GC method for direct quantitative determination of Norcantharidi in tablets was developed.The condi-tions for determination were:FID detector at 210℃;column:2%OV-17 Chromosorb W(AW- DMCS 80~100 mesh(2m×3mm i.d),temperature at 165℃; injector at 210℃. Vanillin as internal standard. Theresponse was linear between 0.2mg/mL and 1.6mg/mL。The average recovery was 100.03/with a coeffi-cient of variation of 0. 97%。This method is proved to be highly sensitive,good reproducible and simple forpre-treatment.  相似文献

提供了一种准确测定口服液中神经酸含量的方法。样品经预处理后,用BF3-CH3OH酯化,以邻苯二甲酸二壬酯为内标测定口服液中神经酸含量。所提供的方法线性范围为0.3~3g/L,平均回收率为97.04%,RSD为0.90%,经空白试验,对神经酸含量测定无干扰。  相似文献

建立了气相色谱分析邻苯二甲酸酯的方法.选择邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DOP)7种标物,对实验方法的准确程度进行了分析.7种标物的线性相关系数都能达到0.999以上,线性范围在0.01~1g/L之间;保留时间的相对标准偏差都在0.1%以内,峰面积的相对标准偏差在2%以内.  相似文献

建立了一个利用二维色谱技术直接定量测定白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的方法。在本方法中,利用二维色谱技术的出色分离能力,免除了以往复杂的化学前处理步骤;应用对含氮化合物具有选择性响应的NPD,提高了定性的可靠性和分析灵敏度;选用氨基甲酸异丙酯做内标物,克服了二维色谱技术中应用内标法定量的困难。直接进酒样2μL,最低检测限13μg/L。方法的相对标准偏差为7.7%。  相似文献

Analytical methods have been developed for the quantitative determination of Bu4Sn, Bu3Sn+, Bu2Sn2+, BuSn3+, Me3BuSn, Me2Bu2Sn, MeBu3Sn, MeBuSn2+, Me2BuSn+ and MeBu2Sn+ in water. Organotin compounds are extracted from water with tropolone at 0.1 % in n-pentane, derivatized with n-pentylmagnesium bromide and determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detection or flame ionization detection. Absolute detection limits are 0.05-0.12 ng and 1.2-13 ng as tin, respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of spiked tap-water containing 0.3-1000 ng cm?3 of each of the organotin compounds.  相似文献

Comprehensive two‐dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC) has been applied to the quantitation of oxygenates in reformulated gasoline. Target oxygenates were C1–C4 alcohols, tert‐pentanol, methyl tert‐butyl ether (MTBE), diisopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tert‐butyl ether (ETBE), and tert‐amyl methyl ether (TAME). These were separated from the gasoline matrix using a volatility‐based selectivity in the first chromatographic dimension, followed by a mixed‐phase polarity/shape selectivity in the second dimension. The high resolving power of this stationary phase combination completely separated all oxygenates except DIPE, ETBE, and TAME, which exhibited coelution with other nonpolar gasoline components. Oxygenates quantitation was achieved with the use of an internal standard, an FID detector, and calibration curves. Quantitation results are in good agreement with ASTM and EPA standard methods. When coupled with our previous method for BTEX and aromatics, a single GC×GC method can now quantitate MTBE, alcohols, BTEX, and aromatics in a one‐hour analysis.  相似文献

In this paper. headspace GC was used to determine methanol in perfume. Separation was performed on a GDX-201 column. 2m×3mm i.d. at 150℃. 采用Nafion-石墨烯修饰电极差分脉冲溶出伏安法测定巧克力中乙基香兰素的含量。于pH 1.98的B–R缓冲溶液中,在0.83 V电压下将巧克力样品溶液搅拌富集60 s,获得一个灵敏的阳极溶出峰,峰电流与样品溶液的质量浓度线性相关,线性范围为2.4~8.2μg/mL,相关系数为0.999 5,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.60%(n=15)。乙基香兰素的检出限为0.076μg/mL,加标回收率为98.60%~101.38%。该方法可用于食品中乙基香兰素含量的测定。  相似文献

黄油中二十八碳醇含量的气相色谱法测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了黄油中二十八碳醇的气相色谱测定方法。样品经500 g/L NaOH皂化1 h后,用环己烷萃取,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定二十八碳醇含量。色谱柱为HP-1柱,通过程序升温,在20 min内实现了二十八碳醇的测定。在20~1000 mg/L范围内,二十八碳醇色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 9),回收率为94%~98%(n=6),重复性RSD(n=6)小于3.1%。该法具有良好的准确度与精密度。  相似文献

The aim of this work was to develop an analytical method by High Temperature Capillary Gas Chromatography (HT-CGC) to characterize and identify the presence of tzauhtli, orchid mucilage, in works of art. During the pre-Hispanic and colonial period, tzauhtli was used as an adhesive for paper and feathers, as well as paint binder, and was one of the components of the paste used to model corn stalk sculptures. The mucilage was extracted with hot water from orchid bulbs (Bletia campanulata) and lyophilized. The free sugars from the mucilage were analyzed by CGC after derivatization. The polysaccharide of the mucilage was characterized after its partial acid hydrolysis by HT-CGC analysis of the oligosaccharides obtained. The proposed chromatographic method allows the identification of different mucilages in works of art. This contribution is the first report of the oligosaccharides from the hydrolysis of the mucilage extracted from orchid bulbs (Bletia campanulata).  相似文献

 建立了一种采用 5 3 0 μm大口径毛细管色谱柱、不经衍生化处理而直接测定吲哚乙酸 (IAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸 (NAA)等植物生长素的气相色谱分析方法。以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物 ,用 FID检测 ,IAA,IBA和 NAA的相对标准偏差分别为 1 .1 4% ,0 .61 %和 0 .78%。方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好 ,可用于生长素类单组分和混合制剂的质量检测。  相似文献

采用气相色谱法测定果汁饮料中甜蜜素的含量,对测定结果的不确定度进行了分析,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和量化,计算了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。不确定度主要来自量器校准和标准曲线引入的不确定度。果汁饮料中甜蜜素的含量结果表示为(0.350±0.023)g/kg,k=2。  相似文献

Abstract

A new gas chromatographic method is described for the determination of cyanide ion in water. Cyanide is converted to benzonitrile by reaction with aniline, sodium nitrite, and copper(II) sulfate. The resulting benzonitrile is extracted into chloroform and determined by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector. The influences of several ions which may coexist with cyanide on this gas chromatographic method were investigated briefly.  相似文献
