A new route for the synthesis of substituted 8‐methyl‐6‐phenyl‐5,6‐dihydro‐4H‐1,3,2‐benzodioxaphosphocine‐2‐oxide derivatives has been developed by using cinnamic acid and p‐cresol via condensation, reduction, and followed by phosphorylation steps. The title compounds were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C, 31P, and mass spectral studies and elemental analysis. The title compounds have been investigated for their antioxidant activity with respect to their IC50 values using 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl, NO radical scavenging activities, and reducing power assay. The results obtained from the aforementioned methods revealed that 2‐phenylamino derivatives have shown greater free radical scavenging activity when compared with those of the phenoxy derivatives and is attributed to the presence of secondary amino group, which is able to produce free radicals easily.  相似文献

2‐(2‐Oxindolin‐3‐ylidene)malononitrile ( 1a ) or (E,Z)‐ethyl 2‐cyano‐2‐(2‐oxindolin‐3‐ylidene)acetate ( 1b ) or isatin‐β‐thiosemicarbazone ( 1c ) undergoes reactions with prototype hydrazine hydrate itself and some of its simple congeners to give hydrazone derivatives bearing indoline‐2‐one moiety ( 2 ). The hydrazone derivatives ( 2 ) when heated with acetyl acetone or ethyl acetoacetate in dry pyridine afforded the spiro indoline derivatives ( 3a , 3b ). Also, cinnoline derivative ( 9 ) is obtained by action of hydrazine hydrate on the N‐acetyl derivative of ( 6a ). The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated by IR, 1H‐NMR spectroscopy, mass spectra and elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of 1,3‐dithiol‐2‐one derivatives via [4 + 2] Diels–Alder cycloaddition reaction of 4,5‐bis(dibromomethyl)‐1,3‐dithiol‐2‐one with vinyl‐substituted compounds have been synthesized. Structures of all the newly synthesized compounds are well supported by spectral data such as 1H‐NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The structures of IVf and IVg have been analyzed by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A convenient procedure for the preparation of carbamate derivatives of 5‐oxo‐2,5‐dihydrofuran ( 3 ) was described. The method is based on the Michael type addition of three alkyl carbamates ( 2 ) with 4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐2,3‐furandione ( 1 ). According to 1H nmr spectra of compounds show tautomeric forms ( 3,4,5 ) in CDC13. In the solid state the synthesized compounds are enol forms ( 3 ). The products were characterized with molecular spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

A series of 2‐(2‐(2‐chlorophenyl)quinoline‐4‐carbonyl)‐N‐substituted hydrazinecarbothioamide derivatives were synthesized by facile and efficient conventional method. The structures of the compounds were elucidated with the aid of an elemental analysis, IR, ESI‐MS, 1H‐NMR, and 13C‐NMR spectral data. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial, antifungal, antimalarial, and antituberculosis activity against standard drugs. The bacterial studies were determined against gram‐positive and negative bacteria. These compounds were found to a broad spectrum of activity against the screened bacteria, but poor activity was observed against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. Compounds 8d , 8f , 8i , 8l , and 8n showed the potent activity against Staphylococcus aureus. Compounds 8d , 8g , 8k , 8l , and 8q show the potent activity against antimalarial as compared with the standard drugs Chloroquine, Quinine and compounds 8h , 8n , and 8o shows mild activity against H37Rv strain. Molecular docking revealed that synthesized derivatives and target proteins were actively involved in a binding pattern and had a significant corelation with biological activity. We have also performed a molecular dynamics and ADME‐Tox parameters for the synthesized compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes R1(H2C═CH)Si(C≡C―R)2 (R1 = Me ( 1 ), Ph ( 2 ); R = Bu (a), Ph (b), Me2HSi (c)) at 25°C with 1 equiv. of 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9‐BBN) affords 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 4a , 4b ), bearing one Si―C≡C―R function readily available for further transformations. These compounds are formed by consecutive 1,2‐hydroboration followed by intramolecular 1,1‐carboboration. Treated with a further equivalent of 9‐BBN in benzene they are converted at relatively high temperature (80–100°C) into 1‐alkenyl‐1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 5a , 5b 6a , 6b ) as a result of 1,2‐hydroboration of the Si―C≡C―R function. Protodeborylation of the 9‐BBN‐substituted 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , using acetic acid in excess, proceeds smoothly to give the novel 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene ( 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 ). The solution‐state structural assignment of all new compounds, i.e. di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes and 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives, was carried out using multinuclear magnetic resonance techniques (1H, 13C, 11B, 29Si NMR). The gas phase structures of some examples were calculated and optimized by density functional theory methods (B3LYP/6‐311+G/(d,p) level of theory), and 29Si NMR parameters were calculated (chemical shifts δ29Si and coupling constants nJ(29Si,13C)). Novel 2‐{4‐[1‐(pyridine‐2‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl] phenyl}‐2H‐naphtho [1,2‐d] [1,2,3] triazolyl fluorescent derivatives were synthesized from p‐nitrophenylacetic acid and 2‐hydrazino pyridine through Vilsmeier–Haack and diazotization reactions. Photophysical properties were evaluated, and results show that compounds have good fluorescence quantum yields. Thermal analysis showed that they are reasonably stable. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by FT‐IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral and elemental analysis.  相似文献

Some new 3,5‐diphenyl and 1,3,5‐triphenyl‐2‐pyrazolines derivatives were synthesized by reacting 1,3‐diphenyl‐2‐propen‐1‐ones with hydrazine hydrates and phenyl hydrazine in ethanol. The structural elucidation of the compounds was performed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. All examined compounds showed appreciable antibacterial activity.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

N‐Glycosyl‐2‐(1,4,5,6‐tetrahydropyridazin‐6‐one‐3‐carbonyl)‐hydrazinecarbothioamides 3a‐3g and N‐glycosyl‐2‐(1,6‐dihydropyridazin‐6‐one‐3‐carbonyl)‐hydrazinecarbothioamides 5a‐5g were prepared by the reaction of glycosyl isothiocyanates with the compounds 1,4,5,6‐tetrahydro‐3‐hydrozinecarbonyl‐6‐pyridazinone ( 1 ) and 1,6‐dihydro‐3‐hydrozinecarbonyl‐6‐pyridazinone ( 2 ). The terminal heterocyclic compounds 1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives were obtained from cyclization of compounds ( 3a‐3g ) and ( 5a‐5g ) by mercuric acetate. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Synthesis of novel 4-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-(4-methylsulfonylphenyl)ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. A new class of substituted 2‐amino‐4‐(2‐ethoxybenzo[d][1,3]dioxol‐5‐yl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile derivatives catalyzed by Imidazole under mild reaction conditions has been developed. A variety of functionalized 2‐amino‐4‐(2‐ethoxybenzo[d][1,3]dioxol‐5‐yl)‐4H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile scaffolds were assembled in high yields by this catalytic protocol. The newly synthesized compounds have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. The compounds were then evaluated for antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

Six novel derivatives of 2‐ferrocenyl‐5‐aryl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazoles have been synthesized through catalytic oxidation of benzoylhydrazone with nitrophthalocyanine iron (II) as catalyst and tert‐butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant. All of the compounds have been characterized by high‐resolution mass spectrometry, 1H, 13C NMR, and infrared spectroscopy. Moreover, the antifungal activities of all new compounds have been evaluated and the results showed that the compounds exhibited excellent antifungal activities. In addition, the molecular structure of compound 1c could also be determined by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction.  相似文献

Four 3‐(3‐benzylidene‐2‐phenylcarbazoyl)‐2(3H)‐benzoxazolone derivatives 3 have been synthesized from benzoxazolone derivatives 1 and benzaldehyde N‐chloroformylphenylhydrazone 2. By acid hydrolysis, these compounds yielded 3‐(2‐phenylcarbazoyl)‐2(3H)benzoxazolone derivatives 4 which were not isolated and were transformed via an intramolecular reaction into 4‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazolidine‐3,5‐dione derivatives 5 in a good yield. Attempts to cyclize these compounds by intramolecular elimination of water into tricyclic compounds 6 with various dehydrating agents were unsuccessful.  相似文献

cis‐ and trans‐2‐imino‐1,3‐ and ‐3,1‐perhydrobenzoxazines and the N‐methyl derivatives of the latter were synthesized from the corresponding cyclic 1,3‐amino alcohol with cyanogen bromide. The configurations of the studied compounds were confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. All trans‐fused compounds exist in biased chair–chair conformations as expected, whereas the cis‐fused 1,3‐benzoxazines attain exclusively the O‐in conformations. The cis‐fused 3,1‐benzoxazines, especially the 1‐methyl‐substituted derivatives, tend to favor the N‐out form, obviously owing to the favorable axial orientation of this N‐methyl. In the present investigation, a novel series of 2‐[(2‐arylthiazol‐4‐yl)methyl]‐5‐(alkyl/alkylnitrile thio)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives were synthesized by cyclo‐condensation of 2‐(2‐substituted thiazol‐4‐yl)aceto hydrazide with carbon disulfide followed by S‐alkylation with alkyl halide in dry acetone. All the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass, and elemental analysis) methods. The title compounds were screened for in vitro antifungal activity and most of the synthesized compounds show moderate to good antifungal activity.  相似文献

The Ser, Cys, and His side chains play decisive roles in the syntheses, structures, and functions of proteins and enzymes. For our structural and biomedical investigations of β‐peptides consisting of amino acids with proteinogenic side chains, we needed to have reliable preparative access to the title compounds. The two β3‐homoamino acid derivatives were obtained by Arndt–Eistert methodology from Boc‐His(Ts)‐OH and Fmoc‐Cys(PMB)‐OH (Schemes 2–4), with the side‐chain functional groups' reactivities requiring special precautions. The β2‐homoamino acids were prepared with the help of the chiral oxazolidinone auxiliary DIOZ by diastereoselective aldol additions of suitable Ti‐enolates to formaldehyde (generated in situ from trioxane) and subsequent functional‐group manipulations. These include OH→OtBu etherification (for β2hSer; Schemes 5 and 6), OH→STrt replacement (for β2hCys; Scheme 7), and CH2OH→CH2N3→CH2NH2 transformations (for β2hHis; Schemes 9–11). Including protection/deprotection/re‐protection reactions, it takes up to ten steps to obtain the enantiomerically pure target compounds from commercial precursors. Unsuccessful approaches, pitfalls, and optimization procedures are also discussed. The final products and the intermediate compounds are fully characterized by retention times (tR), melting points, optical rotations, HPLC on chiral columns, IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analyses, and (in some cases) by X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis.  相似文献

The 2‐arylidene‐3‐oxobutanenitrile derivatives 2 were prepared by the Knoevenagel condensation between aldehydes and 3‐oxobutanenitrile 1 , which was obtained by acid hydrolysis of β‐aminocrotononitrile. 3‐Acetyl‐2‐amino‐4H‐chromen‐5(6H)‐one derivatives 3 were synthesized by reaction of 2‐arylidene‐3‐oxobutanenitrile 2 and 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione in ethylene glycol. The 11‐methyl‐3,8‐disubstituted‐12‐aryl‐3,4,7,8,9,12‐hexahydro‐1H‐chromeno[2,3‐b]quinoline‐1,10(2H)‐dione derivatives 4 were obtained by Friedländer reaction of compounds 3 with 5‐substituted‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione, using p‐toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate as catalyst. The structures of all novel compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, MS, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal and molecular structure of compound 4f has been determined by single crystal XRD analysis.  相似文献
