ZrO2中Eu3+的发光特性 总被引:10,自引:3,他引:7
研究了掺1mol%Eu^3 的ZrO2纳米材料随退火温度变化的发光性质,得到退火温度为600和800℃的样品中Eu^3 的^5D0→^7F2发射在604nm处,我们认为:^7F2能级受到较强的晶场影响而发生能级劈裂,劈裂成4个子能级,出现两种发射,在章中为604和612nm.的两种发射,这两种发射所占的分支比不同,前一种发射所占的分支比较大,而后一种发射所占的分支比较小,因而,604nm的发射占优势。研究了ZnO2纳米材料中掺杂浓度变化时Eu^3 的发光性质,得到掺杂浓度为3mol%的样品的发射与众不同,它只有597nm处的1个宽带发射。 相似文献

Ag-BaO薄膜是金属纳米微粒埋藏于半导体介质中的功能复合薄膜,它具有超快的光电时间响应,可以检测超短激光脉冲,在Ag-BaO薄膜表面加入垂直电场,可以提高薄膜的光电发射效率,在垂直表面电场作用下近紫外波段光吸收有较明显增强现象,在波长λ=303nm处15V电压作用下光吸收增强6.5%,30V电压作用下增强18%。这种光吸收增强是由于在电场作用下,薄膜的能带结构发生倾斜,以及在强电场下能级分裂。光吸收涉及被激发电子在倾斜能带间隧穿几率的增加,和被激发电子在这些分裂能级间的跃迁。 相似文献

利用电化学方法制备出粒径为20-80 nm的胶体金纳米颗粒。研究其荧光发射光谱特性,在485nm处观察到表面自由电子集体激发导致的表面等离子体共振发射峰,其位置不随激励光波长的变化而移动。当激励光波长为485 nm时,观察到最强的发射峰。在240和640 nm处,还观察到倍频发射峰和3/4分频发射峰。增加金纳米颗粒粒径,观察到发射谱的峰值增大而发射峰的位置只有很小的红移。 相似文献

研究了不同粒径和表面修饰的纳米银粒子的发光特性。研究结果表明,在不同波长光激发下,纳米银粒子在362 nm附近出现较强的发射峰,592和725 nm附近出现较弱的发射峰。随着激发光波长增加,发射峰强度下降,362 nm附近的发射峰红移。纳米银颗粒对210 nm的激发光最为敏感。发射峰波长与纳米银粒子表面修饰状态和颗粒尺寸关系不大,只是随着颗粒尺寸的减小,发射峰强度下降。随着狭缝宽度的减小,发射峰强度下降。随着纳米银胶浓度减少,发射峰逐渐聚拢合并为426 nm的单峰,且发射峰的强度先增强后逐渐下降。通过纳米银粒子表面光电子的吸收-再发射和表面能级杂化探讨了纳米银粒子的发光机理。 相似文献

用提拉法生长了新型激光晶体5at%Yb3+:YNbO4,测量了它的吸收和光致发光光谱,计算了它的吸收和发射截面,并对其激光性能进行了评估.Yb3+:YNbO4的吸收半峰全宽为17nm,吸收峰位于933,955,974和1003nm,相应的吸收截面分别为0.73×10^-20,1.85×10^-20,0.86×10^-20。和0.44×10^-20cm2;最大吸收截面值为Yb3+:YAG的两倍.光致发光谱的发射带的中心位置处于1020nm附近,相应的半高宽为41nm,是Yb3+:YAG的3倍;Yb3+:YNbO4在955,974,1005,1021和1030nm处都有着较大的发射截面,截面值分别为0.69×10^-20,0.86×10^-20,1.81×10^-20,1.11×10^-20和0.57×10^-20cm2,最大发射截面值与Yb3+:YAG相当.Yb3+:YNbO4晶体的宽发射带有利于实现相应波长的超短脉冲和可调谐激光输出,表明它是在这些领域非常有希望的全固态工作物质. 相似文献

用提拉法生长了质量优良的大尺寸Yb :YAG晶体 ,在室温下测量了它的 2 0 0~ 30 0 0nm的吸收光谱。在 2 0 0~ 390nm范围内 ,晶体的吸收来自基质YAG ;在 390~ 30 0 0nm范围内 ,仅有Yb3 + 的特征吸收。Judd Ofelt理论计算的结果表明 ,(2 4at% )Yb :YAG的电偶极子的吸收、发射振子强度分别为 3 5 8× 10 -6,4 77× 10 -6,吸收、发射跃迁几率分别为每秒 879,1171。磁偶极子的吸收、发射振子强度分别为 3 32×10 -7,4 4 3× 10 -7,吸收、发射跃迁几率分别为每秒 82 ,10 9;2 F5/ 2 能级寿命为 781μs。 相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了掺杂不同比例Yb~(3+)和Tm~(3+)的硅酸盐玻璃。吸收光谱表明,Yb~(3+)和Tm~(3+)在300~1 100 nm的吸收过程彼此不干扰。研究了玻璃样品在980 nm LD泵浦下的上转换发光行为,结果表明:Yb~(3+)/Tm~(3+)在477 nm(1G4→3H6)发射强烈的上转换蓝光,在654 nm(1G4→3F4)发射较弱的红光,在795 nm(3H4→3H6)发射微弱的红外光。提高Yb~(3+)的比例均能够提高477 nm蓝光、654 nm红光和795 nm红外光的发射强度。研究分析了上转换发光强度与激光器泵浦功率之间的关系,结果表明上转换蓝光和红光发射均为三个光子过程,红外光发射为两个光子过程。分析了Yb~(3+)、Tm~(3+)在硅酸盐玻璃中上转换发光的机制。 相似文献

Guided-Wave Two-Dimensional Acousto-Optic Scanner Using Proton-Exchanged Lithium Niobate Waveguide 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs. 相似文献

A review of schemes for multiple access in fiber optic networks shows that a hybrid of wavelength and code division multiple access (WCDMA) combines the best features of both. In particular, the hybrid scheme retains the large information carrying capacity of wavelength division multiple access (WDMA) and flexibility of code division multiple access (CDMA). In this paper WDMA, optical CDMA (OCDMA), and WCDMA networks are discussed. In OCDMA networks, concept of incoherent and coherent coding including inverse decoding and matched filter is introduced. The delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks, under the simple suboptimum access protocols based on cyclic search, is computed. It has been shown quantitatively that tuning delay significantly affects the delay performance of both WDMA and WCDMA networks. Futhermore, delay performance of WCDMA networks is always better than the WDMA networks for the same tuning delay, load, and number of users. 相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped
with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly
described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation
(5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum
cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics
of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure
crystals is analyzed (preliminarily).

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output. 相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF)booster ring,a full energy injector for the storage ring,is deigned to accelerate the electron beam energy from 150MeV to 3.5GeV that demands high extraction efficiency at the extraction energy with low beam loss rate when electrons are ramping.Closed orbit distortion(COD)caused by bending magnet field uniformity errors which affects the machine performance harmfully could be effectively reduced by bending magnet location sorting.Considering the affections of random errors in measurement,both ideal sorting and realistic sorting are studied based on measured bending magnet field uniformity errors and one reasonable combination of bending magnets which can reduce the horizontal COD by a factor of 5is given as the final installation sequence of the booster bending magnets in this paper. 相似文献

We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed. 相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell. 相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques. 相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing. 相似文献
