Modified Gor’kov equations in the form of an infinitely large system of integral equations are derived taking into account contributions of anomalous components of strength operator . It is shown that spinfluctuation scattering processes in the one-loop approximation for the t-t′-t″-J* model taking into account long-range hoppings and three-center interactions are reflected by normal (P 0σ, 0σ) and anomalous () components of the strength operator. Three-center interactions result in different renormalizations of the kernels of the integral equations for the superconducting d phase in the expressions for the self-energy and strength operators. In this approximation for the d-type symmetry of the order parameter for the superconducting phase, the system of integral equations is reduced to a system of nonhomogeneous equations for amplitudes. The resultant dependences of critical temperature on the electron concentrations show that joint effect of long-range hoppings, three-center interactions, and spin-fluctuation processes leads to strong renormalization of the superconducting phase region. We have studied disordering effects on the coefficients of Ginzburg–Landau expansion in powers of superconducting order parameter in the attractive Anderson–Hubbard model within the generalized DMFT+Σ approximation. We consider the wide region of attractive potentials U from the weak coupling region, where superconductivity is described by BCS model, to the strong coupling region, where the superconducting transition is related with Bose–Einstein condensation (ВЕС) of compact Cooper pairs formed at temperatures essentially larger than the temperature of superconducting transition, and a wide range of disorder—from weak to strong, where the system is in the vicinity of Anderson transition. In the case of semielliptic bare density of states, disorder’s influence upon the coefficients A and В of the square and the fourth power of the order parameter is universal for any value of electron correlation and is related only to the general disorder widening of the bare band (generalized Anderson theorem). Such universality is absent for the gradient term expansion coefficient C. In the usual theory of “dirty” superconductors, the С coefficient drops with the growth of disorder. In the limit of strong disorder in BCS limit, the coefficient С is very sensitive to the effects of Anderson localization, which lead to its further drop with disorder growth up to the region of the Anderson insulator. In the region of BCS–ВЕС crossover and in ВЕС limit, the coefficient С and all related physical properties are weakly dependent on disorder. In particular, this leads to relatively weak disorder dependence of both penetration depth and coherence lengths, as well as of related slope of the upper critical magnetic field at superconducting transition, in the region of very strong coupling.  相似文献

In this paper, we theoretically study the effect of the in-plane magnetic field on spin polarization in the presence of the Dresselhaus spin–orbit effect. It is shown that the large spin polarization can be achieved in such a nanostructure due to the effects of both the Dresselhaus spin–orbit term and the in-plane magnetic field, but the latter plays a main role in the tunneling process. It is also shown that with the increase of in-plane magnetic field, the degree of spin splitting obviously becomes larger.  相似文献

We derive an effective Hamiltonian for the two-dimensional Hubbard–Holstein model in the regimes of strong electron–electron and strong electron–phonon interactions by using a nonperturbative approach. In the parameter region where the system manifests the existence of a correlated singlet phase, the effective Hamiltonian transforms to a t1 ? V 1 ? V 2 ? V 3 Hamiltonian for hard-core-bosons on a checkerboard lattice. We employ quantum Monte Carlo simulations, involving stochastic-series-expansion technique, to obtain the ground state phase diagram. At filling 1∕8, as the strength of off-site repulsion increases, the system undergoes a first-order transition from a superfluid to a diagonal striped solid with ordering wavevector \(\vec{Q}\) = (π∕4, 3π∕4) or (π∕4, 5π∕4). Unlike the one-dimensional situation, our results in the two-dimensional case reveal a supersolid phase (corresponding to the diagonal striped solid) around filling 1∕8 and at large off-site repulsions. Furthermore, for small off-site repulsions, we witness a valence bond solid at one-fourth filling and tiny phase-separated regions at slightly higher fillings.  相似文献

We derive a Ginzburg–Landau (GL) expansion in the disordered attractive Hubbard model within the combined Nozieres–Schmitt-Rink and DMFT+Σ approximation. Restricting ourselves to the homogeneous expansion, we analyze the disorder dependence of GL expansion coefficients for a wide range of attractive potentials U, from the weak BCS coupling region to the strong-coupling limit, where superconductivity is described by Bose–Einstein condensation (BEC) of preformed Cooper pairs. We show that for the a semielliptic “bare” density of states of the conduction band, the disorder influence on the GL coefficients A and B before quadratic and quartic terms of the order parameter, as well as on the specific heat discontinuity at the superconducting transition, is of a universal nature at any strength of the attractive interaction and is related only to the general widening of the conduction band by disorder. In general, disorder growth increases the values of the coefficients A and B, leading either to a suppression of the specific heat discontinuity (in the weak-coupling limit), or to its significant growth (in the strong-coupling region). However, this behavior actually confirms the validity of the generalized Anderson theorem, because the disorder dependence of the superconducting transition temperature Tc, is also controlled only by disorder widening of the conduction band (density of states).  相似文献

In order to study the magnetic properties of frustrated metallic systems, we present, for the first time, quantum Monte Carlo data on the magnetic susceptibility of the Hubbard model on triangular and kagomé lattices. We show that the underlying lattice structure determines the nature and the doping dependence of the magnetic fluctuations. In particular, in the doped kagomé case we find strong short-range magnetic correlations, which makes the metallic kagomé systems a promising field for studies of superconductivity.  相似文献

We review the physics of the Bose–Hubbard model with disorder in the chemical potential focusing on recently published analytical arguments in combination with quantum Monte Carlo simulations. Apart from the superfluid and Mott insulator phases that can occur in this system without disorder, disorder allows for an additional phase, called the Bose glass phase. The topology of the phase diagram is subject to strong theorems proving that the Bose Glass phase must intervene between the superfluid and the Mott insulator and implying a Griffiths transition between the Mott insulator and the Bose glass. The full phase diagrams in 3d and 2d are discussed, and we zoom in on the insensitivity of the transition line between the superfluid and the Bose glass in the close vicinity of the tip of the Mott insulator lobe. We briefly comment on the established and remaining questions in the 1d case, and give a short overview of numerical work on related models.  相似文献

Structural phase transitions induced by megaplastic deformation at temperatures of 80–573 K are investigated in high-carbon Fe–Ni austenite of the invar range of compositions. Phase transformations change their direction from the nonequilibrium dissolution of graphite particles upon low-temperature (80 and 293 K) deformation and the activation of carbon precipitation from the fcc matrix to graphite upon high-temperature (373–573 K) deformation, due to the structure being saturated with point defects.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically the effects of Rashba spin–orbit coupling on the spin dependent transport through diluted magnetic semiconductor single and double barrier structures in the presence of a magnetic field. We find that the Rashba spin–orbit coupling gives rise to an enhancement of the negative tunnelling magnetoresistance of the diluted magnetic semiconductor single barrier structure and a pronounced beating pattern in the tunnelling magnetoresistance and spin polarization of the diluted magnetic semiconductor double barrier structure.  相似文献

The effect gamma irradiation has on the room-temperature atomic ordering in Fe0.5Co0.5 and Fe0.75Co0.25 single-crystal films is investigated. The possibility of Fe–Co alloys in film samples becoming disordered under the effect of gamma irradiation is revealed. This effect is explained by the effect gamma irradiation has on atomic diffusion.  相似文献

The recent neutron scattering data for spin-wave dispersion in HoMnO3 are well-described by an anisotropic Hubbard model on a triangular lattice with a planar (XY) spin anisotropy. Best fit indicates that magnetic excitations in HoMnO3 correspond to the strong-coupling limit U/t >∼ 15, with planar exchange energy J = 4t 2 /U ≃ 2.5 meV and planar anisotropy ΔU ≃ 0.35 meV.   相似文献

Al–1wt.%Si alloy samples in the solid solution state were irradiated with doses of gamma rays up to 1.75 MGy for 2 h in the temperature range from 423 to 553 K. Induced variations in structure, mechanical and electrical properties were traced by suitable techniques. Observed changes in the measured parameters, internal friction Q ?1, thermal diffusivity D th, dynamic elastic modulus Y and resistivity, ρ, were explained in terms of the role and mode of interaction of lattice defects in irradiated and thermally treated samples. Composition inhomogeneity and variations in mass distribution in the matrix were also considered. The structure identification of the samples was carried out by using conventional X-ray diffraction techniques and transmission electron microscopy micrographs.  相似文献

We consider the construction of exact eigenstates of the two-dimensional Fermi–Hubbard model defined on an L × L lattice with a periodic condition. Based on the characteristics of Slater determinants, several methods are introduced to construct exact eigenstates of the model. The eigenstates constructed are independent of the on-site electron interaction and some of them can also represent exact eigenstates of the two-dimensional Bose–Hubbard model.  相似文献

The exact numerical diagonalization and thermodynamics in an ensemble of small Hubbard clusters in the ground state and finite temperatures reveal intriguing insights into the nascent charge and spin pairings, Bose condensation and ferromagnetism in nanoclusters. The phase diagram off half filling strongly suggests the existence of quantum critical points and subsequent transitions from electron pairing into unsaturated and saturated ferromagnetic Mott–Hubbard like insulators, driven by electron repulsion. Rigorous criteria for the existence of quantum critical points and crossover temperatures are formulated. The phase diagram for 2×42×4-site clusters illustrates how these features are scaled with cluster size. The phase separation and electron pairing, monitored by a magnetic field and electron doping, surprisingly resemble phase diagrams in the family of doped high-TcTc cuprates.  相似文献

We have successfully prepared Cu–Al–O thin films on silicon (100) and quartz substrates by radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method. The as-deposited Cu–Al–O film is amorphous in nature and post-annealing treatment in argon ambience results in crystallization of the films and the formation of CuAlO2. The annealing temperature plays an important role in the surface morphology, phase constitution and preferred growth orientation of CuAlO2 phase, thus affecting the properties of the film. The film annealed at 900 °C is mainly composed of CuAlO2 phase and shows smooth surface morphology with well-defined grain boundaries, thus exhibiting the optimum optical–electrical properties with electrical resistivity being 79.7 Ω·cm at room temperature and optical transmittance being 80% in visible region. The direct optical band gaps of the films are found in the range of 3.3–3.8 eV depending on the annealing temperature.  相似文献

We consider the standard Hubbard model in the U= limit. We show that, for any finite lattice with all positive hopping matrix elements, t i,j >0, the ground state energy of the system containing two particles in excess of half filling plus the energy of the system at half filling is never lower than twice the energy of the system with a single extra particle. Similar results are obtained for holes when the lattice is bipartite. As a byproduct, we obtain a simple alternative proof of Tasaki's generalization of the Nagaoka theorem for non-bipartite lattices (but without the uniqueness clause).  相似文献

We constructed the Hamiltonian of spin–orbit splitting for carriers of a tubular electron gas in InAs nanowires. The spectral problem is solved using an exact numerical diagonalization. It is shown that the contribution of k-linear Dresselhaus-like spin–orbit (SO) coupling leads to renormalization of the so-called SO-gaps and appearance of anticrossings in subband spectrum. These features can be detected in ballistic transport.  相似文献
