A novel magnetic SrFeGO nanocatalyst (NC) was synthesized through a simple sol–gel technique by introducing strontium and iron oxide nanoparticles onto graphene. The synthesized NC was characterized using FT‐IR and FE‐SEM. Subsequently, the catalytic activity of SrFeGO was tested in a reaction between β‐dicarbonyl compounds and aniline derivatives to gain β‐enamino ketone derivatives under solvent‐free conditions. It was found that SrFeGO NC is a potential catalyst for the synthesis of β‐enamino ketones. The β‐enamino ketone produced by such reactions could be isolated in high purity without the need for chromatographic purifications. The newly prepared magnetic graphene oxide nanocomposite could be recovered and reused for numerous times with no significant decrease in efficiency. Moreover, the protocol has the advantages of excellent yielding (up to 98%) in short a reaction time, benefitting an easy workup procedure and being environmentally friendly.  相似文献

A heterogeneous Pd‐Cu NWs‐catalyzed expeditious and solvent‐free synthesis of propargylamines via A3‐coupling of aldehydes, alkynes, and amines has been proposed. A wide range of aldehydes, alkynes and amine substrates undergo A3‐coupling to produce propargylamines in good to excellent yields with good functional tolerance, such as that towards alkoxy, hydroxy, C‐X (X = F, Cl, Br) as well as amide and C=C bonds. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recovered easily and reused for at least 5 cycles without showing significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A simple, efficient and eco‐friendly procedure has been developed using Cu(II) immobilized on guanidinated epibromohydrin‐functionalized γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2 (γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II)) for the synthesis of 2,4,5‐trisubstituted and 1,2,4,5‐tetrasubstituted imidazoles, via the condensation reactions of various aldehydes with benzil and ammonium acetate or ammonium acetate and amines, under solvent‐free conditions. High‐resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis of this catalyst clearly affirmed the formation of a γ‐Fe2O3 core and a TiO2 shell, with mean sizes of about 10–20 and 5–10 nm, respectively. These data were in very good agreement with X‐ray crystallographic measurements (13 and 7 nm). Moreover, magnetization measurements revealed that both γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2 and γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II) had superparamagnetic behaviour with saturation magnetization of 23.79 and 22.12 emu g?1, respectively. γ‐Fe2O3@TiO2‐EG‐Cu(II) was found to be a green and highly efficient nanocatalyst, which could be easily handled, recovered and reused several times without significant loss of its activity. The scope of the presented methodology is quite broad; a variety of aldehydes as well as amines have been shown to be viable substrates. A mechanism for the cyclocondensation reaction has also been proposed.  相似文献

Phosphotungstic acid (H3PW12O40, PTA) supported on ZIF‐9(NH2) was synthesized for the first time and performed as an effective and environmental friendly catalyst in the one‐pot three component Biginelli condensation of different substituted benzaldehydes with ethyl acetoacetate and urea to afford the corresponding 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐(1H)‐ones under solvent‐free conditions. ZIF‐9(NH2) and the prepared nanocatalyst PTA@ZIF‐9(NH2) were characterized by XRD, FESEM, TEM, EDX, BET, AAS, TGA, UV–Vis, and FT‐IR. After reaction, the nanocatalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by centrifuge and the recovered catalyst can be reused for at least five times with a 14% reduction in yield after the fifth run. This study showed that ZIF‐9(NH2) can be utilized as a promising support for PTA and developed a highly active, stable and reusable heterogeneous catalyst under easy reaction condition in the multi‐component organic synthesis.  相似文献

A series of N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were produced efficiently by treating N‐aryl 3‐(phenylsulfonyl)‐propanamides with potassium tert‐butoxide in THF at 0°C. With out isolation, it was further treated with an additional equivalent of potassium tert‐butoxide and allyl bromide to give N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides in one pot in good yields. Followed by a ring‐closing metathesis reaction, these N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were respectively converted into corresponding N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in moderate yields.  相似文献

A novel method is reported for the synthesis of benzoxanthenone and 3‐pyranylindole derivatives via one‐pot three‐component reactions using a newly synthesized HAp‐encapsulated γ‐Fe2O3‐supported dual acidic heterogeneous catalyst, as a reusable and highly efficient nanocatalyst. In this protocol the use of the nanocatalyst provided a green, useful and rapid method to generate products in short reaction times (4–20 min) and in excellent yields (87–96%). The paramagnetic nature of the catalyst provided a simple, trouble‐free and facile approach for the separation of the catalyst by applying an external magnet, and it could be used in eight cycles without significant loss in catalytic efficiency.  相似文献

Cobalt manganese oxide nanocatalyst was synthesized and it was found that it is a highly efficient green catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐1‐arylmethyl‐1H‐1,3‐benzimidazoles under solvent‐free conditions. The marked advantages of this method are the simple experimental procedures, shorter reaction times, high yields of product, reusable and non‐toxic catalyst and solvent‐free conditions. We report an environmentally friendly, efficient and practical method for the synthesis of 2‐aminobenzothiazoles by a copper(II)‐catalyzed tandem reaction of 2‐haloanilines with isothiocyanates under ligand‐ and solvent‐free conditions in air. The developed methodology conforms to the principles of 'green chemistry' and addresses the shortage of such methods for the synthesis of 2‐aminobenzothiazoles. An advanced novel magnetic ionic liquid based on imidazolium tagged with ferrocene, a supported ionic liquid, is introduced as a recyclable heterogeneous catalyst. Catalytic activity of the novel nanocatalyst was investigated in one‐pot three‐component reactions of various aldehydes, malononitrile and 2‐naphthol for the facile synthesis of 2‐amino‐3‐cyano‐4H‐pyran derivatives under solvent‐free conditions without additional co‐catalyst or additive in air. For this purpose, we firstly synthesized and investigated 1‐(4‐ferrocenylbutyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium acetate, [FcBuMeIm][OAc], as a novel basic ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid. This ferrocene‐tagged ionic liquid was then linked to silica‐coated nano‐Fe3O4 to afford a novel heterogeneous magnetic nanocatalyst, namely [Fe3O4@SiO2@Im‐Fc][OAc]. The synthesized novel catalyst was characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Fourier transform infrared and energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopies, X‐ray diffraction, and transmission and field emission scanning electron microscopies. Combination of some unique characteristics of ferrocene and the supported ionic liquid developed the catalytic activity in a simple, efficient, green and eco‐friendly protocol. The catalyst could be reused several times without loss of activity.  相似文献

Air stable and easily accessible, 1‐(α‐aminobenzyl)‐2‐naphthols are used as efficient phosphine‐free ligands in palladium‐catalyzed Suzuki reaction for a variety of substrates under conventional heating as well as ultrasonic conditions. Multi‐brominated aromatic substrates were successfully converted to corresponding arylated moieties with good conversion and selectivity. A novel one‐pot two‐step cascade reaction strategy involving Wittig and Suzuki reactions is developed for efficient synthesis of 4‐styryl biphenyls (C6‐C2‐C6‐C6 unit). Efficient method for direct preparation of 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes through condensation of β‐naphthol with various aromatic aldehydes in the presence of the catalytic amount of [H—NMP]+[HSO4]? under microwave irradiation was described. This method has the advantages such as; very easy reaction workup, absolute separation of catalyst from the reaction mixture and smooth recyclability of catalyst. In this reaction 14‐aryl‐14‐H‐dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes were obtained as desired products in excellent yields and short reaction times via green and one‐pot procedure.  相似文献

Magnetic nanoparticle γ‐Fe2O3‐immobilized 1,5,7‐triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec‐5‐ene as a novel magnetic nanocatalyst was synthesized and characterized. The nanoparticle reagent catalyzed efficiently the synthesis of α′‐oxindole‐α‐hydroxyphosphonates from isatins and dimethyl phosphate under solvent‐free conditions at 60 °C. The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Low‐melting β‐cyclodextrin/N‐methylurea (NMU) mixture, an efficient catalytic system for ligand‐free Suzuki and Heck couplings in the presence of fresh native β‐CD‐capped Pd0 nanoparticles, has been successfully reported. This natural and convenient system can be performed in air and could afford the corresponding cross‐coupled products in good to excellent isolated yields after a simple workup under every low Pd loading (0.05 mol%).
