采用微磁学模拟方法研究了初始态为C形磁结构的矩形CoFe纳米点在方波脉冲场作用下的动力学反磁化过程.研究发现,随着脉冲场强的增强,磁体的反磁化模式发生了改变.当场强较弱时反磁化过程通过畴壁移动-单涡旋的形成和移动来完成;当场强较大时反磁化过程模式转变为畴壁移动-双涡旋的形成与移动;在更强的场强下反磁化过程通过畴壁的移动-多涡旋的形成与湮没来实现.由于反磁化模式随场强的变化而改变,反磁化时间随场强的增大出现振荡变化现象. 关键词: 动力学反磁化过程 反磁化时间 微磁学模拟  相似文献

The dynamic response of a system being near the stable equilibrium boundary to an external magnetic field pulse is studied for 2D lattices of magnetic nanoparticles with cubic crystallographic anisotropy. The conditions under which magnetic moment oscillations from individual dipoles propagate to the entire system are revealed. This effect results in the lattice response are significantly larger in the external pulse duration and with an amplitude rather weakly depending on initial conditions and external field parameters, the processes during which the pulse results in reorientation of only individual lattice dipoles.  相似文献

A numerical investigation of the response of a HTS with different numbers of defects to the action of rectangular magnetic field pulses with a varying amplitude is carried out. The time dependences of a magnetic field trapped by the superconductor are calculated at different pulse parameters. The values of the HTS response to pulsed and gradual magnetization and demagnetization of the sample are compared, which reveals that magnetic flux trapping is more efficient under the action of pulses. A feature in the behavior of the vortex lattice acted on by field pulses is established, which relates to correlation between the number of defects and pulse amplitude. Flux trapping is shown to have a maximum dependent on the concentration of defects at each pulse amplitude.  相似文献

Micron-sized ferromagnetic Permalloy disks exhibiting an in-plane ferromagnetic vortex structure are excited by a fast rise time perpendicular magnetic field pulse and their modal structure is analyzed. We find azimuthal and axial modes. By a Fourier filtering technique we can separate and analyze the time dependence of individual modes. Analysis of the experimental data demonstrates that the azimuthal modes damp more quickly than the axial modes. We interpret these results as mode conversion from low-frequency azimuthal modes to the fundamental mode which is higher in frequency, i.e., mode-mode coupling in a system with a single Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert phenomenological damping constant alpha.  相似文献

We demonstrate a method for reconstruction of the modal intensity distribution of light at the output of an optical fiber. Spatial modes of the optical fiber are separated in time as a result of differences in group velocity and are detected experimentally by observation of the interference of the modal field distribution with the time-gating reference field. The detected interference patterns of the modal fields are analyzed, providing the spatial impulse response of the fiber. We also use interferometric correlation to determine the spatiotemporal characteristics of the fiber modes, such as pulse width, linear chirp, and group velocity, for each mode.  相似文献

短脉冲线圈电流励磁是高频电真空器件中实现超强磁场的重要技术途径之一,此时器件内将不可避免地产生涡流并进一步对内部磁场分布构成影响。针对使用短脉冲磁场时涡流对电真空器件内磁分布的影响进行了研究,分析了线圈电流脉冲宽度、金属电导率和金属厚度等对涡流的影响,结果表明:随着线圈电流脉冲宽度的减小、金属电导率和金属厚度的增加,涡流对内部磁场的影响也随之增加,导致管内空间无法有效励磁。提出了两种抑制涡流影响的措施,包括采用高电阻率导体进行薄层电镀和对管壁金属纵向切槽开缝。计算结果表明,这两种方法能够有效抑制涡流对器件内部磁场分布的影响,具有良好的实用性。  相似文献

Long pulse operation up to 1 msec of a high frequency gyrotron with a pulse magnet has been successfully carried out in a frequency range including 1 THz. In the experiments, the timing of an electron beam pulse injection is adjusted at the top of the magnetic field pulse, where the variation of field intensity is negligible. The operation cavity modes seem to be TE1, 12 and TE4,12 at the second harmonics. The corresponding frequencies are 903 GHz and 1,013 GHz, respectively. Additionally several features of radiation measurement results of the gyrotron are described and brief considerations are presented.  相似文献

利用上升沿100ns、脉宽150ns的单级磁压缩纳秒脉冲电源,通过电压电流测量和放电图像拍摄实验,研究了大气压空气中极不均匀电场结构重复频率纳秒脉冲气体放电的放电模式。结果表明纳秒脉冲气体放电存在三种典型的放电模式:电晕放电、弥散放电和火花放电。施加的脉冲电压幅值对放电模式影响显著,随着电压幅值的增加,放电依次经历电晕、弥散和火花放电。固定电压幅值时,放电可能同时存在两种模式。重复频率加强了放电强度,弥散放电的激发电压随重复频率的增加变化不大,但火花放电的激发电压随着重复频率的增加而降低。因此降低重复频率有利于在较大电压范围获得大气压空气弥散放电。  相似文献

The influence of a magnetic field on the behavior of the two-dimensional plasmon is studied in the n-inversion layer of p-type silicon at fixed wavevector as a function of electron density and magnetic field. Most of the behavior is well described by a dispersion relation and lineshape based on a classical theory of the electron gas. However, deviations from the theory are observed which may indicate an interaction with other modes of the system.  相似文献

The spherically symmetric magnetic monopole in an SU(2) gauge theory coupled to a massless Higgs field is shown to possess an infinite number of resonances or quasinormal modes. These modes are eigenfunctions of the isospin 1 perturbation equations with complex eigenvalues, E(n)=omega(n)-igamma(n), satisfying the outgoing radiation condition. For n--> infinity, their frequencies omega(n) approach the mass of the vector boson, M(W), while their lifetimes 1/gamma(n) tend to infinity. The response of the monopole to an arbitrary initial perturbation is largely determined by these resonant modes, whose collective effect leads to the formation of a long living breatherlike excitation with an amplitude decaying at late times as t(-5/6).  相似文献

A theory of surface magnetostatic oscillations in magnetic bubble domains with an elliptical cross section is presented. The dependences of the eigenfrequencies of resonant modes on the applied magnetic field are analyzed for a barium hexaferrite sample with allowance made for the change in the domain size due to a variation in the bias magnetic field. The range of frequency tuning in response to a magnetic field ranging from the elliptical instability field to the collapse field is estimated. It is demonstrated that elliptical bubble domains can be used as microminiature resonators operating in the millimeter range.  相似文献

The dipole modes of non-parabolic quantum dots are studied by means of their current and density patterns as well as with their local absorption distribution. The anticrossing of the so-called Bernstein modes originates from the coupling with electron-hole excitations of the two Landau bands which are occupied at the corresponding magnetic fields. Non-quadratic terms in the potential cause an energy separation between bulk and edge current modes in the anticrossing region. On a local scale the fragmented peaks absorb energy in complementary spatial regions which evolve with the magnetic field. 环形正负电子对撞机(CEPC)是一台周长100 km,最高能量为120 GeV的双环对撞机。为了满足不同能量粒子从增强器注入到对撞环,针对W和Z能量模式设计了对撞环离轴注入系统,用于实现束流的累积。为了提高注入效率,兼容不同注入能量,不同束流填充模式,同时尽可能减少注入过程中冲击磁铁对其它束团的扰动,要求对撞环离轴注入冲击磁铁系统是一个上升时间和下降时间小于200 ns,脉冲底宽调节范围为440~2420 ns的梯形波脉冲放电系统。和常见的集中参数型冲击磁铁相比,分布参数型冲击磁铁具有更优越的动态响应特性,适合产生一个前沿更加陡峭、波形更为理想的梯形波脉冲。根据CEPC的束流注入物理需求,完成了一台分布参数型冲击磁铁的物理设计和结构设计,并采用了PSpice和Opera程序进行模拟仿真。设计结果表明:冲击磁铁由26级LC单元结构叠装而成,磁铁总长为1018 mm,磁有效长度为942 mm;在[-20,20] mm磁铁孔径内,磁场强度为0.042 1 T,磁场均匀性优于±0.2%;冲击磁铁系统总上升时间(10%~90%)为193 ns,下降时间(90%~10%)为191 ns。理论分析、...  相似文献

Stable operation with control on magnetohydrodynamic modes has been obtained in the modified reversed field experiment employing a set of 192 feedback controlled saddle coils. Improvements of plasma temperature, confinement (twofold), and pulse length (threefold) and, as a consequence of the magnetic fluctuation reduction, strong mitigation of plasma-wall interaction and mode locking are reported.  相似文献

The problem dealt within this paper is the study of soft modes near the spin-reorientation phase transition (SRPT) in ferromagnets (and partly in antiferromagnets) when the magnetoelastic interaction is taken into account. A detailed discussion is given for the long wavelength magnetoacoustic modes (MAM) and their influence on various physical properties. The results are: the conditions for linear and nonlinear (parametric) excitations of MAM by an ac magnetic field; MAM contributions to the local magnetic susceptibility, nuclear magnetic and magnetoacoustic resonances; the modulation of the sound velocity by an ac magnetic field; and the magnetic birefrigence of light by sound waves. The chemical shift anisotropy of a nuclear spin system in a strong magnetic field can be comparable to the strength of the rf pulse (weak pulse condition). In this case, the commonly used assumption that the chemical shift interaction Hamiltonian in the duration of a rf pulse can be neglected is no longer effective. The rf response characteristics of a spin-1/2 system under a weak pulse condition is studied in detail. The relationships between the distortion of the chemical shift powder spectrum and the relative rf field amplitude under various conditions are given. The suppression of sidebands of a MAS spectrum is analysed as an example of solid multiple pulse experiments. The experimental results are in good agreement with computer simulations.  相似文献

无源声源深度估计一直是水声领域的一个难题。针对浅海波导中低频宽带脉冲声源深度估计问题,提出了利用单水听器接收信号中多阶简正模相干项能量与非相干项能量比值的特征匹配处理方法,不仅消除了声源未知激发谱的影响,而且由于在预先估计声源距离基础上实现对声源深度的独立估计,运算量小。同时,由于利用了实测数据与拷贝声场中具有相同简正模贡献的相干能量特征进行匹配,参数估计具有较高的稳健性。首先通过向量线性相关数学理论,在理想波导条件下讨论了简正模数目与源深估计单值性的关系,证明了仅利用两阶简正模时源深估计具有多值性,而声场含有三阶以上简正模时源深估计存在唯一解。进一步的仿真分析表明,当信噪比高于0 dB时源深估计结果的平均误差整体上在5 m之内。分析了水文参数、沉积层声学参数及声源距离失配时方法的鲁棒性。最后,利用浅海垂直阵采集的低频宽带脉冲实验数据对方法进行验证,声源深度估计结果绝对误差小于5 m的概率在79.1%以上。方法可推广应用于浅海水平或垂直基阵对低频宽带声源的深度估计。   相似文献

The influence of transverse perturbations on the dynamics of a picosecond soliton-like acoustic pulse in a paramagnetic crystal in an external magnetic field is investigated. The nonlinear and dispersion effects are governed by the intrinsic properties of the crystal and the spin-phonon interaction. The effect of different nonlinear mechanisms and an external magnetic field on the stability against transverse perturbations is analyzed. It is shown that, in the absence of paramagnetic impurities, there can exist only a compression pulse that propagates in a defocusing regime. In the presence of paramagnetic ions in the crystal, there can arise rarefaction pulses that, under specific conditions, can propagate in self-focusing and self-channeling regimes.  相似文献

We demonstrate the role of spin-polarized current pulse in activating only a subset of spin-wave normal modes in laterally confined magnetic systems. In order to derive selection rules based on geometrical considerations, the study was carried out by comparing the results of two different micromagnetic frameworks (a classical finite-difference time-domain scheme and the dynamical matrix method) and considering nanopillar devices of elliptical and circular cross-sections in different magnetic ground states (onion, S, and vortex states). The analogies and the differences existing between the mode activation process driven by spin-torque and that obtained by a magnetic field pulse are also addressed.  相似文献

This review summarizes the recent progress in the study of ultrafast nonthermal effects of light on magnetic materials. It is demonstrated that due to opto‐magnetic phenomena an intense 100 fs circularly polarized laser pulse acts on the spins similar to an equivalently short effective magnetic field pulse up to 1 T. The review shows that using such opto‐magnetic phenomena one may selectively excite different modes of magnetic resonance, realize quantum control of magnons, trigger magnetic phase transitions and switch spins on a subpicosecond time‐scale. All these findings open new insights into the understanding of ultrafast magnetic excitation and, considering recent progress in the development of compact ultrafast lasers, may provide new prospects for applications of ultrafast opto‐magnetic phenomena in magnetic storage and information processing technology.  相似文献
