研究了Gd1-xCaxBa2Cu37-y(0.0≤X≤0.20)高温超导体在常压和高压下的超导电性在1-300K温度范围内,利用Bridgman对顶砧获得压力达9.0GPa,测量了(X=0.10,0.15,0.20)样品的dTc/dp分别为7.68,7.8和4.46K/GPa。发现Tc的压力导数随着ca2+含量的增加而下降,分析了氧含量对Tc和dTc/dP的影响.利用常压下晶格参数精修值和阳离子与氧离子间距随压力的改变,说明CuO2面在超导电性上的作用,用CuO2面之间耦合解释Tc(P)曲线的非线性关系。 关键词:  相似文献

Abstract

The pressure coefficient of the phase transition temperature Tc, dTc/dp = -(11+-1) K/GPa, has been determined for Ni (NH3)6Cl2 using a new high pressure and low temperature probe. The relations between Tc and dTc/dp were determined for antifluorite K2MCl6 compounds and hexammines applying the rigid-sphere model.  相似文献

Both antiferromagnetic (TN) and weak ferromagnetic (Tc) transition temperatures of NiS2 have been measured under pressure up to 18.4 kbar. Values of dTN/dP=(0.9 ± 0.1) deg/kbar and dTc/dP=(0.4 ± 0.1) deg/kbar are obtained. The present results allow estimates of the magnetic Grüneisen constant γm = - d ln TN/d ln V of (26±5) and of the entropy change of (1.4±0.5) J/mol·deg at the first order transition temperature Tc.  相似文献

用单辊急冷法制备了非晶态(Fe1-xVx)84B16(x=0,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.10)合金的薄带,分别用磁天平和四端引线法测量了饱和磁化强度和高温电阻率的温度关系。得到平均每个磁性原子的磁矩随V含量的增加近似线性下降,计算出每个Fe原子和每个V原子的平均磁矩分别为2.08μB和-5.08μB。居里温度Tc从x=0时的622K下降到x=0.10时的478K。利用自旋波激发公式:σ(T)=σ(0)(1-BT* 关键词:  相似文献

Abstract

We have measured the electrical resistance R of a sintered, two-phase, high-TC superconductor with the nominal composition BiSrCaCu2Ox, as a function of T and p. We find d(lnR)/dp ? -0.06 GPa?1 at 295 K, while dTC/dp is 2.5 K/GPa for the phase with Tc ? 76 and 2 K/GPa for that with TC ? 106 K.  相似文献

The compounds CeOs3B2 and CeRu3B2 show superconductivity with Tc's of 3.5 and 1.1 K respectively. The magnetic susceptibility of both these compounds may be described as the sum of a Curie-Weiss term dominating at low temperature and a large temperature independent term. The heat capacity measurements yield the value of electronic specific heat coefficient γ of 40.1 and 15.6 mJ/mol K2 for Os and Ru compounds, respectively. These compounds appear to be conventional bulk superconductors in which Ce is in a strongly mixed valent state.  相似文献

57Fe ME spectra taken for Eux(Rh1–yFey)3B2 compounds (x=0.6, 0.75, 1.04 and y=0.02) show quadrupole doublet and a magnetically split pattern for T < Tc *. Above Tc * the spectra merge into a single quadrupole doublet. It is seen that the addition of Fe shifts the Tc corresponding to undoped compound to Tc *, Tc *>300 K for all the three samples.  相似文献

着重讨论了准静水冷压对Bi系高温超导材料超导电性的影响,并分析了经冷压-退火处理后超导电性的改善情况。准静水冷压处理后,Bi系超导材料晶粒间界连接发生显著退化,晶粒内部产生大量缺陷,由此导致了宏观超导电性的退化。冷压造成了体密度的极大提高和一定的晶粒择优取向。这些现象主要是由于准静水压下剪切应力的作用。退火后,晶界连接得到很大加强,部分缺陷消失或形成堆错使材料各项性能均获改善。Jc(77K,零场)较初始样品有大幅度提高,达约1600A/cm2。此外还考察了静水压 关键词:  相似文献

We report the temperature dependence of susceptibility for various pressures, magnetic fields and constant magnetic field of 5 T with various pressures on La2−2xSr1+2xMn2O7 single crystal to understand the effectiveness of pressure and magnetic field in altering the magnetic properties. We find that the Curie temperature, Tc, increases under pressure (dTc/dP=10.9 K/GPa) and it indicates the enhancement of ferromagnetic phase under pressure up to 2 GPa. The magnetic field dependence of Tc is about 26 K for 3 T. The combined effect of pressure and constant magnetic field (5 T) shows dTc/dP=11.3 K/GPa and the peak structure is suppressed and broadened. The application of magnetic field of 5 T realizes 3D spin ordered state below Tc at atmospheric pressure. Both peak structure in χc and 3D spin ordered state are suppressed, and changes to 2D-like spin ordered state by increase of pressure. These results reveal that the pressure and the magnetic field are more competitive in altering the magnetic properties of bilayer manganite La1.25Sr1.75Mn2O7 single crystal.  相似文献

Abstract

Resistive measurements in a cryogenic diamond anvil cell show that the T, of YBa2Cu4O8 can be increased by almost 30 K by applying a pressure of 12 GPa. The pressure derivative is, however, not constant. At p < 5 GPa, dTc/dp ~5 K/GPa. At higher pressures dTc/dp decreases gradually and Tc saturates at ~108 K. This behavior can be reproduced by a phenomenological model where T, depends only on the number of holes in the CuO2-planes.  相似文献

Abstract

By means of a four-point resistivity method the critical temperature (Tc) of the tetragonal high temperature super-conductor CaLaBaCu3Ox was studied for pressures up to 9 GPa. The pressure dependence of Tc is small and negative, dTc/dp = - 0.77 K/GPa, and agrees with the general trend observed in previous data.  相似文献

在流体静压力到10kbar范围内,采用DTA技术研究了压力对NH4IO3及其固溶体Kx(NH4)1-xIO3的相变温度(Tc)的影响。实验结果表明,虽然固溶体的相变温度Tc随K+组分的增加而减小,但是dTc/dP值却同K+组分无关。这意味着在压力下IO3-离子的伸长对Tc随压力增加起主要作用。 关键词:  相似文献

本文研究了非晶态Fe87-xSixB13(x=0,9.6,14.5)合金的饱和磁化强度、电阻率与温度的关系。得到样品的居里温度TC和晶化温度Tcr随Si含量的增加而明显提高。低温下的热磁关系符合布洛赫的T3/2定律,计算出自旋波劲度系数D从x=0时的62meV·A2增加到x=14.5时的111meV·A2。从D值和Handrich理 关键词:  相似文献

Abstract

A helium pressure appparatus for diode laser studies up to 1.4 GPa at 77–300 K has been developed. DH lasers with AlxGa1-xAsySb1-y active layers (x=0-0.05) lattice-matched to GaSb substrates have been investigated. It has been shown that in lasers with x,y=0 pressure dependences of the threshold current density (Jth) and the average electron lifetime at the threshold (τ) measured at 80 K depend strongly on the quadratic recombination of Lc 6 electrons, the characteristic coefficient being 1.5×10?11 cm3s?1. The pressure-composition equivalence coefficient dx/dP=2.2×10?10 Pa?1 has been obtained for the lowest temperatures used.  相似文献

Hysteresis has been observed at the cooperative high-spin (5T2) ? low-spin (1A1) transition in Fe (4, 7-(CH3)2-phen)2(NCS)2 where phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline. The transition is centered on Tc> = 121.7 K for rising and on Tc< = 118.6 K for lowering of temperature. The observations are in only qualitative agreement with the thermodynamic theory of Slichter and Drickamer.  相似文献

Resistivity measurements of CeCu2Si2 are carried out under pressures p up to 12 kbars. Unlike polycrystalline samples, no traces of superconductivity have been observed in CeCu2Si2 at ambient pressure. When pressure is applied, CeCu2Si2 monocrystals become superconducting with anomalously large ratio Hc2(0)/Tc (0) = 34 K0e/K and with the derivative dHc2/dT(T=Tc) = 140 K0e/K  相似文献

Abstract

We have investigated the pressure dependence of the absorption edge of tlie EA-EB- and the EC-excitons of 1pi thick CtlS(hex) crystal slabs. We obtaiurd dEΘ/dP =dEc/dP = 47±3 meV/GPa for T=300K and dEA/dP= dEB/dP = 43±3 meV/GPa for T=78K. With tliese values we were able to determine the crystal-field splitting (68f4 nieV) aid the spin-orbit splitting (26±2 meV). The resulting pressure shifts of tlie rxcitonic energies were in agreement witli a κ · p-calculation of tlie transition energies using tlie perturbation niatrix of G.E. Pikus for Δso ? Δc. The refractive Index n‖c was iiieasured for T=300K up to 2.2 GPa and described by Marples Model.  相似文献

Recent superconductivity and crystallographic data for the MM′X ternary compounds with M = Ti, Zr, or Hf, M′ = Ru or Os, and X = P or As are presented. Moderate to high superconducting transition temperatures (T c 's)are exhibited by the ZrRuSi-type hexagonal phase which is found to be metastable at low temperatures. The low-temperature phase of ZrRuP has the TiNiSi-type orthorhombic structure and exhibits superconductivity at 3.9K. The low-temperature phase of HfRuAs has the TiFeSi-type orthorhombic superstructure and remains normal at 1.0K. TiRuAs exists only with the superstructure and remains normal at 0.35K. The details of these various structural modifications point to the importance of undistorted zig-zag chains of metal atoms for the occurrence of superconductivity in these compounds. The lowT c for TiRuP and the absence of superconductivity for TiOsP above 0.35K are not accounted for by these structural modifications.  相似文献

Nuclear spin-lattice relaxation times (T1) for protons in the intercalation complex TaS2:NH3 have been measured as a function of temperature (27 ≤ T ≤ 300 K) and pressure (0 ≤ P ≤ 4 kbar). Dipolar fluctuations associated with translation and reorientation of the NH3 molecules are the dominant T1 mechanism for T > 100 K. A one parameter diffusion model analysis yields an activation energy (E) of 0.13 eV for these motions. The rate of change of E with pressure is estimated at dlnE/dP = 2.3%/kbar, much larger than expected from the compressibility of most solids. A sign reversal of dT1/dP occurs at temperatures near the T1 minimum, observable in the present case because of the large pressure response of these materials.  相似文献
