1-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenyl-1,3-propanedione crystallizes in the triclinic space group (a=5.4233(5),b=13.910(1),c=17.036(1) Å, =68.311(6), =80.854(7), =78.760(8)°) as two independent enolic tautomers in which the hydroxyl and phenolic protons are hydrogen bonded to the ketonic oxygen atom. The structure was refined toR=0.039 for 2085I3(I) reflections. 1-(1,3-Benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-1,3-propanedione, which belongs to the triclinic space group (a=7.3990(7),b=8.1239(5),c=14.004(1) Å, =86.673(6). =88.574(7), =64.885(7)°) also exists in the enolic form. The structure was refined toR=0.040 for 1564I3(I) reflections.  相似文献

trans-1,3-Bis(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2,3-epoxy-1-propanone exhibits dimorphism and crystallizes in a monoclinic form from ethanol and in a trigonal form from chloroform/hexane. The crystal structures of the two modifications were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The monoclinic form crystallizes in space groupP2t/c with ,b=7.986(1),c=25.223(4) , =94.83(2)°,V=1747.9(6) andZ=4.R=0.052 for 1236 reflections [I>3(I)]. The trigonal form crystallizes in space group witha=36.048(6),c=8.313(5) ,V=9355(6) andZ=18 (hexagonal axes).R=0.101 for 1216 reflections [I>3(I)]. In the trigonal crystals there are channels in thec-direction with a diameter of approximately 10 . Possible explanations for the comparatively highR-value are discussed.  相似文献

Crystals of [Co(C5H4COOMe)2](PF6) are triclinic, spacegroup witha=6.854(3),b=7.367(4),c=9.430(4) Å, =69.12(3), =86.56(4), =67.20(4)°,Z=1. The cation and anion both lie on crystal inversion centers. The Co–C bond lengths are in the range 2.030–2.041(3) Å. The COOMe groups are twisted 5.4° from the cyclopentadienyl ring planes. Refinement with 1574 data [I>3(I)] converged atR 0.041.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of dimethylpyridazino[2,3-b]benzo-1,2,4-triazine-3,4-dicarboxylate radical, C14H11N4O4, has been determined from X-ray diffractometer data by direct methods and refined by least-squares methods toR=0.040 for 590 observed reflections. Crystals of C14H11N4O4 are monoclinic:a=9.222 (7),b=15.335(10),c=9.544(2) Å,=102.18(2)),Z=4, space groupP21/c. Bond distances and internal angles in the ring system have average values:C-C 1.387, C-N 1.358, and N-N 1.356 Å, and C--C 121.5, C--N 120.4, C- -C 117.8, N- -N 121.4, and N- -N 119.8°, respectively. All these bonds have a partial double-bond character, consistent with an extensive conjugation within the molecule, thus giving stability to the free radical. The condensed rings are nonplanar. The carbomethoxy groups show a different slant, owing to overcrowding.  相似文献

The structures of palladium(II), copper(II) and zinc(II) bis(chelates) of 1-methyl-3-(4-methyl)phenyltriazen-1-oxide have been determined by single-crystal X-ray methods. The crystals of [Pd(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (I) are triclinic witha=7.410(3),b=7.806(3),c=8.371(2) Å, =65.80(2), =88.73(3), =81.04(3)°,Z=1, space group . The crystals of [Cu(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (II) are monoclinic,a=14.934(5),b=10.111(4),c=11.762(3) Å, =96.00(2)°,Z=4, space group P21/c. The crystals of [Zn(OMeN3C6H4Me-4)2] (III) are triclinic witha=7.912(2),b=10.056(2),c=11.600(2) Å, =87.31(3), =74.96(3), =74.02(3)°,Z=2, space group . The structures of (I), (II), and (III) were solved to final values ofR=0.029, 0.043 and 0.034, respectively. A planar structure has been found for (I), (II) exhibits a tetrahedrally distorted square planar structure, whereas (III) is tetrahedral. The crystals of all three complexes are held by networks of stacking interactions.  相似文献

The compounds 3-(1-Benzenesulfonyl-3-phenylsulfanyl-1H-indol-2-yl)-1-[4-methyl (I)/methoxy (II)phenyl)]-2-phenyl-propane-1-one crystallize in triclinic space group P . The details are: compound I a = 11.941(6) ?, b = 12.154(7) ?, c = 13.006(7) ?, α = 63.124(8)°, β = 84.464(9)°, γ = 64.810(8)°, V = 1519.7(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.284 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0382 (wR = 0.0978); compound II a = 11.897(6) ?, b = 12.268(6) ?, c = 13.001(7) ?, α = 61.919(8)°, β = 83.480(8)°, γ = 64.676(7)°, V = 1504.0(14) ?3, Z = 2, D cal = 1.333 Mg m−3, and R = 0.0422 (wR = 0.1049). The indole ring system in both the molecules I and II are not strictly planar and the dihedral angles formed by the pyrrole and benzo planes are 4.0(7)° and 3.5(8)°, respectively. The C–HO, C–Hπ and ππ types of interactions stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waal's forces in I and II.  相似文献

Abstract  In an attempt to synthesize a Cr(III) complex of 2′-[1-(2-pyridinyl)ethylidene]oxamohydrazide an azine product 2-{1-[(1-(2-pyridinio)ethylidene)hydrazono]ethyl}pyridinium diperchlorate was obtained by an electrophilic acyl substitution catalyzed by Cr(III). Its structure was determined by X-ray crystal analysis and showed significant changes in comparison to the corresponding unprotonated compound. The 2-{1-[(1-(2-pyridinio)ethylidene)hydrazono]ethyl}pyridinium diperchlorate crystallizes in the space group P21/n of the monoclinic crystal system with unit cell parameters = 14.3809(3) ?, b = 24.1516(5) ?, c = 15.4471(3) ?, β = 99.930(2)°, V = 5284.74(19) ?3 and Z = 12, i.e. three molecules per asymmetric unit. Abstract  The X-ray crystal structures of (I), the base 4030W92, 5-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-2,4-diamino-6-fluoromethyl-pyrimidine, C11H9Cl2FN4, and (II) 227C89, the methanesulphonic acid salt of 5-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-1-H-2,4-diamino-6-methyl-pyrimidine, C11H11Cl2N4 · CH3O3S, have been carried out at low temperature. A detailed comparison of the two structures is given. Structure (I) is non-centrosymmetric, crystallizing in space group P21 with unit cell a = 10.821(3), b = 8.290(3), c = 13.819(4) ?, β = 105.980(6)°, V = 1191.8(6) ?3, Z = 4 (two molecules per asymmetric unit) and density (calculated) = 1.600 mg/m3. Structure (II) crystallizes in the triclinic space group with unit cell a = 7.686(2), b = 8.233(2), c = 12.234(2) ?, α = 78.379(4), β = 87.195(4), γ = 86.811(4)°, V = 756.6(2) ?3, Z = 2, density (calculated) = 1.603 mg/m3. Final R indices [I > 2sigma(I)] are R1 = 0.0572, wR2 = 0.1003 for (I) and R1 = 0.0558, wR2 = 0.0982 for (II). R indices (all data) are R1 = 0.0983, wR2 = 0.1116 for (I) and R1 = 0.1009, wR2 = 0.1117 for (II). 5-Phenyl-2,4 diaminopyrimidine and 6-phenyl-1,2,4 triazine derivatives, which include lamotrigine (3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazine), have been investigated for some time for their effects on the central nervous system. The three dimensional structures reported here form part of a newly developed data base for the detailed investigation of members of this structural series and their biological activities. X-ray crystallographic studies of the two title compounds have shown that the molecules crystallize in the same triclinic space group, , with very similar cell dimensions. For C21H21BrO4,a=12.056(5),b=13.206(5),c=7.595(3)Å, =90.38(3), =106.07(3) and =124.42(3)° and for C21H23BrO3,a=12.076(6),b=13.090(5),c=7.490(3)Å, =92.65(5), =104.90(5) and =124.55(5)°. Both compounds possess the oxabicyclo[3.2.1]octane bridged ring system and differ only at the carbon to the ring oxygen where the Csp3 in the ether is replaced by Csp2=O in the lactone. Both cyclohexane rings adopt distorted chair conformations and the lactone and ether rings approximate closely to the envelope conformation. The bromine substituent at C(4) results in distortion of the naphthalene ring. Both molecules pack with the naphthalene rings parallel to each other with interplanar spacings of 3.71 Å in the ether and 3.66Å in the lactone.  相似文献

The N atoms in both of the pyrrolidine rings in the title compounds are protonated which prevents the formation of an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the phenol OH group and the ring N atom. This hydrogen bond is thought to be important for maintaining the active shape of these drugs. The positions of the pyrrolidine rings are determined by a chain of hydrogen bonds which link the N+–H through the Cl back to portions of the same molecule. In both molecules, the carbonyl bond of the ester substituent is aligned parallel to the carbonyl bond of the central amide. The benzanilide fragment is flattened relative to the common conformation found in tabulated structures. Extensive hydrogen bonding is observed due to the presence of solvent and chloride ions. Compound1, 2,6-bis(1-pyrrolidinylmethyl)-4-(4-carboethoxybenzamido)phenol, crystallizes as the dihydrochloride methanol hydrate in the monoclinic space group C2/c with 8 molecules per unit cell and cell constants:a=20.3013,b=11.296(2),c=24.901(5)Å, =93.19(1)°, 4945 unique reflections, 2946 observed,R=0.071. The reaction between the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl complex Cp*Ru(NO)Cl2 and oxalic acid in methanolic KOH affords the corresponding oxalate compound Cp*Ru(NO)(ox) in moderate yield. The title complex has been isolated and characterized in solution by IR and NMR (1H and13C) spectroscopy, and the solid-state structure has been established by X-ray diffraction analysis, which confirmed the presence of the chelating oxalate ligand in Cp*Ru(NO)(ox). Abstract  The title compound 1-benzhydryl-4-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-piperazine was synthesized and the structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. The title compound, C24H26N2O2S crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal class in the space group P21/c with cell parameters a = 13.5800(10) ?, b = 8.9630(7) ?, c = 18.9040(10) ?, β = 106.851(3)°, Z = 4 and V = 2202.1(3) ?3. The structure has been solved by direct methods and refined to R 1 = 0.0468 for 3174 observed reflections I > 2σ(I). The structure reveals that the piperazine ring is in a chair conformation. The geometry around the S atom is a distorted tetrahedron. The crystal structures ofthreo-2-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-(1-(Z)-propenyl)phenoxy]-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanol (7b),threo-2-(2,6-dimethoxy-4-propylphenoxy)-1-(3,4-5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanol (7c), the diacetate oferythro-2-[2,6-dimethoxy-4-(1-(Z)-propenyl)phenoxy]-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanol (8d) and the acetate of 2,6-dimethoxy-4-(1-(E)-propenyl)phenol (9) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods;7b,7c, and8d are structurally closely related to a class of optically-active neolignans of 1-arylpropane-1,2-diol 2-aryl ether type occurring in plant extracts. The reflection intensities were recorded at room temperature for7b and8d, at -140°C for7c and at -120°C for9. Compound7b crystallized as needles in the orthorhombic space groupPna21 witha=27.055(3),b=11.850(8),c=6.717(4)Å andZ=4.R became 0.041 for 1792 observed [I>3(I)] reflections used in the refinement of the structure. Compound7c crystallized as prisms in the monoclinic space groupP21/a witha=12.565(4),b=13.96(1),c=12.846(7)Å,=93.86(3)° andZ=4. The refinement gaveR=0.051 for 2101 observed [I>3(I)], unique reflections. Compound8d crystallized as prisms in the monoclinic space groupP21/n witha=13.182(4),b=8.518(5),c=23.322(5)Å,=106.12(2)° andZ=4. The finalR-valuebecame 0.042 for 2131 observed [I>3(I)], unique reflections. Compound9 crystallized as prisms in the orthorhombic space groupPca21 witha=18.216(4),b=9.483(3),c=7.416(2)Å andZ=4. TheR-value became 0.038 for 1502 observed [I>3(I)], unique reflections. The crystals of7b are stabilized by moderately strong hydrogen bonds. All the 1-arylpropane-1,2-diol 2-aryl ethers examined adopted conformations in which the aromatic groups tend to be as remote as possible. Observed double bond lengths in the propenyl groups of the compounds examined (1.30 Å) deviate significantly from the expected value (1.34 Å). The cause of this discrepancy is discussed.  相似文献

Mononitration of indane produces a mixture of 4- and 5- nitroindanes. Crystallization from mixtures occurs after distillation improves composition of a major component to above 80%. 4-Nitroindane: triclinic, space group (#2),a=7.332(4) Å,b=8.304(4) Å,c=8.358(4) Å, =61.43(4)°, =67.60(4)°, =70.15(4)°,V=405.4(4) Å3,Z=2. Non-H-atoms are nearly planar, aliphatic H's are eclipsed. 5-Nitroindane: monoclinic, space groupP21/c (#14),a=10.946(8) Å,b=15.643(10) Å,c=9.415(6) Å, =92.34(5)°,V=1611(2) Å3,Z=8. Non-H-atoms in the two molecules differ in torsion of the nitro group with respect to indane and fold of the nonbenzylic methylene group. Semiempirical calculations (PM3) suggest that distorsion from planarity may be associated with the two lowest energy vibrational modes. Uv, ir, ms, proton, and13C-nmr spectra are correlated with the solid state structures.  相似文献

Crystals of (Z)-2-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-ylmethylene)-1-aza-bicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-one (I) were obtained from a condensation reaction of 1-methyl-1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde with 1-aza-bicyclo[2.2.2]octan-3-one and subsequent crystallization of the product from methanol. The isomeric (E)-2-(1-methyl-1H-indol-3-ylmethylene)-1-aza-bicyclo[2.2.2] octan-3-one hydrochloride (II) was obtained by treating a methanolic solution of I with a 1M solution of hydrogen chloride diethyl ether, followed by crystallization of resultant product from methanol. Crystal data: I, is monoclinic, P21, a = 5.7440(10), b = 11.102(2), c = 10.708(2) Å, = 91.751(10)°, and V = 682.5(2) Å3 with Z = 2, for D cal= 1.296 mg/m3 and II, is monoclinic, P21/c, a = 8.8510(2), b = 17.4990(5), c = 20.4300(5) Å, = 101.3620(12)°, V = 3102.26(14) with Z = 8, for D cal= 1.316 mg/m3.  相似文献

In the two title compounds, the 2-methyl-1,3-dioxoindan-2-yl and 4-(brom; ethoxy) phenyl groups aretrans with respect to one another. The phenyl ring and the azo group are not coplanar in the two molecules. The five-membered rings of the two compounds adopt an envelope conformation.
