We propose the concept of finite stop quantum automata (ftqa) based on Hilbert space and compare it with the finite state
quantum automata (fsqa) proposed by Moore and Crutchfield (Theoretical Computer Science 237(1–2), 2000, 275–306). The languages accepted by fsqa form a proper subset of the languages accepted by ftqa. In addition,
the fsqa form an infinite hierarchy of language inclusion with respect to the dimensionality of unitary matrices. We introduce
complex-valued acceptance degrees and two types of finite stop quantum automata based on them: the invariant ftqa (icftq)
and the variant ftqa (vcftq). The languages accepted by icftq form a proper subset of the languages accepted by vcftq. In
addition, the icftq form an infinite hierarchy of language inclusion with respect to the dimensionality of unitary matrices.
In this way, we establish two proper inclusion relations

分析了增光子二模纠缠相干态的纠缠特性,得到共生纠缠度的解析表示式.结果表明:增光子二模纠缠相干态的共生纠缠度与叠加态的相位有非常灵敏的关系.提出了一种制备增光子相干态和增光子二模纠缠相干态的方法,其制备过程为首先把增光子相干态转化为相干态与真空态一种特殊的叠加态(叠加系数与相干态振幅有关),再通过位于高Q腔内的原子与经典激光场的相互作用,从而实现增光子相干态的制备.通过一个飞行原子先后与两个光腔中光场相互作用可以实现增光子二模纠缠相干态的制备. 相似文献

The original idea of quantum optical spring arises from the requirement of quantization of the frequencyof oscillations in the Hamiltonian of harmonic oscillator. This purpose is achieved by consideringa spring whose constant (and so its frequency) depends on the quantum states of another system.
Recently, it is realized that by the assumption of frequencymodulation ofω toω(1+μa^\dagger a)1/2the mentioned idea can be established.
In the present paper, we generalize the approach of quantum optical springwith particular attention to thedependence of frequency to the intensity of radiation fieldthatnaturally observes in thenonlinear coherent states}, from which we arrive ata physical system has been called by us as nonlinear quantum optical spring.Then, after the introduction of the generalized Hamiltonian of nonlinear quantum optical spring and it's solution,we will investigate the nonclassical properties of the obtained states. The notion and main features of polarization states of light are discussed within the framework of classical and quantum optics.
This notion is shown to be correctly defined for arbitrary light beams only within quantum optics by using the P-quasispin formalism developed earlier. Polarization states of quantum light are shown to be fully described by a polarization
density operator (PDO) obtained via reducing the total field density operator. Theoretical foundations are given for quantum
tomography of polarization states of light fields considered as a way of measuring PDO. Herewith, the main attention is paid
to a method where proper polarization tomographic observables (PDO “measurers”) are used. The method is shown to be adequately
formulated by means of quasi-spectral tomographic expansions of PDO in special operator bases (given by finite sums of partially
orthogonal projectors), which determine probability distributions of tomographic observables as expansion coefficients. Matrix
versions of such “tomographic” PDO representations are obtained. In particular, projections of these expansions on quasiclassical
operator bases, determining polarization quasiprobability functions, are given. An example of experimental implementation
of polarization tomography of unpolarized light (biphoton radiation with hidden polarization) is analyzed. 相似文献

Two new types of quantum states are constructed by applying the operator s(ξ) = exp(ξ*ab - ξa b ) on the two-mode even and odd coherent states.The mathematical and quantum statistical properties of such states are investigated.Various nonclassical features of these states,such as squeezing properties,the inter-mode photon bunching,and the violation of Cauchy-Schwarz inequality,are discussed.The Wigner function in these states are studied in detail. 相似文献

We review some results in the theory of non-relativistic quantum unstable systems. We account for the most important definitions of quantum resonances that we identify with unstable quantum systems. Then, we recall the properties and construction of Gamow states as vectors in some extensions of Hilbert spaces, called Rigged Hilbert Spaces. Gamow states account for the purely exponential decaying part of a resonance; the experimental exponential decay for long periods of time physically characterizes a resonance. We briefly discuss one of the most usual models for resonances: the Friedrichs model. Using an algebraic formalism for states and observables, we show that Gamow states cannot be pure states or mixtures from a standard view point. We discuss some additional properties of Gamow states, such as the possibility of obtaining mean values of certain observables on Gamow states. A modification of the time evolution law for the linear space spanned by Gamow shows that some non-commuting observables on this space become commuting for large values of time. We apply Gamow states for a possible explanation of the Loschmidt echo. 相似文献

The quantum sling is defined as a quantum harmonic oscillator with an abruptly vanishing frequency. It is shown in this article that a particle released by such a mechanism remains in acorrelated coherent state, i.e., a quantum state with the minimum dispersion in position and momentum allowed by the Schrödinger-Robertson uncertainty principle. This simple model permits to describe a Schrödinger-cat state (a quantum superposition of macroscopically distinguishable states) released by the sling. The result is a superposition of two correlated coherent states propagating in two opposite directions and with an interference term. 相似文献

Bell inequality is violated by the quantum mechanical predictions made from an entangled state of the composite system. In this paper we examine this inequality and entanglement measures in the construction of the coherent states for two-qubit pure and mixed states. we find a link to some entanglement measures through some new parameters (amplitudes of coherent states). Conditions for maximal entanglement and separability are then established for both pure and mixed states. Finally, we analyze and compare the violation of Bell inequality for a class of mixed states with the degree of

In this paper, we investigate several properties of the
full signal-idler-pump mode quantum state generated by a triply
resonant non-degenerate Optical Parametric Oscillator operating
above threshold, with an injected wave on the signal and idler
modes in order to lock the phase diffusion process. We determine
and discuss the spectral purity of this state, which turns out not
to be always equal to 1 even though the three interacting modes
have been taken into account at the quantum level. We have seen
that the purity is essentially dependent on the weak
intensity of the injected light and on an asymmetry of the
synchronization. We then derive the expression of its total
three-mode Glauber P-function, and calculate the joint
signal-idler photon number probability distribution and
