Summary On the basis of mass and IR spectra it has been established that the substance with mp 169°C known in the literature as the acetyl derivative of gossypetin 3,3,4,5,8-pentamethyl ether is in actual fact gossypetin hexamethyl ether.Thus, yet another case of the migration of a methoxy group from partially etherified compounds in an alkylationprocess has been described.Scientific-Research Institute of the Chemistry and Technology of Cotton Cellulose, Tashkent. A new isoflavone, 5,7-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-3'-(2,3-dihydroxy-3-methylbutyl)isoflavone (1) was isolated from the stem bark of Ficus nymphaefolia Mill. (Moraceae) together with eight known isoflavones: genistein, erycibenin A, cajanin, 5,7,2'-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone, erythrinin C, alpinumisoflavone, derrone and 3'-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)biochanin A. Their structures were established by spectral analysis including 1D and 2D NMR experiments.  相似文献

The isoflavin retusin, squalene, 3,4′,5-trihydroxystilbene (resveratrol), 3,3′,4′,5-tetrahydroxystilbene, and a new compound constructed of fragments of retusin and 3,3′,4′,5-tetrahydroxystilbene have been isolated for the first time from an ethanolic extract of the heartwood ofMaackia amurensis Rupr. et Maxim (Fabaceae) growing in Maritime Territory. The high-molecular-weight polyphenols that impart the characteristic coloration to macckia wood are present in an amount of 7%. The majority of the phenolic compounds isolated showed a high antiradical and antioxidant activity.  相似文献

A new isoflavone, 4'-gamma,gamma-dimethylallyloxy-5,7,2',5'-tetramethoxyisoflavone, brandisianin A (1), was isolated from the leaves of Millettia brandisiana, along with one synthetically known isoflavone, 7,4'-di-O-prenylgenistein (2) and twelve known compounds. The structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Two isolated compounds were tested for anti-inflammatory activity; 12a-hydroxy-alpha-toxicarol (11) showed significant anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

大豆异黄酮是从大豆中提取的1种天然异黄酮类混合物,具有抗氧化及抗癌作用,长期服用不仅能降低胆固醇,减少心脏病的发生,而且可以降低癌症的发病率[1,2].此外,大豆异黄酮还具有内分泌调节功能,用于缓解妇女更年期症状.随着人们保健意识的加强,大豆异黄酮将成为医药、保健、食物等方面多功能产品.由于其组份多,缺少标准对照物质,定性定量分析该类化合物比较困难.文献报导[3]的方法只分析了其中的几个组份,我们采用LC-MS方法,首次同时分析了大豆异黄酮中的12个成分,并用归一化法测定了各组份的相对含量,为控制该产品的质量提供了可靠的分析手段.  相似文献

Two new prenylated isoflavones (erythrivarones A and B) were isolated from the stem bark of Erythrina variegata Linn, together with the known compound alpinumisoflavone (1). The structures of erythrivarones A and B were characterized as dihydroalpinumisoflavone (2) and 4′-hydroxy-[6″,6″-dimethyldihydropyrano(2″,3″:5,6)]-[6?,6?-dimethyldihydropyrano(2?,3?:7,8)]isoflavone (3), respectively, by means of spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

Propolis or bee-glue is the third important product of honey bees after honey and wax. Known for thousands of years for its curative effects it is finding evermore attention in alternative and classical therapy in recent times against, e.g. infections, inflammations, dermatologic diseases and in wound healing.

Microcalorimetric experiments were performed on the influence of several propolis samples from Germany, Uruguay, Ethiopia and of a commercial propolis tincture on growth and metabolism of the recommended gram-positive bacterium Micrococcus luteus. Propolis extracts were prepared following established recipies for the water-soluble and insoluble components and the precipitate.

Addition of these extracts to a growing M. luteus culture in different growth phases resulted in a strong decline of the heat production rate, a prolongation of the lag phase or an introduction of a new, second lag phase, while the form of the calorimetric power-time curve remained unchanged. The calorimetric response showed a linear dependence on the propolis concentration. Although the quantitative gain of the extracts from the different propolis samples was nearly constant, the effects varied considerably between the specimens used.

The calorimetric investigations were supplemented by polarographic oxygen monitoring and by the standard agar well technique to determine the growth inhibition factor of the propolis extracts.  相似文献
