两个新的化合物线四肽和单羟基甾醇的分离与结构鉴定

采用现代分离手段,从采自中国南海硇洲岛的白穗软珊瑚Nephthea sp.中分离纯化得到两个新的化合物分别为线四肽化合物和单羟基甾醇,经过MS,1H NMR,13C NMR(DEPT),HSQC,HMBC和NOE等光谱技术鉴定它们的结构为:亮氨酰-N-甲基亮氨酰-亮氨酰-N-甲基亮氨酸(1)和(20S,22R)-孕甾-1,4-二烯-22-乙酰基-3-酮(2),这两个化合物均为新化合物.肿瘤活性实验表明两个新的化合物显示微弱的细胞毒性.     

肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton sp中次生代谢产物的研究

从中国海南岛三亚附近海域采集的肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton sp中,分离得5个结晶化合物。通过化学和波谱方法鉴定出他们的结构分别是：24亚甲基胆甾-1α,3β,5α,6β-四醇(1);24-亚甲基胆甾14-烯-3β,6β-二醇(2);2．十六碳酰胺基-十八-4(E),8(E)-二烯-1,3-二醇(3);(2S,3S,5R)-2-十六碳酰胺基-十八-1,3,5-三醇(4);柳珊瑚甾醇(5)。生理活性试验表明,化合物1对人体鼻咽癌(CNE2)和胃癌(NGC-803)细胞有强抑制活性;化合物2对P-388肿瘤细胞有强抑制活性;柳珊瑚甾醇(5)有明显的抗心律失常和减慢心率等作用。     

柳珊瑚中西松烷型二萜化合物的结构分析

首次从柳珊瑚Verrucella sp.中分离纯化得到无色结晶化合物,根据NMR和MS谱推知其为具有西松烷型骨架的萜类,为含有4个乙酰氧基,2个末端双键,1个六元环醚,1个γ-内酯的二萜--Junceellin,普通命名法命名为(1R,2R,3S,4R,6S,7R,8R,9S,10S,14S)-四乙酰氧基-6-氯代-4,8-环氧-5(16),11(20)-二烯-18,7-内酯.通过晶体X-射线衍射技术研究了其立体结构.

采用现代分离手段,从采自中国南海硇洲岛的软珊瑚Chromonephthea sp.中分离纯化得到两种甾醇化合物,经过MS,IR,1H NMR,13C NMR(DEPT),HSQC,HMBC和NOE等光谱技术鉴定它们的结构为:24-甲基胆甾-5-烯-3β,12β,16β,20-四醇(1)和24-乙基胆甾-5-烯-3β,12β,16β,20-四醇(2),这两个化合物均为新化合物.肿瘤活性实验表明两种甾醇化合物显示微弱的细胞毒性.     

软珊瑚Nephthea sp.次级代谢产物生物碱的研究

首次从白蕙软珊瑚Nephthea sp.中分离得到含硒元素的已知化合物二苯基硒醚(1),同时分离得到已知化合物生物碱(2-7)通过对其质谱、一维和二维核磁共振谱结构信息进行分析,确定其化学结构.     

南海短足软珊瑚Cladiella sp.中两个新孕甾醇苷的分离

从短足软珊瑚Cladiella sp．中,分离得到3个甾类化合物：孕甾-5,20-二烯-3β-醇-3-O-α-L-吡喃岩藻糖苷(1)、孕甾-5,20-二烯-3β-醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(2)和(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(3),其中1和2为新化合物．孕甾醇苷具有抗早孕和抑制肿瘤细胞生长活性．

圆裂短足软珊瑚Cladiella krempfi中的甾醇苷

软珊瑚中富含各种萜类、甾类和糖苷[1～ 3] .Christopher[4 ] 和 Bheemasankara[5] 等先后对圆裂短足软珊瑚 Cladiella krempfi中的次生代谢产物进行了研究 ,先后分离得到 5个西松烷二萜 .本文报道从广西涠洲半岛采集的圆裂短足软珊瑚 Cladiella krempfi中首次分离得到 2个甾醇苷 1和 2 ,其中 1是新化合物 .化合物 2曾从南中国海的豆荚软珊瑚 Lobophyton sp.中分离得到 ,它对人体鼻咽癌 (Cne 2 )和肝癌 (Pep-G2 )细胞生长有抑制作用[6 ] .化合物 1和 2的结构如下 :1　结果与讨论化合物 1经 Liebermann-Burchard试验呈甾醇正颜色反应 ,M…     

两个新的海洋倍半萜

从稠密短指软珊瑚Sinularia conferta 中分离得1个新倍半萜confertol(1)。 从荑柔软珊瑚Nephthea albida分离得1个新倍半萜nephalbidol(2)和1个已知的多 羟基甾醇nephalsterol A(3)，应用波谱方法测定了的化学结构和相对构型。     

海南豆荚软珊瑚Lobophytum sp.中的新西松烷二萜

从海南豆荚软珊瑚Lobophytum sp. 中分离得到四个新的西松烷类型的二萜[19-hydroxy-sarcocrassolide (1), 18-deacetyldeepoxy lobolide (2), 13-hydroxy-sinularial A (3) 和 16-hydroxy-sinulariol C (4)], 以及四个已知的相同类型化合物(5-8)。所有化合物的结构及其相对构型都是通过分析它们的一维和二维波谱学数据,和将这些数据与文献中的报道的数据相比较来确定的。     

Leishmanicidal active withanolides from a pakistani medicinal plant, Withania coagulans

In the course of screening for leishmanicidal constituents from Asian and South American medicinal plants, a Pakistani medicinal plant, Withania coagulans, showed activity. We therefore studied the active components of the methanol extract of aerial parts of W. coagulans. From the ethyl acetate soluble fraction of the extract, four new withanolides (1-4) were isolated along with seven known withanolides (5-11). The new compounds were elucidated to be (14R,15R,17S,20S,22R)-14,15,17,20-tetrahydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,5,24-trienolide (1), (14R,15R,17S,20S,22R)-14,15,17,20-tetrahydroxy-1-oxowitha-3,5,24-trienolide (2), (14S,17R,20S,22R)-14,17,20-trihydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,5,24-trienolide (3), and (14S,17R,20S,22R)-14,17,20-trihydroxy-1-oxowitha-3,5,24-trienolide (4), from 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR and high resolution (HR)-MS data. Some of these compounds having the partial structure 1-oxo-2,5-diene showed strong leishmanicidal activity against Leishmania major.     

A new 5,11-epoxymegastigmane glucoside from Acanthus ilicifolius

From a China mangrove plant Acanthus ilicifolius Linn., a new compound, 5,11-epoxymegastigmane glucoside (1) was isolated along with one known compound of megastigmane glucosides, (6S, 9S)-roseoside (2). The structure of compound 1 was determined on the basis of 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques (DEPT, COSY, HMBC, HMQC, NOESY) and HR-FABMS. The structure of 1 was established as (1S, 3S, 5R, 6R, 7E)-5,11-epoxy-3-hydroxymegastigman-7-en-9-one-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside.     

从细脚拟青霉分离的新环二肽与新十元环内酯

利用反相色谱、 凝胶色谱和硅胶色谱从细脚拟青霉发酵液中分离得到4个活性化合物. 通过核磁共振波谱、 质谱、 X射线晶体衍射分析和理化数据鉴定化合物1为新环二肽[(3S)-6-苯乙基-3-异丙基-1-甲基-2,5-二酮哌嗪], 化合物2为新十元环内酯[(4S,10R)-4-羟基-8-氧代-10-甲基癸内酯], 化合物3为Cepharosporolide C, 化合物4为Cepharosporolide E. 细胞毒性实验结果表明, 5 μmol/L的化合物1对前列腺癌细胞22RV1和DU-145的抑制率分别为37.8%和38.6%, 5 μmol/L的化合物2对前列腺癌细胞22RV1和DU-145的抑制率分别为32.5%和40.6%, 具有一定抗肿瘤活性.     

云南植物——露水草中的一种新植物甾酮的分离与分析

云南植物露水草富含植物甾酮类成分。为了研究其中的生物活性成分,采用多种色谱分离方法(氧化铝柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、常压反相C18柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及反相高效液相色谱等)相结合,从露水草中分离得到一种新植物甾酮。综合一维和二维核磁共振光谱以及电喷雾质谱数据分析,确定该化合物的结构为3β,4α,14α,20R,22R,25-hexahydroxy-5α-cholest-7-en-6-one,为一种较为少见的具有5α-H的植物甾酮。     

(EnH2)2Ge2S6的合成与结构表征

用溶剂热方法制备了(EnH2)2Ge2S6单晶.单晶X射线衍射分析结果表明,(EnH2)2Ge2S6属单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数a=0.67125(5)nm,b=1.12290(4)nm,c=1.07518(4)nm,β=92.288(2)°,Z=2.利用DSC及TG分析研究了其热稳定性,结果表明,该化合物在200℃以下能够稳定存在.     

Briarane diterpenoids from the formosan gorgonian Coral Junceella fragilis

A new trihydroxy briarane-related diterpenoid, junceellolide I (1), along with a known metabolite, (1R,2R,5Z,7R,8S,9R,10R,12R,14R,17S)-2,14-diacetoxy-8,17-epoxy-9,12-dihydroxybriara-5,11(20)-dien-19-one (2), have been isolated from the gorgonian coral Junceella fragilis, collected off the southern Taiwan coast. The structure, including the relative configuration of the new compound 1, was elucidated by the combination of spectral data, particularly in high-resolution 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy utilizing COSY, HMBC, HMQC, and NOESY experiments.     

Relative and absolute configuration of versipelostatin, a down-regulator of molecular chaperone GRP78 expression

[structure: see text] Versipelostatin is the first compound which specifically inhibits the expression of GRP78 and the resultant robust cell death under stress conditions, in contrast to the weak cytotoxicity under normal conditions. Versipelostatin consists of a macrocyclic aglycone with an alpha-acyltetronic acid and three sugar moieties. The relative and absolute configuration of the aglycone moiety was established to be 4S, 5S, 6R, 9S, 10S, 13S, 16R, 18R, 19R, 20R, 24R, 27R, and 29S utilizing NMR techniques.     

肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton crassocaule中新的多羟基甾醇的分离

报道了从三亚海域的一种肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton crassocaule Mosre中分离得到2个多羟基甾醇1和2. 通过波谱分析等方法测定了它们的化学结构, 化合物1为新化合物, 命名为Sarcrasterol. 化合物2为已知物[24ξ-methyl-colestane-3β,5β,6α,25-tetrol], 但其C24构型未确定, 通过X射线单晶衍射分析测定了其相对构型为24S.

A new C-18 phytosphingosine derivative (1) was isolated from the fruiting bodies of Tuber indicum. Its structure was established as (2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-N-(2′-hydroxytricosanoyl)-octadecan-1,3,4-triol by spectral and chemical methods.
