X‐rays to penetrate deeply into tissue and efficient ROS diffusion through ultrathin 2D MOLs (ca. 1.2 nm) enable highly effective X‐PDT to afford superb anticancer efficacy.  相似文献

Layered p‐block metal chalcogenides are renowned for thermoelectric energy conversion due to their low thermal conductivity caused by bonding asymmetry and anharmonicity. Recently, single crystalline layered SnSe has created sensation in thermoelectrics due to its ultralow thermal conductivity and high thermoelectric figure of merit. Tin diselenide (SnSe2), an additional layered compound belonging to the Sn‐Se phase diagram, possesses a CdI2‐type structure. However, synthesis of pure‐phase bulk SnSe2 by a conventional solid‐state route is still remains challenging. A simple solution‐based low‐temperature synthesis is presented of ultrathin (3–5 nm) few layers (4–6 layers) nanosheets of Cl‐doped SnSe2, which possess n‐type carrier concentration of 2×1018 cm?3 with carrier mobility of about 30 cm2 V?1 s?1 at room temperature. SnSe2 has a band gap of about 1.6 eV and semiconducting electronic transport in the 300–630 K range. An ultralow thermal conductivity of about 0.67 Wm?1 K?1 was achieved at room temperature in a hot‐pressed dense pellet of Cl‐doped SnSe2 nanosheets due to the anisotropic layered structure, which gives rise to effective phonon scattering.  相似文献

Efficient and low‐cost anode materials for the sodium‐ion battery are highly desired to enable more economic energy storage. Effects on an ultrathin carbon nitride film deposited on a copper metal electrode are presented. The combination of effects show an unusually high capacity to store sodium metal. The g‐C3N4 film is as thin as 10 nm and can be fabricated by an efficient, facile, and general chemical‐vapor deposition method. A high reversible capacity of formally up to 51 Ah g?1 indicates that the Na is not only stored in the carbon nitride as such, but that carbon nitride activates also the metal for reversible Na‐deposition, while forming at the same time an solid electrolyte interface layer avoiding direct contact of the metallic phase with the liquid electrolyte.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional metal sulfides and their hybrids are emerging as promising candidates in various areas. Yet, it remains challenging to synthesize high‐quality 2D metal sulfides and their hybrids, especially iso‐component hybrids, in a simple and controllable way. In this work, a low‐temperature selective solid‐liquid sulfidation growth method has been developed for the synthesis of CuS nanoflakes and their hybrids. CuS nanoflakes of about 20 nm thickness and co‐component hybrids CuOx/CuS with variable composition ratios derived from different sulfidation time are obtained after the residual sulfur removal. Besides, benefiting from the mild low‐temperature sulfidation conditions, selective sulfidation is realized between Cu and Fe to yield iso‐component FeOx/CuS 2D nanoflakes of about 10–20 nm thickness, whose composition ratio is readily tunable by controlling the precursor. The as‐synthesized FeOx/CuS nanoflakes demonstrate superior lithium storage performance (i. e., 707 mAh g?1 at 500 mA g?1 and 627 mAh g?1 at 1000 mA g?1 after 450 cycles) when tested as anode materials in LIBs owing to the advantages of the ultrathin 2D nanostructure as well as the lithiation volumetric strain self‐reconstruction effect of the co‐existing two phases during charging/discharging processes.  相似文献

A surfactant‐stabilized coordination strategy is used to make two‐dimensional (2D) single‐atom catalysts (SACs) with an ultrahigh Pt loading of 12.0 wt %, by assembly of pre‐formed single Pt atom coordinated porphyrin precursors into free‐standing metal–organic framework (MOF) nanosheets with an ultrathin thickness of 2.4±0.9 nm. This is the first example of 2D MOF‐based SACs. Remarkably, the 2D SACs exhibit a record‐high photocatalytic H2 evolution rate of 11 320 μmol g?1 h?1 via water splitting under visible light irradiation (λ>420 nm) compared with those of reported MOF‐based photocatalysts. Moreover, the MOF nanosheets can be readily drop‐casted onto solid substrates, forming thin films while still retaining their photocatalytic activity, which is highly desirable for practical solar H2 production.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) materials and ultrathin nanosheets are advantageous for elevating the catalysis performance and elucidating the catalysis mechanism of heterogeneous catalysts, but they are mostly restricted to inorganic or organic materials based on covalent bonds. We report an electrochemical/chemical exfoliation strategy for synthesizing metal–organic 2D materials based on coordination bonds. A catechol functionalized ligand is used as the redox active pillar to construct a pillared‐layer framework. When the 3D pillared‐layer MOF serves as an electrocatalyst for water oxidation (pH 13), the pillar ligands can be oxidized in situ and removed. The remaining ultrathin (2 nm) nanosheets of the metal–organic layers are an efficient catalyst with overpotentials as low as 211 mV at 10 mA cm?2 and a turnover frequency as high as 30 s?1 at an overpotential of 300 mV.  相似文献

Recently, the emergence of photoactive metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) has given great prospects for their applications as photocatalytic materials in visible‐light‐driven hydrogen evolution. Herein, a highly photoactive visible‐light‐driven material for H2 evolution was prepared by introducing methylthio terephthalate into a MOF lattice via solvent‐assisted ligand‐exchange method. Accordingly, a first methylthio‐functionalized porous MOF decorated with Pt co‐catalyst for efficient photocatalytic H2 evolution was achieved, which exhibited a high quantum yield (8.90 %) at 420 nm by use sacrificial triethanolamine. This hybrid material exhibited perfect H2 production rate as high as 3814.0 μmol g?1 h?1, which even is one order of magnitude higher than that of the state‐of‐the‐art Pt/MOF photocatalyst derived from aminoterephthalate.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional nanosheets with high specific surface areas and fascinating physical and chemical properties have attracted tremendous interests because of their promising potentials in both fundamental research and practical applications. However, the problem of developing a universal strategy with a facile and cost‐effective synthesis process for multi‐type ultrathin 2 D nanostructures remains unresolved. Herein, we report a generalized low‐temperature fabrication of scalable multi‐type 2 D nanosheets including metal hydroxides (such as Ni(OH)2, Co(OH)2, Cd(OH)2, and Mg(OH)2), metal oxides (such as ZnO and Mn3O4), and layered mixed transition‐metal hydroxides (Ni‐Co LDH, Ni‐Fe LDH, Co‐Fe LDH, and Ni‐Co‐Fe layered ternary hydroxides) through the rational employment of a green soft‐template. The synthesized crystalline inorganic nanosheets possess confined thickness, resulting in ultrahigh surface atom ratios and chemically reactive facets. Upon evaluation as electrode materials for pseudocapacitors, the Ni‐Co LDH nanosheets exhibit a high specific capacitance of 1087 F g?1 at a current density of 1 A g?1, and excellent stability, with 103 % retention after 500 cycles. This strategy is facile and scalable for the production of high‐quality ultrathin crystalline inorganic nanosheets, with the possibility of extension to the preparation of other complex nanosheets.  相似文献

Although two‐dimensional (2D) metal oxide/sulfide hybrid nanostructures have been synthesized, the facile preparation of ultrathin 2D nanosheets in high yield still remains a challenge. Herein, we report the first high‐yield preparation of solution‐processed ultrathin 2D metal oxide/sulfide hybrid nanosheets, that is, Tix Ta1−x Sy Oz (x =0.71, 0.49, and 0.30), from Tix Ta1−x S2 precursors. The nanosheet exhibits strong absorbance in the near‐infrared region, giving a large extinction coefficient of 54.1 L g−1 cm−1 at 808 nm, and a high photothermal conversion efficiency of 39.2 %. After modification with lipoic acid‐conjugated polyethylene glycol, the nanosheet is a suitable photothermal agent for treatment of cancer cells under 808 nm laser irradiation. This work provides a facile and general method for the preparation of 2D metal oxide/sulfide hybrid nanosheets.  相似文献

Lithium (Li) dendrite formation is one of the major hurdles limiting the development of Li‐metal batteries, including Li‐O2 batteries. Herein, we report the first observation of the dendrite‐free epitaxial growth of a Li metal up to 10‐μm thick during charging (plating) in the LiBr‐LiNO3 dual anion electrolyte under O2 atmosphere. This phenomenon is due to the formation of an ultrathin and homogeneous Li2O‐rich solid‐electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer in the preceding discharge (stripping) process, where the corrosive nature of Br? seems to give rise to remove the original incompact passivation layer and NO3? oxidizes (passivates) the freshly formed Li surface to prevent further reactions with the electrolyte. Such reactions keep the SEI thin (<100 nm) and facilitates the electropolishing effect and gets ready for the epitaxial electroplating of Li in the following charge process.  相似文献

Stimuli‐responsive nanoporous membranes have attracted increasing interest in various fields due to their abrupt changes of permeation/separation in response to the external environment. Here we report ultrathin pH‐sensitive nanoporous membranes that are easily fabricated by the self‐assembly of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) in a metal hydroxide nanostrand solution. PAA‐adsorbed nanostrands (2.5–5.0 nm) and PAA‐CuII nanogels (2.0–2.5 nm) grow competitively during self‐assembly. The PAA‐adsorbed nanostrands are deposited on a porous support to fabricate ultrathin PAA membranes. The membranes display ultrafast water permeation and good rejection as well as significant pH‐sensitivity. The 28 nm‐thick membrane has a water flux decrease from 3740 to 1350 L m?1 h?1 bar?1 (pH 2.0 to 7.0) with a sharp decrease at pH 5.0. This newly developed pH‐sensitive nanoporous membranes may find a wide range of applications such as controlled release and size‐ and charge‐selective separation.  相似文献

A facile and low‐cost strategy is developed to prepare three‐dimensional (3D) macroporous NiCo2O4 sheets, which can be used as a highly efficient non‐noble metal electrocatalyst for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in alkaline conditions. The as‐obtained sheets have a thickness of about 150 nm and feature a typical 3D macroporous structure with pore volumes of up to 0.23 cm3 g?1, which could decrease the mass transport resistance and allow easier access of the reactants to the active surface sites. The as‐prepared macroporous NiCo2O4 sheets exhibit high electrocatalytic activity for ORR with a four‐electron pathway, good long‐term stability and high tolerance against methanol. The unique 3D macroporous structure and intrinsic properties may be responsible for their high performance.  相似文献

It was found that calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and hydroxyapatite (Ca10(OH)2(PO4)6), which are two crucial constituents of the most abundant minerals in nature and very important bioinorganic components in the tissues of mineralizing organisms, can form solid solutions in a wide range of PO43?/CO32? (P/C) ratios at low temperature when prepared as ultrathin nanowire structures. This is due to the special reactivity of ultrasmall nanocrystals, which can effectively lower the synthetic temperature and promote the formation of solid solutions. The as‐prepared ultrathin nanowires with suitable P/C ratios presented strong blue luminescence due to the existence of abundant defects strengthened by CO32?. If used as the matrix, the as‐prepared ultrathin nanowires demonstrated bright green or red luminescent properties when doped with Tb3+ or Eu3+ ions, and simultaneously retained their original morphologies. These three kinds of fluorescent nanowires could reproduce a full range of luminescence colors based on additive color mixtures of the three primary colors (red, green, and blue). In addition, under the same reaction system, ultrafine rare‐earth‐doped (Ce3+, Tb3+, Eu3+) nanowires (about 1 nm in diameter) were synthesized by using a one‐step hydrothermal process, which further pushed the size of the Ca‐PO4‐CO3 nanobuilding blocks to one unit cell region. These ultrafine nanowires displayed excellent film‐forming properties and the ability to absorb UV radiation.  相似文献

Two‐dimensional (2D) semiconducting nanosheets have emerged as an important field of materials, owing to their unique properties and potential applications in areas ranging from electronics to catalysis. However, the controlled synthesis of ultrathin 2D nanosheets remains a great challenge, due to the lack of an intrinsic driving force for anisotropic growth. High‐quality ultrathin 2D FeSe2 nanosheets with average thickness below 7 nm have been synthesized on large scale by a facile solution method, and a formation mechanism has been proposed. Due to their favorable structural features, the as‐synthesized ultrathin FeSe2 nanosheets exhibit excellent electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of triiodide to iodide and low charge‐transfer resistance at the electrolyte–electrode interface in dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The DSSCs with FeSe2 nanosheets as counter electrode material achieve a high power conversion efficiency of 7.53 % under a simulated solar illumination of 100 mW cm?2 (AM 1.5), which is comparable with that of Pt‐based devices (7.47 %).  相似文献

Uniform Ni3C nanodots dispersed in ultrathin N‐doped carbon nanosheets were successfully prepared by carburization of the two dimensional (2D) nickel cyanide coordination polymer precursors. The Ni3C based nanosheets have lateral length of about 200 nm and thickness of 10 nm. When doped with Fe, the Ni3C based nanosheets exhibited outstanding electrocatalytic properties for both the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER). For example, 2 at % Fe (atomic percent) doped Ni3C nanosheets depict a low overpotential (292 mV) and a small Tafel slope (41.3 mV dec−1) for HER in KOH solution. An outstanding OER catalytic property is also achieved with a low overpotential of 275 mV and a small Tafel slope of 62 mV dec−1 in KOH solution. Such nanodot‐incorporated 2D hybrid structures can serve as an efficient bifunctional electrocatalyst for overall water splitting.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization is reported of (C9NH20)2SnBr4, a novel organic metal halide hybrid with a zero‐dimensional (0D) structure, in which individual seesaw‐shaped tin (II) bromide anions (SnBr42?) are co‐crystallized with 1‐butyl‐1‐methylpyrrolidinium cations (C9NH20+). Upon photoexcitation, the bulk crystals exhibit a highly efficient broadband deep‐red emission peaked at 695 nm, with a large Stokes shift of 332 nm and a high quantum efficiency of around 46 %. The unique photophysical properties of this hybrid material are attributed to two major factors: 1) the 0D structure allowing the bulk crystals to exhibit the intrinsic properties of individual SnBr42? species, and 2) the seesaw structure enabling a pronounced excited state structural deformation as confirmed by density functional theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

The development of visible‐light‐induced photocatalysts for chemoselective functional group transformations has received considerable attention. Polyoxometalates (POMs) are potential materials for efficient photocatalysts because their properties can be precisely tuned by changing their constituent elements and structures and by the introduction of additional metal cations. Furthermore, they are thermally and oxidatively more stable than the frequently utilized organometallic complexes. The visible‐light‐responsive tetranuclear cerium(III)‐containing silicotungstate TBA6[{Ce(H2O)}2{Ce(CH3CN)}24‐O)(γ‐SiW10O36)2] (CePOM; TBA=tetra‐n‐butylammonium) has now been synthesized; when CePOM was irradiated with visible light (λ>400 nm), a unique intramolecular CeIII‐to‐POM(WVI) charge transfer was observed. With CePOM, the photocatalytic oxidative dehydrogenation of primary and secondary amines as well as the α‐cyanation of tertiary amines smoothly proceeded in the presence of O2 (1 atm) as the sole oxidant.  相似文献

Transition‐metal oxides as electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) provide a promising route to face the energy and environmental crisis issues. Although palmeirite oxide A2Mo3O8 as OER catalyst has been explored, the correlation between its active sites (tetrahedral or octahedral) and OER performance has been elusive. Now, magnetic Co2Mo3O8@NC‐800 composed of highly crystallized Co2Mo3O8 nanosheets and ultrathin N‐rich carbon layer is shown to be an efficient OER catalyst. The catalyst exhibits favorable performance with an overpotential of 331 mV@10 mA cm?2 and 422 mV@40 mA cm?2, and a full water‐splitting electrolyzer with it as anode catalyst shows a cell voltage of 1.67 V@10 mA cm?2 in alkaline. Combined HAADFSTEM, magnetic, and computational results show that factors influencing the OER performance can be attributed to the tetrahedral Co sites (high spin, t23e4), which improve the OER kinetics of rate‐determining step to form *OOH.  相似文献

Hierarchical FeCoS2–CoS2 double‐shelled nanotubes have been rationally designed and constructed for efficient photocatalytic CO2 reduction under visible light. The synthetic strategy, engaging the two‐step cation‐exchange reactions, precisely integrates two metal sulfides into a double‐shelled tubular heterostructure with both of the shells assembled from ultrathin two‐dimensional (2D) nanosheets. Benefiting from the distinctive structure and composition, the FeCoS2–CoS2 hybrid can reduce bulk‐to‐surface diffusion length of photoexcited charge carriers to facilitate their separation. Furthermore, this hybrid structure can expose abundant active sites for enhancing CO2 adsorption and surface‐dependent redox reactions, and harvest incident solar irradiation more efficiently by light scattering in the complex interior. As a result, these hierarchical FeCoS2–CoS2 double‐shelled nanotubes exhibit superior activity and high stability for photosensitized deoxygenative CO2 reduction, affording a high CO‐generating rate of 28.1 μmol h?1 (per 0.5 mg of catalyst).  相似文献
