Section theorems,coincidence theorems and intersection theorems on H-spaces with applications

The purpose of this paper is to study the section theorems, coincidence theorems and intersection theorems on H-spaces. As a way of application, we use these results to study the existence problems of solutions for minimax inequalities and variational inequalities. The results presented in this paper improve and extend the corresponding results in [1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 14,15, 17]     

KKM technique and its applications

In this paper,the Knaster-Karatowski-Mazurkiewicz technique(KKM technique,in short)is presented.By using this technique a new alternative theorem and a new coincidence theorem are established.The results obtained in this paper unify and generalize the corresponding results in the recent works.     

Fixed point index of uniform limit of set-Valued strict set-contractive mappings and its applications

In this paper,the class of uniform limit mappings of set-valued,strick set-contractivemappings is discussed.Furthermore,the fixed point index theory for the uniform limitmappings is established.Using the fixed point index theory,some positive fixed pointtheorems are proved.Our theorems generalize some results in[1,4,5,7].

Intersection theorems concerning noncompact sets with H-convex sections and their applications

In this paper,we prove some intersection theorems concerning noncompact sets withH-convex sections which generalize the corresponding results of Ma.Fan,Tarafdar,Lassonde and Shin-Tan to H-spaces without the linear structure and to noncompact setting.An application to von Neumann type minimax theorems is given.

相对论性定轴转动变质量系统的广义Noether定理

研究相对论性定轴转动变质量系统的广义Noether定理,首先给出相对论性定轴转动变质量非完整系统的运动方程的Routh形式;其次利用Hamilton作用量在无限小变换下的不变性,研究了相对论性定轴转动变质量非完整系统的广义Noether定理和相对论性定轴转动变质量非完整系统的广义Noether逆定理;结论具有普遍意义,对于经典情形和相对论情形都适用,若m_(oi)为常量,结果化为相对论性定轴转动常质量的Noether定理;若θ《Г_i,ω_i《Г_i结果化为经典定轴转动变质量系统的初Noether定理;若m_(oi)为常量,且θ_i《Г_i,ω_i《Г_i,则结果化为经典定轴转动常质量系统的Noether定理。

在均匀剪切流动中的Stokes波

本文从Euler方程出发讨论在均匀剪切流动中的Stokes波·把未知函数和波速展开成渐近级数,利用Fredholm择一定理来确定待定常数。得到了在均匀剪切流中二阶波形并研究了均匀剪切流对增水的影响。当流速为零时,本文的结果就退化为已有的在静水中的stokes波。     

Application of the reciprocity theorem to scattering of surface waves by a cavity

Scattering of surface waves by a cylindrical cavity at the surface of a homogenous, isotropic, linearly elastic half-space is analyzed in this paper. In the usual manner, the scattered field is shown to be equivalent to the radiation from a distribution of tractions, obtained from the incident wave on the surface of the cavity. For the approximation used in this paper, these tractions are shifted to tractions applied to the projection of the cavity on the surface of the half-space. The radiation of surface waves from a normal and a tangential line load, recently determined by the use of the reciprocity theorem, is employed to obtain the field scattered by the cavity from the superposition of displacements due to the distributed surface tractions. The vertical displacement at some distance from the cavity is compared with the solution of the scattering problem obtained by the boundary element method (BEM) for various depths and widths of the cavity. Comparisons between the analytical and BEM results are graphically displayed. The limitations of the approximate approach are discussed based on the comparisons with the BEM results.

Generalized minimax inequalities and fixed point theorems

Recently,many authors have generalized the famous Ky Fan’s minimaxinequality.In this paper,we put forward T-diagonal convexity(concavity)conditions anddevelop the main results in this respect.Next.we discuss some fixed point problems,andgeneralize the Fan-Glicksberg’s fixed point theorem.     

Systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusions and systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces

In this paper, we introduce some new systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems and system of generalized vector ideal (resp., proper, Pareto, weak) quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces without con-vexity structure. By using the KKM type theorem and Himmelberg type fixed point theorem proposed by the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for the sys-tems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems are proved. As to its applications, we obtain some existence results of solutions for systems of generalized vec-tor quasi-optimization problems.     

Calculation of tensile membrane effects of concrete slabs

利用变形梯度直和分解, 提出了基于能量原理计算钢筋混凝土板大变形时极限承载力方法, 该方法考虑了薄膜效应影响并与传统塑性铰线理论相统一, 既适用于矩形板和方形板, 也适用于各向同性配筋和各向异性配筋的板, 认为薄膜效应主要是由于塑性铰线处钢筋的伸长耗能造成的, 该方法还可以解释同样挠度下方形板比矩形板早破坏和同样配筋时在矩形板短跨方向钢筋断裂的试验现象. 计算结果与试验具有很好的一致性.     

Adaptation of the Generic PDE’s Results to the Notion of Prevalence

Many generic results have been proved, especially concerning the qualitative behaviour of solutions of partial differential equations. Recently, a new notion of “almost always”, the prevalence, has been developed for vectorial spaces. This notion is interesting since, for example, prevalence sets are equivalent to the full Lebesgue measure sets in finite dimensional spaces. The purpose of this article is to adapt the generic PDE’s results to the notion of prevalence. In particular, we consider the cases where Sard–Smale theorems or arguments of analytic perturbations of the parameters are used. Dedicated to Professor Pavol Brunovsky in honor of his 70th birthday.     

Existence of weak solution for quantum Zakharov equations for plasmas model

Zakharov equations have a fairly abundant physical background. In this paper, the existence of the weak global solution for quantum Zakharov equations for the plasmas model is obtained by means of the Arzela-Ascoli theorem, Faedo-Galerkin methods, and compactness property.     

A 3D Model of One-Legged Hopping Machine

The paper models the spatial motion of a hopping machine with allowance for the inertial properties of its leg. A control system is synthesized and a program trajectory is determined in view of the collision processes accompanying touchdowns. The synthesis procedure is based on optimization of periodic systems. The results from numerical simulation of the hopper's nonstationary motion are demonstrative of the high efficiency of the control system

Positive solutions of three-point boundary value problems

In this paper, we consider existence of single or multiple positive solutions of three-point boundary value problems involving one-dimensional p-Laplacian. We then study existence of solutions when the problems are in resonance cases. The proposed approach is based on the Krasnoselskii＇s fixed point theorem and the coincidence degree.
