将经典金属自由电子气模型应用于金属型碳纳米管, 基于光学天线有效波长理论, 得出了金属型碳纳米管光学天线响应的有效波长与碳纳米管介电特性之间的普适关系. 在对碳纳米管介电特性进行第一性原理计算的基础上, 以金属型4 Å碳纳米管为例, 进一步研究了金属型碳纳米管光学天线响应的有效波长与入射波长之间的关系, 以及金属型碳纳米管光学偶极子天线的谐振特性. 通过将已有传统金属光学天线和碳纳米管天线有效波长的研究结果进行对比, 验证了本文理论的正确性. 结果表明, 碳纳米管光学天线响应的有效波长与入射波长呈近似线性关系, 与传统金属材料构成的同直径光学天线相比, 碳纳米管天线显示出了更强的波长压缩能力, 并且在可见光到红外波段内易于发生谐振. 该研究方法可为碳纳米管光学天线研究提供新的思路.  相似文献

An approximate resonance wavelength equation that varies with metal antenna structure size is developed to design a bowtie gold metal antenna working at near-infrared (IR) wavelength. Bowtie antenna structures with resonance wavelength of 1.06 μm, 1.55 μm and 10.6 μm are designed based on this equation. A finite-difference time domain (FDTD) algorithm with total field scattered field (TFSF) source simulation shows the resonance wavelength of the designed structures being precisely in agreement with the expected wavelengths from the equation. Planar integration of the metal bowtie antennas is discussed as well. Gold nanohole bowtie antenna arrays are fabricated and the near-field optical transmission properties of the nanohole array are investigated with a near-field scanning optical microscope (NSOM). Our experimental results verify the near-field optical transmission performance and further demonstrate that they are in agreement with the theoretical calculation results. The high enhancement efficiency and integration of the metal bowtie antennas open the possibility of a wide application in IR optoelectronics detection and imaging.  相似文献

设计一款应用于多发射天线多接收天线自由空间激光通信系统中的折射式光学接收天线。天线焦距120.02 mm,相对孔径1∶1.13,工作波长为850 nm,波长范围覆盖820 nm ~880 nm,在50 lp/mm频率处0视场的MTF为0.5。接收天线可以在发射天线移动48 mm范围内利用光敏面直径为0.5 mm的雪崩光电二极管(APD)接收3 mrad发散角的光信号。该天线由两组、共4片球面透镜组成,结构简单,可实现对运动式发射天线的光信号的接收。  相似文献

Classical optical lithography is diffraction limited to writing features of a size lambda/2 or greater, where lambda is the optical wavelength. Using nonclassical photon-number states, entangled N at a time, we show that it is possible to write features of minimum size lambda/(2N) in an N-photon absorbing substrate. This result allows one to write a factor of N2 more elements on a semiconductor chip. A factor of N = 2 can be achieved easily with entangled photon pairs generated from optical parametric down-conversion. It is shown how to write arbitrary 2D patterns by using this method.  相似文献

We theoretically demonstrate a mechanism for reduction of mode volume in high index contrast optical microcavities to below a cubic half wavelength. We show that by using dielectric discontinuities with subwavelength dimensions as a means of local field enhancement, the effective mode volume (V(eff)) becomes wavelength independent. Cavities with V(eff) on the order of 10(-2)(lambda/2n)(-3) can be achieved using such discontinuities, with a corresponding increase in the Purcell factor of nearly 2 orders of magnitude relative to previously demonstrated high index photonic crystal cavities.  相似文献

We have demonstrated an anti-Stokes random laser emission at lambda approximately 885 nm in micrometer-size powder of GaAs. The maximal pumping wavelength, lambda=1,300 nm, exceeded the lasing wavelength by nearly 50%. We conclude that both one- and two-photon pumping contribute to optical excitation of the material, with the two-photon pumping being a key process in creating the population inversion and gain.  相似文献

Zn oxide, Ti oxide and Zn-Ti oxide thin films were prepared by vacuum evaporation. Their structural and optical properties have been obtained by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) method and spectrophotometry. The EDXRF method was used to study the stoichiometry of the deposited Zn-Ti oxide films. The XRD patterns show that the prepared ZnO and Zn-Ti oxide films were polycrystalline, while Ti oxide films were amorphous. Spectroscopic optical constants n() and k() as well as the energy gap Eg were evaluated from spectrophotometry in the interband transition energy region. It was discovered that ZnO–TiO thin films remain transparent in a shorter wavelength range than the ZnO thin films, resulting from the slight increase of their band gap. It was found that n, k and transmittance values for the mixed-oxide film vary smoothly between the values of the pure constituent oxides in the fundamental energy gap region. 筊aman激光雷达是探测大气污染气体的一种重要方法,雷达回波反演是其中的重要步骤,反演的关键在于正确得到透过率指数因子。以消光系数为中心的三个方案,介绍了目前已普遍采用的方法、应用532 nm大气消光系数间接求取α(λ1,z)和α(λ,z)。提出了两种新方法:(1) 采用拉曼波长与待测气体相近的参考气体,α(λ1,z)=α(λ,z);(2) 借助λ1λ2的Mie-Rayleigh散射回波求取指数因子。  相似文献

A theoretical investigation is presented that examines the wavelength scaling from near-visible (0.8 micro m) to midinfrared (2 micro m) of the photoelectron distribution and high harmonics generated by a "single" atom in an intense electromagnetic field. The calculations use a numerical solution of the time-dependent Schr?dinger equation (TDSE) in argon and the strong-field approximation in helium. The scaling of electron energies (lambda2), harmonic cutoff (lambda2), and attochirp (lambda -1) agree with classical mechanics, but it is found that, surprisingly, the harmonic yield follows a lambda -(5-6) scaling at constant intensity. In addition, the TDSE results reveal an unexpected contribution from higher-order returns of the rescattering electron wave packet.  相似文献

Using Monte Carlo simulations and experimental results, we show that for common thin film deposition techniques, such as sputter deposition and chemical vapor deposition, a mound structure can be formed with a characteristic length scale, or "wavelength" lambda, that describes the separation of the mounds. We show that the temporal evolution of lambda is distinctly different from that of the mound size, or lateral correlation length xi. The formation of a mound structure is due to nonlocal growth effects, such as shadowing, that lead to the breakdown of the self-affinity of the morphology described by the well-established dynamic scaling theory. We show that the wavelength grows as a function of time in a power law form, lambda approximately t(p), where p approximately equals 0.5 for a wide range of growth conditions, while the mound size grows as xi approximately t(1-z), where 1/z varies depending on growth conditions.  相似文献

The ALMA band 9 (600–720 GHz) receiver is a dual channel heterodyne system which is capable of detecting orthogonally polarised signals utilising a wire grid beam splitter. Two Superconductor–Insulator–Superconductor (SIS) mixers mounted behind hybrid mode corrugated horns are coupled to the 12 m Cassegrain antenna via a wavelength independent configuration of two off-axis elliptical mirrors.We outline an approach involving accurate physical optics simulations in conjunction with precise experimental measurements of the complete optical front-end which guarantees the highest performances. This practical verification approach can be generalised to all quasi-optical receivers to validate system performance. In this paper, we verify the optical design and estimate antenna system efficiency. Comparison between measurement and simulation indicates precise information is achievable in estimating system performance allowing potential improvements in ALMA instrument calibration accuracy.  相似文献

We report a polymer waveguide module that provides bidirectional communication over a single plastic optical fiber (POF) with dual visible wavelength LEDs. The module is constructed using light-induced self-written waveguides, which enables a three-dimensional optical circuit for visible wavelength division multiplexing to be fabricated by an extremely simple process. We demonstrated 250 Mbits/s communication using a pair of these modules that each contained one green (lambda = 495 nm) and one red (lambda = 650 nm) LEDs by measuring the bit error rates. The results indicate that the system could transmit over more than 20 m of POF in full duplex mode.  相似文献

A tunable harmonic output power of 18 W at a wavelength of =370 nm is obtained by resonance-enhanced frequency doubling of an optically-stabilized semiconductor laser. A commercially available AlGaAs laser diode which emits a maximum power of 10 mW at =740 nm is operated in an extended-cavity configuration. Dispersion prisms are used in the extended cavity to obtain longitudinal-mode selection with low loss of optical power. The output is focussed into an optically isolated high-finesse ring resonator which contains a LiIO3 crystal for second-harmonic generation. One potential application of this laser source is the optical excitation and laser cooling of ytterbium in an ion trap. In a related demonstration experiment, the frequency-doubled diode laser is applied to excite the =369.5 nm 2 S 1/2-2 P 1/2 transition of ytterbium ions in a hollow-cathode discharge.  相似文献

盐酸丁卡因与赤藓红的荧光猝灭反应及其分析应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在pH 4.0的弱酸性介质中,盐酸丁卡因(TA·HCl)与赤藓红(ET)形成1∶1的离子缔合物,导致赤藓红溶液荧光猝灭。当分别于最大激发/最大发射(λexem)525 nm/556 nm进行测量时,荧光猝灭值(ΔF)与TA·HCl浓度在0.28~4.8 μg·mL-1范围呈良好的线性关系。该方法灵敏度高,检出限为0.083 μg·mL-1。考察了共存物质的影响,表明方法有良好的选择性。据此发展了一种高灵敏、简便快速测定微量TA·HCl的新荧光分光光度法。该法用于人血清及尿样中盐酸丁卡因的含量测定,结果满意。文章还研究了反应体系的荧光特性,并结合量子化学AM1计算对荧光猝灭机理进行了讨论。  相似文献

采用超重力反应结晶法制备了纳米硫化锌粒子,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)和X射线能谱仪(EDX)对纳米硫化锌的形貌、结构、组成和光谱性能进行了细致分析。结果表明:超重力反应结晶法制备的纳米硫化锌粒子为球形,平均粒径为42 nm;XRD图谱表明纳米硫化锌呈现较好的闪锌矿晶型; XPS能谱表明纳米硫化锌的S(2p)的电子结合能为162.6 eV,Zn的2p3/2,2p1/2的电子结合能分别为1021.4, 1044.6eV。红外光谱研究表明纳米硫化锌在400~4 000cm-1范围内具有良好的红外透过率。紫外-可见光谱研究发现纳米硫化锌在200~340nm的紫外区域有较强的吸收,其禁带宽度为3.57eV。EDX能谱表明该法制备的纳米硫化锌具有较高的纯度。  相似文献

采用蒙特卡罗方法,对以CH4/H2为源料气体的电子助进化学气相沉积(EACVD)金刚石中的氢原子(Hα, Hβ, Hγ)、碳原子C(2p3s2p2∶λ=165.7 nm)以及CH(A2Δ→X2Πλ=420~440 nm)的光发射过程进行了模拟,气体温度随空间的变化采用温度梯度变化,研究了不同反应室气压及衬底温度下的光发射谱特性。结果表明,不同衬底温度下各谱线强度均随气压的增大先增大后减小; 当气压较低时,谱线强度随衬底温度的增大而减少,而气压较高时,谱线强度随衬底温度的增大而增大。  相似文献

本文讨论了薄膜内的多次反射对低吸收薄膜光谱发射率的影响。这里推导出的薄膜发射率的表达式与薄膜厚度d和其光学常数n(λ)和k(λ)有关。在d→∞的特殊情况下,薄膜发射率与大块材料发射率相等。给出了实际数值评价及发射率与d、n(λ)和k(λ)相互关系的更为精确的数值结果。  相似文献

An antenna model is proposed for long (L > A) lasers with subwavelength cross sections (wire lasers). It is shown that the far-field pattern of the wire lasers is determined by the ratio of the wavelength to the length. The radiation of the wire laser is predicted to be concentrated in a narrow beam theta approximately radical(2lambda/L) for laser modes where the longitudinal phase velocity is in synchronism with the velocity of light in air. Experimental results obtained using a terahertz quantum cascade wire laser are in agreement with the model.  相似文献

Dipole antennas designed for operation at 10 m wavelength have been fabricated by optical lithography and their properties measured by detection of CO2 laser radiation in integrated thin-film bolometers. We find a remarkably strong increase in cross-polarized signal as the antenna linewidth is increased. The measured beam pattern is a saddle point at broadside (local minimum in the H-plane, local maximum in the E-plane) as predicted by standard method-of-moments theory.  相似文献

介绍了分布式光纤拉曼温度传感器(DTS)的基本原理、发展趋势和工程应用研究状况,研究了分布式光纤拉曼温度传感器的关键技术,全面提升了DTS的性能。将拉曼放大技术应用于DTS系统,用拉曼增益部分抵偿光纤的传输损耗,使系统的传感长度达到50 km;对脉冲激光器进行211位循环编码,在接收时采用相关运算解调,显著提高系统的信噪比,使测温不确定度达到1 ℃;采用双波长自校正技术提高了系统的空间分辨率,达到2 m;在DTS系统中嵌入光开关,使测温通道成倍扩展,有效延伸了传感光纤的总长度,组成光纤传感网络。  相似文献
