Butane‐1‐sulfonic acid immobilized on magnetic Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SiO2‐Sultone) was easily prepared via direct ring opening of 1,4‐butanesultone with nanomagnetic Fe3O4@SiO2. The prepared reagent was characterized and used for the efficient promotion of the synthesis of barbituric acid and pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidine derivatives. All reactions were performed under mild and completely heterogeneous reaction conditions affording products in good to high yields. The catalyst is easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation and can be reused at least eight times without significant loss in activity.  相似文献

A simple and practical strategy for the synthesis of a novel nano‐Fe3O4‐supported organocatalyst system based on 3,4‐dihydroxypyridine (Fe3O4/Py) has been developed. The prepared catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopies, X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis. Accordingly, the Fe3O4/Py nanoparticles show a superparamagnetic property with a saturation magnetization of 61 emu g?1, indicating potential application in magnetic separation technology. Our experimental results reveal that the pyridine‐functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles are an efficient base catalyst for the domino condensation of various aromatic aldehydes, Meldrum's acid and 5‐methylpyrazol‐3‐amine under very mild reaction condition and in the presence of ethanol solvent. Moreover, the synthesized catalyst was used for one‐pot, three‐component condensation of aromatic aldehydes with barbituric acid and malononitrile to produce 7‐amino‐2,4‐dioxo‐5‐phenyl‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐6‐carbonitriles. All reactions are completed in short times and all products are obtained in good to excellent yields. Also, notably, the catalyst was reused five times without significant degradation in catalytic activity and performance. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex immobilized on core‐shell magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Fe3O4@SPNC) was successfully designed and synthesized. The structural features of these nanoparticles were studied and confirmed by using various techniques including FT‐IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X‐Ray diffraction (XRD), wavelength dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (WDX), and inductively coupled plasma (ICP). These newly synthesized nanoparticles have been used as efficient heterogeneous catalytic system for one‐pot multicomponent synthesis of new pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide derivatives. Notably, the catalyst could be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused for several successive reaction runs with no significant loss of activity or copper leaching. The present protocol benefits from a hitherto unreported MNPs‐immobilized Cu (II) Schiff‐base complex as an efficient nanocatalyst for the synthesis of newly reported derivatives of pyrano[2,3‐b]pyridine‐3‐carboxamide from one‐pot multicomponent reactions.  相似文献

Novel Pd nanoparticles were prepared in five successive stages: 1) preparation of the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4 MNPs), 2) coating of Fe3O4 MNPs with SiO2 (Fe3O4@SiO2), 3) functionalization of Fe3O4@SiO2 with 3‐chloropropyltrimethoxy‐ silane (CPTMS) ligand (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS), 4) further functionalization with 3,5‐diamino‐1,2,4‐triazole (DAT) ligand (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS @DAT), and 5) the complexation of Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS@DAT with PdCl2 (Fe3O4@SiO2@CPTMS@ DAT@Pd). Then, the obtained Pd nano‐catalyst characterized by different methods such as the elemental analysis (CHN), FT‐IR, XRD, EDX, SEM, TEM, TG‐DTA and VSM. Finally, the Pd catalyst was applied for the synthesis of various 2‐imino‐3‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrobenzo[d]oxazol‐5‐ols.  相似文献

Isatin‐SO3H coated on amino propyl modified magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@APTES@isatin‐SO3H) is found to be a novel, efficient, and reusable magnetic nanocatalyst, and characterized by FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, XRD, EDX, VSM, and TGA analysis. The magnetic nanocatalyst demonstrated outstanding performance in synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d] pyrimidines derivatives via one‐pot three‐component reaction of various aromatic aldehydes 1, malononitrile 2, and barbituric acid 3 under reflux conditions in mixture of H2O:EtOH (1:1) as solvent. Easy workup procedure, short reaction time, high yield, simple preparation and easy recovery of the catalyst, mild reaction conditions are some advantages of this work.  相似文献

Superparamagnetic nanoparticles of modified thioglycolic acid (γ‐Fe2O3@SiO2‐SCH2CO2H) represent a new, efficient and green catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of novel spiro[benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazine] derivatives via domino Knoevenagel–Michael–cyclization reaction of 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione, benzene‐1,2‐diamines, ninhydrin and isatin. This novel magnetic organocatalyst was easily isolated from the reaction mixture by magnetic decantation using an external magnet and reused at least six times without significant loss in its activity. The catalyst was fully characterized using various techniques. This procedure was also applied successfully for the synthesis of benzo[a ]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐c ]phenazines.  相似文献

The amino acid ionic liquid tetrabutylammonium asparaginate (TBAAsp) was immobilized on titanomagnetite (Fe3?xTixO4) nanoparticles in a facile one‐pot process using an organosilane compound (TMSP) as spacer. The modified Fe3?xTixO4@TMSP@TBAAsp magnetic nanoparticles were characterized using Fourier transform spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and thermogravimetric analysis. The resulting analytical data clearly verified the successful immobilization of the ionic liquid on the magnetic substrate. The magnetic ionic liquid‐based nanoparticles exhibited high catalytic activity in the synthesis of 1,4‐dihydropyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazole derivatives via a one‐pot three‐component reaction under mild reaction conditions. The catalyst was easily recycled and reused for at least six runs without any considerable loss of activity.  相似文献

This reaction is simple, green and cost‐effective. Separation and recycling can also be easily done by magnetic decantation of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles with an external magnet. The prepared catalyst was characterized using thermogravimetry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry, inductively coupled plasma analysis, X‐ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Thiazolopyrimidine derivatives are well known because of their excellent therapeutic properties. In this investigation, an effective one‐pot three‐component method is described for the synthesis of novel 2‐[(Z )‐1‐(substituted phenyl)methylidine]‐7‐methyl‐3‐oxo‐5‐(substituted phenyl)‐2,3‐dihydro‐5H ‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidine‐6‐carboxilic acid tert ‐butyl ester derivatives by condensation reaction of 3,4‐dihydropyrimidine‐2(1H )‐thiones, various aromatic aldehydes and chloroacetyl chloride under reflux conditions in the presence of Fe3O4@l ‐arginine nanoparticles as a magnetically reusable and eco‐friendly catalyst with short reaction times and moderate yields. The chemical structures of all synthesized compounds were determined using infrared, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. In vitro antimicrobial activities of 3,4‐dihydropyrimidine‐2(1H )‐thiones and newly fused thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidine derivatives were examined using the well diffusion method against diverse pathogenic strains, namely Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, S. epidermidis ATCC 12228, Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027 (bacteria), Candida albicans ATCC 10231 (yeast) and Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404 (fungus). The compounds having 2‐hydroxy, 4‐hydroxy, 2‐chloro and 4‐chloro groups attached to the phenyl ring on the pyrimidine and 4‐CH3, 4‐OCH3 and 3‐NO2 groups attached to benzylidine on the thiazolo moiety showed significant antibacterial activity.  相似文献

In this study, a novel magnetic mesoporous MCM‐41 silica supported ionic liquid/palladium complex (Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd) with core‐structure was prepared and characterized and its catalytic performance was developed under green conditions. The Fe3O4@MCM@IL/Pd was prepared via a post grafting method and was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, wide‐ and low‐angle powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibration sample magnetometer and energy‐dispersive X‐ray analyses. This was applied as an efficient and recoverable nanocatalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives under ultrasonic conditions. The catalyst was magnetically recovered and reused for 12 consecutive cycles without significant loss of its activity and selectivity.  相似文献

Diethyl 2‐[(ethoxythioxomethyl)amino]‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrothieno[2,3‐c]‐pyridine‐3,6‐dicarboxylate 2 , prepared from diethyl 2‐isothiocyanato‐4,5,6,7‐tetrahydrothieno[2,3‐c]pyridine‐3,6‐dicarboxylate 1 by boiling in anhydrous ethanol, was converted into pyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives 3, 4 by treatment with hydrazine hydrate. The tetracyclic systems imidazo[1,2‐a]pyrido‐[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d]pyrimidine 9 and pyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d][1,3]thiazolo‐[3,2‐a]pyrimidine 10 were synthesized by the reaction of 2 with 1,2‐diaminoethane and aminoethanethiol, respectively. The hydrazino derivative 4 underwent cyclization reactions with orthoesters and nitrous acid to give the corresponding pyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines 5, 6 and pyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[3,2‐e][1,2,3,4]tetrazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine 8 , respectively. Moreover, reactions of 3 with cyanogen bromide, N‐carbethoxyhydrazine, carbon disulfide, and ethylchloroformate resulted in the formation of the new pyrido[4′,3′:4,5]thieno[2,3‐d][1,3,4]thiadiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidine derivatives 12–15 . © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Several pyrido[2,3‐e]pyrimidine fused with other rings have been prepared by intramolecular cyclization of 5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐hydrazino‐benzo [6,7]cyclohepta‐[1,2‐b]pyrido[2,3‐e]pyrimidine‐4‐one ( 1 ) with acids, carbon disulfide to form triazole derivatives ( 2,4 ), halo‐ketones to give triazine derivative ( 5 ), β‐ketoesters, β‐cyanoesters, and β‐diketones to yield 2‐(1‐pyrazolyl) derivatives ( 7,9,10 ), and aldehydes to form arylhydrazone derivatives ( 11a,b ) which cyclized to form triazoles ( 12a,b ). Also, acyclic N‐nucleosides are prepared by heating under reflux 2‐hydrazino‐benzo[6,7]cyclohepta[1,2‐b]pyrido[2,3‐e] pyrimidin‐4‐one ( 1 ) with xylose and glucose to give the corresponding acyclic N‐nucleosides ( 13a,b ) which are cyclized to afford the corresponding protected tetra and penta–O‐acetate C‐nucleosides ( 14a,b ). Deacetylating of the latter nucleosides afforded the free acyclic C‐nucleosides ( 15a,b ). © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The efficient synthesis of novel spiro[indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline derivatives via the four‐component condensation of amines, ninhydrin, isatoic anhydride, and о‐phenylenediamine derivatives catalyzed by ( 3‐oxo‐[1,2,4]triazolidin‐1‐yl)bis (butane‐1‐sulfonic acid) supported on γ‐Fe2O3 as novel heterogenous magnetic nanocatalyst was described. The novel nanocatalyst was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE‐SEM), and thermal analysis (TGA‐DTG). The nanoparticles covered by (3‐oxo‐[1,2,4]triazolidin‐1‐yl)bis (butane‐1‐sulfonic acid) showed enhanced catalytic performance in the preparation of spiro[indeno[1,2‐b]quinoxaline derivatives in excellent yields. Moreover, this method showed several advantages such as mild conditions, high yields, easy work‐up, and being environmentally friendly. The catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by an external magnet, recycled, and reused several times without a noticeable decrease in catalytic activity.  相似文献

The ribofuranosides, namely, 4‐amino‐5,7‐disubstituted‐1‐[2′,3′,5′‐tri‐O‐benzoyl‐α‐d ‐ribofuranosyl]pyrido‐[2,3‐d] pyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thiones, have been synthesized by the condensation of trimethylsilyl derivatives of 5,7‐disubstituted pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thiones with β‐d ‐ribofuranose‐1‐acetate‐2,3,5‐tribenzoate in the presence of SnCl4. The heterocyclic bases, namely, 4‐amino‐5,7‐disubstituted pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2(1H)‐thiones, were synthesized by the treatment of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4,6‐disubstituted pyridines with thiourea. The structures of all the synthesized ribofuranosides and their precursors have been established by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR spectral data. The 13C NMR data of ribofuranosides has also been presented. All the synthesized heterocyclic bases and their ribofuranosides have been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The catalytic performance of the superparamagnetic nanocatalyst Fe3O4@SiO2@Sulfated boric acid as a green, recyclable, and acidic solid catalyst in the synthesis of chromeno[4,3,2‐de][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives has been studied. Chromeno[4,3,2‐de][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives via a pseudo four‐component reaction from aromatic aldehydes (1 mmol), malononitrile (2 mmol), and 2′‐hydroxyacetophenone in the presence of Fe3O4@SiO2@Sulfated boric acid (0.004 g) as a nanocatalyst in 3 mL of water as a green solvent at 80°C has been synthesized. The advantages of this method are higher product yields in shorter reaction times, easy recyclability and reusability of the catalyst, and easy work‐up procedures. The nanocatalyst was reused at least six times. The nanocatalyst retained its stability in the reaction, and after reusability, it was separated easily from the reaction by an external magnet.  相似文献

From the reaction of 1H‐imidazole ( 1a ), 4,5‐dichloro‐1H‐imidazole ( 1b ), 1H‐benzimidazole ( 1c ), 1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole ( 1d ), and 1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole ( 1f ) with methyl 4‐(bromomethyl)benzoate ( 2 ), symmetrically and nonsymmetrically 4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl‐substituted N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors, 3a – 3f , were synthesized. These NHC precursors were then reacted with silver(I) acetate (AgOAc) to yield the NHC–silver acetate complexes (acetato‐κO){1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]imidazol‐2‐ylidene}silver ( 4a ), (acetato‐κO){4,5‐dichloro‐1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4b ), (acetato‐κO){1,3‐bis[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4c ), (acetato‐κO){1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4d ), (acetato‐κO){4,5‐dichloro‐1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4e ), and (acetato‐κO){1‐[4‐(methoxycarbonyl)benzyl]‐3‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl}silver ( 4f ), respectively. The three NHC–AgOAc complexes 4a, 4c , and 4d were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All compounds studied in this work were preliminarily screened for their antimicrobial activities in vitro against Gram‐positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, and Gram‐negative bacteria Escherichia coli using the qualitative disk‐diffusion method. All NHC–AgOAc complexes exhibited weak‐to‐medium antibacterial activity with areas of clearance ranging from 4 to 7 mm at the highest amount used, while the NHC precursors showed significantly lower activity. In addition, NHC–AgOAc complexes 4a and 4b , and 4d – 4f exhibited in preliminary cytotoxicity tests on the human renal‐cancer cell line Caki‐1 medium‐to‐high cytotoxicities with IC50 values ranging from 3.3±0.4 to 68.3±1 μM .  相似文献

A novel chiral magnetic nanocatalyst was prepared by the surface modification of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with a chloropropylsilane and further by arginine to form Fe3O4@propylsilan‐arginine (Fe3O4@PS‐Arg). After the structural confirmation of Fe3O4@PS‐Arg synthesized MNPs by Fourier transform‐infrared, X‐ray diffraction, field emission‐scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, vibrating‐sample magnetometry and thermogravimetric analyses, their catalytic activity was evaluated for one‐pot enantioselective synthesis of 3‐amino‐1‐aryl‐1H‐benzo[f]chromene‐2‐carbonitrile derivatives. The results showed that in the presence of 0.07 g Fe3O4@PS‐Arg nanocatalyst and ethanol as solvent, the best reaction yield (96%) was obtained in the least time (5 min). Easy operation, reusability and stability, short reaction time, high reaction yields and good enantioselectivity are the major advantages of the newly synthesized nanocatalyst. Also, this study provides a novel strategy for further research and investigation on the synthesis of new reusable enantioselective catalysts and chiral compounds.  相似文献

The immobilization of sulfonic acid on the surface of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) as a novel acid nanocatalyst has been successfully reported. The morphological features, thermal stability, magnetic properties, and other physicochemical properties of the prepared superparamagnetic core–shell (Fe3O4@PFBA–Metformin@SO3H) were thoroughly characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS), field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis–differential thermal analysis (TGA‐DTA), atomic force microscopy (AFM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. It was applied as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐(piperazin‐1‐yl) quinoxaline and benzimidazole derivatives via a one‐pot multiple‐component cascade reaction under green conditions. The results displayed the excellent catalytic activity of Fe3O4@PFBA–metformin@SO3H as an organic–inorganic hybrid nanocatalyst in condensation and multicomponent Mannich‐type reactions. The easy separation, simple workup, excellent stability, and reusability of the nanocatalyst and quantitative yields of products and short reaction time are some outstanding advantages of this protocol.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine derivatives via one‐pot multicomponent reactions of 6‐amino‐2‐(alkylthio)pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐one, 3‐cyanoacetylindole and arylaldehydes using [Fe3O4@ZrO2] as magnetically recyclable nanocatalyst is reported. This protocol furnished the desired products in good to excellent yields (70–93 %) and lower reaction times. The catalyst could be easily and efficiently separated from the final product solution by an external magnet and be reused in 5 consecutive runs without any significant activity decrease.  相似文献
