In this study, 1,6‐ ad 1,7‐regioisomers of dicyano‐substituted perylene bisimides (1,6‐ C and 1,7‐ C ) were synthesized and successfully isolated from their regioisomeric mixture using conventional methods of separation, and subsequently characterized by 400 MHz 1H NMR spectroscopy. This is the first time that the 1,6‐dicyanoperylene bisimide 1,6‐ C has been obtained in pure form. Moreover, the optical and electrochemical properties of 1,6‐ C and 1,7‐ C were found to be virtually the same. Time‐dependent density functional theory calculations performed on both dyes are reported in order to rationalize their electronic structures and optical properties.  相似文献

1,6- and 1,7-regioisomers of dinitro- (1,6-3 and 1,7-3) and diamino-substituted perylene bisimides (1,6-1 and 1,7-1) were synthesized. The regioisomers 1,6-3 and 1,7-3 were successfully separated by high performance liquid chromatography and characterized by 500 MHz 1H NMR spectroscopy. Subsequently, the reduction of 1,6-3 and 1,7-3 afforded the corresponding diaminoperylene bisimides 1,6-1 and 1,7-1, respectively. This is the first time 1,6-regioisomers of dinitro- and diamino-substituted perylene bisimides are obtained in pure form. The photophysical and electrochemical properties of 1,6-3 and 1,7-3 were found to be almost the same. However, the regioisomers 1,6-1 and 1,7-1 exhibit significant differences in their optical characteristics. The absorption spectrum of 1,6-1 covers a larger part of the visible region compared to that of 1,7-1. Upon excitation, 1,6-1 also show larger dipole moment change than that of 1,7-1. Time-dependent density functional theory calculations are reported on these dyes in order to rationalize their electronic structure and absorption spectra.  相似文献

Detailed studies on bromination and subsequent imidization of perylene bisanhydride were reported. 1,6,7,12-Tetrabromoperylene bisimide was obtained in an optimized high yield. In addition, 1,6-disubstituted regioisomer was separated for the first time in isomerically pure form, and the structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, element analysis, and photophysical measurements. By using a mixture of regioisomers 1,6- and 1,7-dibromo-perylene bisimide, 1,6-dipiperidinylperylene bisimides (1,6-Piper-Pery) were synthesized, purified, and their fluorescence were measured with a peak at 760 nm. These compounds can be used as stable near-infrared absorbing and fluorescent dyes.  相似文献

A Fe‐catalyzed hydrohalogenative cyclization of cyclohexadienone‐containing 1,n‐enynes to give three different types of compounds is discussed. 1,6‐enynes with a stoichiometric amount of FeX3 provided cis‐hydrobenzofurans with moderate stereoselectivity, whereas the reaction with TMSX (X = Cl, Br) as the halide source in the presence of Fe catalyst improved the stereoselectivity of halide addition highly. The alkyl vs aryl shows difference that the reaction of 1,6‐enynes bearing an alkylethynyl group gave meta alkenated phenols (2 examples) whereas a similar reaction of 1,6‐enynes with an arylethynyl group delivered only cis‐hydrobenzofurans (12 examples). 1,7‐enynes afforded tricyclic products (4 examples). The different reactivity of 1,6‐ and 1,7‐enynes is probably influenced by the formation of a six‐membered chair‐like intermediate in 1,6‐enynes.  相似文献

Novel bay‐functionalized perylene diimides with additional substitution sites close to the perylene core have been prepared by the reaction between 1,7(6)‐dibromoperylene diimide 6 (dibromo‐PDI) and 2‐(benzyloxymethyl)pyrrolidine 5 . Distinct differences in the chemical behaviors of the 1,7‐ and 1,6‐regioisomers have been discerned. While the 1,6‐dibromo‐PDI produced the corresponding 1,6‐bis‐substituted derivative more efficiently, the 1,7‐dibromo‐PDI underwent predominant mono‐debromination, yielding a mono‐substituted PDI along with a small amount of the corresponding 1,7‐bis‐substituted compound. By varying the reaction conditions, a controlled stepwise bis‐substitution of the bromo substituents was also achieved, allowing the direct synthesis of asymmetrical 1,6‐ and 1,7‐PDIs. The compounds were isolated as individual regioisomers. Fullerene (C60) was then covalently linked at the bay region of the newly prepared PDIs. In this way, two separate sets of perylene diimide–fullerene dyads, namely single‐bridged (SB‐1,7‐PDI‐C60 and SB‐1,6‐PDI‐C60) and double‐bridged (DB‐1,7‐PDI‐C60 and DB‐1,6‐PDI‐C60), were synthesized. The fullerene was intentionally attached at the bay region of the PDI to achieve close proximity of the two chromophores and to ensure an efficient photoinduced electron transfer. A detailed study of the photodynamics has revealed that photoinduced electron transfer from the perylene diimide chromophore to the fullerene occurs in all four dyads in polar benzonitrile, and also occurs in the single‐bridged dyads in nonpolar toluene. The process was found to be substantially faster and more efficient in the dyads containing the 1,7‐regioisomer, both for the singly‐ and double‐bridged molecules. In the case of the single‐bridged dyads, SB‐1,7‐PDI‐C60 and SB‐1,6‐PDI‐C60, different relaxation pathways of their charge‐separated states have been discovered. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first observation of photoinduced electron transfer in PDI‐C60 dyads in a nonpolar medium.  相似文献

A detailed study on bromination and subsequent imidization of perylene bisanhydride with cyclohexylamine is reported. The present results reveal that previously reported 1,7-difunctionalized perylene bisimides are presumably contaminated with the respective 1,6 regioisomers. N,N'-Dicyclohexyl-1,7-dibromoperylene bisimide 1,7-3 is obtained for the first time in isomerically pure form, and its structure is unequivocally confirmed by X-ray analysis. By using regioisomerically pure 1,7-dibromoperylene bisimide 1,7-3, 1,7-dipyrrolidinylperylene bisimides 4a-c and 1,7-dipyrrolidinylperylene bisanhydride 5 as well as the unsymmetrically difunctionalized 1-bromo-7-pyrrolidinyl- and 1-cyano-7-pyrrolidinylperylene bisimides 7 and 8 are synthesized in good yield.  相似文献

A stereoregular 2‐amino‐glycan composed of a mannosamine residue was prepared by ring‐opening polymerization of anhydro sugars. Two different monomers, 1,6‐anhydro‐2‐azido‐mannose derivative ( 3 ) and 1,6‐anhydro‐2‐(N, N‐dibenzylamino)‐mannose derivative ( 6 ), were synthesized and polymerized. Although 3 gave merely oligomers, 6 was promptly polymerized into high polymers of the number‐average molecular weight (Mn) of 2.3 × 104 to 2.9 × 104 with 1,6‐α stereoregularity. The differences of polymerizability of 3 and 6 from those of the corresponding glucose homologs were discussed. It was found that an N‐benzyl group is exceedingly suitable for protecting an amino group in the polymerization of anhydro sugars of a mannosamine type. The simultaneous removal of O‐ and N‐benzyl groups of the resulting polymers was achieved by using sodium in liquid ammonia to produce the first 2‐amino‐glycan, poly‐(1→6)‐α‐D ‐mannosamine, having high molecular weight through ring‐opening polymerization of anhydro sugars.© 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Four new curcuminoid analogues, 1,7‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1,6‐heptadiene‐3,5‐dione, 1a ; 1,7‐di(2‐furyl)‐1,6‐heptadiene‐3,5‐dione, 1b ; 1,7‐di(2‐naphthyl)‐1,6‐heptadiene‐3,5‐dione, 1c ; 1,7‐bis(2‐chlorophenyl)‐1,6‐heptadiene‐3,5‐dione, 1d ; and their copper(II) complexes of ML2 stoichiometry were synthesized and characterized by UV, IR, 1H NMR, ESR and mass spectral data. The compounds were investigated for their possible cytotoxic and antitumour activities. It was found that copper chelates are remarkably active compared with free curcuminoid analogues. All the compounds were found to be cytotoxic towards Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells and cultured L929 (lung fibroblast cells). In the case of culture studies, concentrations needed for 50% cell death were around 5 µg/ml for copper complexes and 10 µg/ml for curcuminoid analogues. Copper complex of 1a with hydroxyl group in the phenyl ring was found to be most active towards L929cells (1 µg/ml produced 43.3 ± 1.3% cell death). Compound 1b , which possesses a furyl ring system, was found to show least activity towards increase in life span of tumour‐bearing mice (increase in life span 39.31%). Copper chelates of all curcuminoid analogues showed a significant reduction (p < 0.001) of solid tumour volume in mice. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

1,1‐ADEQUATE and the related long‐range 1,n‐ and n,1‐ADEQUATE variants were developed to provide an unequivocal means of establishing 2JCH and the equivalent of nJCH correlations where n = 3,4. Whereas the 1,1‐ and 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiments have two simultaneous evolution periods that refocus the chemical shift and afford net single quantum evolution for the carbon spins, the n,1‐variant has a single evolution period that leaves the carbon spin to be observed at the double quantum frequency. The n,1‐ADEQUATE experiment begins with an HMBC‐type nJCH magnetization transfer, which leads to inherently lower sensitivity than the 1,1‐ and 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiments that begin with a 1JCH transfer. These attributes, in tandem, serve to render the n,1‐ADEQUATE experiment less generally applicable and more difficult to interpret than the 1,n‐ADEQUATE experiment, which can in principle afford the same structural information. Unsymmetrical and generalized indirect covariance processing methods can complement and enhance the structural information encoded in combinations of experiments e.g. HSQC‐1,1‐ or ?1,n‐ADEQUATE. Another benefit is that covariance processing methods offer the possibility of mathematically combining a higher sensitivity 2D NMR spectrum with for example 1,1‐ or 1,n‐ADEQUATE to improve access to the information content of lower sensitivity congeners. The covariance spectrum also provides a significant enhancement in the F1 digital resolution. The combination of HMBC and 1,1‐ADEQUATE spectra is shown here using strychnine as a model compound to derive structural information inherent to an n,1‐ADEQUATE spectrum with higher sensitivity and in a more convenient to interpret single quantum presentation. The synthesis of 3,4‐didehydroionone isomers 4 , (+)‐ 6 , and (?)‐ 6 and of 3,4‐didehydro‐7,8‐dihydroionone isomers 5 , (+)‐ 7 , and (?)‐ 7 was accomplished starting from commercially available racemic α‐ionone ( 1 ). Their preparation of the racemic forms 4 – 7 was first achieved by mean of a number of chemo‐ and regioselective reactions (Schemes 1 and 2). The enantio‐ and diastereoselective lipase‐mediated kinetic acetylation of 4‐hydroxy‐γ‐ionone ( 10a / 10b ) provided 4‐hydroxy‐γ‐ionone (+)‐ 10a /(±)‐ 10b and (+)‐4‐(acetyloxy)‐γ‐ionone ((+) 12b ) (Scheme 3). The latter compounds were used as starting materials to prepare the 3,4‐didehydro‐γ‐ionones (+)‐ and (?)‐ 6 and the 3,4‐didehydro‐7,8‐dihydro‐γ‐ionones (+)‐ and (?)‐ 7 in enantiomer‐enriched form. The absolute configuration of (+)‐ 12b was determine by chemical correlation with (+)‐(6S)‐γ‐ionone ((+)‐ 3 ) and with (?)‐(6S)‐α‐ionone ((?)‐ 1 ) therefore allowing to assign the (S)‐configuration to (+)‐ 6 and (+)‐ 7 . Olfactory evaluation of the above described 3,4‐didehydroionone isomers shows a significant difference between the enantiomers and regioisomers both in fragrance feature and in detection threshold (Table).  相似文献

A series of 8‐hydroxy‐1,6‐naphthyridin‐5(6H)‐one‐7‐carboxamides 1 and the isomeric 5‐hydroxy‐1,7‐naphthyridin‐8(7H)‐one‐6‐carboxamides 2 were synthesized. N‐Lactam unsubstituted compounds 1a‐c and 2a,b were obtained by alkoxide‐induced rearrangement of the corresponding quinolinimidoacetamides 3 . Compounds 1e,f and 2e,f were synthesized by heterocyclization of the corresponding quinolinamic esters 6 and 7 . Spectroscopic properties (uv, ir, 1H and 13C nmr and ms) were analyzed and the proposed structures confirmed.  相似文献

The polymers with functionalized alkoxy groups and with narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn < 1.12) are obtained from the living polymerization of 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropanes using π‐allylpalladium complex, [(PhC3H4)Pd(μ‐Cl)]2, as the initiator. The polymers with oligoethylene glycol groups in the alkoxy substituent are soluble in water, and hydroboration of the C?C double bond and ensuing addition of the OH groups to C?N bond of alkyl isocyanate produce the polymers with urethane pendant groups. The reaction decreases solubility of the polymer in water significantly. Di‐ and triblock copolymers of the 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropanes are prepared by consecutive addition of the two or three 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropane monomers to the Pd initiator. The polymers which contain both hydrophobic butoxy or tert‐butoxy group and hydrophilic oligoethylene glycol group dissolve in water and/or organic solvents, depending on the substituents. The 1H NMR spectrum of poly( 1a ‐b‐ 1h ) (? (CH2C(?CH2)CHOBu)n? (CH2C(?CH2)CH(OCH2CH2)3OMe)m? ) in D2O solution exhibits peaks because of the butoxy and ?CH2 hydrogen in decreased intensity, indicating that the polymer forms micelle particles containing the hydrophilic segments in their external parts. Aqueous solution of the polymer with a small amount of DPH (DPH = 1,6‐diphenyl‐1,3,5‐hexatriene) shows the absorbance due to DPH at concentration of the polymer higher than 5.82 × 10?5 g mL?1. Other block copolymers such as poly( 1b ‐b‐ 1h ) and poly( 1a ‐b‐ 1g ) also form the micelles that contain DPH in their core. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Summary: A π‐conjugated charge transfer‐type copolymer consisting of an electron‐donating thiophene and an electron‐accepting 1,3,4‐thiadiazole, P(ThdzTh), underwent facile electrochemical p‐ and n‐doping, as revealed by cyclic voltammetry. The copolymer gave a new ambipolar field‐effect transistor (FET), which showed typical IDS (source–drain current)–VDS (source–drain voltage) curves in both a p‐type working mode and an n‐type working mode. In the n‐type working mode, the polymer showed a carrier mobility of about 5 × 10−3 cm2 · V−1 · s−1 and an on/off ratio of about 3 × 104.

The titanium complexes with one ( 1a , 1b , 1c ) and two ( 2a , 2b ) dialkanolamine ligands were used as initiators in the ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of ε‐caprolactone. Titanocanes 1a and 1b initiated living ROP of ε‐caprolactone affording polymers whose number‐average molecular weights (Mn) increased in direct proportion to monomer conversion (Mn ≤ 30,000 g mol?1) in agreement with calculated values, and were inversely proportional to initiator concentration, while the molecular weight distribution stayed narrow throughout the polymerization (Mw/Mn ≤ 1.2 up to 80% monomer conversion). 1H‐NMR and MALDI‐TOF‐MS studies of the obtained poly(ε‐caprolactone)s revealed the presence of an isopropoxy group originated from the initiator at the polymer termini, indicating that the polymerization takes place exclusively at the Ti–OiPr bond of the catalyst. The higher molecular weight polymers (Mn ≤ 70,000 g mol?1) with reasonable MWD (Mw/Mn ≤ 1.6) were synthesized by living ROP of ε‐caprolactone using spirobititanocanes ( 2a , 2b ) and titanocane 1c as initiators. The latter catalysts, according MALDI‐TOF‐MS data, afford poly(ε‐caprolactone)s with almost equal content of α,ω‐dihydroxyl‐ and α‐hydroxyl‐ω(carboxylic acid)‐terminated chains arising due to monomer insertion into “Ti–O” bond of dialkanolamine ligand and from initiation via traces of water, respectively. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 1,7-Dinitroperylene bisimides (1a-1b) and 1-nitroperylene bisimides (2a-2b) were synthesized under mild condition in high yields, and were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, UV-vis, HRMS spectra, cyclic voltammetry, and thermogravimetric analyses. These compounds are stable up to 260 °C according to thermogravimetric analyses. They undergo two quasi-reversible one-electron reductions in THF at modest potentials. The nitro functionalities provide stability of n-type charge carriers by lowering the LUMO to resist ambient oxidation.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cp*E{W(CO)5}2] (E=P ( 1 a ), As ( 1 b ); Cp*=1,2,3,4,5‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) with isonitriles RNC (R=tBu, cyclohexyl (Cy), nBu) depends on the steric demand of the substituent at the isonitrile as well as on the stoichiometry of the starting materials. With tBuNC only the Lewis acid/base adducts [Cp*E{W(CO)5}2(CNtBu)] (E=P ( 2 a ), As ( 2 b )) are formed. The use of Cy and n‐butylisonitrile leads first to the formation of the Lewis acid/base adduct, but only at low temperatures. At ambient temperatures, a rearrangement occurs and bicyclo[3.2.0]heptane derivatives of the type [{C(Me)C(CH2)C(Me)C(Me)C(Me)}C(NR)‐ E{W(CO)5}2] (E=P, As; R=Cy, nBu) ( 3 a‐Cy , 3 b‐Cy , 3 a‐nBu and 3 b‐nBu ) are obtained. The use of a further equivalent of isonitrile results in products revealing two new structural motifs, the four‐membered ring derivatives [C(Cp*)N(R)C(NR)E{W(CO)5}2] ( 4 : E=P, As; R=Cy, nBu) and the bicyclic complexes [[{C(Me)C‐ (CH2)C(Me)C(Me)C(Me)}C(NR)2‐ E{W(CO)5}2] ( 5 : E=As; R=Cy). The reaction pathway depends on the substituent at the isonitrile. By treatment of 1 a with two equivalents of CyNC only a 2H‐1,3‐azaphosphet complex 4 a‐Cy (E=P; R=Cy) is formed. Treatment of 1 b with two equivalents of CyNC exclusively leads to the complex 5 b‐Cy (E=As; R=Cy). Treatment of 1 a with two equivalents of nBuNC results in a mixture of complexes, the 2H‐1,3‐azaphosphet 4 a‐nBu (E=P; R=nBu) and the bicyclic complex 5 a‐nBu (E=P; R=nBu). For the arsenidene complex 1 b a mixture of the 2H‐1,3‐azarsete complex 4 b‐nBu (E=As; R=nBu) and the bicyclic complex 5 b‐nBu (E=P, As; R=Cy, nBu) is obtained. Complex 4 b‐nBu is the first example of a 2H‐1,3‐azarsete complex. All products have been characterized by using mass spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The gold(I) complex catalyzed cycloisomerization and skeletal rearrangement of 1,n‐enynes (n=5–7) is a powerful methodology for the efficient synthesis of complex molecular architectures. In contrast to 1,6‐enynes, readily accessible homologous 1,7‐enynes are largely unexplored in such transformations. Here, the divergent skeletal rearrangement of all‐carbon 1,7‐enynes by catalysis with a cationic gold(I) complex is reported. Depending on electronic and steric factors, differently substituted 1,7‐enynes react via different carbocations formed from a common gold carbene intermediate to yield on the one hand novel exocyclic allenes and on the other hand tricyclic hexahydro‐anthracenes through a novel dehydrogenative Diels–Alder reaction.  相似文献

A set of novel conjugated polyfluorene co‐ polymers, poly[(9,9′‐didecylfluorene‐2,7‐diyl)‐co‐(4,7′‐di‐2‐thienyl‐ 2′,1′,3′‐benzothiadiazole‐5,5‐diyl)‐co‐(pyrene‐1,6‐diyl)], are synthesized via Pd(II)‐mediated polymerization from 2,7‐bis(4′,4′,5′, 5′‐tetramethyl‐1,3,2‐dioxaborolan‐2‐yl)‐9,9′‐di‐n‐decylfluorene, 4, 7‐di(2‐bromothien‐5‐yl)‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole, and 1,6‐dibromopyrene with a variety of monomer molar ratios. The field‐effect carrier mobilities and optical, electrochemical, and photovoltaic properties of the copolymers are systematically investigated. The hole mobilities of the copolymers are found to be in the range 7.0 × 10?5 ? 8.0 × 10?4 cm2 V?1 s?1 and the on/off ratios were 8 × 103 ? 7 × 104. Conventional polymer solar cells (PSCs) with the configuration ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer:PC71BM/LiF/Al are fabricated. Under optimized conditions, the polymers display power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) for the PSCs in the range 1.99–3.37% under AM 1.5 illumination (100 mW cm?2). Among the four copolymers, P2, containing a 2.5 mol % pyrene component incorporated into poly[9,9′‐didecylfluorene‐alt‐5,5‐(4′,7′‐di‐2‐thienyl‐2′,1′,3′‐benzothiadiazole)] (PFDTBT) displays a PCE of 3.37% with a short circuit current of 9.15 mA cm?2, an open circuit voltage of 0.86 V, and a fill factor of 0.43, under AM 1.5 illumination (100 mW cm?2). © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
