Five novel organic-molybdenum phosphates with [(PO4)4Mo6(V)O15]12- cluster, Na x (H4TETA)3 x (H3O)5 x {Zn[(HPO4)2(PO4)2Mo6O15]2} (2), (H2en)7 x (H3O)4 x {Cu[(HPO4)2(PO4)2Mo6O15]2} x H2O (3), (H3DETA)2 x (H3O)3 x {Co0.5[(HPO4)2(PO4)2Mo6O15]} x H2O (4), [Co(H3TETA)]2{Co0.5[(HPO4)(PO4)3Mo6O15] x 3.5H2O (5) and (H3DETA) x (H3O)4 x {Co1.5 [(HPO4)2(PO4)2Mo6O15]} x 0.5H2O (6), have been synthesized. The relationship between their properties and structures was studied by using FTIR, NIR FT-Raman, UV-Vis DRS and fluorescence etc. In these compounds, every two [(PO4)4Mo6O15] clusters are coordinated by a metal atom to form a {M[(PO4)4Mo6O15]2} dimer. In compound 2, 3 and 4, {M[(PO4)4Mo6O15]2} dimers are hydrogen-bonded by the organic molecules and water molecules to form a three-dimensional expended framework, respectively. In compound 5 and 6, {Co[(PO4)4Mo6O15]2} dimers are coordinated by [Co(H3TETA)] groups and [CoO4] tetrahedra to form a network, respectively. These characteristic vibrational frequencies of the molybdenum phosphates are related to the structure of these compounds. Three characteristic bands in UV-Vis DRS spectra of these compounds have to be attributed to the absorptions of O(d) --> Mo, O(mu) --> Mo and O --> M charge transfer, respectively. These compounds exhibit strong fluorescence emission bands at about 410 nm when excited by 240 nm, which are caused by O(mu) --> Mo charge transfer.  相似文献

合成了三钒取代的Dawson型磷钼钒甘氨酸杂多化合物C2H14O64P2Mo15V3·5H2O。通过元素分析、IR光谱、X射线粉末衍射、热重分析表征该化合物为未见文献报道的杂多化合物。急性毒性实验表明,该化合物的半数致死量LD50为3 798.83 mg·kg-1,LD5095%可信区间为2 976.81~4 847.85 mg·kg-1,属于低毒化学物质。  相似文献

Measurements have been made to determine X-ray transmission factors of some boron compounds (H3BO3,Na2B4O7 and B3Al2O3) by using an extremely narrow-collimated-beam transmission method in the energy range 15.746–40.930 keV. The characteristic K and Kβ X-rays of the different elements (Zr, Mo, Ag, In, Sb, Ba and Pr) passed through boron compounds were detected with a high-resolution Si(Li) detector. 通过研究在不同酸度下Sb5+对Se,Bi的干扰情况,发现在高酸度下,Sb对Se,Bi的干扰明显减弱,并结合锑在不同价态发生氢化反应的差异性,建立了不需通过任何化学分离而直接测定锑及其相关产品中的微量硒和铋的方法,并用于实际样品的分析.方法对实际样品加标回收率在95%~105%之间,检测下限(含量)硒和铋分别为0.00004×10-2mg@L-1和0.0001×10-1mg@L-1,对实际样品分析精度分别为RSD(Se)=2.4%(含量为0.00169×10-2mg@L-1时),5.4%(含量为0.00056×10-mg@L-1时)和RSD(Bi)=5.0%(含量为0.00024×10-2mg@L-1时),1.3%(含量为0.00229×10-2mg@L-1时),完全满足实际样品分析的要求.  相似文献

Magnetization, specific heat, and electrical resistivity measurements have been performed on the superconductor Mo(3)Sb(7). Two kinds of transitions are observed at 2.3 and 50 K, respectively. The former is superconducting transition, while the latter is attributed to spin-gap formation. From the analysis of the experimental data, excitation gap, intra- and interdimer interactions are estimated as Delta/k(b) approximately 120 K, J(0)/k(B) approximately 150 K, and J(1)/k(B) approximately 55 K. The electronic structure calculations using the LSDA approximation show nesting property in the Fermi surface, favoring the superconductivity.  相似文献

用固相反应法制备(1-x)La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3/x/2(Sb2O3)(x=0.00,0.02,0.15)样品,通过X射线衍射(XRD)图谱,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)照片及SEM能谱(EDS),ρ~T曲线研究样品的结构及电输运性质.结果表明:Sb离子没有进入Mn位,Sb2O3包覆在La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3颗粒表面,Sb2O3起助熔剂作用,使得复合样品的颗粒变大且大小相对均匀;复合样品的绝缘体-金属转变温度TP较纯的La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3的TP提高20K左右,对x=0.15的样品电阻高峰值比纯的La0.6Dy0.1Sr0.3MnO3的峰值电阻率增大两个数量级,用自旋极化隧穿理论予以解释.  相似文献

Inelastic neutron scattering measurements on several Tl filled skutterudites (Tl0.5Co3.5Fe0.5Sb12, Tl0.8Co3FeSb12, and Tl0.8Co4Sb11Sn) all show a sharp peak in the vibrational density of states at 57+/-2 K, which is absent in the unfilled skutterudite CoSb3. Heat capacity measurements on Tl0.8Co4Sb11Sn as compared to CoSb3 are consistent with the presence of a localized vibrational mode associated with the "rattling" thallium atoms in this filled skutterudite compound. Both results are well described by a localized Einstein mode model with an Einstein temperature Theta(E) of 53+/-1 K. These data provide perhaps the clearest example of local mode behavior in a concentrated metallic system.  相似文献

用高温熔融结合放电等离子烧结(SPS)方法合成了Sb掺杂的单相n型Ba8Ga16-xSbxGe30化合物,探索了Sb对Ga的取代对其热电性能的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着Sb取代分数x的增加,Seebeck系数逐渐降低,Seebeck系数峰值对应的温度向低温方向偏移.电导率随着x的增加先增大后减小,当x=2时达到最大值.Sb取代Ga后对化合物的热性能有较大影响,其热导率和晶格热导率都有不同程度的降低.在所有n型Ba8Ga16-xSbxGe30化合物中,Ba8Ga14Sb2Ge30化合物的ZT值最大,在950K左右其最大ZY值达1.1.  相似文献

本文采用水热反应条件 ,合成得到一种新型的含五价钼原子的杂多化合物 :(NH3CH2 CH2 NH3) 7H2[NaMo1 2 O30 (PO4 ) 2 (HPO4 ) 5(H2 PO4 ) ]·7H2 O ,在晶体结构测定的基础上对其进行红外、拉曼和紫外 可见漫反射光谱研究。结果表明 :较长的Mo(Ⅴ )—O键键长和分子内大量的氢键造成化合物红外光谱特征的红移。  相似文献

We report on specific heat, magnetic susceptibility, and resistivity measurements on the compound Ce(1-x)LaxNi9Ge4 for various concentrations ranging from the stoichiometric system with x = 0 to the dilute limit x = 0.95. Our data reveal single-ion scaling with the Ce concentration and the largest ever recorded value of the electronic specific heat Deltac/T approximately 5.5 J K-2 mol(-1) at T = 0.08 K for the stoichiometric compound x = 0 without any trace of magnetic order. While in the doped samples Deltac/T increases logarithmically below 3 K down to 50 mK, their magnetic susceptibility behaves Fermi-liquid-like below 1 K. These properties make the compound Ce(1-x)LaxNi9Ge4 a unique system on the borderline between Fermi-liquid and non-Fermi-liquid physics.  相似文献

Materials with the formula Yb 2-xAlxMo3O12(x =0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, and 1.8) were synthesized and their structures, phase transitions, and hygroscopicity investigated using X-ray powder diffrac- tion, Raman spectroscopy, and thermal analysis. It is shown that Yb2-xAlxMo3O12 solid solutions crystallize in a single monoclinic phase for 1.7 ≤ x ≤ 2.0 and in a single orthorhombic phase for 0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4, and exhibit the characteristics of both monoclinic and orthorhombic structures outside these compositional ranges. The monoclinic to orthorhombic phase transition temperature of Al2Mo3O12 can be reduced by partial substitution of Al 3+ by Yb3+, and the Yb2-x AlxMo3O12 (0.0 < x ≤ 2.0) materials are hydrated at room temperature and contain two kinds of water species. One of these interacts strongly with and hinders the motions of the polyhedra, while the other does not. The partial substitution of Al3+ for Yb3+ in Yb2Mo3O12 decreases its hygroscopicity, and the linear thermal expansion co- efficients after complete removal of water species are measured to be 9.1×10 6 /K, 5.5×10 6 /K, 5.74×10 6 /K, and 9.5 × 10 6 /K for Yb1.8 Al0.2 (MoO4)3 , Yb1.6Al0.4 (MoO4 )3, Yb0.4 Al1.6 (MoO4)3 , and Yb 0.2Al1.8 (MoO4)3 , respectively.  相似文献

采用固相烧结法制备了Zri_(1-x)Al_(2-x)V_(2-x)Mo_xO_7(0≤x≤0.9),并通过调整Al~(3+)/Mo~(6+)对ZrV_2O_7中的Zr~(4+)/V~(5+)离子替代量来实现近零膨胀,对于较小的x值(x≤0.3),材料保持了与ZrV_2O_7相同的立方相结构.随着Al~(3+)/Mo~(6+)替代量的增加,(Al/Zr)~-和(Mo/V)~+之间的库仑相互作用逐渐加强,这种库仑相互作用导致材料中未发生畸变的立方相晶体结构逐渐减少.当x≥0.7时,材料中立方相晶体结构完全消失.在425-750 K温度区间内,Zr_(0.5)Al_(0.5)M_(0.6)O_7展示出近零膨胀性质(-0.39×l0~(-6)K~(-1)).Zr_(0.5)Al_(1.5)V_(1.5)Mo_(0.5)O_7的低热膨胀性能可能与Al~(3+)/Mo~(6+)对ZrV_2O_7中Zr~(4+)/V~(5+)部分替代引起部分晶体结构发生的畸变及其对未替代部分的晶格结构的影响有关.  相似文献

(121/123)Sb nuclear quadrupole resonance and muon spin relaxation experiments of Mo_3Sb_7 revealed symmetry breakdown to a nonmagnetic state below the transition recently found at T_S approximately 50 K. The transition is characterized by a distinct lattice dynamics suggested from narrowing of nuclear fields. We point out that the Mo sublattice is a unique three-dimensional frustrated lattice where nearest-neighbor and next-nearest-neighbor antiferromagnetic interactions compete, and propose that tetragonal distortion to release the frustration stabilizes long-range order of spin-singlet dimers, i.e., valence bond crystal, which is thermally excited to the dynamic state with cubic symmetry.  相似文献

合成了两种具有含有β-[Mo8O26]4-簇阴离子的新型化合物: [H(4,4'-bipy)]2[K2Mo8O26](Ⅰ)和H3[NaMo8O26](4,4'-bipy)5(H2O)4 (Ⅱ), 用FTIR, NIR-Raman, UV-Vis DRS和荧光光谱等研究手段进行光谱研究, 探讨其结构与性能的关系. 虽然这两个化合物中阴离子类似, 都含有β-[Mo8O26]4-簇骼基元, 但它们与碱金属的连接方式不同, 其FTIR和NIR-Raman光谱的特征振动频率与其结构相关;化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ的UV-Vis DRS光谱显示, 在250~300 nm有宽的紫外吸收谱带;化合物Ⅰ的稳态荧光光谱观察到分别以350 nm激发下在450~650 nm处产生一个宽的发射峰;化合物Ⅱ在325 nm激发下在400~550 nm处产生一个发射峰. 化合物Ⅰ在不同温度下稳态固体荧光光谱随着温度的下降, 荧光发射强度增强, 其时间分辨固体荧光光谱的荧光寿命随着温度的降低而增长.  相似文献

Two new gapless quantum spin-liquid candidates with S = 1 (Ni(2+)) moments: the 6H-B phase of Ba(3)NiSb(2)O(9) with a Ni(2+)-triangular lattice and the 3C phase with a Ni(2/3)Sb(1/3)-three-dimensional edge-shared tetrahedral lattice were obtained under high pressure. Both compounds show no magnetic order down to 0.35 K despite Curie-Weiss temperatures θ(CW) of -75.5 (6H-B) and -182.5 K (3C), respectively. Below ~25 K, the magnetic susceptibility of the 6H-B phase saturates to a constant value χ(0) = 0.013 emu/mol, which is followed below 7 K by a linear-temperature-dependent magnetic specific heat (C(M)) displaying a giant coefficient γ = 168 mJ/mol K(2). Both observations suggest the development of a Fermi-liquid-like ground state. For the 3C phase, the C(M) perpendicular T(2) behavior indicates a unique S = 1, 3D quantum spin-liquid ground state.  相似文献

The NEMO 3 detector, which has been operating in the Fréjus underground laboratory since February 2003, is devoted to the search for neutrinoless double-beta decay (beta beta 0v). The half-lives of the two neutrino double-beta decay (beta beta 2v) have been measured for 100Mo and 82Se. After 389 effective days of data collection from February 2003 until September 2004 (phase I), no evidence for neutrinoless double-beta decay was found from approximately 7 kg of 100Mo and approximately 1 kg of 82Se. The corresponding limits are T1/2(beta beta0v) > 4.6 x 10(23) yr for 100Mo and T1/2(beta beta 0v) > 1.0 x 10(23) yr for 82Se (90% C.L.). Depending on the nuclear matrix element calculation, the limits for the effective Majorana neutrino mass are < 0.7-2.8 e/v for 100Mo and < 1.7-4.9 eV for 82Se.  相似文献

New oxometallides with the formula Ba5Y8 xMn4O21 1.5x(x = 0,1) are prepared through an atmospherecontrolled solid-state reaction.Two single-phase samples with Ba/Y/Mn atomic ratios 5/8/4(Y8) and 5/7/4(Y7) are obtained.The crystal structures and the physical properties of the compounds are investigated by X-ray powder diffraction,magnetization,conductivity,and dielectricity measurements.The Ba5Y8 xMn4O21 1.5x compound is demonstrated to be a Y-deficient solid solution.The solid solution compound Ba5Y8 xMn4O21 1.5x crystallizes into tetragonal symmetry with the space group I4/m.Detailed structure analysis by Rietveld refinement of the X-ray powder diffraction data reveals that the Y vacancies occur preferentially at the Y(2) site.Thermal magnetization measurements indicate the presence of antiferromagnetic interaction between Mn ions in the compounds,and temperature-dependent resistivity measurements show that insulator-semiconductor transitions occur around 175 K and 170 K for the Y8 and Y7 samples,respectively.Strong frequency dependences of the dielectric constant are observed above ~175 K for the two compounds.  相似文献

We have investigated the temperature and pressure dependency of the electronic structure of Yb-filled skutterudites, YbFe(4)Sb(12) and Yb(0.88)Fe(4)Sb(12), using x-ray absorption and emission spectroscopies. An anomalous increase of the Yb valence, which is beyond the conventional Anderson model picture, is found to coincide with the onset of the ferromagnetic order in the x=0.88 sample below 20 K. In contrast, the nearly stoichiometric YbFe(4)Sb(12) is paramagnetic down to 2 K and the Yb valence is independent of temperature. This evidences a close interplay between the magnetic instability of the Fe 3d electrons and valence instability of the Yb 4f electrons. Under pressure, a sudden increase in the valence is found to occur around 13 GPa for YbFe(4)Sb(12) and 17 GPa for Yb(0.88)YbFe(4)Sb(12).  相似文献

针对K2CsSb光电阴极生长过程中可能存在的K3Sb、K2CsSb和Cs3Sb三种化合物,采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,分别建立这三种锑化物阴极材料的立方结构体模型和(111)表面模型,获得了其电子结构与光学性质.对于体模型,计算得到了能带结构、态密度和光学性质,而对于表面模型,计算得到了功函数、光学性质和表面能.结果表明,三种锑化物阴极在中微子与闪烁体作用辐射能量范围(2.4~3.2eV)内,K2CsSb体材料的吸收系数和反射率与Cs3Sb、K3Sb体材料相近,而K2CsSb(111)表面的吸收系数和反射率低于其他两种阴极的(111)表面.此外,K3Sb的禁带宽度最小、功函数最大且表面能最大,Cs3Sb的表面能最小,其功函数与K2CsSb相近但禁带宽度比K2CsSb小,而K2CsSb禁带宽度最大,功函数和表面能都较小,因此K2CsSb阴极在蓝紫光波段适合作为一种稳定高效的光电发射材料.  相似文献
